He even came to my new home after I moved in to help locate the internet connect. He looked out for me during the moving and made sure all of the items that needed to be done after the inspection were done to my satisfaction. As first time home buyers, my fiancée and I were incredibly overwhelmed with every nuance that went into the initial home buying process. We decided that it would be in our best interest to look for a realtor to help answer our questions early on. We contacted Dana based on his company's excellent reviews, and we are thankful that we did so. From the first moment that we met with Dana and his colleague, Candice, they were cordial, supportive, and you could tell that they were there to help us find what we wanted rather than make a sale. He is the type of person that tries to make a genuine connection with people, which ultimately helped him identify certain features of homes that we might like. Dana has an extensive amount of knowledge on construction techniques, building codes, and the like, and that served to be immensely beneficial as he was quick to point out flaws and potential hassles with anything that he saw. Dana took the time to explain every detail possible to us so that we could understand what was going on during the whole process. He was available at the drop of a hat; he even was taking our calls while on vacation, and would bend over backwards for us whenever we needed something. We feel that we have gained a friend, not just a realtor, and we are eternally grateful for his help. We have recommended him to many of our friends, and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a realtor.

Selling a home remotely can be a challenge and scary as I thought before my son referred me to Dana and his team. My son is a realtor as well and he researched this group and I am so thankful he did ! Home was in Montana and I live in Texas! We were impressed with his market analysis, the comps he used to price our home, and the price point he recommended (which was not the highest). He helped us market and sell our home after it was damaged in a hailstorm just as we prepared to list it. He was helpful in advising us how to progress with the sale even while storm repairs were in progress. We were especially impressed with the professional photographer he used to help market our home online. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

However, from the moment we walked into the office to meet Candice and her colleague, Dana, we knew we were in good hands and that we were going to have an awesome experience with people that we could trust. They both made us feel right at home, and took the time to actually get to know us so that they could be sure to help us find the perfect home. Candice was very warm and welcoming, and made us confident that she wanted the very best for us, and that she would do what she needed to in order to make sure that happened. We got started on our search for a home right away. Candice was so supportive, and she was 110% committed to us, as she would take the time out of her busy schedule to meet us anywhere at any time we texted and asked her to. She also wasted no time contacting whoever she needed to when we asked for information on places, or had questions about things that only the other parties could answer. Even on Saturday's and Sunday's she worked hard for us and didn't rest until we had the perfect home. Not only was she very reliable but she was also very honest with us, and always provided us with the most information that she could, which showed us that she wasn't just in this to make a sale, she was genuinely invested in us and our happiness. That was proven to be the case even more after we closed, as she contacted us after the fact and made sure that we were happy and comfortable in our new home and asked if we needed anything from her. We couldn't be more grateful for her guidance, and we feel very lucky that we were able to work with her and gain a friend in the process. We have already recommended Candice to friends of ours as we know that she will show them the same care she showed us, and will continue to recommend her to everyone we know!
