If you want a realtor who really wants the best for you, my advice would be to work with Kathy. While walking through the home during the listing appointment, Kathy was able to point out a couple of things that would be flagged during a home inspection. That gave me the chance to make repairs before listing the house. She gave me suggestions on what to list the house for but ultimately left it up to me. With her recommended price, she also explained why. I took her advice and it worked. My house sold over ask with multiple offers in just 2 days. I couldn't believe it. Kathy is a real and dedicated Pro. I had had problems with an earlier agent and Kathy was everything they were not. She got the house on the market quickly and for a price well above what the first agent had recommended and the offer we accepted was just below that higher price. She explained the process completely and very soon we were getting showings. The house was number one for views for the area on Zillow for a while. We got a good bid quickly. We had some troubles with nailing down the closing date but that was because of errors on the buyer's end. Settlement at Kathy's office went very smoothly and we were done!

We had to sell our family home this past summer. The home was no longer occupied and no one in the family lived within an hour of Dundalk. We relied on Kathy's expertise on the Dundalk area to help set a price and bring in potential buyers. This went very well, but was not her greatest contribution. Some repairs were required and Kathy was invaluable in getting contractors in to make necessary repairs. There is no way we could have done this from our own locations. Kathy was perfect for our needs.

When I realized it wasn't the best time, she stayed on top of everything and kept up to date with me via email. In February of 2018, I decided it was time to start looking again. Miss Kathy is a POWER HOUSE!! I found Miss Kathy oneline after my previous agent was not motivated and played phone tag with me for weeks. I called Real Estate professionals Inc. Spoke with Mr. Robert ( awesome, friendly and knows his stuff) told him what I was looking for. She's a power house" I received a call back within 5 minutes from Miss Kathy. Off the Top I told her I get off work at this time and I want to look at these 2 house. She said "I will meet you at the first house at this time and we will go from there" Second house we looked at my husband and I fell in love with (this was about 8 pm.on a week night) We drove to Miss Kathy's office and put in a contract right away! She sat us down and went though all the houses that were for sale in the area and compared pricing etc. Next day we got a call back from Miss Kathy saying the sellers accepted our offer. Off to the races from there!! Miss Kathy handled everything from top to bottom from beginning to end! Never had to hunt her down, play phone tag, doubt her knowledge or experience.
