This is a great place to live for any OSU student. The buses are great for transporting back and forth for classes or work! Jonathan was so helpful with my move in process and has been helpful with any questions I have!

I’ve lived here for over a year and so far it has been a positive experience. The amenities are great, I mostly use the fenced in dog areas, the printer, the pool, and the gym. I also like that there’s fun events and free food sometimes. The leasing staff are really nice. Anna helped me out several times when I got confused about the lease and when I needed help with the printer. She’s super sweet and and very helpful!
The maintenance staff have been pretty quick at fixing stuff. So far I only needed one of the stove tops fixed and a drain unclogged.

It is pretty nice living here. The rooms are clean. Hot water is available for 24 hours. The environment is also beautiful for both people and pets. Once something is out of order in the apartment, the maintenance will come to repair in a shor time. If the boiler system works better, it deserves 5 stars.

Had a very smooth move in experience for my Son. Brent and the entire UV team was very helpful and addressed issues very quickly. Maintenance also addressed our issues at the time of move in quickly and even changed carpet based on our request.

University Village is a great place to live and I couldn’t be happier. My apartment is very nice and updated. Sam Wilson helped me with my lease and she was amazing! So friendly and helpful for my process of making a big move. She was able to answer any of the questions that I asked and made my move in process so easy.

UV is a good and safe place to live! I am living here for four years and I love here. The price is cheap and the apartment is good. The maintenance service is quick and you can simply submit your maintenance order through their website which is very convenient. They also have many awesome activities like movie night.

Awesome off-campus place to live in Columbus. Apartments are good and clean. Hot water is available 24*7. The place is safe to live. Shuttles are also available to OSU.

I went in for a tour and felt like I was at home. The staff was very comforting and Justin gave an amazing tour and was very knowledgeable. The property was kept very nice and in a great location near riverside hospital and The Ohio State University. Ended up signing a lease with them the following week!

I recently had a very pleasant experience while touring an apartment for my daughter. Mike Reynolds showed us 3 different models and was very thorough in providing apartment information, and all the amenities UV has to offer. I appreciate his patience and professionalism in answering my many questions. A very positive experience, and top of the list of places for my daughter to live.

I just signed the lease and I have been asking a lot of questions to determine if the apartment is a good fit. Although the communication was via email, it was quick and to the point. Sam and Mike are very helpful! Sam have been assisting me thorough the entire process the past few weeks and was absolutely accomodating. The communication is very good!!

I’m attending OSU and I was looking for a quality place to stay. After visiting university village I didn’t need to continue that search. It’s a safe, high quality, and affordable option. One of the workers name Willem showed me a couple options and made sure I was happy with the apartment before I signed all the forms. Overall a great experience and it’s been a great place to live. I don’t usually give reviews, but Willem is definitely 5 stars.

Great option to live if you want to be close to OSU. They offer a shuttle to go to campus and have a nice gym and pool. Common areas are good and several events are organized by them for the residents. I just took a star from it because my living room AC was never fixed even though it was asked several times. Besides that issue maintenance always responded pretty quickly.

I love living at University Village, everything is really neat and orderly in the entire process of signing on, the apartments are in great condition, and the leasing agents are great! I was working with Olivia and even if I have questions now, she’s super quick and answers them really fast- she also gives the best answers to any follow up questions I have and handles all my problems perfectly!

Had an issue with my bedroom door getting jammed, maintenance came out the next day and fixed it! Super nice guy and no more jam!

Great apartment and Great community! Love that it is close to campus and OSU night life.

Overall great community. I've been here since July and any issues I've had maintenance has come and fixed them nearly right away and the leasing office is very accommodating in working to making sure that I've had the best living experience. The location is one of th best in Columbus, the Kroger's is extremely close by and campus is in walking distance. The shuttle system that's included is very useful and I've used it many times to get to and from campus and have never waited long for the bus. The brand new resident life center is beautiful and very clean and nice.

I have lived at university village for the past couple of years and I have loved it! The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance has always came and fixed any problems within 24 hours. The apartments are clean and the area is very safe and quiet. The best part about UV is the amenities such as the shuttles to OSU and all of the parties they throw. The new resident life center is absolutely beautiful and is a great place to hang out at and study.
Karthik Kalidas
I have lived for a year at UV and had an amazing experience so far. The apartments are great quality and affordable with shuttles to campus and Kroger. Some other benefits that are really liked are:
- Access to high quality gym and life center
- Frequent social events and trips
- Really polite and helpful staff
Ricardo Ribeiro
Everything works really fine in UV. They had so much attention to answer us at any problem or doubt. The shuttle is amazing, I can come to campus at any time during the day. Our apartment is very good!

My apartment is great... the bathroom could be updated but other than that i cannot complain! The apartment complex always has something fun going on and offers a lot of free things to do for their residents.. the pool, gym, study area, and the people who work there are great. I resigned my lease too for next year! Great place to live if you want to be close to campus but not pay crazy high rent!

I moved here this past summer and love it so much, I've already renewed my lease for next year. This apartment has so many perks. The apartment is decent and the new resident life center provides a 24 hour hour well-equipped gym, free coffee and printing, and awesome tailgate parties. Even better, this place is well located with a Kroger nearby and frequent bus service to campus. Very convenient!

I have been living here for 2 years . It's a great place to live in . The environment is very natural and peaceful. It's very convenient since there are some supermarkets nearby. I can take shuttles to the campus. It's a great option if you don't have a vehicle. The majority of neighbors are students, so the atmosphere is quiet. For those of you who are foreigners, it's the best choice to live in university-village.

UV is the lovely place to cal " home"...😄😄😄. Love all the new apartments. New resident life center, Pool and gym is very convenient and good. Appreciable shuttle services with friendly drivers. Very good models to suit individual needs. No complaints. Maintenance responds well. Been here a year. Plan to stay for a couple more years. …

Overall, I really enjoyed my two years at UV. After my first year I had to move from a two bedroom to a studio because of a roommate situation, and they made sure my new apartment was just one door down from my old one so that we wouldn't have to move stuff too far. Maintenance was always extremely fast - if I put in a work order during business hours, they would often arrive within the hour and were always really friendly and efficient. The new gym is really nice and I love that it's open 24 hours.
The only things I disliked about living here were the shuttle drivers and the faucets. My first year (2015-2016), the drivers were all really friendly and timely, always said hello, etc. My second year (2016-2017), they seem to have changed many of the drivers - a few of the old ones were still there, but it was mostly new drivers and many of them were extremely rude and often five to ten minutes late. Multiple times, I had a driver refuse to let me board the bus or snap at me even when I had my ID ready. I emailed management about the bus drivers and they got a little better, but still nowhere near as great as they were last year. I even heard them complaining about residents on the bus radio a few times. Wilbur and Dan, however, are always really kind.
The new water-efficient faucets are awful. The water pressure in the shower is so low that you'll be shivering the entire time in the winter - there's barely more than a trickle. The sink faucets now splatter everywhere so that after you're done washing your hands or your dishes, you have to change your shirt and wipe a lake of water off the countertops.
If you live here and bring a bike, I would strongly recommend keeping it inside your apartment. They have bike racks, but I had both my wheels stolen and my bike lock cut on two different occasions - the property's proximity to a not-great neighborhood of Columbus makes it a little dangerous to keep a bike outside.
I also have to add that Brent in the leasing office is amazing. I was a music major, and one day I accidentally forgot my $15,000 flute on the shuttle. I didn't realize I had lost it until 24 hours later, and Brent made sure the buses were quickly searched and the flute was returned back to me within an hour of me realizing it was gone. Overall, this was a really great place to live with really friendly people. Quiet, convenient, and clean.

I took a tour around the property with my brother not too long ago and was very pleased, the leasing consultants, asha, sam, Jonathan, Olivia and Anna were very helpful even though we had so many questions. The managers Molly and Aledria were very patient and understanding as well and even helped me out on their day off
Jahnavi Gandhi
Good for temporary (semester long) stay.
Shuttle bus, Gym and computer room facilities were very good.
But the most important point - the apartments aren't that good. Very old, and have small windows (not much lighting)
However, felt mostly safe in the area
Far away from mostly everything else on campus and north high street.
Never had the chance to deal with maintainence.
The monthly trips, movie screenings etc are good and are organized well (with bus service)

The location is great with wide variety of food places along with close to Ohio state. They offer living to everyone and not just ohio state students. Justin was very helpful with the application process all the way. to the move in process. Very professional!
Macey Neff
I lived there for about 7 months, and had a great experience. Maintenance was so very helpful and quick to fix the issues we had. I unfortunately had to make a decision to sublease the apartment, and although our situation was messy and not the easiest with my roomie, the leasing office did the best job they could to help us out and make it work. They dealt with our high emotions and multiple emails and phone calls, and I am so very thankful for them. The new resident life center is amazing and the gym being 24 hours was so convenient. I always felt so safe and my belongings were never in any danger either. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking. From somebody who works full time and goes to school full time, this was such a great place for me to be while I needed it.

I've had a great experience with University Village. Move-in was well organized, and the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my move-in date. The office staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions. One of the greatest amenities is the new Resident Life Center. It is well maintained, and it is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. In addition, the shuttle serve they provide to and from campus was one of the main reasons for my choosing to live here. I would recommend UV to any student looking to be close to OSU campus, but not right in the middle of all the action.
Morgan Robinson
The location and quiet neighborhood is great since it is only 2 miles from OSU! The busses are a great money saver to get to and from school. The gym is small but has a little bit of everything you need. The staff is very friendly. Just know that they keep up on what you can see from the outside, but these are older buildings and there will be internal fixes needed throughout your stay. Maintenance does good work, but just keep up on maintenance requests as they are very busy and understaffed.
Gabrielle
I've been living here for a year now and I love it! Maintenance and the leasing consultants are super nice and get things done in a timely matter. The Resident Life Center is a great place to study and hang out.
Izzy Clairmonte
I have had a great experience with UV thus far and plan to renew my lease for next year. All of the staff in both the leasing office and maintenance have been very helpful and pleasant when I have needed to ask questions or have needed things fixed in my apartment. Overall, I am very happy with UV!
Audrey Kehling
The neighborhood is peaceful and the apartments are clean, spacious, and offered at an affordable rate. A huge bonus was that the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Also, the apartment was extremely easy to bunny-proof for my rabbit - for that I would have given UV an extra star if I wasn't limited to 5.

Thus far, I think I am probably living in the most amazing and student-friendly complex apartment in Columbus. Since I moved here, University Village has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. What I like the most here are all the amenities, especially the gym. As an international student, I hope to benefit from the opportunity to interact with people from various backgrounds during some of the social events organized by University Village.
shawn friend-begin
Very responsive management; apartments attractive, functional. As we're overseas it's very reassuring to know our college student is in a good apartment in Columbus. Kudos in particular to staff T. Lusk for providing exemplary customer service. Love the new center w/fitness area and computer areas - sets you way apart from the competition.

I like this place. I have lived here for 2 years and I never met the safety problem. People are nice. Convenient shuttle to the campus of the Ohio State University. However, the building is too old, room is unfurnished so you have buy the bed yourself. You maybe hear the noise from your neighbor easily. So it is a good place as apartment. But you should base on your need. A quiet place to sleep or a safe place to live?
Katalina Bash
Very friendly people here. I was pretty stressed out before moving in and had a very present experience. The apartments are very nice and good quality, and the resident life center and gym are super convenient and great places to spend some down time. I'd recommend University Village to anyone looking for an awesome rental experience in Columbus!
Ryley K
The apartments here have such a cozy feel to them, and there are so many amenities offered to keep residents engaged! Definitely would recommend giving this place a look while apartment shopping!
Nick Sundheimer
It is a comfortable and peaceful place to live. If any trouble or concerns come up, I am well assisted by the UV staff. They are a group of very friendly, cooperative, and helpful people. The gym and the pool are huge bonuses to add to my recreational time.
ananthi renganathan
UV is a safe place and have peaceful neighborhood to stay. Also the maintenance is really good. But there are lot of surcharges and fines. The buildings are also a bit old.
UNO Mations
My time here has been relatively decent, especially being that I've been doing online classes since august (2020-2021). I have had some issues with heat as in my apartment gets too hot but that can be more attributed to the season and location of my apartment specifically plus amount of equipment that generates heat.
Leitha
I love UV. The staff is super friendly. Emily W in the leasing dept. is very helpful and attentive too. The maintenance team is responsive. It is a great price for the size and amenities and a great location.

PROS:
I did a lot of research prior to moving here. UV was the best option for me because:
- it is walking distance to both COTA and CABS, as well as has their own shuttle service
-It has air conditioning (2 wall units in my place and a ceiling fan)
-It has a lot of resident parking and a good amount of visitor parking
- The amount of complaints regarding bugs or structure issues was low (I don't have these issues and neither does anyone I know who does live here or ever has lived here)
-The safety is nice, if you research the crime rate in Columbus, UV stays in a green area, and both your door and the door to your building lock, with a good amount of exterior lighting at night
-If you actually do the math and compare the price per square foot of UV to other apartments in the area, it is either the same or lower, especially considering things such as the shuttle and the pool. Their square footage is listed on the website, and their bedroom B is more than enough space for 1 person.
-they don't force you to buy Internet or cable, it's up to you if you want it
-I am really impressed with the management at UV, I had a lot of requests prior to moving in (needing it to be early, wanted an updated place, only being willing to take one type of bedroom, wanting to be close to my friends, etc.) and they were able to accommodate all of them.
-it's more marketed to a younger crowd but kind of has a family feel to the place, so I think it would be fine for someone of any age to live here. There aren't going to be house parties but for those of us who value sleep and a degree, that's good news :)
-I consider it walking distance to the Shoe which is pretty much walking distance to campus, but not all people would consider it that- I think it takes me about 35 minutes. Not ideal all of the time but not bad in emergencies.
-Kroger is next door for people who don't have cars
CONS:
I recently had a noise complaint and management assisted me with that. With some issues, such as noise, I know that the manager/landlord can't always fix the issue but for them to reach out to me and try was enough for me. That gives me peace of mind that they would help with other issues, should they arise. I think we have all experienced landlords who barely help with big problems, and would completely ignore a noise complaint considering Columbus is in high demand for living space and they could easily replace you, so it felt nice that UV actually tried to help. I don't know if they will be able to fix it, so I would still probably suggest that people who are sensitive to noise should get a 3rd floor apartment, but I think it would be situational as to how loud your neighbors were, as it is any place you rent.
Conclusion:
In total this is a good place to live, if you actually drive through it, it's adorable and would be an ideal place that a parent would want their college student to live in a big city. You save some money by living here and for me, that was important. I would highly recommend this place to people who work at the medical center like I do, because this is walking distance to the buckeye lots.
Mary Kate Waitkus
It's a very welcoming community! Very pet friendly! The bus system is super easy to figure out and is extremely convenient being an OSU student. I love the location as it's off campus but not too far away. The resident life center has a nice gym and is a good place to come and work on homework or projects.
Richard Chen
Living in UV for almost 3 years during my undergraduate time, I have to say I enjoyed living here. It's a really good option for students with a monthly housing budget under $700. There are free shuttles to and from OSU campus so it would be very convenient if you don't have a car. Sometimes during weekends, there will be shuttles taking you to and from the nearby Asian supermarkets, free of charge. Newly built fitness and life center is huge and awesome. There is also a swimming pool opens during summers with once-a-week event. The maintenance team is always responding promptly for the requests. The only reason I would like to move out is that there is no hook for washers and driers in the apt, and I'm not a fan of public laundry room.
Jordan Scheiderer
I've lived here for about two years. This honestly feels like the safest place to live while earning my degree at The Ohio State University. It is fun and all the staff and residents are very friendly! The village has a lot to offer; the 24/7 fitness center is great especially when you like to workout really early, the study rooms are a nice addition and I nice quiet getaway, the buses saved me a bunch of money from not having to buy parking passes, and the events are fun to get out and meet new people!
Kurt Cutshall
I really enjoy living at university village! They have so many great amenities, maintenance is always fast and the staff is always helpful and friendly! The new resident life center is awesome. It has free printing, coffee and an awesome workout room! I would definitely recommend UV!

I live in UV for two months. It is very happy to live here, because UV provides very good and warm services which let me to feel at home. There are some traffic inconveniences during weekends. It will be better to advance the shuttle leaving time during weekend, like from 9am to 9pm (every 2 hours).
Alie Holley
I love UV! The staff is amazing and they all care so much! Thanks for everything
Amrita Sen
Apartments are in great condition. The bus service is timely and reliable. There's an entertainment center and a gym and a pool. Some of the apartments are pet friendly. This is just a great place to live. So happy to have found it.
Cole Lewis
The price is right for the location, but you're primarily paying for location. The apartments are okay, but the walls and floors are the thinnest of any of the apartments I have been in. I lived in two different units over the course of 2 years: one 3 bedroom and one 2 bedroom (both renovated). Generally speaking, the office reps and maintenance were very helpful, though moving in to the apartments always presented issues like discolored carpet, incredibly sticky cabinets, a toilet leaking out of the bottom onto the floor, and sticky/dirty countertops. I never had an issue with maintenance as they would always come promptly to fix any issues, though issues like the toilet plagued us off and on for the duration of the lease. Something that was very annoying is the occasionally short notice for water shutoff or pest control schedules. I don't exactly know what the issue is with this, but many times, I'd arrive at my apartment at 8pm or 9pm when there would be no notice on my door. The next morning I'd wake up for class around 9am-9:30am and find that I can't take a shower because the water is turned off, so I walk out to my door and check for a notice, and sure enough, one was placed there between 8pm the night before and 9am that morning. A moderate annoyance, but nothing extreme really. What is extreme is the gouging they do on your security deposit. Over the course of my two years there, we were charged $225 out of our deposit for "damages" that I was entirely unaware of as I cleaned the apartments before leaving. Keep in mind that I have never lost anything out of my deposit at any of my previous apartments outside of UV, and take extreme care of everything. I drive a 20 year old car that looks brand new. I was always the last one to leave the apartments and never saw anything that would warrant even close to what they charged out of our deposit. Not to mention I would always spend hours cleaning after moving all of the stuff out of the apartment. I don't know if we're actually being charged for another apartment by mistake or if maintenance is just going in there and wrecking the place after we move out, but the charges are well outside of reasonable. After losing the money out of the first apartment deposit, I made sure to take extra care moving out of the second apartment and still lost over 75% of the deposit in "damages". My mistake was that I didn't take pictures when I left, so I can't prove that the damages weren't there, but quite frankly, it's ridiculous. I wouldn't be writing this if I thought the charges were even remotely justified. Overall, good place to stay if you're a student as the busing service is a godsend, just watch out for any minor damages that may not be apparent or don't expect to get your deposit back.

wonderful experience! Friendly. Shuttle bus is always convenient, fast and easy way to go to campus. Maintenance is fast and trustworthy. Some stuffs inside the room are a little bit old, like the environment of UV.
ehsan fereshtehnejad
The staff is kind and responsive. The new resident life center is great! You have free Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate, you can play pool table, the study rooms also have a great view and are quiet. I should also mention that the interior design of the center is eye-catching.
I live in one of the UP apartments with my wife. It is furnished and pretty new. However, it might be a bit small for a couple life (around 416 sqft).
TING TIEN
They have shuttle bus to take us to school, so it is good for the students who don't have a car in here. and their leasing office is nice and clear, they have gym and studying room in there! But the apartments are a little bit old, and it is kind of easily hear noises.
Clare Gu
I spend the best 2 years of undergraduate life with UV. If you don't have a car, UV is worth the price. Everything is handy. Great location. However: The community is not as safe as it was years ago. Bathroom is old and closet is TINY! (~girls watch out)

Living in University Village has been satisfying so far, they genuinely surprised me. On my move in date I was welcomed to a carefully cleaned apartment, I’ve had only one issue with my apartment and it was quickly fixed by their maintenance team before I put my first piece of furniture in. One of the light-bulbs were fried, but besides that minor issue I haven’t had a single problem with my space since I’ve moved in. The UV staff assisted me the whole time, they were very helpful ensuring my move in went smoothly. UV offers a wide range of amenities, I absolutely love their new life center which I spend most of my time there studying, working out, and playing in their game room. Also, their OSU tailgates are super fun too, they make living here fun it’s like a small neighborhood! They offer a ton of social events which I love, I moved here from Florida and its helped me meet a lot of residents that live here. Their shuttle service is amazing as well, the shuttle travels to OSU throughout the week and its great if you don’t have a car. All around this place is hard to beat, I’ve done an enormous amount of research and looked at multiple properties before I moved to Ohio and I am extremely happy I chose UV. The amenities that come with UV can’t be beat such as: their extremely fun social events, their OSU shuttle service, recently built life center, and their pricing. I don’t regret the move at all I am very pleased with University Village.

Love it so far! The apartment was clean and well kept. I like the freedom to customize it. Work order responses can be slow, but overall it's been great
Sundeep Siripurapu
Very good experience. Have been here for the last 2.5 years. No complaints. Price is higher than other places near campus, but this is one of the safest and well maintained communities. With the new resident life center, the experience just got much better! Roads are well taken care during the snow too.

I have been here for one month and already regret signing my lease.
We've had plumbing issues from day 1 and they have done NOTHING to actually fix the issue. We have informed maintenance and the leasing office multiple times and nothing has been done. The one maintenance guy who actually spoke to us about the issue said that "I tried what I could but this solution will not last". I think being able to shower without DIRTY water from someone else's shower/bathroom would be a concern for whoever runs this place; apparently not.
There are also ants all over the place and some have even bitten my roommate. I cannot wait to leave this awful apartment and move somewhere else next year. I have no intentions of renewing my lease for this awful awful apartment and I highly recommend that anyone that is seriously looking at this place to reconsider. This headache of an apartment is not worth it.
EDIT: I changed my initial one star review to three stars. Shortly after i posted this, I received a call from management and they came in and fixed my problems. I am less unhappy with this place now. However, it took me writing a negative review to get their attention about the issues that I've had. While I do appreciate them fixing it, it should not have taken this long nor should I have had to write a negative review for this to occur.

The staff from here are very friendly and always deliver an amazing experience. The shuttle service is outstanding, since paying for parking in OSU is expensive.
The only downside is to take a closer look whenever you are in your new apartment since many things can be dirty (inside counters, floor heater vents, and some kitchen drawers).
Regardless of that, the maintenance staff are always available and are very hasty in their response and action.
Linda Capito
It's a good place to live, it's quiet, maintenance works fairly well. You have a shuttle bus that picks you up and drops you off campus, so that's a big advantage, specially in the winter. There are many activities during the year for students (like going to the movies, amusement parks, zoo, etc for free*) and the amenities of the resident Life center include free* coffee/hot chocolate/tea, study rooms, printing station (black and white only), a 24h gym, and a pool (only during the summer). There are laundry facilities only in certain buildings, so you should ask before moving, so that you know if your building has one or if you have to go to another to do laundry. The great thing about laundry is that you don't need coins, you just use an app and pay with your credit/debit card. As a personal appreciation, I feel that the apartments are pretty old, small and expensive for what you get. They don't have centralized air conditioning or dishwasher as other apartments in the same price range around OSU. Furthermore, they charge you with a monthly "utilities" fee of $150 that only includes gas, trash and water, that I think is crazy. You could say that the price is justified because of all the extra activities that you have access to, but you pay an *extra yearly fee for them, so they aren't really free.

Definitely the best neighborhood in Columbus. It is very well maintained given the size of the property. It has its own shuttle that makes traveling to college much easier as for me my home is just next to the bus stop. The newly built Resident Life Center is an icing on the cake which offers free Starbucks coffee, pool game, gym, Internet access and study rooms. Overall, the best place to live in Columbus.

University village brings great experience to stay at Columbus with their traditional approach and cooperative nature. People like Mike or Will are super helpful with whatever problem you may have! UV brings tradition!!
Hailey Troyer
Came on a tour here last week looking for an apartment near the OSU area. Your employee Sam took me on a tour and showed me around the property. She was knowledgeable and really helped me out!
Melissa Murdock
I just moved into a one bedroom in July, and I am enjoying it so far. Office and maintenance are always helpful. the study space, gym, and bus are all perks. They have fun events occasionally where you can meet other residents too. Just signed on another year. :)
Kayla Whitley
I really enjoy living here. The staff is so helpful, the apartments are nice, and the amenities are an awesome bonus! This is a great place to live if you’re looking for off-campus housing!
Caitlyn McCoy
I lived there for the first two years at OSU and loved it! Easy access to campus (especially if you don't have a car) and the complex itself is quiet. The staff is amazing and provide quick fixes to any issues you may have. I love that they host tailgates and try to make the neighborhood fun!
Catherine Moses
I’ve been here since May 2020 and I’ve enjoyed living here. The amenities are nice and I appreciate that it’s pet friendly. Maintenance has usually been quick and always professional. I’m please with my experience and I’ve renewed my lease.

We lived in UV for almost 6 months in 2016. We entered to a newly renovated apartment, everything was new! Also the location of our apartment was excellent, we were close to Kroger and to the Olentangy River Rd. and also to Olentangy trail. UV is the best place for the visitors and students of OSU.
Lingyan Yin
I love the life center, free coffee, free drinks. And I do workouts in the fitness room everyday. And whenever you submit a maintenance, they help you fix it very soon and you don't need to be at your apt! Super convenient! Except that when you live second floor or first floor, there are some noise upstairs when it is very late..... bad sound insulation....

University Village is a great place to live when heading off campus. It is close to Ohio State and the apartments are very cozy. There are so many great amenities with the new welcome center. The individuals who work here are very polite and willing help you in any way and every way that they can.
Michael Hackleman
Great place to live! Very fun and homey environment with plenty to do around! The events put on are fun and give you the perfect getaway from a busy school week! The apartments are super nice and spacious giving you all the space you need, even when you want to have guests over!
Dayna Raju
I lived in University Village for 2 years prior to moving to Chicago. I loved my apartment, the facilities and amenities the complex had to offer. Additionally all of the employees who work there were kind, fun and helpful! The units are a good size, clean and updated.
Jack Wang
nice a place to live during my college life. The price is affordable and the living environment is amazing. I have access to the newly built village center that has recreational facilities and study room. Shuttle buses regularly head to campus every 20 minutes on school days. i highly recommend this apartment complex
Joon Kim
Well maintained and quiet place. Maintenance is easy to talk to but
The year I stayed at UV, bus rides were basically non existent due to a major construction at school.
It’s been over 2 years and I still get their spam mails. I’ve already called them multiple times to pull me off the spam list.
Please stop sending me emails.
Livia Ceccon
Really good place for students, it's near the OSU and they offer free shuttle service every 20 minutes! The resident life center and the gym center are very convenient. I love the fact they organize free day trips around Columbus, like Cedar Point, and etc! Also, during the summer they organize weekly pool parties! The staff is friendly and I do recommend this place if you are going to study at the OSU!
Dalton Vass
At first I was placed in the wrong apartment which was much smaller than the one I signed for. I understand mistakes happen and fortunately the manager was extremely nice and worked to resolve the problem promptly. Quality customer service even when dealing with a massive amount of people moving in all around the same time. The RLC is amazing for getting your work and studying done. Also, only had to call Maintenance once and they were knocking at my door within 5 minutes to help.
Neil Wang
UV is a good living and studyinb place around OSU. As far as I have experienced, the apartment is fine and every equipments work well although some other apartments have some minor problems, such as not enought heat, too much noisy. What impress me most is the fitness room and studying room with coffee and copier. I really enjoy living here. But remember pay the rent fee on time.
Li
University is a good place to live, especially for international students. It locates at the safe place, and most of residents are students in OSU. So it is easy to make friends over here. And UV organizes different varieties of activities every month, which is awesome!
Ben Smith
The RLC, gym, bus and maintenance is good. The only complain is raising the prices each year. Also, when I was leaving my old apartment, I was charged $300 for the carpet that could have been cleaned by a cleaner. I missed a spot, and they used it as an excuse to change the whole carpet since it was old.
Laurie Hamame
I love living at University Village so much that I renewed again for next year. UV is far enough away from campus to be quiet, but close enough to still feel like a student. I love the events and activities UV puts on because it really makes me feel important and a part of the UV community.
Avery Chrisman
We’ve lived here for over a year and have loved it! It’s close to campus, but feels a lot more peaceful and private than anywhere else this close. The pool is never crowded and the amenities are great.
Saeide
University village is a safe and convenient place for osu students to live in. It is near campus and the shuttles are good especially in winter, when your car is covered with ice and snow. The new resident life center is fantastic, come here to experience it.
Phil Foell
UV is one of the most convenient places to live near OSU. They provide bus shuttles to and from campus, and to the local market. They also have activities for the community.
Owen Kabelitz
Solid place to live. The maintance is pretty fast and the people at the community center are pretty helpful. I've had a good experience living here.
Israel Alberto Roldan Vega
This is the best place to live, the price versus quality is awesome. There a lot of free events and service like go to ski, zoo, AMC movie theater, etc., and service like a free bus to go to Lennox, University Collage. The resident life center is the best place to study, print, with a nice decorations, free Starbucks coffee and Internet also there is a cool area to play billar, watch TV, doesn't forget the gym area. The apartments are great with good maintenance and out side the gardens and streets are very clean and beautiful.
Steven Yen
I think living here is convenient. Also sometimes they will have some tailgate event that I can have lots of free drink!!
Therefore if someone in the future wants to live here, I will say it's a great place to live!
Ethan Cuffy
Huge shout out to Mike Reynolds… made my experience go way smoother than anticipated. Great place to live, especially if you attend OSU. 10/10 highly recommend!
Mulan Wu
I have been lived University Village for almost one year. It is a safe and beautiful community. Several highlights: shuttle, pool, gym and computer labs. The only problem is that sometimes you can hear your neighbors talking loudly in the night.
Ke Lin
Overall positive experiences. RLC is great. Maintenance office responds quickly. It would be better if we did not have to relocate to a different unit after we renewed our lease the first year.
Meghan Smith
Definitely a great place to live if you are attending OSU. They have bus routes that take you to campus as well as grocery stores and movies! There is a 24/7 gym and a pool. There are tons of options for floor plans. You do have to get your own wifi and electric though and are charged a flat rate for the other utilities on top of your monthly rate.
Sarah Anwar
Lived here for a year and really liked it! Best value for money housing with some really nice amenities around the OSU campus
Sara Shoup
I moved out of here due to moving out of state about 6 months ago, and I miss it every day! The RLC and the coffee bar were some of the best amenities there, and the buses were so convenient! Definitely recommend!
Sanny Yang
UV is a great place to live. Amazing life centre facilitied with study area, computer room, pool table and Starbucks coffee machine etc. Most importantly it is close to osu and has the famous red buses to the university. It won't disappoint you to come living here.
Yang Wang
Great property that is close to the school, and restaurants yet far enough off the road that it maintains a peacefulness that lacks alot of traffic. Or office and maintenance staff work hard to make living here an enjoyable experience. the staff are quick when we have maintenance requests.
Toby Chen
Friendly. Shuttle bus is always convenient, fast and easy way to go to campus. Maintenance is fast and trustworthy. Some stuffs inside the room are a little bit old, like the air conditioner.
Zihao Zhu
Place is nice ! Don't really have any big complaints. It would be nice if they had a laundry facility in every building. Shuttle bus is always convenient, fast and easy way to go to campus.
Maya Ruff
The leasing staff is so helpful and understanding!!! Aledria helped me every step of the way!! She was so friendly and patient with all of my questions.
Briana Albert
Overall a nice place to live. The shuttle is very convenient and it's not hard to get to campus. My only complaints is that not every room has air conditioning and that not every building has laundry facilities, which is annoying.
Madalyn Church
Great place to live! Easily accessible to everything and they provide busing to grocery stores and campus! The leasing/management office staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
Samantha Burkholder
A great place to live. The buses are convenient and the staff is always very helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. I've also never had to worry about theft or ever felt unsafe while living here.
Spencer Cappel
Willem was immaculate, divine. My heart fluttered. And dare I say it, even sexy. Also a good leasing agent, a golf cart extraordinare, and like the Einstein of 2 bedroom apartments.
Haneen Saleh
Mike Reynolds and Asha Abreu was super helpful and funny!! He gave me a great tour and was super educated about the apartment complex!! 10/10 recommend mike to help you get settled in.
Clay Jackson
University Village really is a great place to live. They have countless amenities, endless events, and ceaseless customer service. They make sure everything is perfect in your apartment. When it is not perfect they get right on fixing it for you. Unfortunately, I cannot give them 5 stars. The WiFi at the Community center is the worst WiFi I have ever used. There is absolutely no security on the WiFi. Anyone, whether resident or not, can log on and see all traffic across the network. So the WiFi is unsafe (I strongly suggest using a VPN while on the WiFi). It is also highly unreliable. During many late night study sessions, the WiFi will suddenly drop out. I'm lucky to be able to get back on it within the next 30 minutes after that. This is very infuriating, especially when taking an online quiz for a class. This place has so many awesome things going for it. If they just installed an enterprise WiFi system, which they should have in the first place anyways, then I would be happy to give 5 stars. The community center is a place to enjoy free hot chocolate and coffee, while getting work done. It is not a place for countable WiFi security flaws, ending study area hours, and ceasing WiFi connections. The Christmas trees are nice though.
Tara Vanzant
Living here throughout college was great. The uv busses were a huge help getting to and from campus every day. The maintenance and leasing offices were always quick and responsive when we needed something.
Alyssa Trimiar
UV has been great to me these past couple of years! I especially love that they allow pets! They have monthly events for residents and it free! They are really enjoyable events too not just last minute! Thanks UV!
Sputnik Y
I love it here! UV is one of the best places to rent for OSU students. I really love the student center and the busses. I really want to keep living here until I'm finished with my career at OSU. It is a bit pricey but so worth it.
Jenna Whitaker
We love living at University Village! As a complex, it has great units and sits in a beautiful area. The staff is wonderful, and there are lots of opportunities for community involvement.
LKO BHU
I am living here in University Village for last five and half months and found that this is the best place to live in Columbus-Ohio, for a student or Ohio State University employee.Enjoying life at UV. Feels like home, peaceful and green . Their shuttle service to OSU is great for newcomers. close to market area and food joints.
I would like to recommend this place to my juniors and friends also.
Thanks University village
Dr Marshleen
Alicia Pae
I loved staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team are very helpful as well. The units are very clean and spacious. I have recommended them to my friends.
David McKenzie
Quiet-ish place to stay. Lots of grad students and families, mainly from east asia and india. Shuttle bus to osu is convenient. Kroger and some fast food places nearby. Over priced for what you get however. We are now in a two bedroom townhouse in the same area for the price we were paying for a one bedroom place at uv. Poor city transport links, especially at the weekend. Maintenance guys are great and it was nice not having to worry about that stuff.
kunal kaul
I was at the university village visiting my sister. They have all the amenities for guests as well without any extra charge. The staff is very friendly and the life centre is kept very clean!
Thanks for doing such a great job guys!
Bhawana Bissa
University village is awesome place to be especially for an international scholar like me. Very convenient shuttle service is the highlight and the nearby grocery store and the fitness center make it an ideal place to live with family. Thank You.
JACOBY McCormick
I ran into an issue where I needed an apartment ASAP and Emily was able to get me approved and and into an apartment the same day! Buildings and maintenance need updated but Emily is for sure the best!
Varun Mohan Kumar (Varun)
Best place for OSU students. The shuttle service drops you to all locations around the campus from the gyms to classes. This is closer to grocery(kroger), has a very decent fitness center (nothing compared to RPAC though :-p). The houses are a little expensive since it is perfect for univeristy students. The maintenance individuals are the best.
Jessica Waibl
its been convenient living at UV and going to Ohio state. The buses are great for getting to campus and having the gym so close by is a nice amenity. Would recommend.
Tara Eicher
The transportation, rec center, and location are really great. Maintenance is responsive and the apartments are in good condition. The only complaint I have is that packages are not delivered securely, so make sure to sign for them.
sarah anstirman
Good except for noise, laundry, and the fact that the fence division between my apartment building and the one behind was broken for over 10 months and people walk through at night. multiple car break ins, not too safe.
Dan Hastings
I have lived here for about four years now. The area is much safer than anything closer to campus. The atmosphere around the village is pretty calm. Just got a brand new building where residents can hang out.
Kevin Tzeng
Overall, UV is doing a good job.
The apartments are nice, comfortable for students.
The neighborhood of UV is quite and suitable to live.
The management team is nice.
Marissa Perrett
Such a nice place to live! I always feel safe plus there are restaurants and a Kroger walking distance. They are also pet friendly and it's a nice area to walk the dog!
molly gel13
Great experience with UV. Mike was very helpful! Made what could have been a difficult process so much easier. Highly recommend.
Babushka Destroyer Of Worlds
The neighborhood is really well maintained, I go for a stroll around the place pretty often. It's peaceful and full of life, I wish the dog park were bigger though. I don't have a dog, I just like playing with all the puppers when I see them
Siti Maisarah Zulhaimi
UV organizes a lot of fun events, occassionally serves free breakfast at the RLC and accomodates to its residents' needs to the best of their ability, as shown with the grocery route established since the closing of a nearby Kroger.
Mohammad Hossein Samavatian (Mohisam)
UV is a safe and appropriate place to live. friendly neighbors and staff in leasing office. But I think the gym and its equipment should improve and extend.
Aishwarya Badiger
Very convenient location. Shuttle services to and fro to the campus helps a lot. World class facilities at the newly opened resident life centre. Overall, a great place to stay.
llyona L

Amanda Matchett
I love living at UV! The events are awesome, my favorite has to be the Oktoberfest. I love taking my dog to the dog park and walking around the property.
Nathan Bash (Xemsyt)
Perfect for off campus students, and full of amenities. Shuttle to OSU campus every 20 minutes, 24 hour fitness, regularly held festive events and so much more.
Gabriel Anderson

Best place to live in Columbus. Good amenities, clean community, best attractions are shuttle to campus and social events. Feels good to be here.
abhilasha dehankar
you need to lower the rent. It is very high as compared to others. Heating is poor. Everything else is awesome. Also, you should either decrease resident life fees or keep it minimum for people not using your services
Scripuh
Since signing my lease I haven't moved in yet but the staff has been great and have been very good about keeping me updated in the process. i look forward to moving in and being a part of the community officially

Xiao Wen
Living in University Village is safe, calm and convenient. There is a bus service to school everyday. And they ofen organize events for residents.
Hiran
Mine is a spacious, yet overpriced unit. I am not a huge fan of their take on residents' privacy. Shuttle service though, is one of the few nice things they offer.
S z
Very nice and convenient location. The hours for the activity center is a bit short, especially on the weekends. Shuttle is pretty good during semesters.
xiaoqi che
just moved in and something needed to be fixed, such as window in bathroom, the stove, and no AC in one bedroom. but the carpet has gotten cleaned and all the walls are newly painted.
Sarah Mao
The new life center is excellent place to spend your spare time. I meet friends and study and print and exercise there and even can reserve a part there! Not feel lonely any more🌻 …

It is quiet and beautiful here. However, Bug Inspection was really hard. You know, I had to move all the furniture. It felt so hard that I even thought about moving.
