Amy Leavitt is absolutely fantastic to work with- cannot recommend her enough! From prompt communication, to knowledgeable answers for every question, to maintaining a to-do list and keeping everything scheduled and running smoothly, Amy does not allow any impediment to stand. We lived in another state when we began working with Amy and had to sell our previous home while purchasing one here in Cheyenne. While it could have been incredibly stressful working on two real estate transactions at once Amy took care of everything here so we could focus on moving. Even once our transaction was complete Amy made sure to continue checking on the home while it sat waiting for us and was here to welcome us late at night with our keys and a stocked fridge! Amy goes over and above and I would suggest everyone work with her.

I had heard great things about Steve as a realtor in the community, but when I saw the work he does above and beyond his career by volunteering to serve our community I knew immediately Steve was the only one I wanted to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I felt comfortable trusting his expertise and advice; undoubtedly Steve's experience with the home buying process led to the closing of our new home. He provided excellent communication and was very timely in securing an offer and negotiation in this seller’s market. He never once tried to negotiate my list of "must haves" and took time to know my family and our needs. Steve Prescott is FANTASTIC! For those of you that live out of town or need help fixing up the house prior to selling, read on! I had initially tried to sell the home in 2010 with Steve. At that time I could not sell the home without taking a loss so I made the decision to pull it off the market and turn it into a rental. Fast forward 12 years, too many frustrating renters and enter a seller's market. I cold called Steve and after 12 years he still remembered me!!!! Told me exactly which street my home was on without me even prompting him! At this point I no longer lived in town and didn't know how to go about getting the house fixed up and market ready. Steve got to work and started calling in all his crews and in a matter of weeks the house was devoid of trash, walls painted, carpets replaced and all dings/dents/dysfunctions were fixed. There is NO WAY I would have been able to arrange all this myself or get it done in anywhere close to the time frame that he was able to. He is a GODSEND! On top of all of that he has a fantastic sense of humor, he is honorable and fair and just an all around amazing human to work with. I am so incredibly appreciative of all the ways that he helped me. Chose him and you will be too!!!!

After an absolutely terrible buying year for my wife and I, we were starting to lose hope of getting anything that was worth our while. I was referred to Brett Janzen through someone and he was awesome to work with. Although we still had plenty of obstacles to overcome, such as dealing with the terrible banks in this area and actually finding something we want, Brett kept at it and eventually found us what we wanted. He walked us through everything we needed to know and kept on top of the next steps. He never took long to get back with me about something and was happy to work with me despite the headaches I brought. Even after a property did not work out for us, he kept pushing through. He will happily let you out of a contact if you aren't happy, he charges low buyer's fees, and is very knowledgeable about this stuff. I cannot be happier with my experience with Brett.
