Trust. It's a small word with huge implications. Selling a home is a major endeavor and there are a million things to consider throughout the process. This is your property, whether you've lived there for a long time and have created countless memories there, or you purchased it as an investment. Regardless, it's your property and you want - no, you need someone that you can trust to shepherd you through the sales process. That's one of the biggest reasons why I would recommend this group to any and everyone. We had a full price offer on our house within 24 hours of it going live. Of course we were thrilled, but that turned to disappointed when the potential buyer's financing fell through. Jeremy asked us to simply trust him and assured us that he would continue to press on. Several more offers came in - some good, some laughable. Jeremy brought us everything and was very up front and honest about all of it. Then, another full price offer without a million requested concessions was in hand. The negotiation process was smooth, as Jeremy didn't press us or try to sway our position at all. He understands that this is your property and the decisions regarding it have to truly come from you. His group's willingness to respect what we wanted and drive that for best effect was truly refreshing. Things got a little hairy as we neared closing, but that's honestly where Jeremy shined the most. We didn't go through a single frustrating moment alone. It was as though he felt every bit of it with us - and he reacted accordingly. If you're looking for a person/company who will go to the mat for you - be it with a potential buyer, buyer's agent, title company, etc... Jeremy Miller and Company should be your first and last stop. They're passionate, aggressive and truly committed to making the sale of your home as smooth and worry free as possible. Our home sold quickly and at full price. Our net equity was also increased due to the fact that they don't charge a percentage of the sale price when they list your home. They actually operate on a flat fee model which saved us thousands. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use them again.

Gina and Jeremy provided the best experience! They sold my home quickly and above asking price (while I was in the process of relocating to a different state). I was able to communicate with them freely and they always keep me updated! I felt supported throughout the process! This is a trustworthy team that is professional and compassionate! Kristen Lewis and Local Realty are amazing! We met through Zillow when I called them to inquire about a house. I had never heard of Local Realty until then. Kristen was absolutely awesome!!! I marked that I was interested in a house on Zillow that Mika and I felt like would be perfect for our growing family and his mom. At the time I was 7 months pregnant and was hoping to be in a home before our second child arrived. Kristen contacted me within minutes, unfortunately it was raining rather bad that day and I wasn’t able to look at the house the same day. Kristen set me up on the path that I needed to be on to be able to put an offer when we found the perfect house for us. Of course someone put in an offer for the one we initially wanted and the house was off the market very fast. The next house we were interested in was very cute but too small for us, which Kristen warned me about before going to look. The third house that caught our attention was around the corner from our job, had a big back yard for our kids to play in, and the perfect patio. I instantly started seeing our family in the house as Kristen walked us through. We decided right then and there we wanted to put in an offer. Kristen called me the next day while I was at work to inform me that our offer was expected, and to let me know the next steps and the time line of what we would need financially. Everything went so smoothly, that we didn’t tell our families what we were doing. While waiting on the inspections and negotiations Kristen kept in touch with me, informing me on the house, and also checking to make sure the baby hadn’t come before time. Do to a couple of small hiccups we had to push the closing date back, so our son ended up coming before we could finish closing. Five days after his arrival we were closing on our new home. By the time he was 10 days old, we were moved in and sleeping in our home. I thank Kristen very much for her help in finding the PERFECT home for our family. Thank you so much Kristen!!!

I was referred to Elizabeth through my sister and at first just wanted to connect with Elizabeth because I wasn’t ready to sell just an idea we had basically. Elizabeth immediately came to my house to talk to me and give me an idea what/if I needed to do anything and not once did I feel pressured to sell right away.
