Before choosing another real estate agent while trying to sell my home, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Shonna Key Team stood out as the best Billings has to offer: their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke with Shonna. She answered all my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info. My house went under contract shortly after I put it on the market with them. We accepted and Shonna (and Her team, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I usually don’t write too many reviews but had such a good experience buying my home recently I felt it would a shame not to share. Madison “Maddie” Wickam was my agent and nothing short of amazing to work with! No matter what questions I had had she had answers, every house I wanted to look at, we looked at. I felt bad each time I had to say “it’s not the one”! Once I found the right house she was equally amazing. Very thorough explaining what was going on throughout the process and before you know it we were closing. This may be my forever home but if not will definitely be calling Maddie when it comes time to sell and buy something new! Many Many thanks!!!
