I had issues with another company taking my application fee with limited guidance on what I need to submit. I begin working with Renters Warehouse and I received support daily. I would communicate with them sometimes throughout the day. I really needed this support at a time when I was relocating to a different place and had no idea of what all needed to be done. I have just moved into the property and it is great. I will update on how the remaining process goes. Thanks Renters Warehouse. My realtor was Aaron Mitchell he was awesome!!!😊

Our experience with Renters Warehouse was wonderful; from the initial contact to the signing of the lease. Even when we ran into a minor problem with the application it was resolved quickly. Aaron in particular was great! He was personable and answered all of our questions. He even sent a follow-up text to ensure we got settled into the property. The home we were inquiring about had just been taken off the market, but Al was quick to find us something comparable! Jessica Stockdale with Renters Warehouse is top notch!! She assisted me with my lease transfer from beginning to end. Walked me through every step. Provided me with contact information to reach the office and owners if necessary. My lease was originally with GK Houses which by the way is absolutely horrible and I do NOT recommend ever working with them as you will not be able to reach anyone even during an emergency. Jessica turned this negative experience completely around as soon as Renters Warehouse took over my lease. I would highly recommend Jessica Stockdale with Renters Warehouse as your representative. 5 stars!!

Jayme Quillano gave me more proof yesterday why hiring Renter's Warehouse to manage our properties was a wonderful idea. They are constantly proving to me they're fantastic at repairs, upgrades, monthly rental revenue collection, client management (my tenant's are far happier now than they were back when I managed the properties), and accounting/finance reporting. Yesterday I called with a tech question regarding my client access to the site. I figured that, at best, I'd get guidance and instructions. As usual, I didn't have to do anything...
