For the most recent transaction, I would like to highlight the help of Kevin Concannon on Steven’s team whom I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering the purchase or sale of a property in the Boston area.

Had a great experience selling our home (in the Boston suburbs) with the Steven Cohen Team. Steven and Josh were our agents, and we also worked extensively with Cam and Margaret on the administrative side. The entire team is truly world-class, and they were able to generate multiple offers, all over ask, within days of listing. Adding more detail below, broken out by pre- and post-sale: Pre-Sale My wife and I were relocating out of state and needed to sell our home within a very specific time frame. As early as our initial call, Steven worked to understand our needs and craft a detailed plan around them. Steven then brought in his entire team to support and execute. I am generally skeptical of team-based agency models, because, in my experience, the more senior agent is only around to secure the listing and then disappears after assigning you to someone less experienced. This was NOT the case with the Steven Cohen Team. Steven was present throughout the entire process and Josh came in as a valuable partner to ensure our house had the attention it needed. Our house being in the suburbs farther out from their office made no difference whatsoever; we felt like their sole focus. Josh was incredible - direct, transparent, and efficient. Great communicator and always made himself available for us. Both Steven and Josh brought great experience to the table, some examples include: - Taking exterior photos during the Fall even though we weren't listing until Winter to best capture the surrounding nature - Prioritizing certain rooms for staging and then helping fine-tune our needs to stay within our budget - Collaborating on a pricing strategy in the absence of good comps in our area, Steven worked with us to arrive at a value we felt comfortable with - Deciding between a sale-leaseback vs. long closing period and weighing the pros/cons of each The admin team also did a great job with coordination, letting us know what to expect, and helping us track down answers to questions. Post-Sale My wife and I planned to be out of the house during the first week of showings to stay out of the teams way. It took all of 2 days of open houses before we got on the phone with Steven and Josh to learn that we received NINE offers, all of which were over ask. We expected good news when we heard that cars were lined up down the block for our open houses (even in the middle of a storm), but the team's results blew us away. They walked us through each offer individually so we understood the differences in terms and felt confident in the one we ultimately accepted. Josh then brought us across the finish line, simplifying any complexities leading up to closing and ultimately making a stressful transaction feel very simple. He also negotiated very well on our behalf. This is also where the admin team shined, coordinating the many inspections and visits that needed to get done. Very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Steven, Josh, Cam, Margaret, and the rest of the team. Highly, highly recommend.

Throughout Barry calmly responded to all our requests and wisely kept the channels of communication open with the listing agent. She kept us informed on critical timing. In the end, her stellar skills landed us our city dream home and we couldn't be happier! Although we are experienced home buyers, the team approach of the Steven Cohen Team was new to us and we quickly became fans. Once we were ready to make the move, Barrie was ready to help us and through her office was able to not only show us on market homes but also several off market homes that met our criteria. We've worked with Nicole Spencer of the Steven Cohen team at KW Realty twice in the past year and a half, and couldn't be more pleased. In January 2017 we moved cross-country to the Boston area looking for a rental (apartment). We had a temporary place for a few weeks once we landed in Boston, but were on a pretty tight timeline to both find and move into an apartment. We began our search with Nicole's direction while we were still across the country, and we had a phone call so she could clearly understand what we were looking for, priorities, etc. She gave us a good feel for what we would find in our new area and we felt like she understood our needs & wants. We set up our tour day for a week after we got into Boston, and saw 4 apartments that we were interested in based on their online listings. As first-time buyers in a very competitive, sellers' Boston-area market, we so appreciated the time and care Nicole took to walk us through the entire process up-front, including potential timelines and all the steps of buying a home. She was incredibly patient with our questions gave us realistic expectations. Nicole did a great job making sure she truly understood our needs, wants, budget, timeline, etc. She was proactive in reaching out about properties and open to looking into (the very few) properties we found on our own. We handed it over – and we got the apartment. We’ve been here for almost a month now and we’re still feeling really lucky. But it was only part luck. And part Josh. Can I say it again?
