We relocated from Kansas City and chose Rachel based on her reviews at Coldwell Banker and she did an outstanding job helping us find the right house in Billings. We initially came out in November to see if we wanted to relocate and she spent the entire day with us looking at a variety of houses. Rachel also stayed in contact with us as we worked through the decision to move, and she also continued to research properties for sale and kept us up-to-date on the properties we were most interested in. When we made an offer on the house she prepared our offer to the sellers even though she was on vacation and stayed engaged in tracking the offer, counter offer and acceptance. As we worked through the purchase process she did a great job of keeping us informed. When we had trouble getting water test results she ran interference so it didn't hold up the closing and loan approval processes. Rachel is professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Billings. Her knowledge of the area was also very helpful for us moving in from out-of-state. House buying is intimidating, and you never know if your realtor is going to be a professional with your best interest in mind, or more like a car salesman who is only interested in the bottom line. Rachel was excellent at walking us through the process insuring we get the best house with the least repairs needed. I would especially recommend any veteran who is looking to buy a home to contact Rachel. Her knowledge on the VA Home Loan as well as the Military Rewards program is unmatched. Any veterans that are eligible for the Department of Veterans Affairs services should contact Rachel about these programs, even if they choose to work with a different real estate agent. Buying a house was easily one of the most stressful experiences I have had in a while; but Rachel’s knowledge of real estate, her code of ethics, and ability to explain the business jargon into layman terms took away much of that stress.
