Davis Realty was excellent all-around! Very nice and down to earth, easy to communicate with. Willing to make time for me around my schedule. I had to move fast to purchase my home, and the realtor had many important contacts on speed dial for me to get things done quickly like I needed. Highly recommend!

Brittany was and is absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond while searching for a home with my husband and I. She took on our tribe like a champ, and immediately went to work looking for a home for us and our FIVE boys! She was extremely patient and understanding. (Even though our family walkthroughs were crazy!) She gave us personal space and time needed to make our decision, but was also there with us every step of the way, waiting to dive in the moment we told her we were ready! All of our wants and needs were met in a time frame that we felt most comfortable with! We never felt pressured to buy, though she continued to work vigorously along side of us until we found our forever home. She searched through tons of homes, searching for the few meeting our list of wants and needs, while still trying to remain in budget. (Which is incredibly hard with such a LARGE family!) She is persistent though! The Amazing Brittany worked with us until she found the perfect one for us! (Under planned budget!) She is extremely knowledgeable, and is quick to respond to any questions you may have throughout the entire process. She asks all of the questions and makes sure you have all of the answers. (Even if you may have forgotten to ask an important question!) Working with Davis Realty has truly and genuinely been a pleasure throughout the entire process! If I ever buy or sell again, there’s nobody else I will go to! If you or anyone you know, ever needs a realtor who will take care of your family’s needs, Brittany is the only logical option! She is the best of the best!

We lost our home to a fire at the end of May. We started working with Cassie Milam in June. We told her what we were looking for as far as house, property etc. She took us to look at every house i asked to see plus some of her finds. It didn't make adifference what day or time of day, she was there to show , to answer any questions. Finally we found the perfect house with EVERYTHING we were looking for. Cassie started the negotians immedietly, after a reached agreement she was on that paperwork. We did however hit a coup l e stumbles, not due to her however , and she got us through those.
