We just concluded the sale of our house with Gena Banks. This time we are moving out of the area but 10 years ago we used her to both buy and sell our houses. Once again we had a wonderful time working with Gena. She not only helped us with the usual processes, but she gave us great advice on how to present our house to the public without spending too much money. This included having contractors at the ready (handyman, painter, etc) to help get our house ready for sale as well as having repairs completed after the inspections.
