Closing date was 15Jul2020 and Mike was fantastic throughout the whole process. He guided me through every step of the way and was very very responsive, even during my freaking out episodes. I can’t say enough about how good he was because anything and everything I needed, Mike was there for me with a solution or a guy he knows (house insurance, Jessy James is great!). He has great knowledge of the industry and great connections. He was always available and punctual for open houses. Honestly, just shoot him a text. That’s what I did and within minutes he was asking me for a time to chat. He’s on top of his game and knows the ins and outs of the industry. Very helpful and for my next property I will definitely be calling him again. Even after closing Mike has been diligently on top; doing leases for my now tenants. We have been working with Kelsey Wang to find a home and she was exceeded all expectations! Not only is she professional and committed to finding you your perfect home but additionally she is also very patient and understanding. My mother uses a cane and Kelsey has gone above and beyond to find places that are accessible to my mother and that would be comfortable for both of us. She is always a text message away with any questions we may have which makes a world of a difference. I've worked with NextGen Realty twice and have found an apartment in Cambridge within weeks. Both times I worked with Ivan Roman, who is a fantastic broker. He immediately sent over suggestions, and iterated with me to find a place for me. Beyond that he was extremely responsive, and always kept me up to date with the status of the process so I was never left hanging. The first time I worked with Ivan I explained to him it was my first time looking for an apartment, and he walked me through the entire process. He took calls with my questions at all times of the day (regardless of weekend / nighttime). The payment process was smooth, and Ivan was even willing to drive over to pick up the check so I didn't have to figure that out myself. It was such a positive experience that two years later, when my lease was ending, I reconnected with Ivan to find a new apartment. The most recent apartment Ivan helped me find would never have been possible without him. I was cautious what the process would look like during Covid, but Ivan managed it in a way which made me feel safe & confident I was making the right decision. We iterated over email via online-tours, so by the time I actually toured a unit I was fairly confident that it would suit my needs. He then helped me negotiate with the landlord a later move-in date. The process felt seamless, even during a pandemic.

I am a recent graduate who's move to Boston was delayed due to the coronavirus. In late July I was informed that I would be starting work almost immediately in mid August. Eli from Nextgen Realty was a huge help in assisting me in securing an affordable apartment in both my target price range and desired location (Malden) within a week of contacting him. Being able to move quickly took a lot of stress out of my suddenly accelerated moving schedule. Eli was extremely responsive throughout his time assisting me and sent videos of all of the apartments I was interested in since I wouldn't be able to visit them in person before signing. Additionally, upon picking an apartment he was able to provide me with dimensions of the rooms and a virtual tour of the space so that I could see the entire apartment in much more detail. Eli made my move across the country seamless and was definitely working his hardest to ensure that I was able to secure the best deal possible with the management company as well! Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Eli and can't thank him enough for helping me out during that chaotic week.

Fernanda Starr was amazing! She worked tirelessly for us to find us exactly what we wanted, literally working 12-14 hour days. Fernanda was the only agent who I felt actually cared about me as more than just another $ sign. Every agent was emailing, texting me and being pushy. She immediately called me, asked me about all of our needs, wants, etc and took us seriously. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a better agent. She personally drove to our apartment to pick up a deposit because the transfer was taking a while (not her fault). I had help from Joe Mirabelle in finding a dog-friendly apartment close to school (not an easy task). He was extremely personable and easy to work with. The only inconvenience in trying to work with this company was that the realtors did not always disclose their employer, so I ended up scheduling multiple appointments with people who ended up either showing me the same property over and over or canceling as they could not compete with each other. Also, going through a third party made it more difficult to determine how to contact my actual landlord when I had maintenance issues. I did appreciate that Joe worked with me to resolve all the issues that came up as well as help negotiate an early move-in date. He was great definitely earned his commission!

Some realtors will show u a few places where they know you probably wouldn’t want to stay then show you one a little better in an effort to get you to settle on something. Norma looked at what places fit my budget, was the nicest, and what fit my move in timeline. Next gen realty had quick and easily accessible ways of filling out the paperwork. Might have to come talk to y’all when I’m ready to buy a house.

I rarely write reviews, but this time my experience with NextGen, Adi in specific, has exceeded all the stereotypes about real estate agents! I've had number of realty agents helping me find something decent within the boundaries of my considerable budget. However, time after time, they either showed me way more expensive options than I had budgeted, or places that I would not pay for even half of the requested monthly lease. I've stumbled upon Adi accidentaly and after the very first round of showings, he had a clear idea of what I was looking for and in ten days time I've had a signed and finalized lease and moved in within two weeks. The apartment that we've managed to find is way to perfect for me to leave for the next year, but if I ever decided to look for something else, I know who should I go to!

I just had an AMAZING experience with Michael Montero from NextGen Realty. I was looking for places online for rent and found him listed as a broker, and the first phone call I gave him, he immediately picked up and made himself available that same day to show me the place (talk about fast service)! I was very forthcoming (probably annoying) about many questions I had about the place and arrangements from my previous place and in the future I needed to settle, and he was extremely accomodating and answered all questions by phone or text whenever I needed no matter the time. He would meet me wherever (even at my work) to explain some paperwork at my convenience, helped me navigate the whole process of applying for lease step-by-step over the phone, and was an excellent mediator between me and the owners of the apartment, making sure that my needs (such as extra parking space and flexibility in moveout) were met and agreed to in advanced. Even after I moved in, he checked in on me to see how all was going, and answered a few more questions I had and made clear he would always be available if I needed anything moving forward. I had no idea a broker in Boston would be so dedicated and give such amazing service to someone looking for a rental! A very friendly and hard working company. Employees work beyond regular hours as needed and have customers' best interest in mind. Agents often schedule as many viewings as they can as soon as possible since the market moves so fast. At the same time, they don't pressure you to make a decision right then and there. I'm not originally from Boston and was surprised they were willing to drive us to each property. I had never worked with a broker before in securing an apartment but I am very grateful that I did. I moved to the Boston area from San Francisco and was living in Maine while working in Boston, so finding time to look for apartments, let alone go see them, fill out applications and do paper work and credit checks was not something I could do very easily. Matthew Nasif was incredibly helpful. When things did not work out the first time with some of my paper work he proposed another idea, and when that fell a bit short he had yet another idea. Later that week he sent me a picture he had taken of my stamped lease and the keys to my new apartment. It was a very happy moment. This was the only apartment that I really liked, it is very nice, and the only one I actually went after and despite the numerous setbacks he continued putting effort into making this work for me and in the end it paid off. Had it not been for Matthew Nasif, I would not have the apartment I do right now and I'd still be doing a 6 hour round trip commute from Maine every day to go to work. I also wouldn't be living close to the wonderful girl I am dating here in Boston, so she is very grateful as well. Hello everyone I just wanted to give my review for my amazing Realitor Michael Montero. I am being completely honest when I tell you that he literally made mine and my children’s Xmas this year. I had reached out to him for an apt not too long ago. He was extremely prompt, got right back to me answered all my questions and I literally met with him I believe that day and looked at the apt I am now moving into tomorrow morning. I fell in love with the apt although it was being renovated I still knew it was going to be a really nice apt once it was done. Literally a couple of days later my son shattered my screen on my phone and I couldn’t see any numbers or see any text messages to refer back too so I lost michaels number and couldn’t find his card. Luckily once I got my new phone keep in mind this was like 3 weeks or so later I was able to retrieve all my messages and found his texts and texted him right away. Unfortunately he had just taken a deposit for the apt I was interested in, and told me that he would be in touch if that person didn’t work out. So too my surprise that week after came and he sent me a message to fill the application out. I was so excited almost in tears. I did everything extremely fast and Michael jumped on it all for me and pushed and got me approved within 2 days for that apt that I as of today Nov 30, 2018 have the keys in hand yay. I can now give my children an amazing Christmas and see them smile when they have a home to wake up in on Xmas morning. I am so excited too be building a fresh start with my children in our new apt so we can make many beautiful memories too never forget! It’s all thanks too Michael who truly went over and beyond to help me get in there. He went as far as answering all my questions while being on vacation. Too me that is true customer service at its finest. I know we all have a job and need to survive but he literally made me feel like I was first not just his job. Let me clarify my rating: 1 star for the fee, 5 stars for Aleksandra. I recently employed Ms. Aleksandra Frasheri of NexGen Realty to help me find an apartment in Boston. She was really the only person who was willing to spend time helping me from a distance, since I was relocating from South Dakota. She went out of her way to help me, giving tours in the evening in person, even then showing me other places via FaceTime when I wasn't physically in the Boston area. She was a delightful, professional, personable, and competent rental agent, and I appreciated working with her, and for all the effort she put in. That said, I think paying a month's rent to have an agent perform this service is a bit excessive. I tried to get some of it back for writing this review, but she wasn't buying it, proving that she was either very ethical or just unwilling to rebate any of the fee (or both). Now that I am in the area, I know that there are many property managers who will rent directly, including most apartment complexes and management companies, such as Newman Properties, and, now that I know this, I'll deal directly with them next time.

Hey guys, I'm Nikhil, an international Masters student from India. Before contacting Mr. Motaz Hadaya, my realtor, I was tangled in my search for accommodation. We were a group of four and Mr. Hadaya did an amazing job in finding us an apartment. Being an international student it's difficult to go and have a look at the apartments, but for us it wasn't the case, Mr. Hadaya's availability on facetime and skype was a plus point when compared to the other realtors. Mr. Hadaya gave us a virtual tour of the apartment, got us a great deal with the landlord and worked on the lease terms. The prearrival money transfers also went very smooth and through a trusted channel. All the lease agreements were signed electronically using docusign. Last but not the least Mr. Hadaya was always available to us at any point regardless the time difference between our counties. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Alexandria, who helped my roommate and I find the perfect place in Brighton. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire rental process, and was very transparent about the steps that needed to be completed in order to sign the lease. We struggled with distance, but Alexandria's expertise (and creativity!) made it seem as though that was not an issue at all. Her response time was impeccable, which truly is something to take in consideration given the competitiveness of this industry, and the leasing process in general. At the beginning she mentioned to "feel free to contact her with any questions that we may have". While this usually is said as a formality, it was a truly genuine offer from Alexandria. We had many questions about the apartments we were seeing and hoping to apply for, especially as people coming from out of the area. Alexandria answered any question that we had, and reached out to other resources if she wanted additional information to provide a more informed and wholesome response. I have never used a realtor before, but have also heard some horror stories that some try to sell you anything at the end of the day! This was ABSOLUTELY not the case with Alexandria. She wanted to know all of our requirements and preferences, and really took each into consideration. I will without a doubt be referring friends in the Boston area to NextGen, and specifically to Alexandria, because she provided such a smooth and reduced-stress experience of the normally crazy apartment search!
