We had the BEST experience with START Real Estate when we sold our home in Centennial Colorado the Fall of 2020. Jared was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable with the market and approach in listing our home. He provided great information to help us make the best decisions we needed. When it came to selecting and negotiating offers, his talent was THE BEST I'VE SEEN no exception, in my 6 times of buying and selling a home. We got $30k over asking with minimal inspection repairs (and this is before the market insanity of 2021). If we ever decide to buy or sell a home again, Jared and START will be our immediate choice!

We worked with Christen for a second time in less than a year! Christen not only helped us as first time buyers in October 2021 (she helped us get our offer accepted on the first one we put in and made the whole process so easy! She really knows her stuff when it comes to real estate!!) In early 2022 we saw that after adding more pets to our family and finding out we were expecting with our second child that we wanted to get a larger home for our expanding family! Christen not only helped us sell our first home quickly but also purchase our current home. We had to sell our home to be able to buy a new one and she helped us put in a great offer on our new home and it was accepted even with a contingency of selling our home first! I literally worked with START Real Estate for years! I first started looking for my first home 3 years ago but didn't find exactly what I wanted so I paused my search for a little while. Over the years the Lyn was so responsive to all of my random questions and then when it was time to buy helped me look, looked at lots of homes as I perfected what I wanted. Albert Dippenaar is absolutely amazing and knows real estate in and out. Albert is simply the best. I bout my first town house with him 5 years ago when the market was out of control and people where overpaying for homes. Words can’t describe how amazing it was working with Paxton! We found out towards the end of our rent lease that we needed more attention and help then we anticipated from a realtor. So we called Paxton from an email we had after we gotten our preapproval amount. When we called our biggest concern was if we could get into a place within two months or if we need to look for another apartment. Her assurance and confidence really inspired us to keep searching and use her as our realtor. Being first time home buyers we had many questions!
