Goodness, I don't even know where to begin describing the amazing experience we had working with Bryan. Bryan is exceptionally knowledgable, helpful, and always available. He ensured we had all our questions addressed quickly and with the accurate information. He helped us sell our home and build a new one. The process was easy, simple, and he provided clear guidance. His guidance truly helped us "do things right the first time." I would recommend Bryan to anyone selling a home. Him and his team deserve a million stars.

Bryan was absolutely fantastic to work with! He helped us prepare and sell our home and he also helped us find our incredible, new home. He had terrific resources and recommendations to help us throughout the process, he listened to our wants and needs, he was patient with us and our kids, he was encouraging, positive, and honest, and he worked hard to get us into houses that we wanted to see that day and was always willing to keep looking at more. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and a great communicator. If it was quiet for a few days, he would check in with us and see how we were doing. The process was incredibly easy with his help! We would absolutely recommend Bryan to anyone looking for an amazing realtor and we would love to use him again in the future (but hopefully not for a long time lol).

My husband and I started look at houses months before our lease was up just to see what was available for our budget. I placed on online inquiry and immediately heard from Monica. Monica was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. When we got to our first house, Bryan just let us respond to it. We had questions, but mostly we were just taking it all in. As we walked through the house, he diligently pointed out pros and cons to different pieces that we wouldn't have noticed. He got to know us through easy conversation and never once did we feel pressured to make a decision. We saw 5 houses that night and began narrowing down our search to what we really wanted/needed. When we met the second time, we were both extremely excited about one house in particular, so we ended at that one. Going through the house, we knew we had to have it. We went back to Bryan's office and were greeted by Monica who was ready for us when we got there - cold day, hot coffee...perfect. We went through all the details of a purchase agreement and again, at no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase. We spent the next few days stressing out over every little thing we could, and Bryan always answered his phone, walked us through the details, and reassured us that what we were feeling was completely normal. He connected us to a fantastic lender and all referred businesses (contractor, movers, etc) were nothing short of wonderful. We trust Bryan and team to put our best interests first. We aren't looking to buy a new home in the near future, but if we did, we absolutely would call up Bryan again. This home buying experience was phenomenal and it was because of him. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

Believe the hype, this guy is the real deal. I haven't dealt with realtors often in my life but I'm not sure you can find one better. He answered all our questions and made us feel confident in every decision we made. Many times throughout the process I was told "Don't worry about that, that's what you hire me for."
