Really John, Alex, and Mike?? I wish you would have attached the photos we sent you after you left. As the property owner, I can assure everyone the unit was trashed. These are the kind of guys who will leave every bit of their broken and trashed furniture, bottle collections, damages and general filth behind and expect someone else to clean up the mess. They weren’t charged anywhere near the total of their damages and the entire units needed to be patched and painted behind them. I spent in excess of $2,700 in repairs to just your apartment, not including the $3,900 to your buddies upstairs, the “heard from other people” buddies you refer to in your review. Everything was fixed or I certainly would not have paid for it all which begs the question raised by your review (how could the new guys say none of your damage was repaired if there was no damage as you claim? Which is it?) Cecelia wasn’t even the property manager until move out time. Gentlemen, please note that my review will certainly appear as your names are googled and your reviews display. Truly disappointing.

I rented with Wolfe & Taylor for several years and Ms. Regina had been a wonderful Property Manager. Any issues that came up or questions I have had, she was prompt to resolve the situation. I appreciate her communication and how she followEd up with me each time regarding results which is above and beyond her duty and doing a good job as a property manager while showing genuine care. Because of Wolf and Taylor Co., I now have a place I call home and I’m grateful for the kindness. Ms. Regina has been awesome.

Through the years I've needed home repairs and updates--appliances, paint, etc--and Wolfe and Taylor has always responded promptly. Marian is wonderful to work with, and knows her tenants by name. I really appreciate the care and prompt replies I get when I have a request. A wonderful company to rent from--highly recommend!

She is always available to help or answer questions, is prompt with any repair requests, and she knows her tenants by name. I've never been dissatisfied with the service I've received or had issues that have gone unresolved. Marian makes you feel like a person and not just a tenant number on a list.

Wolfe and Taylor has without a doubt been the best and most professional renting/leasing company I have ever worked with. I have done business with other local rental companies and the experiences have not even come close to the experience I had with Wolfe and Taylor. Generally, only disgruntled tenants ever write reviews for leasing companies, however, I feel that I owe it to Wolfe and Taylor share my experience with this public testimonial: In late September 2015, Wolfe and Taylor worked with me to make a smooth transition into a new rental house in Forest Acres. Regina was very thorough and gave me all the instructions I would need to move in without any problems. Five days after I moved in, Columbia was hit with what we called the "1000 Year Flood" - my new rental house fell victim, as I woke up to knee-deep water in every room of the house. Most of my belongings were destroyed, and I was able to leave with my clothes and a few other things. I left a message for Wolfe and Taylor in the AM while the house was flooding, and told them I would be leaving and not returning. The next day, the company called me back to check on me. Soon after, the President of the company called me personally and told me that I was not on the hook for anything, expressed his condolences, and said that I could come and pick up a full refund of my deposit and first month's rent. He also said that I would have priority when it came to being approved for another property. This came as a shock to me - I would have never expected a rental company to be so generous. To put things into perspective, my previous rental company still has not refunded my deposit to me from the condo I lived in before I signed with W&T, and the only issue with that condo was a broken refrigerator handle (normal wear and tear). Wolfe and Taylor refunded me in full within 5 days of leaving a completely flooded house, and I am still waiting almost 2 months later for a deposit from another rental company in Columbia. The professionalism, integrity, and moral character of everyone at the Wolfe and Taylor goes above and beyond the call of duty. I whole heatedly give them my vote of confidence, and strongly advise that both tenants and property owners place their business with them.

I rented with Wolfe & Taylor for 4 years in Shandon. Marian was my landlord, and beyond doing a wonderful job in that role, she also genuinely cares about her tenants and their property. Any time there was an issue, Marian and the Wolfe & Taylor staff ensured it was dealt with quickly. We even received a new stove and microwave in the time we lived there. Great housing opportunities for young professionals. Only left because I bought a house of my own! Grateful for their kind consideration.

My visit there was okay the lady that talked with me she was nice she look like she was a foreigner though but very nice and helpful the only thing about them was I was looking for a place in Section 8 and they had only two availabilities at the time when I went to look at the properties it was the worst properties I have ever seen in my life I'm looking for a better place to live I wouldn't rent a place like that to nobody on the streets. These places are always located in bad neighborhoods

Wonderful experience. I am a graduate student, which is a population that similar companies often abuse/neglect, but I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from W&T, from viewing to application to renting. They are professional, efficient, and it is obvious that they care about the actual individuals they serve. Service requests and home upgrades were completed expediently. Please keep in mind that people who post ugly reviews are usually extremely upset outliers and looking for an avenue to vent.

These guys are really friendly. They also have some very nice properties ranging from low rent to high rent.and they make it easy to view anyone.can view a home or an apartment just need your state ID and 20 or 10 dollars, and you are able to go on your own and view
