Just closed on a 4bed/2.5bath with Scott Burke from Wisdom Real Estate! When I first ran into Scott I had intended on tip-toeing into the market in a small apartment or a condo. I ended up figuring out that I could have my forever home right here in Denver! I had doubts due to low credit score and it being my first home purchase.. Scott gave me zero pressure, figured out what I wanted (What I REALLY wanted), and explained to me what I could afford with multiple different lifestyle choices: Struggle but could make it, Comfortable but must be conservative, or Relaxed and reckless spending; These pertaining to what my life would be like with each property $$ range. We received comparisons on houses in the surrounding areas when talking about potential offers, he pointed out what HE noticed was wrong with each property so we didn't fall into a money pit later (Remember : We were first time buyers and needed help), he offered insight on strategy when placing offers, explained differences in property locations and how they pertain to their overall value, he was innovative on what we could do to upgrade, he kept our mortgage/loan company on track, he showed up to appraisals when we couldn't make it, and the list goes on. Scott gave us respect right from the start. He worked with us before we had a Pre-Approval (Which multiple agents decline us), he guided us every step of the way, and in the inevitable stressful moments in the process, he always found a way to lighten the load for us! I have already recommended Scott Burke to friends in the area looking for any and all property interests. He earned our trust from start to finish, and will get an invite to the house warming party. I will continue to work with Scott on future purchases and for his experience and wisdom in his profession. Thank you Scott for everything you've done for us, and everything you've given. ========================UPDATE========================= JUST SOLD!!! Wisdom Real Estate at it again! I had to put my house on the market with Dan Root right as the CoVid19 started shutting everything down. I was called out of state for a permanent job relocation, and couldn't afford the double mortgage. Dan and his Wisdom Real Estate team pretty much sold the house themselves as I couldn't be in the area to complete repairs, updates, stage, nor could I do a lot of the paper work and calls necessary to satisfy the requirements of the contract. I distinctly remember a phone call from Dan addressing a sewer line issue we had, in which he had already set up a second opinion that saved me thousands of dollars, the guy was already on the way in before I could return the voicemail message on that one. AND he also brought in a roofing contractor to certify my roof the same day. When it came down to continue work on the house, he was on the phone making sure payment came out of our closing funds so I didn't have to lose a dollar out of my pocket. What truly amazed me was his ability to sell a home during a locked down Colorado. His strategy was very creative, his advice on which offer to take and when to take it was on point! We sold the house in almost 40 days, just 7 days on the market. We eventually received an offer 15 thousand over asking, even though I couldn't appraise for that much. I can't tell you how much stress he took off my family during one of the biggest crisis' America's seen in the last decade. A huge thanks to Dan Root and his Wisdom Real Estate team! Special shout out to Scott Burke also at Wisdom Real Estate, he helped us purchase our mansion when we got to Colorado for an unbelievable price!

In buying a new house, our Wisdom agent--Greg Charlton-- was ambitious and hard-working in identifying numerous houses that met our criteria, and in finding us a perfect house for our goals and budget. Greg was exceptionally good-natured and quickly responsive to all our needs and requests. We had an unusual situation in that we had to begin the home search process from overseas, and we have very specific criteria for the house we were looking for. This all meant that Greg had to work hard to arrange virtual showings, to arrange unusual times for home viewing due to the East Asia-USA time difference, and to seek out quality houses meeting our criteria and price range. Greg was exceptional in making all this happen. In the end, he identified the house that matched out interests (and it was one we hadn't noticed in our search of Zillow), and we loved what he found. Because of his responsiveness, excellent negotiating skills, and organization, we were able to make an offer, complete home inspection, and close on the home purchase, all within about two weeks! What an excellent realtor!

I was a new homebuyer trying to understand how to buy a house and I approached Jason Collins in Wisdom Real Estate through Zillow. The first time I met him for a house tour, I felt he was a genuine person and decided to continue with him as my agent. He was very punctual and meticulous during the entire home search lasting nearly 2 months, around 50 house tours, 10+ contract bids. He helped me with short listing the right house, negotiate and draft the contract, connect with the right mortgage lender, schedule a home inspection, and so on. Jessica looked at houses with us for months as we remained picky in the brutal market of Summer 2021. She was extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and the market differences between neighborhoods and guided us on which houses would be far too competitive. After our months of searching and competing on houses with 20+ offers she found us the perfect house through her connections with her coworkers at Wisdom, and then she also knew the selling agent and was able to get us under contract barely over asking. She then helped us negotiate 10k in seller concessions and our house then appraised 25k over our offer. All of this happened in the worst Denver market in forever when homes were appraising under and sellers weren't negotiating. If it wasn't for Jessica we would have given up and still been renting.

Greg helped me with a purchase of a condo in 2014. We had looked at a few condos prior to the purchase. He had pointed out a few potential problems with prior showings. This surprised me. Erik got my name from my uncle who he worked with earlier in the year, and made the contact to me. My work was moving me to the Denver area, and we were looking to buy a house for the first time. We really didn't know what we were doing. He was great (probably an understatement). First on the phone before meeting he answered many questions. Then when I got the time from work to go find a house he already had a plan given the short time we had to look (2 1/2 days to find a house). We looked at something like 17 houses in the metro area in about 21 hours all together. We found the one we wanted and he took us through the whole experience with such ease we couldn't believe it. We lived in Denver for only 3 months before a transfer came again. Now we had to sell our house and fast. Called Erik and he was all about us and getting us what we needed. Q was very knowledgable and honest about the homes we viewed. His background as in home inspector helped sway me from giving serious thought to some homes when he pointed out certain flaws. He was almost always available to look at homes, and when he wasn't, he would immediately reach out to someone on the Wisdom Real Estate staff to make sure someone was available. I had a quick closing of three weeks from going under contract, to when I closed. The home inspector had marked a couple items as "safety" issues (we believe he may have just been very new to inspection, since those items aren't typically "safety" issues). Q went to the house on the day of closing, fixed those items, and another inspector cleared the home for the lending underwriters to allow me to close that very day. In talking with coworkers and friends who have bought/sold homes around Denver, I highly doubt their agents would have gone that extra mile. Kudos to Wisdom Real Estate!

Jessica was an incredible advocate for me in the process of searching for and eventually signing for a home. The search for a condo has its own set of hurdles to be overcome due to banks and the federal governments requirements to finance. Once I finally won a bid I discovered halfway through the closing process that my financial institution would not loan on the property. Jessica worked through the weekend and had a bank lined up for me on Monday afternoon. With only 2 weeks to do a process that normally can take a month she and my newest loan officer got the information and the seller all lined up for closing. Three days before closing there were additional issues with the seller and closing had to be pushed beyond my timeframe to be out of my then current address. She worked diligently with the seller's agent and was able to secure my interest rate with a point buy down that the seller agreed to cover as well as an early occupancy so I'd have a place to live while the process was completed. She was truly incredible! It was a harrowing experience and I was really happy to have her in my corner. I really cant' say enough good things about her!
