When we were getting ready to sell our house we interviewed a few Realtors... (I highly recommend doing this) Everyone we spoke with was pretty great but Rachel stood out to us the most. When she showed up, we were blown away by her readiness, professionalism, knowledge and how thorough she was with covering the entire process from beginning to end. She left us with no questions and we were confident in our decision to hire her. Rachel was phenomenal at communicating with us, she gave us great feedback after showings, she always kept us informed on what was going on and she knew exactly how to handle every obstacle we ran into. Oh my gosh! From start to finish, Rachel was FANTASTIC! I didn't feel like she tried to rush us, she communicated with us constantly throughout the process. When I decided to sell, I interviewed three of the top realtors in the area. While interviewing Rachel, she was completely transparent about how the selling process worked. She brought up issues with capital gains taxes that I hadn't even considered (which gave me time to consult a CPA about those implications). Rachel was patient in answering all my questions. She understood my communication style as a military veteran and clarified what my expectations and goals were before we even began the Agent-Seller relationship to ensure we were both on the same page. I was so excited to hire her because she was passionate about her client's interests and extremely knowledgeable about the current housing market and selling process. She came and helped me get the house set up before the photographer came in to take pictures; which was very important because what I thought was "picture ready" was not up-to-par for what was needed.
