Amelia was great. We moved to SC at the beginning of May and started looking for homes the first day. We used two realtors that our lender recommended before, and looked at about 30 houses. They kept dropping the ball left and right, and I was getting frustrated and down because I didn't think we'd find anything. I found Amelia on Google after getting rid of our second realtor, and gave her a call, and she dropped what she was doing and started showing us houses right away that same day. We had pretty good luck and only saw I think 3 houses with her, and made an offer and got accepted. What set Amelia apart was her attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and communication. Having a realtor without those 4 things can be daunting when buying or selling a home, and she was able to get us into our new house and I'd recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor. She always got back to me fast, did everything right on her end, and the whole time it really felt like she wanted to help us and cared about what she was doing.

Amelia is the best . Jessica is a very close second . We were looking for pretty particular things in a home and she was able to get all but one (and that would've happened if we upped our budget). She's incredibly persistent when it comes to getting what she wants for her clients . She was able to have the seller leave an entire collection of basically brand new appliances including a washer/dryer and they installed a brand new dishwasher that they never got to use . She even got them to leave a John Deere riding mower due to us not having one and the yard being so incredibly big . I could go on and on about her but it would look like she's paying me . But it truly is the other way around . I don't plan on buying in the future but one can never truly know . But one thing I do know is if I ever decide to seek a new home , she'll definitely be the one doing the seeking . And everything else ! BTW they don't call her the "pit bull" for nothing 😤
