So, we got lucky with our first tenant. She was an absolute dream! In time she had to move on to another city. With her, everything fell into place so quickly that I did not realize how much work actually went into finding a new qualified tenant. I struggled for three months to get someone in our rental; paying the mortgage and utility bills; checking on the property between visits; and making multiple trips to the rental, which is a long drive from our home. PMI Georgia came highly recommended by friends of ours that have a property in their care. They found qualified tenants within 3 weeks! Not only that, but they were already familiar with the townhouse community our rental is in because a few other landlords use them as well. So far, I'm happy with the progress, with the level of communication and with their service. I recommend PMI Georgia, without hesitation, to landlords/property owners. AJ and his team are phenomenal.

I had to give an update of my experience with PMI georgia. I have been a tenant for a year exactly and I went ahead and renewed my lease. The only reason I didn't wan to is because I fell into a financial hardship and thought the rent would be a little too expensive but I rather be somewhere where I am treated well. Mark was absolutely amazing! I owe him Chick-fil-a because without him, I would've been ready to pull my hair out. Ali and Cathy are also super sweet and professional. I really dont have complaints besides the old ac unit that the owner has and continues to try to fix instead of replacing it. So with the summer coming up, I will be paying a $300 power bill which I'm not looking forward to but that's the owner, not PMI. They did what they could. Other than that, I love it. Thank you guys for caring about your tenants.

Just wanted to give an updated review on how awesome working with AJ is! I reached out to him to see if he could help me with the sell of my house. Of course he was eager and willing to help me out. The thing I love the most about working with AJ is that he educates me on all of my options as a home owner. He explained to me the benefits of keeping my property as an income producing property. We will be going this route and cannot wait to have AJ and PMI manage our property! August 2018- I recently used AJ Muldowney as my Realtor from PMI Georgia. He made my experience as a first time home buyer an excellent one. He was always available to answer all my calls and questions. We found a house that was for sale by owner and AJ had no hesitation on jumping in and making the deal happen. PMI was great because you can tell that the broker gave AJ the tools he needed to be successful in getting the deal done. Nichole was a great point of initial contact, and answered the many questions I had about the process, since it was all very new to me. I then began the process of acquiring a new investment home last year, and she gave me a heads up that a house that she thought would be perfect for me was about to hit the market in a few days, and I ended up grabbing it, as I liked it much better than some of the others that I had looked at. She worked closely with my agent to make sure the process went smoothly. They’ve also had lots of good promotions going on lately to give incentives for tenants to pay on time, and for owners/investors to add to their portfolio. The rest of the team (Patty, Trent, Marcie, etc.) also work seamlessly together to minimize the work needed on my end, in terms of working with the tenants, listing/advertising, maintenance, and anything else I'm either too lazy to deal with or simply can't handle on my own, all while still keeping me in the loop as to what is going on with my properties.

I highly recommend SRN!! I was in a transition phase for finding a new property management company and also a new tenant.
