I have not only worked with this team, Dave Jimenez specifically, but have referred him to many others who can’t say enough positive stuff about how great he/they are to work with!! When buying our first home and moving from a completely different state, Dave took the time not only to sit and discuss with us all the things we wanted but also those that really mattered most. We had two young children at the time and didn’t know Maryland at all, but did two separate day trips here and looked at over 10 homes on each of those days. We were beyond excited for buying but Dave took the time to really point out things that we may have overlooked in the excitement of the moment, and expressed any concerns that he may have had if it was him in situation. He never left us feeling like he was just trying to make a sale!! Between kids and work schedules, our availability was often all over the place and Dave was not only just accommodating but answered the phone or responded almost immediately when we reached out! When we did decide to make the purchase, Dave was super helpful with creating connections with different mortgage companies. He also had us work with a home inspector that I would recommend a million times over! The guy not only took over 5 hours inspecting the home for us, but took the time to go through and show us all the shut off valves and what to do if we ever needed to use them. He said which creaks were good ones and which to be focused on if we heard them. He really made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. We are getting ready to sell our home in a few months and Dave’s already come by just to tell us what things we should do or focus on which is extremely helpful too! Like I said before, I’ve recommended Dave and this company many many times and I will continue to do so in the future!!

I had a great experience with this business. They helped me complete a difficult purchase. Dave was great at keeping me calm, informed, and helping me find solutions every step of the way. He also has a lot of great knowledgeable contacts. I think this is especially important when you are buying an older home. He kept me aware of issues, always had a detailed explanation, and was willing to answer questions. Most importantly, he always had a solution. There were complications related to my closing up until the day before closing. Dave was able to address these issues quickly through the many contacts for he has. Definitely recommend.

This review is for agent Emily Trageser. Where do I even start with Emily? I always joke that it was a match made in heaven! My husband and I started our home search in Baltimore by attending open houses. We met Emily at an open house she hosted where we noticed her impeccable attention to detail and her great knowledge of the area and the market. She offered to set up a search for us and explained the home buying process to us as first-time buyers. This was representative of our experience with Emily from start to finish! She was always available (by multiple modes of communication - text, phone, and email!) when we had questions or needed things completed in a timely manner. This included when we toured a home and put in an offer within 24 hours. We were impressed that she worked after hours to have everything ready for us, which led to our offer being accepted amongst many others. Don't think twice! New Home team is the absolute best. They saved my wife and I thousands of dollars--and a lot of grief--when we bought our first home. The fun and allure of buying our first home was quickly soured by the sellers, who were negligent and unresponsive with home repairs they were obliged to meet per our contract. We were represented by Dave from the New Home Team, who secured us a contract well below the initial asking price, set very advantageous terms for us in the contract (even beyond the perks of being first-time buyers), and consulted us through all the trials we faced with the unscrupulous seller. He and the team worked with us for *months* after closing. It is so apparent that New Home Team cares about their clients and not just making a commission. Thanks to them and how they negotiated our contract, we made it though extensive, but very necessary, house-wide electrical repairs without paying a cent.
