Amazing place to stay! We have lived here for 3 years now and the staff is by far the friendliest and most accommodating of any apartment complex we have lived in. Great finishes in the apartment and within a 10 minute walk of everywhere you want to be in the battery. Far enough to not be crippled by game day traffic, but close enough to walk up to the Battery at any time.

Maintenance has truly improved since Windsor has taken over. Requests are always handled quickly and professionally. Most recently, I placed 3 maintenance requests at once and within 10 minutes, Justin was at my door and completed all 3 requests within minutes. He was very pleasant and extremely professional. Greetings, Re: Justin Newton Last week, during one of the coldest days of the year, my heat suddenly stopped functioning as normal (e.g., temperature would remain in the 60s despite setting thermostat to 75). You can imagine, I was SO COLD and frustrated. Justin literally spent an entire day working on the issue, not to mention, brought me a space heater to use until things began working as normal. His service deserves public recognition as he communicated consistently with me until the issue subsided, which was outstanding, and exceeded my expectations. We need more people like him nowadays, as service like his, truly comes a dime a dozen. Thank you, Justin! I appreciate you and hope you receive a bonus and/or a raise. Best, Patrick

I don’t understand why residents say there’s no parking. Every single night there’s tons of parking spots available, just stop being lazy and walk an extra 10 meters. Nikole and Taz are great and always deliver with any questions and concerns I have. Great customer service! Besides that, for maintenance, Justin and Eli arrived fast and get the job done quickly without an issue. I recommend to live here and let them know I recommended you!

Beautiful complex with GREAT staff!! Ron ( maintenance manager ) is absolutely AMAZING!!!! We moved in on a Sunday. He left dinner to make sure we had access to our apartment right away!! Plus any issues we’ve had has been addressed and corrected immediately!!! The entire staff deserves a raise!!!

Overall a good place to live. The application process was simple and pretty quick. The apartment it self was good no issues everything worked how it should have. The Smart home part of it may or may not be in your home. They told me it would be installed soon and I went 10 months into the lease till it was added. It can get loud outside seeing how it can just echo between the building. Dog wash was great! love that! The mailroom and package center is good as well. Pool was always busy during the summer. The leasing office try to have some sort of event every month. Parking can be bad around Brave games especially during the playoffs. The lease office was always quick to pick up the phone and answer email. Maintenance was always quick to respond, replace filters, were kind, and helpful The reason of 4/5 stars was that rent jumped up about 15% for me to renew my lease and I think the complex is a little pricey. Its about a mile walk to the stadium which is not as nice as other complex's but they are charging the same rates as them. Overall if they change the prices it would be a 5/5

The apartment was exactly what we saw advertised! The process of getting in was easy and I like how it is a gated community! We did stay on the 3rd floor and had a balcony. The view was beautiful! Very spacious apartment and perfect for a couples get away

I’ve been a resident of this community less than 5 months and thus far, the grounds appear to be well maintained. I enjoy my apartment space, it’s cozy and conveniently located where all the amenities are. A few residents that I’ve come into contact with seem friendly. The pandemic has clearly created an environment that makes it more difficult to engage with others. Property management staff are friendly and responsive to residential concerns. Amenities are available by scheduled time slots which isn’t the most convenient but it’s better than no access at all.

I love it here! Not just because of the luxury ( which is great btw) but more so the staff and the community vibe you feel from Day 1. Even though these apartments are placed in a busy but great area you still feel like you're in a nice secluded area. P.S. Management is always doing cool stuff. No complaints on my end. :)

Beautiful floor plans and finishes, great amenities, and a central location to vast entertainment is impeccable. Not to mention the pet friendly community and affordable fees for my dog. I am on my second lease here at stadium walk and I absolutely love it!! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and the most genuine I have ever experienced and my neighbors are amazing. They throw weekly get togethers and at the end of the day feels like a big happy family. Couldn’t be more grateful for finding this complex and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Stadium walk is a amazing property that’s got the best management, amazing pool and great facilities all round. Thursday nights are fun to meet socialise and hang out with your community. The leasing office has a ton of board games and great coffee for the morning. They keep improving the place. And if you plan to move here, you should meet Jennifer at the leasing office to show you what a great place you would be moving too!

Very impressed with Stadium Walk Apartments since I moved-in late January. Nice community with great amenities. The best part is I'm less than 10 mins from work! Jessica was my leasing consultant & was very helpful throughout the process. On my move-in day, I was helped my shanuelle since Jessica was off. The entire staff is friendly & has made me & brownie (my chocolate lab) feel very welcomed. We've already enjoyed the pet park & can't wait for the pet spa to open soon.

My husband and I love this property. The swimming pool is really huge - I am swimmer and I can't wait for Summer to arrive and for me to start swimming! Plus, I love that they have arrangements for table tennis and fireplaces around the pool area plus TV screens. It's a great location. I would give a 4.7 stars out of 5. We are disappointed with the quality of washer dryers (stacked) provided in our apartment -which is a huge factor for us! The appliances -electric gas, dishwasher and fridge work great! Also, the bulbs fitted in the apartment consumes a lot of energy - so you will have to replace them! Overall, the apartment community is worth the rent we are paying for our 1 bedroom apartment! I have a bus stop right outside my apartment and I-75 when I driving!

So, I have been living at Stadium Walk for about 13 months. Once my time was to either renew my lease or move on to "bigger and better things" I did the apartment hunt and could not find any community that matched the professionalism and camaraderie as the staff here. Sure some places were "cheaper", or in a "better/highly desirable" location. But once you factor in everything, there was NO other place that I would rather live. When it comes to the staff, hands down more personable then any other "complex" I considered. No offense to the guy that works in the office ( I think his name is Jake) but the leasing agent Jenn is second to none!! She tells you exactly what you want to hear, on any question that is asked, no sugar coating, beating around the bush, NOTHING! which is why I chose to renew my lease another 13 months. If you are on the fence about which apartment "complex" to make your home, go visit Stadium Walk, ask for Jenn and be ready to join a great apartment COMMUNITY!

I recently submitted a leasing application online with Stadium Walk. The experience was the most professional that I've experience in my rental history. Initially was contacted by management via emailed and then was asked if I would be open to an agent phoning me. Jasmine was the agent who helped me my answering all of my questions and even going through the website with me while pointing out what separates them from other places in the area. Her enthusiasm, energy and knowledge had me hooked. I truly had a favorable experience with Jasmine and Stadium Walk and would recommend the property to anyone searching for a new home in Atlanta.

January 28, 2018- Coming to tour with Stadium Walk was an experience. I got to your with Chanel and she was such a joy. I told her what I was looking for and she surely delivered. The application process was simple and quick and shortly after I was approved I heard from her associate who informed me I was approved and happily walked me through the next process. February 13, 2018- Move in day was just that move in day. I signed my lease they gave me my keys and I began to move in. As soon as I walked into my apartment I saw a bag full of goodies and a sweet hand written note from Chanel. I didn’t expect that... it was definitely one to remember. Later that evening they were hosting what looked to be like a Valentine’s Day event. Chanel told me they held events regularly but to actually see one being held the day I moved in assured me they are true to their word and actually want to bond with us residents. Since moving in they have held 2 events (one being a charity event). I can’t express how much I truly love where I live. I don’t regret choosing Stadium Walk over the other places I toured I can’t even remember their names to be honest.

In the last three years, I've lived in Buckhead and Old Fourth Ward. I never thought I would be an OTP person but Stadium Walks staff and floor plans make it worth it. Every time I go into the office I'm greeted by my first name and made to feel at home. The amenities are top notch: the pool, gym, yoga studio, and Free package locker... did I mention free. Not only is the outside nice but the crisp two tone cabinet combine with the grey wood floors creates a nice modern space thats easy to keep clean. Plus its just close enough to the Battery without being able to hear all of the noise. I'm excited to be apart of this new apartment complex and cannot wait for the dog park to open.

First and foremost I would like to say the staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing during my living experience. They were ALWAYS very helpful and did their jobs accordingly. If I could have stayed, I DEFINITELY would have! Majority of my stay was quiet and never had any noise complaints. You’re living situation is always what you make it. Some things people are complaining about on here are probably just poor sports anyways. If the trash deadline was missed...take the darn trash out yourself. Simple. If you can’t reach maintenance, try to have a little empathy and understand YOUR building is NOT the only building. It’s a bit ridiculous how much people complain about situations that can easily be fixed if they took the time out to fix it and NOT nag about it. Like everyone else did, understand what you’re signing...reading is very fundamental...everything that was in the documents were very apparent within the facility. Current resident since Summer 2020. Just wanted to thank the Maintenance Staff & Justin specifically for helping me within ~5 minutes of my call - after hours - and spending a solid hour trying everything until my issue was totally fixed. The team is very quick to respond to regular maintenance requests, but the A+ after hours work is especially appreciated. Without the quick help, I likely would've been in a tough spot for the night, but he got me squared away.

I would give this apartment complex a 4.5. Just due to the pool being outdoor and may not be accessible to use in the winter time but that is my personal preference. This apartment was on my list to visit in my search for apartments. As so my friend who has already been living here for a good amount of time, invited me. I was met with and introduced by Taz, she offered me the most astonishing tour of the establishment. Moving from the tour itself with all of its expensive luxuries the place also feels homey and has a sense of welcoming, for me was the best experience and has an influence on my decision.
