I have been at 465 for 3 years. Susan and and her team throw amazing parties with great food, drinks and live music that encourage residents to mingle. There are also more intimate events like book club and movie night. Maurice is always responsive with any concern and welcomes me home with a big smile. Both Maurice and Julie have gone out of their way to help family who were visiting navigate through the building. The yoga classes on the sky deck make you feel like you are at a resort. The amenities are beautiful and well cared for. All of this creates a real community where it is a joy to live.

Living at 465 North Park has been an absolute pleasure. The staff (whether it's the front desk, leasing office, or maintenance) is wonderful and goes out of their way to make sure us residents feel at home. I look forward to saying hello to Susan, Maurice, and Julie each day as I go to work and come home; their bright smiles brighten up my day, too. The maintenance staff is very quick to answer any help needed and they deliver top-notch service. The leasing office has always been quick to respond to any questions I may have and also makes it very clear that they appreciate us tenants choosing to live here. Living at 465 is definitely a luxury and one I am grateful for every day. I always highly recommend 465 to anyone I know moving to or within the city, and recommend it to you, too!

Susan, and the entire 465 North Park staff are phenomenal. The building is beautiful, the amenities are incredible, and we often spend time on the 38th floor rooftop lounge, which is especially fun in the summer with Navy Pier fireworks occurring on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We moved in a few months ago, and have taken advantage of the guest suite available for our friends/family to stay while visiting Chicago. The guest suite is impeccably decorated and well stocked! Our dog gets treats from the concierge team each time we walk by and he loves it! Maintenance staff are always quick to respond to any concerns, and all requests have been taken care of within a few hours. I’ve lived in several apartments throughout several cities and this has been by far my favorite building, and I will continue to recommend 465 to anyone moving to Chicago!

I have lived at 465 North Park for the past 6 months and it has been overall a great experience. I have lived in numerous apartments and this apartment complex is by far superior. The building, amenities, location and team are all first class. The team of professionals at 465 North Park are what really makes the difference. They make your experience feel like you are truly part of a community and make it a priority to ensure your needs are met. Susan, Moe, Hopi and Ericka to name a few have all been responsive to my numerous request and are great examples of how fully engaged associates can make such a positive difference for their company and their tenants. Susan and Moe go “beyond” normal expectations to create a special environment in the building from the events they plan and host to taking care of parking, guest issues, meal deliveries, mail, special occasions etc… I highly recommend 465 North Park for those looking for a great location, wonderful amenities, sense of community and a world class service team of professionals that work there!

Living at 465 North Park has been an absolute pleasure. The concierge staff is incredible, (they are friendly, helpful, and always a delight to speak with). The maintenance staff is constantly making sure the building is perfect and willing to assist with any issue that may arise. Also, the leasing office and management makes sure every aspect of the building is running to perfection. Recently the building hosted a party and it was absolutely stellar. I was blown away by the efforts set forth by all who participated and I could not have asked for a better introduction to this residence. Since my arrival this place has felt like home.

I moved to Chicago a little over a year ago, and I’m so glad I chose to rent at 465. The views and amenities are amazing. But the best part of 465 is Susan and the rest of the team! They respond quickly to any question or concern. And, they go above and beyond to support their residence. Alex even bought be some Oreos (my go to treat) when I was having a bad day. Also, maintenance team was really helpful during my move. Susan has really made this place feel like home!

GUEST APARTMENT: We had my family stay in the guest apartment when visiting us. Upon their arrival the refrigerator was packed with drinks and snack and a lovely note. The pull out bed for the kids was great and the unit came with everything you would get from a hotel and more! Amazing experience! Thank you 465!

Lived in the building for 1 year. The building is beautiful but at $4500/month for a 2 bedroom - there are better options in Chicago. I’m happy to have moved out. Maurice and Susan at the front desk are amazing, and the common amenities are expected for the price. However, the leasing office is in constant miscommunication with residents. About a month or so after move-in, expect to go days without a response. The dog run is constantly dirty and the methods for which they clean it are insufficient to curb the urine/fecal smell. There are fecal stains all over the garage/ramp and front entrance. They do not routinely (or properly) power wash the common grounds leading into the entrances of the building. The basement level floor is extremely dirty and stinks of rot and trash. The garbage management in the building is poor and there is a disgusting smell that permeates from the garbage drops and across the basement. Apartment ducts blow a ton of dust and debris into the units. When I took the filter that I purchased on Amazon off the vents after a few months, they were completely black. Parking ridiculous for the price, and on a few occasions the garage would be full with a guest car in our normal spot. Eucalyptus towels in the gym are constantly depleted, sauna does not work properly and doesn’t get hot, and towards the end of summer the hot tub will smell like urine discouraging further use. Time to step it up 465 general management.

I still remember when I asked for her help one day, she said to me "This is your home, I'm always here for you". And that really made me believe this is the right place for me.

Before living here, I was REALLY skeptical of all the EXCEPTIONAL online reviews about 465 N Park Dr. Now, after living here for a year, I’m on the bandwagon! From maintenance requests being completed pretty much within the hour of submitting, to the concierge/front desk -Susan and her team-making my life easier by: (1) going across the street to get my license from the bowling alley after a celebratory graduation night and mailing it to me in NOLA (I flew out of town early the next morning) to (2) mailing my work laptop to me in TX when my travel plans changed. I am equally impressed with the professionalism of Steven Dyer as some of my minor concerns were addressed. Steven followed up with me over the course of six months to ensure I was satisfied. I appreciate that level of care even more when my dog-parent-friends complain about their building management. As I listen to their complaints about the buildings they live in, I smile inside because I do not have any of their problems here at 465! The only thing that could be done better is to allow me to buy a unit. 🤪 Stop thinking about living here and do it, you will truly be glad you did!

We helped our daughter move into her North Park apartment last summer. We were immediately impressed by the location, the cleanliness of the environment, the amenities and the staff. Susan and Maurice, the front lobby attendants, were very welcoming and promptly assisted us with the logistics of the move-in. We also felt extremely comfortable with the security measures that were in place at North Park. In addition, every subsequent visit we made to see our daughter, we were greeted kindly by either Susan or Maurice. Our daughter, as well as our expectations, were met regarding all aspects of the North Park experience. We would highly recommend the North Park apartments! Perfect place to call home!!

From the moment we walked in to 465 N Park we were in awe. We were initially greeted by Susan Alexander who was incredibly warm and friendly. The lobby is gorgeous and the amenities are the best we’ve seen anywhere in Chicago. We’ve been here a year and a half and our experience has been excellent. I've been living at 465 for 16 months now and just agreed to a 12 month renewal. Everything about this place is perfect -- location, amenities, and design. Echoing what 90% of the comments say, the staffing of this building is what differentiates it from the competition. The concierge team and leasing/management team are all personable/empathetic and do their best to maximize your living experience. The maintenance crew is responsive and extremely helpful. Work orders get resolved almost instantly. The common area is always spotless because of the hard work by the cleaning staff. Elevators are lightning fast and always functional. I've been in my fair share of high-rises and 465 had been the most memorable and worth every penny. All rooms get a city-view and floor-to-ceiling windows at a very reasonable price point. In-unit washer dryer, stainless steel appliances, and modern layout. You have a mix of different types of people here, ranging from families to young professionals. I'm extremely proud to consider this place home. Only feedback I had was around the washer/dryer package. Most dryers these days have a humidity/moisture sensory function but the ones in the studio/convertible units do not.

To anyone who is looking at leasing an apartment. This is by far the best apartment building in the city. Beyond the amazing apartments, amenities (gym, hot tub, sauna, common spaces, roof deck) which can all be easily seen from a walkthrough visit the most important reason 465 deserves 5 stars is the people who work here. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is incredible but Susan, Maurice and Kenny and stand out as exceptional. Ever need something done for maintenance? The team is almost always at your doorstep within 30 min. I mean, it truly is incredible how well managed this place is and it is ALWAYS spotless. I could go on for forever but I will leave you with this. If you are looking for perfect then I strongly suggest living here because it is as close as you will get.

This is far and away the best apartment building my husband and I have every lived in. The staff and leasing office team are incredibly friendly and helpful (shout out to Jeremy and Susan for making our lease and move the easiest ever!!) There isn't one thing they can't solve. The amenities are well kept, clean and always available. Major plus for the beautiful gym with everything you need to get a great workout in and city views to boot! If you have the chance, try Susan's unbelievably good hot cocoa! We had it on the tour and it easily sealed the deal for moving here. No joke, it's good! The building really does feel like a community where people know your name and care about you, which is not something a lot of city apartment buildings can claim. Wow! Just wow! What an overall great experience we had with 465 North Park. Jeremy gave my daughter and me a tour and I also subsequently spoke with the GM of the building. She will be moving in next month to a beautiful apartment and I couldn't be more thrilled and confident with her decision. While it's scary for a mom, as this is her first "grown-up apartment", I'm so thankful she's found her new "home".

We moved in 3 months ago and absolutely love it here! Just listing a few of the many good reasons to live here and enjoy this great community. You will find a well managed building with stunning views of lake Michigan or the city in a near perfect location, with access to everything you need (whole foods, movie theaters, restaurants, magnificent mile,...) Susan, Julie and Maurice at the front desk are truly wonderful, they are extremely helpful and make everyone feel at home here. The amenities are great - from yoga classes to the spa area, pool, gym, dog walk, conference room and the 38th floor rooftop (and more...) they have everything covered. On top of that they offer fun events like movie nights, book club, holiday celebrations etc. In summary, it's a great place to live!

I toured this building and it was stunning. The location was great and convenient and the amenities offered were top notch. I ran into a couple of residents during my tour and they all seemed genuinely happy to live there. Jeremy gave me an excellent tour. The reason for the 3 star instead of 5 star is that after I left, I followed up to inquire about a different unit (they were having a look/lease special) and I never heard back. Given my timeline, I ended up choosing another building. It’s disappointing because I was ready to move into 465.

This building is probably the last of the great managed apartment building. The staff are so kind, helpful and supportive. They have been amazing to my friend who lives there. They offer pet check in services when you’re gone. They know residents by name. I typically don’t recommend clients go into manager apartment building, but this building I would.

Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond in all aspects. Susan plans fun community events - wine and jazz night, margaritas for cinco de mayo, fruity Fridays, and more. Everyone on the staff (Susan, Maurice, Julie, Jamie, Sylvia, and everyone else) is so friendly and makes this a great place to live and feel at home and SAFE. Very dog friendly too - dog walk on the 6th floor and dog treats galore (Susan spoils the pups and they love it)! Can’t wait for the pool and summer here. The amenities make you feel like you’re at a fancy hotel (outdoor space, pool, hot tub, sitting areas - and the view from the gym is beautiful. Location is great as you are close to the lake, but also downtown and across from a Whole Foods! When I moved in, Susan and Maurice were so helpful and made it one of the best move-in experiences!

Before we moved in, we did a deep search of the reviews. Overwhelmingly, they were positive and particularly highlighted the warmth of the staff. We've been here 6 months now and I can confidently say that this apartment building is above and beyond. The staff (particularly Susan, Maurice & Julie) take such incredible care of us. Aside from the daily smiles and check-ins, they just watered our plants while we were out of town for a month and did a better job than we normally do. (Our plant babies wish they were their plant parents!). The amenities are incredible—I spend so many summer mornings out on the patio with my journal and coffee overlooking Lake Michigan and if it weren't for COVID, I'd be in the jacuzzi/steam room every day! And of course, our unit is incredible. The views are out of this world. I must end with the fact that the staff have planned some some socially distanced events with live music this year has literally brightened my year. We love living here and are so grateful to the staff!! Thank you!!

We have lived at 465 for 2 years now and we have loved every bit of it! Living here is the best decision we made when moving to Chicago. Every morning before my walk to work I am greeted by the most friendly and sweetest Susan! She along with Maurice, Julie and the maintenance staff are the best part of living at 465. They plan the best community events for us even during the pandemic they make a way to make us feel special. The most recent event being Valentines Day; we got to enjoy live music, cupcakes and champagne!! We are seriously so blessed to be able to call 465 our home. Thank you 465 for making this a great community for us.

We have lived at 465 for over 1.5 years and have absolutely loved our experience. The building staff are phenomenal from the front desk (my dog especially appreciates the warm greeting and complementary treats after a walk) to maintenance. The amenities are perfect from the gym, to the pool, to the shared printer, and the dog run. The units are great as well. We never hear our neighbors beside or above us, the appliances are top notch, and the floor to ceiling windows with huge balcony has made being stuck at home for a year bearable. The elegant events that Susan orchestrates (my favorite was donuts and hot chocolate in the lobby to support a food pantry) are a cherry on top that show how invested she, and the management company, are in the residents' experience. They will truly go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Outside of the building, Whole Foods, Target, and Walgreens are all within a block. Restaurants, coffee shops, banks, shipping stores, etc. within 2. I can walk to work near the Willis Tower in ~30 minutes and the lake path in 5. All that said, the neighborhood is very quite and homey for its proximity to the loop and we have intentionally chosen not to leave the neighborhood to go further north during the pandemic because of our access to green space and dog parks here. Overall, I've lived in and toured several other apartment buildings in Chicago and haven't found another one that hits the nail on the head like 465 does.

Having moved to 465 North Park in August, I have been very happy here. My apartment is great and there are a variety of terrific amenities for different uses and lifestyles. The building is quite pet friendly. The best part is the Concierge Team. They helped me get connected with resources for my apartment and in the community. They are professional, courteous, friendly, and also go the extra mile. The maintenance team also is professional and courteous, and always respond to request promptly and thoroughly.

All 5 stars for this building! The staff has become my Chicago family (shoutout to Susan and Maurice). From live jazz summer events to the monthly book club, they have done a wonderful job creating a sense of community. The amenities are gorgeous and very well maintained. The quality of finishes in the apartments and appliance packages are better than most. If I weren't buying a condo, I would stay forever!

465 sets the highest bar for luxury apartment living. Not only are the apartments top notch with beautiful appliances and details, but the amenities are world class. Moving is never fun but Susan made sure that everything was smooth sailing on a very stressful day. The whole concierge team always go above and beyond to make our building feel connected and homey. I rarely have to put in a maintenance request but when I have they are friendly and quickly fix the issue. The building is in an amazing location near the lakeshore path exploration and Michigan Avenue shopping/restaurants. I love living here.

We loved 465: fantastic building with all the amenities that you can think of, well designed units, sparkling clean, great views from the rooftop, maintenance is super responsive. But what made 465 truly feel like home is the AMAZING staff: Maurice, Susan, Kenneth, Julie. Guys, you are truly the best, keep it up! We were very sad to leave, but highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live downtown. All the things you'd need are right next door and within 3 min walk: Whole Foods, AMC, Target, Navy Pier, Michigan ave, etc. BEST place in Chicago!

I recently stayed in the Guest Suite at 465 North Park, visiting my daughter who lives in the building. It was exceptional. The apartment was lovely, the amenities were fantastic, including the gym (it's huge) and pool area. Sue, who stocked my refrigerator ahead of my visit, was wonderfully helpful. The best thing about this building is the appreciation events that they have for residents. We recently had an event outside socially distanced that featured a band, which residents loved! In such a tumultuous time, it is very heartwarming that our building provides opportunities, like this event, that provide a normalcy while following safety precautions. We have been residents here since May. While we only spend part of each week here, we have loved everything! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Maintenance concerns (we really only have had a couple) are addressed in a timely fashion. Susan is an angel and works hard to make residents feel at home and to get to know each other. Her events are so much fun and so thoughtfully planned! The building itself is gorgeous— every public space such a pleasure to be in and so well-kept. Our dogs are very happy here and treated as residents too. My only regret is not having more time to be at 465 N Park Dr!!!! Looking forward to being here more in the future. Thanks for everything!

Could not be happier with our choice of moving to 465. Susan and Maurice really go out of their way to give the residents an outstanding experience. Outside of the amazing amenities and design of the building/units in general they really are what sets 465 apart from other apartment buildings in Chicago. It has been very hard to find a sense of community during COVID times but they seem to find a way to still bring people together and connect. We recently had an event with a live band outside with some dancers and it was such a great time. It was so great to see residents dancing and enjoying themselves especially during these unique times. I couldn't be more grateful to have chosen a building that goes so far out of their way for their residents! Keep the events coming!!!!!!

**Update. I have since moved out of 465 as I moved to California for work, but every single day I realize that after living at 465 it is very hard to be happy in a different living community. I live in San Diego now, and there is absolutely nothing like 465 N. Park. Susan and Maurice truly change the game when it comes to luxury living. Every time I go back to visit Chicago and 465, I get a breath of fresh air upon entering the lobby. These people are truly special from concierge to maintenance , there is nothing like the employees at 465. Let alone all of the beautiful amenities. ********** Living at 465 N Park Dr. is akin to living in a resort. The building is spectacular, the amenities are wonderful, and most importantly the staff is exceptional. From the lovely people maintaining the upkeep of the building to the door staff whom truly love what they do- it almost feels like one big family. Best decision I’ve made for living... ever.

Amazing location, the staff is helpful, active and quick to solve your problems. Since moving in I had three minor maintenance requests and they were dealt with within the first 4 hours after the request. All the amenities are brand new, my favorite is the Sky Deck with a perfect view to watch the Navy Pier firework every Wednesday and Saturday.

Everyone has been more than helpful from the Concierge’s to the office reps, to the maintenance staff. Living at 465 North Park has been such an amazing experience! Moving to Chicago in the middle of a pandemic wasn't ideal, but every worker has made it feel like home in so many different ways. Any and every worker will stop what they're doing to say hello, open the doors, and even help carry things up to your place for you. I love how doggy friendly it is as well, my little boy loves getting treats every morning from the front desk. I definitely would recommend 465 to anyone and everyone, it truly does feel like home!

What really sets this building apart is the staff and community. What a wonderful place to call home, we moved in two weeks ago and absolutely love it. After apartment hunting for about a month, we knew right away this place is what we were looking for; Mathew was amazing touring us around and showing us all the amenities and beautiful areas this complex has to offer. Since day one, every member of their staff have been wonderful to us and our two dogs, (yes, they’re pet friendly). The cleanliness of this place is amazing, all the neighbors are super friendly too. There’s not one single thing not to love about 465, Susan at the front desk is the sweetest and nicest person you’ll ever meet. The maintenance staff is beyond professional as well, one request and they’ll be nocking at your door to fix any problem. Any way, if you’re looking for your new apartment, look no further, 465 North Park is the best place.

We've lived at 465 for about two years now and have loved it. We did a lot of research on apartments in the area before picking 465 (we already lived nearby, too), and have been very happy with our selection. We love the location. Everything you need is nearby, you can enjoy an evening or morning walk downtown, on the river, or along the lake, and the trains/buses are a short walk away to get to the rest of the city (and you definitely should not just stay in this neighborhood when they city has so much to offer). The staff are amazing and have been great through the pandemic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. We've used the common areas for remote working and hosting our friends/families. The pool is nice. The exercise room is good, too. We've lived in a studio facing the lake and a 1-bed facing the city. We liked both a lot. Facing the city comes with more noise, but the view is unbeatable. (FWIW it's not like you're on the lake anyways, there is still city between the building and the lake, but it's quieter than the other side). The walls seem pretty thick. We've heard our neighbors on occasion, but when you hear them you can tell it must be really loud, and it's surprising how little we hear them. The prices are what you pay to live in a nice building in the area. I haven't lived in other buildings, all I can say is we've been happy with what we've paid to be here. Bottom line--we're planning to move from Chicago soonish, but if we were staying here we'd probably stay at 465. It's a great place to live!

We moved here in August 2020 from Atlanta and looked at multiple places between here in Streeterville, Gold Coast, the Loop, and near Grant Park... and we are so grateful and blessed that we chose 465 to call home! We were first greeted by Susan and Maurice, the front concierge desk, and they go over and beyond for anyone and EVERYONE every day!! They are truly the BEST!! Susan, Maurice and Julie always take time to see how we are all doing! Susan also always makes me feel like family! They will go over and beyond to make sure you and ALL the residents (and pups) are happy and taken Care of at all times. The building itself is in the best location also! 2 blocks from the Lakeshore Trail, Ohio Street Beach, literally across the street is Wholefoods, Walgreens, Target 1 block, 2 blocks from Michigan Avenue, 1 block from the River walk and SOOOO much more!! As for amenities..BEAUTIFUL!!!! AND spotless and always clean by Buzzoto Management. The units are well designed, great views, floor to ceiling windows, and bright! We also never have any noise issues. The walls are so thick. My favorite is the 38th floor! Absolutely Breathtaking! Views of the Willis (Sears) Tower - Lake Michigan- and Hancock. This review really comes from the bottom of my heart! I can go on and on about how GREAT 465 is! The people in this building are all so nice, considerate, friendly and all the staff between the leasing agents, Concierge desk, Buzzoto Management team, go over and beyond to make sure all the residents are safe, taken care of, and loved. BEST PLACE TO LIVE and BEST LOCATION in Chicago!

The management made our decision to upgrade easy and convenient. I have lived downtown for 15 years and this is by far the best high-rise I have lived in. Incredible amenities and a wonderful staff. I have lived at 465 North Park Drive for almost 2.5 years. This was my first apartment in Chicago. Long story short – excellent experience!! First off, you cannot beat the location. It’s less than 5 minutes’ walk to Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks, Bockwinkle’s, Michigan Ave and a 10-minute walk to Navy Pier. Basically, you can walk to everywhere. When I moved in, building had only been open for about 2 months. Spanking new. You’d still think it is spanking new – it is well maintained, and maintenance crew is very prompt, professional and friendly. Building has nice facilities, including a lounge/party room/dog run/printer on the 6th floor, and a lounge on the 38th floor – views are lovely. The gym is on the 6th floor – if I had any complaints at all about this place, this would be it – gym is small – you can get some workout, but if you are used to big box gyms, squat racks, plate loaded machines, etc – this is not the place for you. Having said that, Planet Fitness is a 3-minute walk away, and East Bank Club is a 25-minute walk away. The management office is staffed with helpful and pleasant staff. Naturally, after 2.5 years, there have been some new faces, but all have been very pleasant and easy to deal with. The building is managed by Buzzuto, whom I am given to believe runs a tight professional shop. Lastly, I must mention the front desk staff – Maurice and Susan Alexander (the only 2 I usually interact with often, not that other front desk staff aren’t great). Maurice is like “the guy” – super helpful, resourceful, seems to know everyone and gets things done. Susan is an incredibly sweet helpful lady – goes beyond what would be even considered generous in her courtesy and assistance. Both Susan and Maurice make it hard to move – it’d be hard to find such pleasant people to interact with daily I would think. In fact, the only reason I am moving is because I got married and needed a single family home. If 465 North Park Drive allowed apartment purchases, I would definitely have considered buying one. I am aware of people/neighbors who have moved to 465 NP from other nearby apartments – haven’t heard a single negative thing. Cant go wrong with this building.

The building is gorgeous, and the amenities are first rate. I especially love having two outdoor space options with the pool deck and sky lounge. The apartments are well laid out, with great appliances and plenty of closet space. The team at 465 North Park are amazing! Susan and Maurice go above and beyond, and truly make 465 feel like home.

The experience from the moment I stepped in the door was on another level. I have lived here for a little over a year and I love everything about the staff and the building. The amenities are fantastic and it has been a phenomenal experience. Maurice and Susan at the front desk would do just about anything for their residents and have created a beautiful and loving community. 465 North Park is an absolutely wonderful residence building in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago and our family is proud to call it our home. We moved in soon after the building opened late 2018. We had been so satisfied about this residence option after taking a tour of multiple units in the building that we were willing to lose the deposit we had already paid on another apartment lease we had signed in the Gold Coast neighborhood. To us, some of the best things about this residence building are: 1. It’s new and modern. The building has great amenities such as spacious and cute dog spa, a fully equipped gym, and a sky deck offering 360 degree breathtaking views of the city. I personally feel like I’m on staycation every day. 2. Its great people: concierge management term headed by Susan as well as maintenance team are so courteous and warm that they make living here a pleasure. We had toured half a dozen city luxurious apartment buildings before deciding on 465 N Park. They all have great amenities. But eventfully, to be honest, when their amenities are all comparably top notch, it was the people representing each residence building that influenced our decision making regarding which building got us to happily commit to a long term lease. I have to say 465 N Park’s concierge management team members such as Susan and Maurice are genuinely great people whose hospitality makes a huge difference in us residents’ daily experience. I still remember we were greeted with genuine warmth by Maurice the first time we entered the lobby to inquire about scheduling a showing. He made a good first impression to us. Later another day when we came back, it was Susan who was at the concierge desk. That was the first time we met Susan. She happily greeted us and asked whether we needed a coffee or tea while we were waiting. It was very obvious to me that the front faces of this residence building are what make it extra special to live here when all other aspects of any luxurious apartment building remain similar. I still remember that one of the half dozen luxurious residence buildings I had toured in the magnificent mile area had very impatient concierge people who spoke in very rude and cold manner when I first walked in to inquire about scheduling a showing. I remember I thought to myself, if this is how they treat you before they got your money, you can only imagine how they would treat you after they got your signed lease. I wrote that place off right away. And we found 465 N Park. We really appreciate the fact that our interactions with the front faces of its concierge team are consistently positive. Plus, I also noticed many times that not only do concierge team representatives treat us residents with courtesy, they are also consistently polite and patient with non residents who walked in to front desk to ask them about related matters like delivery or potential showing or visitor parking. 3. We appreciate the small details and extra touches that make living here delightful. For example, the dog spa is decorated with quirky and cute canvas artworks featuring dogs. They make us smile. Another example is the awesome residents events offered each month. These events give residents great opportunities to slow down and socialize. You will feel a sense of community when you are willing to connect and participate in these community events. To conclude, there are many things to be said about 465 N Park. The above three aspects are what matter the most to our family. In general, we are very satisfied about our residential experiences here.

Walls are not thin in the slightest, which I always worry about with apartments. The only noise that is let out will be through front door into the hallway. I love the lounge areas, great gym, a lot to like here especially with crew at the front desk. Feels like home here. This place is great if you have a pet, too. Chicago isn’t home for me so I knew it might have been a transitional city - but one of the biggest deciding factors to stay was simply that I absolutely love where I live! Coming from similar cultural backgrounds, Susan is like a mom away from home for me truly!
