Nick Baldwin was a dream to work with. My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in a crazy market while I was 6 months+ pregnant. Nick became our new BFF. He was meeting us weeknights, weekends, literally whenever we needed him. He was answering/making phone calls 10PM at night, while he was on vacation…doing whatever he could to get us a house. This guy is the hardest worker I have ever met. Nick is extremely transparent during the buying process and wasn’t going to sell us any house. He wanted to not only make sure it’s what we wanted but that it was good quality too. Fast forward to today and we have a beautiful home for our family and we couldn’t be more thankful for Nick. Sue and her team took great care of me during the process of looking for my first home purchase. Not only did she stay in constant contact with me during the process she even kept her bubbly personality as I dragged her and her team an hour outside of Columbus, all the way from the South side to the East, and then ended up moving into a place 2 blocks away from where I was. My fiancé and I first reached out to Collective House Realty back in 2019, thinking we were ready to start looking for a house. Turns out we weren't, and we were planning on 2020 being our year to purchase our first home! Well, we all know what happened in 2020 lol. Morgan Sprosty was FANTASTIC to work with!! Buying our first home was really intimating, especially in the crazy Columbus market, but Morgan made it easy and fun! Fall '17, I was living in a LC apartment and was debating to renew my lease or try house hunting (I was super wary since the whole process seemed really daunting and I really knew next to nothing about house buying, but I've been really wanting my own place). Morgan Wasmund from Collective House Realty had reached out to see if I was interested in buying a house. I met with her to get more info - she helped answer all the questions I had, explained the overall process to me, gave an estimated timeline for the different steps, mentioned what would be needed for each step, etc. I decided to go for it from there, at least to see if there were houses I was interested in - Morgan provided good contacts/recommendations throughout the process for my loan options/house inspection which made everything super painless for me. She took my list of everything I was looking for, got me signed up on the MLS listings - passed me places to check out. When I'd see something I was interested in, she was great on working to get us a walk-through for it that day if we were able to. One of the listings I liked had been posted on MLS in the morning, Morgan got us a walk-through that same afternoon. The house was great, it checked off pretty much everything I was looking for so I decided to put an offer in. Morgan worked from there with the seller's realtor (we found out there were 2 other offers as well), we were able to come to a deal with the sellers and they accepted my offer the next morning. All of that took about the span of a day, so I was super thankful for Morgan on staying on top of everything so I was able to get the house I wanted. Morgan helped make sure everything else in the process went smoothly (I briefly mentioned earlier house inspection rec. was great) & the closing went without any problems. The BankIT program was a nice bonus from LC (I asked questions on that too since I really didn't know much about it). I appreciated all the help throughout the whole process for a newbie like me. I've been in my house for a little over a month now and am really happy how everything worked out (and I'm slowly getting used to being a home owner now :). So I do highly recommend Morgan and Collective House Realty if you're on the fence for any future house hunting.

Brooke is the best! I found my condo Saturday 1/19/20 when the BIG snow was coming. I left a VM expecting a call Monday. Wrong again Brooke called a few hours later and agreed to meet Sunday.
