Stayed at "The Boathouse." This is a beautiful rental. We loved the French style sliding doors that allowed us to look at the water all day, no matter the temperature or the weather. They even have sliding screen doors to keep the doors open, but the bugs out. The rental was VERY VERY clean. The wood accents all around were beautiful and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Would be a fun place to bring some floats to tie to the dock in the summer. The patio is childproof. 10/10 would stay again.
Some recommendations for customers: bring coffee just in case they're out (ours was). Bring a laptop if you want to watch anything. There's no TV, but has good streaming internet so we had no problems watching on our laptop in bed :) plan meals for a conventional oven, no microwave.

My husband and I rented Nature's Den the last week of October. We loved it. As previous reviews stated, the drive up and down the mountain is very curvy and steep in spots, but we drove carefully and had no problems with our AWD SUV. The home was lovely. It was very clean. The driveway is very steep, so being able to park level inside the garage made unloading the truck much easier. We hope to find this home available in the future, but if not, we will look for another home through Yonder.

We stayed in the Silent Night cabin. It is very secluded, which we love! We were able to see a doe and her fawn, a bear and a lot of bunnies from the back porch. The drive up to the cabin is kind of steep. We have a truck so it was no problem. But I am sure in the winter 4 wheel drive will be recommended. We really enjoyed our stay!

We hosted our wedding at the poplars, and even though we had to battle hurricane remnants it was perfect. Everyone and everything that we needed fit in the pavilion and it was beautiful 🥹(I wouldn’t recommend any more than 70 people though). The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout the planning and even let us set up earlier. Alan even came the morning of the wedding to help make sure everything was in good shape and facilitated parking. The houses were clean and we had everything we needed to really enjoy the whole weekend with our closest friends and family.
Also if anyone here is looking for catering that delivers up there that is awesome- Jeff and Jody with hubba hubba smokehouse from flat rock knocked it out of the park!

Staying at Weeping Willow is a pure delight. Clean and spacious, this comfortable townhouse feels like a home away from home. The artful decor, complete with a tuned guitar hanging on the wall(!), is so well balanced. The hot tub on the outdoor balcony is amazing; it's private and overlooks trees.
Speaking of views: We love seeing the greenery from the primary bedroom, and the minute we walk outside we are surrounded by a vista of mountains. The house has all of the amenities we could want including a refrigerator with an ice machine and a new washer/dryer unit. With the Reynolds village within walking distance, and a quick drive to downtown Asheville, this is an ideal place to stay!

Absolutely stunning stay! Stayed at the sunset sanctuary for a girls trip and it exceeded everyone’s expectations! They were so accommodating and everything was clearly laid out and easy to access. Additionally the quality of decor and kitchen items were TOP quality which was a great touch and made everything with our stay so convenient. 10/10 recommend

Brackens View Retreat is the perfect place for a family get together. 3 bedrooms with a loft space and game area that’s perfect for the kids. The kitchen was large and opened to the living and dining room. The outside porch space was huge and great for dining and entertaining. We would highly recommend Brackens View Retreat.

Overall fantastic stay @ Laurel View Cottage! Located in Arden, just 20 minutes from Asheville, this was a lovely location. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable home! Directions were perfect, communication was excellent. Great views.

The Hidden Gem lived up to it's name! It was the perfect retreat away for the week. The house is new, fresh, and spotlessly clean. The decor is beautiful and the amenities had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The screened in back porch was very serene with tranquil views. The bedrooms were very comfortable - especially the master suite. The bathroom felt like a spa with the oversized tub. Location wise, you are in great proximity to Asheville and the surrounding mountains are very peaceful.
Overall, it was a fabulous experience. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at “Fairview Escape” it was absolutely awesome! The view was spectacular but more importantly whomever manages the property got all of the little things right. It’s extremely clean and has all of the little extras that make it perfect to vacation in!

It is hard to leave Cane Creek Retreat, the setting was sooo relaxing , we had breakfast on the deck overlooking the creek each morning! The house was so spacious, really loved the open sunroom. The kitchen was fully equipped unlike many places we have stayed. Kids loved playing and roaming the surrounding land, no neighbors jammed up beside this house. The location was super convenient to Asheville as well as to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. We found so many restaurants and breweries nearby, really liked WhistleHop for kids to play and adults to enjoy local brews. We will be coming back!

We rented Creekside which is a little cottage in Weaverville. It has been renovated and was just lovely. Yonder was easy to work with and we were actually able to check in 2 hours ahead of the 4:00 p.m. check in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed.

Our group of three families stayed at Emerald Bear in Maggie Valley, NC for a ski weekend trip and we couldn't have been more pleased. From the ease of booking to the responsiveness of the Yonder team down to the actual house, we were pleasantly surprised. We usually go into a rental house expecting to be disappointed, but with each turn, we were pleasantly surprised! The house was clean, well-equipped, spacious enough for 11 people and comfortable. The hot tub was immaculate, plenty of towels for everyone. The bedrooms were clean with ample sheets, pillows, etc. The kitchen was decent, not gourmet, but it worked for our purposes. We all loved the setting and enjoyed both the propane fire pit as well as the wood fire pit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are expecting to return next year for another ski weekend trip!

Our group had a terrific stay at Cane Creek. The property is lovely. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. The beds were cozy and our group was provided with ample linens. No complaints.

My stay at “The Boathouse” was great! It was a perfect little getaway. The listing said no internet, so I was planning on using my phones hotspot for work, but to my surprise there was high speed internet available to guests. A microwave would have been nice to have, and using google for directions was way easier than the directions they provided, but other than that, no complaints!

Our family stayed at Spring Creek Farmhouse in Hot Springs, NC last week. Beautiful historic farmhouse with lots of green space for outdoor games and activities. The wrap around porch was the main gathering space and it was perfect! 10 min walk into town to enjoy local brewery and locally owned rafting company. Kids walked into town for smoothies and coffee. 15 min walk to Hot Springs resort where you can soak in the hot mineral springs hot tubs. Lots of activities close by but honestly the enjoying this property was one of the top “activities”. Highly recommend Yonder and this property.

Stayed at the Nola house as we wanted somewhere close to the Biltmore estate. Everything was newly renovated and clean. Worked perfect for my family and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

I stayed at "Blue Ridge Escape" with my family and friends for 4 nights this past week, and we were 1000% satisfied with both the house and Yonder. The house was beautiful, and provided us with so much room for our large group. We really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living area. We had plenty of room to all sit around and enjoy each others' company. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view. We had had absolutely no problems at all. I would also like to say how amazing the Yonder team was. They allowed us to check-in early, as well as check-out late when we asked to. That was very convenient since we had multiple people driving/flying in and out at different times. If I had to make any suggestions at all, I would say that it would be nice to have a bigger grill on the deck. Cooking for a large group was a bit challenging with such a small grill to cook on. Also, if it's raining outside and you want to get in the jacuzzi, water leaks down through the deck above and onto you. That's just being nit-picky, but we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back again soon.

Glade Meadow was the perfect destination for our mountain trip with the grownup kids and grandsons (7 and 3). The house was super clean and stocked with all the necessities and then some! The downstairs game/bunk area was a huge hit with the kids and the fire pit and bad-mitten setup were thoroughly enjoyed by all. There was a nightly firefly show as well as deer sitings. The trails around the house were easy and fun and we were close to tons of other hikes, tubing, and fun mountain towns. Would love to come back one day and definitely highly recommend this beautiful and spacious cabin.

We had a wonderful ladies weekend at the Apple Valley Cabin in Edneyville, NC! Very clean, quaint, and comfortable. This house has great outdoor space; large deck, fire pit, and a hot tub! I highly recommend staying here.

Blue Ridge Paradise is amazing – the nicest vacation rental we’ve stayed in! The home is beautiful, spacious, super clean, and easily accommodates 8 or 9 people. The large, fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill/kitchen made meal prep and dining fun and easy. We couldn’t believe how many exterior sitting areas there were, each with a different view of the gorgeous yard and beyond. The hot tub, fire pits, comfy beds, washer/dryer, and lots of parking made our stay extra enjoyable. The only downside – we didn’t want to leave!! We highly recommend Blue Ridge Paradise and we can’t wait to return!

My family recently stayed at the Brighthaven home. It was a Wonderful stay! Clean, comfy, and cheerful. Our group (8 adults, 2 kids) had plenty of space. The kids made exploratory trips to the creek out back at least once each day, and the firepit was perfect for smores. The host was very communicative. I could really feel a lot of love in this home, as it didn't feel stale or hotel-ish and had many local, personal touches. We hope to return to Brighthaven :)

We stayed at the Apple Valley Cabin, east of Hendersonville.
Pros: house was well stocked with kitchenware, blankets, and games. Kitchen was beautifully decorated and the one bathroom was updated. Hot tub was great end to everyday and helped us warm up for bed. Found swimming hole on last day, not that is was anywhere near warm enough to swim but fire pit was nicer than one next to cabin. Lots of games, like corn hole, horse shoes, puzzles, etc. Close to a really beautiful winery and an inner tube park, which is apparently open all year round.
Cons: the cabin was old and many rooms were crooked. Would be a fall hazard for elderly due to uneven floors and mismatch between rooms. Our beds ended up sliding against the wall every night due to the uneven, unleveled floor. The guest manual was incorrect regarding the use of the heaters and Wi-Fi. We called and got directions for WiFi upon arrival, but the other issues only became apparent overnight.
Manual suggested the thermostat in the living room controlled the house, but it didn’t. Bedroom’s dropped to 50 degrees first night we were there (found a thermometer that confirmed). The baseboard heat in each room ran individually and had actually been turned off completely in most rooms. We spent the first night up, shivering. Found the individual thermostats day 2, but over shot the sweet spot day two, and roasted that night. Finally fixed temperature by third night.
Internet was insufficient for streaming and there was no cable to TV, which became annoying when the weather was bad.
In addition, the cabin was right next to a fairly busy road, and the traffic was surprisingly frequent, especially with diesel engines.
If you come in winter, bring a humidifier.
We had a mostly relaxing time, but I’m not sure I’ll return to this specific cabin. Besides the physical issues with the cabin, there are nicer areas in Hendersonville. It seemed like every fifth house on the drive to and from had its own junk yard and there was litter on nearly every corner.

We stayed at the Meadowlark Cottage at Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful house with lots of light and all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances (slow cooker, blender, etc.) and with all the dishes and cooking utensils that you would need. There are screened in porches that give a view of the mountain to enjoy over a cup of coffee and fireplaces to warm up to at night. Yonder worked with us in making special accommodations and was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again and work with Yonder to book our stay at this property or others.

The Mountain Vista Alchemy house we rented was amazing. Even better than the pictures! The location was close to everything. The views of the woods were beautiful, although the mountains are blocked by trees mostly. The beds and furniture were so comfortable and the house provided plenty of room for my guests. The hot tub is larger than most rentals and was very clean and new. We just had a great time and would definitely rent again.

We had a mini family reunion in mid-October at the Bear and Bull Lodge. It is an amazing, beautiful house with a spectacular view of the mountains. (We were blessed with the peak of the fall colors that weekend.) The neighborhood is extremely quiet and there is not much traffic so we could easily take walks each day on the road.
This house easily accommodated 6 adults and 5 children. It is warm and cozy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots, pans and any needed utensil. Of course, the Xbox Console and hot tub were a major hit with the children despite the cold temperatures.
The communications with Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals were flawless and the Yonder Team was a great help.
We would definitely reserve this house again!

Beautiful and comfortable home for 5 couples enjoying all Asheville has to offer. 10 minutes from Downtown, easy access to Uber and Instacart, private space. Every cooking utensil and blanket you would ever need! Even had a visit from the neighborhood bear (lock you car doors) will definitely be back!

I stayed at “BY THE CREEK” in May of 2022 and had the most wonderful experience! It was such a peaceful vacation. I enjoyed waking up every day and enjoying coffee on the deck with the sound of the creek down below. In fact, many hours were spent out overlooking the creek on the deck at all hours! Cabin is clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated. Spent a fun day exploring Sapphire and Cashiers. We ended our nights with a fire in the pit beside the creek. Would highly recommend a stay in BY THE CREEK. I will definitely be back any chance I can get!

An absolutely GREAT house for our group family trip!
The home was beautiful, had a wonderful view, lovely back porch/deck to hang out on, good location to get to many places, and had a ton of space for parents & kids alike. We took full advantage of being able to send the kids (8 of them) to the basement to play while the adults hung out in peace upstairs :o) Also, the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen - so many large pots/pans/bowls/serving dishes/and more for large groups!
We would highly recommend if you are looking for a larger rental!!

Cane Creek Retreat was the perfect retreat my my family and friends. Super spacious, cozy, and in immaculate condition with incredible bedding. Centralized location makes it easy to hit all the attraction's that Asheville has to offer. One of our favorites was the short ride up the mountain to beautiful chimney rock and lake lure. Brought back growlers from the local breweries and enjoyed them sitting in the creek that runs through the back yard. Would definitely recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at Bull and Bear Lodge was for my 70th birthday celebration with our family. It was a special birthday and Bull and Bear Lodge was the best possible place to celebrate. From the moment we walked into the front door and saw the view through the back windows we were all in awe of how absolutely perfect this place was for our family. As we explored the well-thought-out kitchen (we are foodies), the bedrooms, the ample places to truly kick back and relax, the outdoor hot tub, and the outdoor area to sit around a gas fire, we were even more enamored. It was CLEAN and I’m oh-so-particular, everything was in working order, and there was wood already cut for the beautiful indoor fireplace. The endless views of God’s gorgeous fall colors was a plus! Of course, we all loved being together cooking, adventuring, and playing lots of games – but honestly the highlight of our long weekend was where we were staying and the care that had gone into making our time there practically perfect in every way.

What a delight!
There are two pieces to travel, in my opinion: The accommodations & the company that manages these accommodations. I booked through Marriott Homes and Vacations, so had a given set of expectations. I had no previous experience with Yonder, however, or with renting vacation homes.
The entire experience was flawless. Yonder was always available, helpful, informative, and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. they are personable and welcoming. Can't ask for anything more.
The "Cabin" sleeps 13 and was more than accommodating for our party of 8 people and one 4-legged family member! The cabin was clean, well maintained, and move in ready. The linens were also clean and fresh, as were the kitchen, dishes, pots and pans, and bathrooms.
The location was amazing, literally a 15-minute ride to the ski slopes, with beautiful sunsets and abundant nature.
Our family will not hesitate to book our travel with Yonder again and look forward to our next vacation experience with Yonder.

Blackberry Lodge in Asheville was perfect for our group of friends. Clean, lovely property. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities. Game room was fun. The setting is gorgeous! Yonder was extremely accommodating and easy to work with!

We stayed at "Bonnie Haven" for a weekend trip with extended family. Bonnie Haven was great for a large group of people- as a former B&B, all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there was plenty of space to be together (or separate)!
This was our second time staying at a Yonder rental - I love the ease, how clean and stocked the houses are, and how limited cleaning you are required to do to check out.
Highly recommended!

We stayed at Dynamite Ridge in Barnardsville, NC and the stay was amazing. We really enjoyed the home and the area. The views were spectacular!! If you get the chance to stay here, please do! There is ziplining across the street from the property and it is one of the best adventures that I have been on!
Preston Fields
We rented a property in Sapphire, NC over Thanksgiving. The home was nice and well equipped. There was a small issue with the Direct TV. I reached out to my contact, and they were quick to respond. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I feel confident that any property Yonder manages will be well maintained and provide a relaxing vacation for a family.
Karen Petta
Our family stayed at Bear Bottom Cabin between Christmas and New Years. The cabin surpassed our expectations! It was beautiful, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was also well maintained and clean. Would definitely rent this cabin again!

This is sincerely the most relaxing and luxurious properties I have ever stayed… Whiskey Rock is incredible. Totally immersed in the beautiful North Carolina mountains – with spectacular views and really good hiking & exploring. The house itself is open and well appointed – 4 bedrooms and the best of everything (and very cozy!) Instantly felt like home, and great space for family to gather –large meals and space for entertaining. The outdoor space is incredible – with multiple lawns, fire pits, and a very serene pond. Property also includes two fully separate cabins and a large “event deck”. We discovered a short cut to the Blue Ridge Parkway (with 4WD) – and also very close to Asheville and quaint Weaverville for days exploring, shopping, and dining. Hosts and property managers were very accommodating and especially friendly. My only complaint: we didn’t get to stay long enough! Already planning a return visit… Highly recommend. Come to the Mountains and enjoy WHISKEY ROCK! Thanks!!

Legacy Lodge is absolutely remarkable. The architecture & custom finishes are astonishing. It is like having a luxury resort all to yourself. There are countless activities right there at the estate -- heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, billiards table, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, foosball table, poker/game table, dart board, a ridiculously fun kids game room with bounce house & ninja warrior obstacle course, plus 50+ acres of hiking trails right out the back door of the house. Just incredible. And it's only 10 minutes down the mountain into historic downtown Franklin. It's an amazing place for a family vacation or corporate retreat.

My sister and I stayed at the Red Maple Getaway in Arden, NC next to Asheville. We immensely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, warm, comfortable and peaceful cottage. This home was not only tastefully and eclectically decorated but it was pristine!! We will definitely use Yonder Luxury Rentals again for our next sister getaway!
Gail Weams
I had the pleasure of staying at the Brush Creek Pool House with a group of nine friends! What a wonderful tastefully decorated home! We had everything we needed for a short getaway. Hot Tub was fantastic! Super comfortable beds! We didn't want for anything! Thank you so much!!!
Kelly Davis
We stayed at the Brush Creek Pool House for a women's get together. This house and property is amazing! There were 10 of us and we all had our own beds and bath. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Loved the kitchen - it had everything you could possibly need.
Rachael Barker
We rented Little Sparrow. We stayed here for a friends 30th birthday party and we absolutely loved it! We were able to get an early check in to accommodate the surprise!! The place was a little difficult to find but they had already given us written instructions to tell us of this! The maps on your apple device will pull up the wrong address! You have to use google maps or follow written instructions. The place is BEAUTIFUL! Very roomy and spacious! We loved how everyone had their own space including bathroom and shower! The place was about 8-10 minutes from downtown! We loved the area was it’s own little town as there are a few places to eat etc within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely will be back!
Rebecca Kammerer
We stayed at Country Cottage in Marshall, Asheville N.C. We loved The Country Cottage. The house has a rustic feel and the woods out-back are beautiful. The deck was perfect for an evening BBQ. It feels as though you were high on the tree tops. The fire pit was a nice surprise. My children absolutely loved the ping-pong table in the basement. We even had a visit from some of the wild turkeys in the nearby woods, which delighted the children. We met the grounds keeper, "Mike”. He was so welcoming and told of the local happenings. We hope to visit here again soon.
Cortney Anderson
The Pine Hollow was absolutely perfect! It was a beautiful spot to spend a weekend enjoying the mountains. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending to all my friends and family who are looking for a relaxing getaway! Thankful for such wonderful accommodations from Yonder.
Erin Dean
We stayed at Mountain to Sea Modern and had the best experience! The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our family. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our 2 friends who joined us on the trip. We would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation to Asheville!

Spacious, comfortable and quiet home in a quaint wooded community outside of Asheville. Convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway & downtown Asheville. The beds are very comfortable with luxurious linens. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out, with nice outdoor living spaces. Beautiful views of the trees from inside the house. Would definitely recommend. We loved staying here.
Meagan Brown
Our stay at the Hilltop home in Asheville was great. The house was remarkably clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and our special requests were met without hesitation. I especially appreciated that we didn’t have to do any pre-cleaning when we checked out other than simply consolidating and taking the trash out. I would recommend a stay with Yonder to anyone!
Pascale Wargo
I stayed at the Angel of the Lake house in Lake Lure this past weekend and although it was so cold and definitely a sleepy town in February, the home made it! The house was cozy , in the mountains, nestled. The home owner has enough coffee and any kind of kitchen need.
Plenty of towels, the home was so clean.
If I had to do it again, I would definitely rent this cozy home, but in warmer weather!
Mary Stevenson
We stayed at the Cozy Cabin in the Woods. The home was completely updated. New furniture, remodeled kitchen , updated bathrooms and new appliances. We definitely enjoyed the quiet and the propane fire pit on the upper deck. All questions were answered quickly by Yonder. Would definitely work with them again.
Brian Hoffert
Best experience ever. Asked for an early check in. No problem. Asked for a late check out. Again. No problem. Burnt Ridge Retreat was beautiful and perfectly maintained and decorated. Only thing to mention is there is no level open space to set up games etc but that doesn’t detract from the awesome views and vibe. Fire pit was a favorite for late night family reminiscing.

House is beautiful and spacious. Everyone in our group loved it. The view from the deck is breath taking. I the road leading to the house if rough and needs all wheel drive to reach there, but totally worth it. We will definitely come back !

I stayed at "Pine Hollow" over the holidays. It was the perfect amount of space for my family! So cozy and inviting with absolutely beautiful views of the NC mountains. Yonder could not have been more accommodating to our stay!

I stayed at the amazing French Broad Sunset recently.
It is a stunning home. From the moment you enter the home you will be hit with a view of the mountains in the distance. It is an incredible home with incredible space for a group. The home is beyond well stocked with all the essentials and needed comforts. There is space to gather in the living room area with comfortable recliner couches and 2 reclining chairs. You can relax while taking in the views through the large picture windows.
When you step out onto the back patio, you have another large space to gather in wonderful outdoor seating arrangements. The seating is so comfortable and the setting peaceful. Even a day of rain can't stop one from enjoying the views under the large covered area. There is also a beautiful fire pit space in the yard area that also overlooks the distant mountain views. At night the sky line twinkles with the lights in the distance. There is an off set private bar area and for those that need to make it a working vacation, there is a private office as well.
The home is spotless and the bedrooms are all outfitted with comfortable couches and more. The mattresses and bedding are very comfortable and the decor is so pretty. The master bedroom has a private patio and views of the mountains along with a fire place and a grand bathroom.
The location is very close to downtown Weaverville and only a short distance to downtown Asheville. I can't say enough about this home and all it has to offer. You feel as if you have your own bed and breakfast all to yourself. It is truly an amazing home.

I was recently presented with the opportunity to meet the owners of Yonder Vacation Rentals. Steve and Donna are most gracious, a trait that carries over to their commitment to providing their customers with a top notch experience. Beyond the fabulous properties are the considerately thought out details that go into each one of them. Yonder’s expertise and passion make for a truly luxurious stay. Definitely Five Stars! *****

Stayed at the "Bat Cave" house near Asheville NC. The house is amazing! I just want to mention here that the Yonder management company was very great to work with from beginning to end. Easy check in processes, great communication throughout and very accommodating to my small needs. We had a small issue with the back door lock during our stay and Yonder was quick to respond and very quick to fix/replace the lock. Great experience with this team!
Joseph Galtelli
Beautiful house, a lot of space for a big party, and comfortable as well. We had a party of 14 and could easily have fit more if we needed too; didn't feel squished at all. The hot tub, pool, and fire pit was just as I imagined and the location is nice for a day trip into Ashville or up to the mountains. 10/10!

My family was able to meet at a Yonder home for a holiday getaway and we all had a great time! The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hosts were communicative and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Yonder Vacation Rentals!

I stayed at the "Weeping Willow" for our 3 day trip to Asheville with 5 of my family members. The house was in a great location for exploring downtown Asheville, the mountains and a trip to the Biltmore. The house was super clean and comfortable and the best part was we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Having 4 bathrooms was awesome. We also really appreciated that the basic household supplies were provided. The hot tub was a nice addition. I look forward to staying here again or at another of Yonder's properties.

We stayed at The Loft on Trade Street for our anniversary and had the very best time. The loft is absolutely beautiful. Well decorated, warm, quaint yet sophisticated and felt upscale. We enjoyed the space by ordering takeout, watchin a movie and enjoying the hot tub on day #1. On day #2 we drove to Asheville (50 minute commute) to tour the Biltmore Estate and to have dinner in Asheville. We returned to the loft exhausted and once again enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this property. We had a magical and romantic get away and much of that was attributed to this excellent property!

We loved the Huntley estate! It has a wonderful location in The Hills with fabulous views. We especially enjoyed the multiple sitting areas with TVs. The game room was also used quite a bit. It was a big hit. We highly recommend the Huntley estate.
Lauren Walters
We stayed at the Lofts on Trade Street in Tryon, NC and had a great time! The space was beautiful and had everything we needed. There’s even a hot tub! There was plenty of space for our group and there was room to park. I’ll definitely look at Yonder for future vacations!

We totally enjoyed our stay at "Color Me on the Trail." Besides an incredible view, the house is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all we needed. This is a place where you can work and stay during the pandemic. We're happy with our choice.
Carmen Cruz
We stayed at Smaland Falls for our second time and is a beautiful house, cleaned and well stocked! we love the pool, the walking, the views, the pond. Also, the customer service at Yonder is great, they answer very quickly to any issues. We had a wonderful family time!!!

We stayed at Lanfyne Ayr in Waynesville, NC. Midwestern flatlanders mom pod needed a social distancing getaway and boy did we find it! First stay in the Smoky Mountains and we will definitely be back! This house proved to be an excellent resting spot. It is literally up the mountain and it took us flatlanders a few drives up and down the mountain to get used to it. It is a short drive to the store, delicious Smokehouse bbq restaurant and fun park at the lake but you feel like you're deep in it. The wrap around deck provided much entertainment from bird watching to "smoke" watching as the fog rolled in on the mountains across the "holler" from us as well as through our own mountain. We saw a bear off the deck our first morning! There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. The kitchen is superb plus it has an amazing view - even while you're doing the dishes! We loved working from the island and found ourselves cooking more than getting take out. We traveled with children ages 6-5 years old and they were able to access plastic cups for water refills and helped set the table with their own dishes. Stools were available for brushing teeth and washing hands in the bathroom. House was very clean and basement makes an excellent children area. All toys and sleeping of children was relegated to the basement. We enjoyed Netflix on the TV down there, as well as board games and the hockey table. There is a full bathroom down there with a shower. It is very spacious for multiple sibling bathing oportunities. Plus the laundry is down there, and the washer is one of the older ones - that reminded us that washers used to be better! Faster and better cleaning.
The bedrooms and basement are all carpeted. We did not stay in the master loft but it was beautiful and had a lovely spacious bathroom. There is a loft area outside of the bedroom that was used by one of our parents as a workspace. The living room/dining room/kitchen has amazing views and proved to be very comfy. We spent evenings by the gas fireplace crocheting - some of us learning, some of us creating. The driveway is rather steep, which proved to be a lot of fun for midwestern children to run up and down. Hiking is plentiful and we saw no less than 5 dramatic waterfalls. The town of Waynesville is way cuter than we imagined, with locally owned shops, restaurants, and even a brewery. We visited the local Red Barn Antique store where we found a vast collection of country music records, and other local flare, including saddles and cast iron pots and pans. This area has a rich history, from revolutionary war sites to Cherokee Nation - trail of tears. There are many festivals that we will be back to visit when it is safe. So much to explore and definitely a fantastic house to call home. It's like a cabin but not a cabin because it has all of the modern creature comforts like heating, airconditioning, and modern amenities. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Falling Water Lodge is such an amazing place! The view facing Mount Mitchell from the living room and its multi-leveled decks is breath taking; we literally see the scenery change in front of our eyes from morning till sunset because of the change in light and weather. We’re so taken by the incredible view and hardly want to move around just to make sure not to miss any moment. It turns out we have different angles of the view from every room of the house. We’re surprised to be greeted by the sound of a private waterfall from the natural spring running over mountain rocks, which maybe how it gets the name “Falling Water Lodge.” This place is tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. The beds are so comfortable too. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at Weeping Willow for a long weekend with several other couples. The property was nice, comfortable, well maintained, and appointed. The kitchen and living space were large enough to a fit us all comfortably. Each room has a king bed and it's own bathroom. It's a $10 LYFT ride away from downtown Asheville and the West Side. I would highly recommend this property for your Asheville getaway

We stayed in 3 Bear Holler, Pappa Bear cabin and couldn't find anything negative to say about our stay. Everything was amazing and the cabin was so well stocked we didn't want for a thing. The cabin was very comfortable and beds were great.
Highly recommend.

I stayed at Yonder’s Loft on Trade Street in April 2022 with a group of friends and absolutely loved the space. There are several bedrooms, a beautifully renovated kitchen and living room, and a hot tub out back. The Loft is a short 5-10 minutes from town where there are plenty of restaurant options. This was the perfect location for a girls weekend getaway and I will definitely be returning to one of Yonder’s vacation spots in the future.

We stayed at The Pisgah mountain retreat in West Asheville. The view was phenomenal in the house was exquisite. The only downside was the gravel driveway to the house. There are large ruts where it looks like rain has washed out making for a precarious trip over the last several hundred yards to the house. If you are traveling up in an automobile, I would caution against that.
Bridget Brannon
This place was wonderful! My cousins and I just stayed there 9/25 thru 9/29. They accommodated us with an early check in and late check out. The place had everything you needed from seasoning, plates, dishes to towels and soap. We will definitely be going back again. Easy 30 minute drive to Asheville to see everything we wanted to see!

We stayed over Christmas at the Little Sadie (townhouse) in Woodfin. The location is very convenient to downtown Asheville (10-12min). The house has a nice hot tub on 2nd flr balcony and an overall nice contemporary home design. There is a great sports bar/ restaurant within walking distance. Minor issues on 1st flr - no closet/coat rack and one small shade above bed didn’t close w/rod. Management company is very organized with information and provided helpful app for location. Great time over all.

Can't recommend Yonder enough! I stayed at Yonder's loft on Trade Street in Tryon with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. The property is spacious, yet still very cozy and charming. It is abundantly clear how passionate they are about curating their spaces with care.
Shawna Eichman
Beautiful condo in a great location. Walked everywhere while our cars were safely parked in a nice , open public garage directly behind the rental. Spacious, clean and easy to work with management company. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed in Fairview, NC. Such a beautiful house! It had everything that you could possibly need or want. The rooms were very spacious with lovely furniture and accent pieces. Would highly recommend!
Tony Grimaldi
Great hosts. Very responsive. Great house. The backyard and area by the river is awesome. By the way GPS works just fine to get to this house. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Stayed at Majestic Mountain last weekend and it was the best relaxed short trip ever.
Beautiful house up in the mountains with breathtaking views.
House gets lots of natural light and was airy and spacious.
Great for couples or families with kids as there is an awesome game room. Back deck had a bbq station and table with a fire pit and leads to the hot tub.
The swing in the deck is the best to enjoy the mountain views, especially early in the morning.
We had the best time ever!

Working with the Team at Yonder from the beginning of our stay to the end was seamless. The place was beautiful and clean. It’s refreshing to deal with a group that is professional and also personal. Look forward to the next trip.
Bernhard Grier
Broad River Roost -- Quiet, calm, and soothing. House feels cozy, but airy and open. It's nice to feel secluded even though civilization is so close by. It was too cold in January to do any creek wading, but just standing on the rocks/shore and watching the water roll by was relaxing. Internet is not robust, but I was able to stream TV, hold a video call, and get some much-needed writing done.

Whiskey Rock! Change up your scenery! If you are in need of a getaway that is equal parts serene, picturesque, active, cozy, and also provides all of the best creature comforts of home, look no further than Whiskey Rock.
I made a trip with girlfriends to romantic Asheville over the Fall as a way to escape the covid mundane. We found such a gem in Whiskey Rock. This property is absolutely incredible. From the main house, to the cabins, fire pits, on-property hiking, farmland, water (adorable pond!) and Mountain View’s , to the thoughtful appointments, decorating, and well thought through amenities, it is a must stay if you're looking for a great vacation.
While the home and property offer ample entertainment opportunity and flexibility to completely unwind and disconnect or stay active if you prefer that (hiking, awesome for yoga, and exploring), you're conveniently close to the nearest city for excellent craft food and drinks, cute little shops, and other trip attractions - don't forget to check out the Biltmore!
Cruise into town, grab some tacos and a beer, then come home, spark a fire pit, and relax with your favorite spirit (whiskey works! :)) and the mountains all around you. Hope you love your stay at this unique little slice of heaven!

My family and I had the best vacation at Pine Hollow! The house was nicely kept and in a beautiful area! The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We will for sure be back!

First class homes with impeccable touches. Well equipped with so many extras; a true value in luxury accommodations. The entire process from start to stay to finish was a pleasure. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Had a great time at the Sticks and Stones cabin. Very well appointed and literally no issues with anything. Secluded and quiet. Just what my wife and I needed for our getaway. The locals were also very friendly. We will be back!
April Zorn
This house is amazing! We loved the old character, and the modern updates. It was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of space, very comfortable and great location! We will be back.
Courtney Welch
We had an excellent stay at a home managed by Yonder. The communication from the company was excellent and the DACK app was really useful. Yonder allowed us an early check-in even though I requested it late. The home was very clean. We were super impressed and plan to stay at another Yonder home again in the future.
Rodrika Bailey Scott
We enjoyed our stay at Knobby Creek. The home wasn’t too far up the mountain but convenient enough if you want to drive to the top for a nice waterfall view. The hot tub was awesome and the creek was amazing to hear every morning. As a Vacation rental cleaner , I do believe this home was staged nice for guests. However the cleaning could’ve been more detailed, hairs were left behind in visible areas. Other than that no complaints. Easy check in and check out.

I have stayed in the Marshall, NC area many times and love this house. It is an ideal location and very comfortable to be in. It is decorated very nicely and always a delight to be there. You will see deer, wild turkeys, rabbits and squirrels throughout the day. The front porch is a perfect place to sit and have your morning coffee. The patio off the kitchen is a great place to sit and enjoy your favorite drink and talk about your day. The house is only a 20-30 minute to Asheville so you can go have your fun and then come back and rest in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Also, Marshall is the upcoming and coming place to be with their own brewery and restaurants. Close to Hot Springs, whitewater rafting, hiking and skiing in the winter!!!

We stayed at Cotswold Overlook the first weekend in November. We rented to house for a place to stay for my wedding (14 people total), the house and grounds were so beautiful we decided to have the very small, intimate reception under the patio (the guest total was only 14, the same people that were staying at the house, it was a destination wedding). It was AMAZING. It was the perfect size for the amount of people and the master bedroom was perfect for me to get ready in. And not to mention the guest cottage outside was a great place for my husband to stay so we didn't see each other the night before the wedding! The house was also fully stocked with everything we could need including, corn hole and a giant whirlpool bath tub that I could relax in the night before the big day. Yonder customer service was also very polite and accommodating. This place is beautiful! You won't regret your stay!

"Top of the World" Tuskasegee, NC, over 4000 feet in the clouds, very private, dog-friendly, every amenity, just bring your food and drink!
Excellent place to relax and be with just those that are with you, nice hiking, or just hang out on the porch or the screened in side porch. It's what you need sometimes to just recollect and move forward and this place can help with that.
We will most definitely revisit this home very soon if possible!
This is the third Yonder Luxury Vacation Rental that we have stayed in and they are on their game, and the service they provide is A-1, this U.S. Military family recommends Yonder and their rentals 100%
Deanne Hopp
Amazingly beautiful house in a beautiful location. 5 stars all the way. We rented a boat from them too. Everyone took great care of us and we would definitely come again!
Andrew Rothenberg
The Yonder team was amazing! The house we stayed in was first class and I couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience. Will definitely use Yonder again!
Amy Sayanaly
I will be back soon. I enjoy the hot tub and fireplace. Very clean inside and close to downtown Asheville.
Shaharia Arafat
Recently we visited the Majestic Mountain, one of the best places of Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals in North Carolina. This is the best mountain town experience I have ever had. An amazing location! We stayed there for 3 days with our family friends. The house is adorable, clean and equipped with everything to may ever need. It has incredible views from the front porch, a truly relaxing getaway!
Peter Buscemi
We had a perfect Thanksgiving celebration at this wonderful cabin. The best part was enjoying a campfire outside and listening to the creek/waterfall backgound noise.
Christina King
We stayed at Little Sadie in Woodfin, NC and had the best time. Can’t say enough about Yonder’s service and style. The process was organized and seamless, the unit was well appointed, clean and cozy and our family had the best time. 10/10 would recommend! Our days of staying in a hotel in Asheville are over!

So I was wanting to go to the beach (Hilton Head or Follie) and golf (Turtle Point/ Fazio), but the wife had other plans and took me to 101 Lookout Loop at Mountain Air Resort in our own Smoky Blue Ridge Mountains. I was apprehensive, as I could golf and see the Mountains from around our home, I thought I really wanted to go to the beach! :( Well, after stepping into the Villa I was smiling. Open and spacious is the main floor, the kitchen has everything you need to cook (minus food), they even had "Heavy Duty" Aluminum Foil for the gas grill that I could not wait to check out. There is a sound system that allows for music in all the rooms and the 3 decks too. The decks are built well, one off the upstairs bedroom, an open wall-to-wall deck on the main floor and a screened in deck on the bottom level with a beautiful gas grill just outside the bottom deck, the views from all 3 decks is amazing. The quiet was so peaceful, no people everywhere you turn like you find at the beach. The mountain air was crisp, clean and cool. Much better than the beach, hehehe. The beds are so comfortable, Cable and internet plus Wi-Fi., even binoculars! The golf course is awesome and I played with a major discount including cart because we were staying at this rental, along with the use of the Clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, putting greens. It was awesome, everything was like being "from around the home!" The wife doesn't golf, however, there are nature trails inside this resort, with beautiful gazebo's and picnic area's to enjoy just being outdoors. We did go into town for some things, it's a quick 4-5 miles down the mountain for whatever you didn't' bring with you. I could have stayed 4 more days, it was our nicest stay in a resort yet, I'm a very happy Vet with my wife's selection! Thank you Yonder, you listened to my wife and selected the best Villa for my needs and want's. We will definitely use your services again, A-1 job!! :)

We had a great holiday stay, the Brighthaven home was cozy and relaxing. Customer service was quick and responsive. Home was clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay the perfect getaway.

I spend Labor Day weekend with a group of girlfriends at the Scenic Mountain retreat and the entire stay far surpassed all of my already inflated expectations. Yonder was fantastic - quickly responding to questions and being incredibly accommodating about a few requests. The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Pictures did it no justice. We had intended to spend most of our time in downtown Ashville, but ended up spending almost our whole trip on the property. We had a perfect mountain and city view, a private pool, huge porch and a hot tub. How could we leave? We all had a great time. I would highly recommend this property as well as Yonder as a management group.
Lindsay Reinhardt
This cabin (estate) is absolutely breathtaking!! We booked this property bc we booked last minute and everything towards Asheville was booked but as soon as we pulled in we were beyond excited!!! There is also a beautiful horse riding stables and whitewater rafting within ten minutes of the place. The property is perfect for family gatherings to be able to just relax and enjoy the property! I also would highly recommend this place as a back drop for a wedding!
This was also our second time using yonder vacation rentals and both property's were thoroughly cleaned and maintained! Will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you!

Recently rented Hawks Haven from Yonder Mountain - the house was better than advertised and Yonder Mountain was both super responsive and did everything they could to make our stay easier. I highly recommend, and will use them again!
Stephanie Osborne
Our family of 14 stayed at Fairway Mountain Villa. Amazing stay. Very spacious and beautiful property.
The Yonder team did an amazing job answering all of my questions and concerns.
We had a blast and will return next year!

We stayed at Whiskey Rock in late November for a three days. The home is beautifully decorated, and has all the necessary conveniences, and then some. The extensive property is exquisite with a koi pond, fire pits, and plenty of hiking trails. Located about 30-35 minutes from Asheville and 15-20 from Weaverville. A fabulous “get-a-way” for a family or friends gathering.

Last July we stumbled upon a vacation rental , ‘mountain Trail Lodge’ while we were searching for a secluded mountain top get away ... we found it here ... a place that is up in the western mountains of NC nearby 4000 ft above sea level.
A true hidden gem with every amenity you could desire.
A beautiful large spacious brick and stone home in the clouds .
It has the most amazing views in an expansive deck with beautiful hot tub with jaw dropping views . A gorgeous large home for the entire family and more to make memories .
It is very close to Wynesville ,Maggie Valley and Asheville with easy access to I-40.
We plan to visit Clyde ,NC again for sure . We love it there .

Stayed at the Hidden Cove Cabin this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and provided us with all the necessary items we would need. The house and surrounding landscape is beautiful and only about 10 minutes from downtown! Definitely a must if you are staying in Asheville, especially with a big group!
Kathy Stuart
We stayed 4 nights at the Asheville Mountain Alchemy rental recently and we all loved it!! We were 10 friends from college and every one of us said great things about the house. It was a perfect size with many nice amenities in plentiful amounts. The furniture was nice and the view was to die for. It was great having a long table and chairs outside so we could enjoy the great outdoors and scenery. Yonder was great to work with allowing us slightly early check in and slightly later check out, which helped us immensely. They were also great in offering a military discount - so very patriotic and appreciated. I would highly recommend Yonder Rentals and Asheville Mountain Alchemy rental.

This impeccably restored cabin is nestled on a bluff next to a bubbling spring. The porch and decks are peaceful and serene. The interior is beautiful with exposed stone fireplace and wood floors. All appliances and cabinets are new and the open floor plan is great for entertaining. The beds are very comfortable, and I like that the owners retained some of the original paneling. We recommend this cabin for a relaxing vacation.

Our stay in Weeping Willow in Asheville was fabulous! The unit has tons of space and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed- utensils, glassware, pots/pans, even ziplock bags and dish detergent. Everything was spotless and clean, and the unit itself was beautifully furnished and up to date. The living area has a gas fireplace along with books, games, even a guitar with chord chart. We spent one evening watching a movie, playing games and plucking out tunes on the guitar- so fun! The back patio is large and has its own private hot tub. This unit would be perfect for one or multiple families, as well as a group of friends. Bedrooms were large, the beds were cozy, and everyone has their own private space. Location was ideal- we were close to downtown Asheville, but also felt that "mountain vibe." Hint: try the adorable bakery in walking distance- their pies are delicious! I will definitely be back!

Stayed at Sunset Rest at Lake Lure, NC
Such a great house and location. Yonder was very accommodating. Will definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Whiskey Rock this past weekend and OH MY is all I can say!! It was truly peaceful and absolutely beautiful. It is tucked away in the mountains surrounded by trails and stunning scenery!! It is a short trip to Ashville with access to fun breweries, restaurants and shops. The main house is completely stocked with everything you need so pick up some wine and snacks and you are all set!! The cabins are perfect too! Bring your hiking boots and hike to the top of the mountain for some of the most amazing views of the North Carolina mountains!! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!!
Chelsea Crosby
We stayed at the Sky Lodge and it was beautiful! Comfortable beds, clean home and
Hot tub. It was perfect for our bachelorette party weekend! Just know the driveway is crazy, and you may wish the house had an elevator by the time you leave 😂 lots of stairs! We would stay again!
Gina Hall
I stayed in Orange Blossom recently on a girls’ trip with several other ladies. We had a wonderful time. We had everything we could possibly need in our unit. The beds were extremely comfortable. The décor was very cool, with musical instruments on the walls. We had a fun time hanging out in the hot tub. There was a great restaurant that we walked to and the food was outstanding, although we could have chosen to eat in because the kitchen is fully stocked. The scenery in the area is beautiful. We went hiking, had dinner at Grove Park Inn, and toured the Biltmore. This is the perfect spot for a mountain getaway!

We recently stayed at Bearadise on the Creek through Yonder and absolutely loved it. We have rented quite a few places in the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area, but this was our first time using Yonder. From the ease of booking to the ease and location of the getting to our rental, this was by far our best experience yet. We really enjoyed the little details and can see why the place is referred to as “Beardise”. We had a group of 4, and the place easily accommodated our party, with room to spare. While our kids did not join us on this trip, we know they would have enjoyed addition of the Xbox. While there were TVs in each room, we didn’t use them. We were too busy enjoying ourselves on the porch either relaxing with a cocktail in the hot tub, or sitting around the fire pit listening to the soothing sounds of the creek. Since it had just rain, the creek was flowing strong. Next time, we may bring some fishing poles and try our luck casting a line or two into it.
The location of the rental is great because it provided quick and easy access to a variety of different places. We are big hikers, and this place was a perfect spot to get to the Blue Ridge Mountain, to sections of the Appalachian Trail, or an assortment of local hiking spots. It also allowed us to enjoy a variety of local diners, restaurants and breweries close by (when we decided not to cook). If you’re in the mood for awesome BBQ, you have to try Haywoods in Waynesville. There’s a reason they’re nationally rated as one of the top BBQ joints. We also enjoyed the tour of the local distillery in Maggie Valley. If you want to hit Asheville, it’s an easy 20-25 minute car ride.
All in all, this was a great trip, and this rental is one we will be one we continue to use in the future.
Sheila Hanna
We stayed at the Country Cottage. This was our second time at this property. We choose this property because of its close proximity to our daughter and that we could also bring our fur baby with us. The property is very well maintained and very clean. We had an amazing time seeing wildlife every day right in our back and front yard was great. Local resturants and shopping are very close by.
Michael Dameron
Our stay at Cane Creek Retreat was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. TV's in each bedroom as well as the living room and family room. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet only 15 minutes from Biltmore.
Erica Buckner
We rented this home for our daughter’s 16th birthday getaway with our family. Upon arrival we noticed the beautiful landscaping. So much detail put into each area of the yard. When we walked in we immediately loved the open kitchen and living room space, great for entertaining our group for the weekend. We made all our meals there for the weekend and found the kitchen to be very well stocked with all we needed to cook for our group. We had plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware. We got everyone settled in there rooms and they all had everything we needed for a cozy nights sleep. I will note the beds were super comfortable!! There are 3 full bathrooms which made getting our larger group ready a breeze. We spent most of our time outside by the pool . This area is just perfection. The pool is a great size and the hot tub was very spacious and comfortable. This home was more than we ever thought it was going to be and our only disappointment was that we weren’t staying longer. We can’t wait to book again!!
Catherine Cheshire
We stayed at the Clear Creek Hideaway and loved it. We didn't want to leave. Brand new cabin, with solid construction and beautifully appointed with new amenities and furnishings. The hot tub in the backyard was a delight. The beds are super comfortable, and we had some of the best rest we have had in a long time. We loved the front porch and the green space that surrounded the cabin -- very private, secluded and peaceful. Great for watching fireflies and enjoying the sounds of the forest. A very comfortable, uplifting and restorative stay. It goes without saying that the cabin was immaculately clean. Yonder was wonderfully helpful and organized.
Zac Hake
Great experience. Had activities for all ages including toys, games, hot tub, fire pit, streaming services. Internet was quick. Beds are not king size which I hadn't realized before. Would recommend!
Charity Bruce
Yonder is the best when it comes to property management companies! My husband and I stayed at The Boathouse in Landrum, SC and it was perfect! It was SO clean, and well maintained. I have no criticism whatsoever, it was perfect!
Stephen Bruce
We stayed at The Boathouse on Lake Lanier in Landrum,SC, and Yonder was by far the best property management company we have ever dealt with. Property was perfectly clean and kept. I have no negative feedback at all.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Conway cottage in Marshall for the month of June and had the most amazing and relaxing time! The home is incredibly clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. They have a kettle, crock pot, laundry pods, and extra pillows and blankets for example, making this an accommodating, homey and comfortable place to stay. The surrounding land is also incredibly beautiful. The drive to the property is alongside a stream and lined with plenty of trees. The house and surrounding property also features private access to the stream, and features a fire pit and seating area to relax right by it. From the inside of the house you can hear the stream which helps set a relaxing and rejuvenating mood. The view from the inside of the house and the porch is absolutely stunning. You have mountain ranges in view and are able to see wildlife like turkeys, groundhogs, and lots of deer at dusk all pass by from the porch, kitchen, and living area. At night, there are 1000s of fireflies which makes for a light show that is so magical, and unlike anything we have ever seen. Downtown Marshall is only 30 minutes away and is a fun and cute little town to explore. There is a nice natural foods grocer within it, a tasty local breakfast place, an amazing crystal store, and a fun studio which features classes like yoga, and Wu Dang Qi Gong. Asheville is only 50 minutes away, and the North Tailgate Farmers Market is highly recommended. The people here, and the owners of the airbnb itself are very warm, nice and welcoming, as is the entire neighborhood, and we would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in the area, or seeking some time away from the city to choose here to rest, relax and vacation! I have traveled quite a bit, around the country, and this has been one of my favorite airbnb stays ever and cannot rave about this place enough! We will definitely choose to stay here if we are ever in the area again and even recommended our friends and family to as well.
Jeffrey Lefkowitz
My wife and I recently joined my sister and her husband in this extremely spacious townhouse that had all of the comforts of home. It was generously supplied with towels, utensils, dishes and everything else we needed to make this a 5 star choice for a week in the Asheville/Blue Ridge mountain area. It was just a short ride to downtown Asheville and all of its great restaurants and of course the famed Biltmore estate. We were close to the Blue Ridge Parkway with easy access to great hiking trails. The televisions and internet in the townhouse were top quality. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub which was particularly soothing after long days hiking. While close to the action in Asheville, the townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a friendly pub and close to grocery shopping. Yonder vacation rentals were readily available to answer questions. This was truly a mountain utopia and we are looking forward to booking our next stay in Wildwood Flower.
Nicole Lund
We did not want to leave, a great way to spend my 40th! The place was everything we had hoped for. Thanks Yonder!
Jordan Aumiller
Yonder was very easy to work with from the original booking to checking out. I stayed at 20 Winters Haven. This was further from the city than expected. Be prepared to spend $30 - $50 for an uber each way if you're going to downtown Asheville.
Heather Dooley
We spent a girls weekend in "High Society" in Hendersonville. We enjoyed the hot tub, the renovated kitchen and the beds are amazing!
Gene Jablonski
We stayed at he Cozy Cabin in Burnsville NC. The place was fantastic and the people at Yonder could not have been more responsive and helpful.
Nick Tatge
The Yonder team was super helpful and available. We had an amazing experience - both with the house we rented, but also with the amazing customer experience! Thank your
Corinne Lardner
It was a cozy cottage. Very clean and well stocked. It was also centrally located and very easy and quick to get anywhere. We loved it

What a fantastic property to enjoy with family and friends. Pine Hollow checks every box for a great retreat to the area. We will be booking this property again very soon!
Joey Bonner
Hummingbird Haven is a true mountain gem. Yonder's service was
seamless and efficient. We arrived a few hours early and were able to check in to the cabin at 2:00 pm with a simple call to Yonder. The cabin was beautiful as was presented in the photos. We will be back without a doubt!

We just returned from Brackens View Retreat just outside of Asheville, N.C., and couldn't have been happier with the experience. There is a steep incline to get to the house on a gravel road as it was at the top of the mountain, but my Toyota Camry was able to do it- just be careful driving up. When you get to the house, you will be amazed at the view. It's breathtaking. I took so many pictures! The location is perfect, being just 30 minutes from downtown Asheville, with other quaint cities nearby. And if you don't feel like going out, the house has a ping pong table, air hockey, and pop a shot machine. It also had a place for a campfire in the backyard. The house itself accommodated 5 couples comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with a toaster oven, waffle maker, a nice set of pots and pans, and a Keurig machine. The house is new and the decor had a modern rustic feel.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come here again.
Matt Schlichenmaier
As owners of a Yonder property, we continue to be amazed with how detailed the Yonder team is with making sure our home is cleaned to the highest standard, and ready for our guests in every way possible. We believe that Yonder offers the best and cleanest homes in the vacation rental industry. They truly set the standard for how a vacation rental company should operate.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at Sweet Carolina. The views of Lake Lure are stunning!! We took full advantage of the deck above the boat house & the patio and firepit, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! The house is comfortable and inviting, fully updated kitchen, great dining table for meals and board games! family room has plenty of space to gather & relax. We enjoyed lake activities and a trip into town to visit one of the local breweries and hiked Chimney Rock another day. I highly recommend and appreciate all the touches the owners incorporated into Sweet Carolina, really felt quite at home & pampered!
Christine Kroupa
Our group had so much fun at the Paradise Peaks! This property in Lake Lure was stunning, and had so many wonderful amenities. We were impressed with the new stone patio and fire pit, and the views from every room were incredible. The Paradise Peaks cabin was warm and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone. We loved that it was so close to the lake, just a few minutes away from where you rent boats, paddle board, etc. We will definitely come back to Paradise Peaks soon!

Brackens Retreat View - We had the fantastic experience of staying at Brackens View Retreat in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina last week. The modern farmhouse built in a high meadow 25 minutes north of downtown Asheville gave us the experience of really being "in the mountains." We loved our visits to downtown Asheville and the restaurants and art galleries there. Mt. Mitchell State Park and Craggy Gardens on the Blue Ridge Parkway are easily accessed from the Retreat in less than one hour. Wolf Laurel Ski Resort is less than 30 minutes away. We want to come back in the summer and enjoy Whitewater Rafting on the French Broad River only 15 minutes from the retreat. We also visited the delightful town of Burnsville, NC, in Yancey County with unique restaurants and arts and crafts stores.
The home offers spectacular views of the Madison County mountains and we even had deer visit us in the mornings. The back porch on the east side is made for coffee in the sun in the morning and a nap in the shade in the afternoon.
Originally from the NC mountains, my wife and I can say that "this place offers a "real" NC mountain experience!" We will be back!

I was pretty disappointed in my recent experience with Yonder. I booked on of their locations through Airbnb. It was supposed to be a "luxury" retreat but from the minute I got there I was dealing with cleaning and getting the house settled before the rest of my family and guests arrived. It took half a day just to get settled in. It was the middle of winter and the AC was turned on, not heat, so the house was freezing. There was no propane so we couldn't use the fireplace or stove until the second day when they came to refill it. The gate key didn't work upon arrival, the grill was knocked over, one of the showers wasn't working and there were bugs everywhere. All in all, the house was still beautiful but I thought it was completely overpriced for a house with all these issues. I ended up asking for a partial refund and never even heard back from Yonder. Airbnb did honor the request though.

Yonder has been an incredible partner to us in the management of our vacation rental property. They always go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service to their property owners, like us, and our guests. I highly recommend Yonder to anyone considering getting into the vacation rental property business.

This was a great cabin to stay in. Next time we may try one of the other two on site. The description was great, but even better in person. No hassles. All was exceptional. Thanks a lot.

A breathe of fresh air!
The house and view were both so breathtaking that we had to force ourselves to go into town to enjoy some delicious meals! There was something about the expansive interior with high ceilings and wooden logs that almost created a magical feeling to it each time one entered-either from a trip downtown or just walking in from the porch. The views were spectacular and the air so refreshing. We sat in the hot tub late at night looking at the stars. Just what the “doctor” ordered for my husband who was about to undergo surgery. I am a stickler for cleanliness in places I visit and I could not say enough about how clean it was. The kitchen was so beautiful that I felt compelled to leave it as spotless as when we arrived. We cannot wait to return!!

The Kith House is a great, affordable place for families or medium-size groups. It doesn't have the WOW-factor that some people want in a vacation home--no infinity pools, no long-range mountain views, etc. But it has everything you and your family need to enjoy Asheville and the surrounding area at an affordable price. It sleeps 6 comfortably, it's close to everything, and sits in on a very quiet street. It's really great, highly recommend!

We decided to take a last minute trip to the lake/mountains and were fortunate enough to get to stay at Paradise Peaks. Wow, what an amazing place! So close to the lake as well as great restaurants to choose from. The owners of Paradise Peaks paid very close attention to details and the house is super comfy, but also spacious enough for lots of guests. The views from this place are STUNNING. We’ve stayed in a few different places while vacationing in the area and this was by far our favorite. Not sure when my husband and I will get the chance to go back to lovely Lake Lure, but when we do, Paradise Peaks will be our first choice!

We have been fortunate to stay in many different Airbnbs around the world. Spring creek farmhouse in Hot Springs was our favorite! From the location - walking distance to the Appalachian Trail and hip Hot Springs - to the amenities and the owner’s quick communication, everything was flawless. The owner even provided the perfect spot by the barn for us to park our airstream for extra sleeping space. We could not get over the incredible mountain and creek views, the beautifully decorated and cozy interior of the home, the expansive porch and landscaped yard. I especially enjoyed the luxurious king-sized bed, and leisurely mornings on the porch, sipping coffee and listening to the sounds of the babbling creek. There was plenty of room for our children to explore both indoors and outdoors. We loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen, and enjoying chilly nights by the bonfire and in the hot tub on the patio. We left realizing that many more people will leave feeling as we did: that spring creek farmhouse will hold a special place in our memories. Truly, a fantastic and unique stay. We loved every moment.

We just came back from Brackens View Retreat near Asheville, N.C., and couldn't have been happier with the experience. There is a steep incline to get to the house on a gravel road as it was at the top of the mountain, but if you have a good car, it should be no problem. Beautiful views, spacious housing, beautiful bedding and the owne leaves great housewarming gifts. If you need a rental in Asheville, NC, go to this place.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Blackberry Lodge to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were all impressed by how clean and well stocked it was. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck as well as the hot tub, and the kids loved both the upstairs and the downstairs game room. We felt secluded but were able to get to Biltmore in 20 minutes. Yonder was great about recommending wonderful hiking trails as well as tasty restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great memories!

Our family stayed at Hawk's Landing managed by Yonder and it was AMAZING! They were so responsive when upon check in there were a couple issues that needed to be addressed. They responded promptly and fixed everything. The property was perfect for 4 families to get together under one roof with the mountains in the backdrop. We had spacious rooms and lots of bathrooms, a great kitchen to make an awesome Thanksgiving meal, hot tub for relaxing, playground for the kids to play and lots of land for the 8 boys under 19 to run around on. We had a great time and we would definitely come back here.

We stayed for a week at Hawks Haven, over Fourth of July. The house was amazing, plenty big enough for each family to have their own bathroom. Our grandchildren loved playing hide n seek on all three floors and in the closets and cubbies. The game room with pool table, ping pong, foos ball, shuffle board kept the children, ages 4-12, busy. The location at the top of the mountain afforded spectacular views, and we enjoyed the hourly bell hymns from a church deep in the valley below. We were about 20 minutes from Lake Lure, and Chimney Rock, and the trail head to Upper Hickory Nut Falls trail was even closer. Only one refrigerator was a major drawback to the house. For a house that sleeps 16, there should be two fridges! An inexpensive refrigerator in the garage would have made the house perfect. As it was, we had a cooler in the kitchen with ice that was cumbersome and in the way.
I must comment on how well the house was supplied with paper products and soap. I came prepared to replenish toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap. Yet each bathroom had 3 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, cascade and detergent to last the week. I will definitely rent from Yonder Luxury Vacations again

Dynamite Ridge , a property in IVY , NorthEast of Ashville , is a very comfortable , convenient location !
We enjoyed a four night stay in this well equipped home. It was very clean and met our needs for hiking in the area .
We especially liked the wrap around porch and quiet location .
The Staff at Yonder were easy to reach and efficient .
Thank you for a fantastic stay !

Our family of 12 rented Three Bear Hollow/Big Timber-all 4 cabins for a long weekend. We were not disappointed. The small cabins were perfect size and the Big Timber cabin at the top of the mountain was our gathering place. The rooms were spacious, an awesome view from the deck-well really the whole back of the house. The kitchen appliances were so nice-I wanted to take the stove/oven home :). There was a smaller kitchen downstairs in the ‘in-law suite’, no fridge though, so make sure you bring a cooler for your beverages as we all cooked/ate at the bigger cabin. We walked the trails on the site, had a fire in the fire pit, just enjoyed the whole property. I would agree though, no more than 4 cars, not easy to turn around to go back down the steep mountain to big cabin, but we figured it out :). I would for sure recommend this home for a family week/weekend. We also enjoyed going into Clyde and Waynesville, just a 25 min drive to each.
Sarah R
Our stay at Gather Inn exceeded all expectations! The large cabin is perfect for multi-family retreats. The small details that the owners have put into the property make for a very comfortable stay. There are lots of games and movies to keep kids entertained while adults can enjoy the amazing view of Lake Lure from comfy Adirondack chairs from any of the 3 large decks overlooking the lake. Highly recommend Gather Inn!

The Yonder team was awesome to work with. We stayed at Hidden Cove Cabin for our wedding week with our close friends and family, and we could not have picked a better place for the special occasion. There was so much space, the amenities were great, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean. We hope to be back soon and will definitely be booking with Yonder again in the future!

I stayed at Ramblers’ Rest and it turned out to be an incredibly peaceful home in an incredibly convenient location. We almost never left as we spent most of our time lounging in the living room in front of the Mountain View through the floor to ceiling windows. However the walk to a simple hike in part of Chimney Rock Park was so close that we managed to pull ourselves away to experience the outdoors! The beds were very comfortable and WiFi worked for 5 working women. I would highly recommend!
Shannon Zucker
We enjoyed Labor Day weekend just outside of Asheville at the Wicked Chicken Farmhouse. It was very clean and looked as advertised. The Yonder team was quick to respond with any questions both before and during our stay. The location of the home was easy to find and we enjoyed being close enough to Asheville to explore downtown but far enough to relax from the hustle and bustle of downtown during the holiday weekend. The house is less than a mile away from a grocery store which we found helpful as we cooked most meals at the home. The kitchen included plenty of spatulas, cutlery , plates, and cuts but was missing a baking sheet which we failed to discover until we were ready to bake some cookies. We would absolutely stay with Yonder in the future and would highly recommend Wicker Chicken Farmhouse!

I cannot say enough good things about the Pool Haus! The home was comfortable, clean, and modern. They had everything we could need to relax and settle into the home. The outdoor areas were set up perfectly, and the pool + hot tub were pristine. Every bit of furniture (inside and out) was inviting, relaxing, and stylish. The internet was strong and each of my kids were able to attend their online remote school sessions without any hiccups. We had so much fun – highly recommend!!
Sarah Maxwell
Absolutely breathtaking. This owner left no stone unturned! I have never seen so much attention to detail in one home. It is like staying at your own personal resort, and you never have to leave the house to have an amazing time...no matter if you are 5 years old to 85 years old. There are hiking trails, gorgeous views, and the house is equipped with every amenity including pool, jacuzzi, enormous playroom for kids, and all sorts of indoor fun! It was like being a princess in a castle! I will definitely return.

If you enjoy nature and a beautiful mountain setting but not too far from town, Whiskey Rock is the perfect getaway spot. We fell in love!!!
We stayed in the main house and enjoyed the beautifully decorated yet cozy feel. The main room was a great place to gather and we particularly enjoyed the large fireplace and easily accessible well stocked kitchen. The house has all the conveniences of home in a lovely, comfortable, and peaceful environment. We didn’t want to leave when our week was up and are looking forward to returning with extended family.
The grounds are lovely with several fire pits and seating, porches and decks, a koi pond, two really nice cabins, and plenty of space for outside activities. We didn’t stay in the cabins but would love to try them when we come back.
There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby including hiking, zip-lining, and skiing. We enjoyed going into Weaverville for lunch and visiting downtown Asheville. We also enjoyed seeing the waterfalls in Pisgah National Forest (Big Ivy) which was right around the corner. We loved our stay at Whiskey Rock!
Kate Bratz
I have never seen anything more beautiful than Legacy Lodge! The attention to detail in the building is breathtaking. Not to mention all the amenities that are there for your stay! Our favorites were the kids play room and the outdoor/indoor game room and kitchen right next to the pool! This is a great house for a one of a kind family trip, business trip or event!! Everything was top notch!
Scott Breeden
I will go out of my way to stay at their properties after my Amazing experience at Lake Lure. The house was decorated beautifully and thoughtful.

We recently stayed at the Mills Gap Lodge. The home was tucked away in a private escape with a perfectly manicured yard. The interior of the home was absolutely gorgeous--decorated with stylish farmhouse furniture and soft blue/ grey decor. Loved the outdoor fire pit area and it even came with a Jacuzzi! One of our favorite details was a set of bunk beds nestled in a cedar lined closet. The game room and bar room were off the charts. Super spacious. The master suite and sitting area was perfect for a couple with a newborn. Yonder staff were friendly and made this a wonderful experience. Simply put, they nailed it with this property! We will definitely stay with Yonder again.

My family just spent a wonderful week at the Mount Royal property in Arden. The company was so easy and friendly to work with and very responsive (usually less than a few hours). Our plans changed slightly due to our son being sick, but Yonder was able to simply side our dates a little and we still got to spend a full 5 days. Mount Royal was really nice. The first impression we had was how clean and orderly everything is. The kitchen is very well equipped with excellent appliances and just about everything you could want for cooking. They even have a French coffee press! The beds are very comfortable and all the linens are fresh and clean. The large porch offers both seating in the sun and a nice table in the shade. The location is also perfect...close enough to make a quick trip to the store, but secluded enough to make you feel like you are deep in the woods. We had rabbits and wild turkeys roaming around the back yard. I highly recommend this property, and especially this company, for your next stay in the Asheville area.

Amazing experience and beautiful property!! So clean and well kept. We will definitely be booking the French Broad Cabin again yearly!!

Yonder is a very professional organization that offers beautiful vacation rentals. We stayed at the Poplar Gap Lodge and it was the perfect mountain getaway house for large groups!
We had an amazing time at the Poplar Gap Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in this area.
First off, the Yonder Team were very helpful and punctual when answering emails. They made the entire booking & check-in process extremely easy. The main cabin was beyond stunning and contained everything you could possibly need. It was also styled beautifully, but still keeps a cozy cabin vibe. The guest cottage also offered the same coziness while still providing modern amenities.
My group was 110% satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Bearadise on the creek in Maggie Valley. This cabin did not disappoint! The setting was so peaceful, situated right on the creek with a lovely backyard oasis including hot tub and fire pit/sitting area. The cabin interior was nicely decorated, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. I would definitely stay here again, A perfect weekend getaway!

There are many vacation rental companies around Western NC. I have found Yonder to be a step above. It's important to know you shouldn't pick a rental management company based on price or friendships. Look closely at the properties a management company represents. Are these properties similar to your rental. If you have a luxury home and a company shows mostly middle of the line homes, you likely will not get good results. Branding is important. Does the company have a strong team to support an active rental. Most importantly check the reviews??? This should include the vacation rental company and also the individual houses they represent.
Yonder also uses a technology called dynamic pricing. The technology looks at a market, it's occupancy rates and demand for specific dates and adjust a rental price accordingly. For the owner this should in most cases produce a higher average daily rate.
Its great to see small companies grow without loosing the personal touch. Yonder might make some mistakes but I think that's natural and healthy. Keep up the good work

We had a wonderful family reunion of 14 at Pine Hollow for 4 days in July. First of all, it's a beautiful setting and house. It was very clean & comfortable, except for some minor internet probs, but no one complained. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook our dinners. The Master Suite & bath were terrific. Comfortable beds in every room. The porch was so nice for relaxing and for the views. We enjoyed the fire pit. The game room was a huge hit. The hot tub was a winner! I highly recommend this place for a big crowd!

Fairview Villa in Mountain Aire gated community
Agency and owner were super helpful for our four senior couples. The layout of home is beautiful. The tables were great for gathering for meals. The decks were wonderful for men to sit out side and enjoy each other’s company. It is gated community so there was extra paperwork and car parking limited but overall we worked it out and managed. It’s forty five minutes drive to Asheville but all the roads are well taken care of and wasn’t big deal. We found we didn’t want to go out as much as we thought we would, we were enjoying the views and visiting with each other while there is hot tub, some of the bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs and those were enjoyed by many as were easier to access. The place is beautiful and well thought out, furnishings very comfortable. Thanks for making our trip a success

We stayed at the Brook Knoll house recently. There were 14 of us, 7 adults and 7 small children. The house was beautiful. It was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the basement game room entertained all ages, the back porch was great for sitting and looking at the mountain view. The pool was awesome, we used it several times a day. The location was convenient to many of Ashville's shops and restaurants. The Blue Ridge parkway was great for hiking.

The house was in a great location and had everything. Can't wait to go back there

Breathtaking. Beautiful views of the mountains from the momentyou open the door. Mountain Majesty is a luxurious property with multiple fireplaces inside and out, a kitchen a chef would enjoy and the screened in porch is the perfect place for morning coffee and the evening cocktail. Looking forward to returning to Mountain Majesty in the fall.

Just recently stayed in the Blue Ridge Pool house. It was awesome! Views were spectacular, pool the perfect touch for a getaway, and the house was amazingly clean. There was a lily pond with a water feature connected it was super cute and the sound of the water was very relaxing. The Yonder staff was very nice and communication was clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to visit the Asheville and Western North Carolina area.

The “cabin on the river” that we rented was perfect for our girls getaway. The home was much larger than I expected and was very updated and stylish. Our beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. It was so nice to step outside and hear the birds and water close by. Yonder was very quick to respond for any questions and check in and out was very smooth with the keypad. Will definitely book again!

Our stay at Spring Creek Farmhouse in Hot Springs NC has been wonderful. This home is peaceful, elegant and cozy with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces plus great access for hiking and fishing. It is such a pleasure to stay in a well appointed and tastefully decorated home. Yonder was very helpful before and during our stay too.
Chrissy Geier
Long View was AMAZING. 4 adults and 4 children and we had ample space and plenty of fun... even getting rained out of hiking and we had a blast at the cabin. The views were awesome and even though some wouldn't like being close to town... the grocery was literally 10 min away which I LOVED! It was also immaculately cleaned and so well stocked from garbage bag to paper towels and toilet paper. There was plenty of kitchen gear to cook with too. Will definitely recommend Yonder!

My family and I just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Honeycomb House in Asheville. The home was wonderful and I highly recommend it if visiting the area. It is so convenient to everything!!
The home is just like the pics....the deck my favorite!!!
Had all the amenities you could think of...I brought everything I thought I would need but most was there. The home was very clean, firewood a plenty and the hot tub very nice n relaxing. The unfinished basement was a fun place to hang out and play pool, darts and fuse ball. There is a piano, but our group not so musical inclined😉
Yonder is a great group to work with and respond promptly to emails, etc.
Can’t wait to return!!
Brittany Larson
My girlfriends and I stayed here for my Bachelorette party this past weekend and it was incredible. The cabin is the most beautiful cabin surrounded by so much nature. It's 10 minutes from basically anywhere you want to go around downtown, which was perfect for us! The people we worked with to book where super nice and responded promptly to any questions I had. I'd highly recommend! :-) We will for sure be back!!

Loved staying at Whiskey Rock this weekend for our Clemson College Girl's Trip!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous with every item you could possibly need and more! Hiking behind Whiskey Rock lead to the most gorgeous view at the top - Ashville was a short drive away - so enjoyed a tour of the Biltmore and fun local dining downtown. Can't wait to come back again! Whiskey Rock totally Rocks!!!

We just had an amazing family reunion at “High Society” in Hendersonville, NC. (Managed by Yonder Properties).
This property is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in a fabulously remodeled home that completely exceeded our expectations. The spacious home allowed for our group to enjoy both being together as a large group in during the day/evening and also having separate gathering areas for just a few family members to break-away for more intimate get-togethers or activities.
The large kitchen was the focal point of our gatherings for much of our stay; offering spectacular views of the mountains through the large windows and walk out doors on to the large deck. The kitchen is well-stocked and allowed us to make meals and share laughs with family members we haven’t seen since pre-Covid.
Our group very much enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit, both of which are on the deck that provides breathtaking views of the mountains and gorgeous scenery.
The home is a short drive from downtown Hendersonville allowing for trips to this quaint town that offers a nice variety of local restaurants and shops.
We will cherish the memories we made at “High Society” with our family and really enjoyed the accommodations provided by this home. We are planning next year’s family reunion and will be returning to this property as the home was truly enjoyed by all.

I really needed a getaway from what is normally a hectic life, but also wanted the modern conviences and feeling of a home. The Hidden Gem was the perfect place. It was quiet and serene. The drive to Asheville is easy and sceneic. You really get the charm and quiet of the countryside with the comfort and access of the city. The place was beautifully appointed, clean, and perfect for a couple or family.
Edan Morgan-Paul
The Kith House is a beautiful property and home obviously crafted with so much love and intention. Amazing that such a cozy, quiet street could be so close to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the Arboretum - really everything you need. Honestly I wish I could stay forever! Plenty of room for a large group, and has that cute Instagrammable charm.
Lara Novak
Gorgeous, comfortable, well appointed home, incredible landscape. The best hiking and fall color displays.

FABULOUS!! We stayed at the Woodland Retreat in Lake Lure NC. Cannot say enough good things about this house and vacation!! I am normally a beach girl and was not sure how I would like a lake house; however, this house exceeded my expectations! The house is gorgeous, clean and much bigger than it looks in pictures. Perfect for families and groups of friends. Plenty of room and to hang out inside if you happen to have a rainy day. The outside property is huge and has a private lake and fire pit. Truly a Hidden Gem! We had access to all the amenities of the resort as well. The kids had a great time at the pool and on Lake Lure. Close to shopping and the sites. So much fun. Will definitely be renting that house again.

I have had the opportunity to work with Yonder for over three years as the management company for our property. Yonder is one of the most professional and well run organizations I have worked with in my 40 years in business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to manage there home.

Our family along with three other families (8 adults/9 children) stayed at Laurel Falls for the 4th of July and had an outstanding stay. Every portion of the visit was superb. The property and accommodations are beautiful and absolutely perfect for our group. The views are stunning and the location is close to necessities but off the beaten path. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure the house is accommodating to all needs. We had one very minor issue while we were there and the property manager was quick to address and the owner himself came to remedy the problem, leaving his number behind in the event future issues arose - all of which on the morning of the 4th of July. Each family enjoyed their own home but gathered in the main lodge for meals, which was wonderfully equipped. The children loved exploring the property and particularly enjoyed time on the properties waterfall and hiking trail. On our last night, we employed a member of the owner's team to cook pizza for the group using the property's beautiful and authentic pizza oven. Worth the splurge and a fun (and delicious) experience for all! I can't say enough positive things about the property, the property managing team and the owner, Paul. All incredibly responsive and accommodating. Our family will not forget the experiences and memories made. We hope to return to Laurel Falls!

Our group spent the week in this adorable house just north of Asheville. Everything about this house exceeded expectations. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - plenty of room for our group! It was obvious that it was recently refurbished and had every kitchen gadget necessary! The outdoor area was amazing - the fire pit provided a great area to spend those chilly mountain nights and the vast backyard gave it a huge outdoor feel. There was an outdoor play shed filled with fun and a spacious hot tub. We will not hesitate to return again!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Foothills Farmhouse over the New Year. The owners really have thought of everything, from the dish ware to the coffee/bar station to the luxurious bedding and towels (honestly I have never slept better) this amazing rental did not disappoint. Located on a beautiful piece of property there is ample space to hike and explore or spend quiet mornings or afternoons gazing out the huge living room window into the woods or the front porch enjoying a sunset. Even with two family’s with multiple kids, the flow of the house was spacious enough that everyone had space to read, nap or could gather together around the dining room table to play games by a roaring fire! Close in proximity to downtown Saluda as well as access to lush waterfall and river hikes, we cannot say enough about this special place.

Last month we stayed in a gorgeous mountain home called the ”Majestic Mountain”.
It was situated high up on its own mountain top. My dad drove up the long winding mountain trail for ½ a mile before we reached the stone and brick house. It was even more amazing once we went inside and stepped out to the deck where we saw the Blue Ridge Mountain. It was nicest house we stayed at thus far. I loved the game room and hot tub looking at the Western Smokies area.
I would love to come here again soon!!!

We rented a cabin in Marshall, NC (Silent Night), and it was a gorgeous home tucked away in the mountains! The pictures online were very representative of the home itself, and all of the promised amenities were surely made available. We were originally given the GPS address, which we knew was not the exact location of the cabin, but it did give us quite the scare when we showed up and it looked like we were intruding in someone's private home...we had to drive a bit further to see the sign for Silent Night. The only suggestion I have would be for Yonder to be a bit more specific on this tidbit of info in their welcome email.
Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

We decided to celebrate our 50th anniversary with a trip to the mountains and booked Bearadise on the Creek for our stay. We could not be more pleased with our choice. The house was in a great location just off of the main road and had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well supplied for us to cook our meals, and we were quite taken with the coffee that was provided. In fact, I would love to know where to find the brand. We were also very pleased that there was a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom on the first floor, so that we did not have to climb the stairs. The house was very clean and the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the recliners while we watched TV, and listening to the creek from the chairs on the back deck. We found many things to do in the area, including a small festival and free concerts in front of the Maggie Valley Town Hall. We had a lovely stay, and plan to come back again in the fall. We would recommend this house to everyone.

I recently stayed at a yonder property, the The Seven Sisters Hideaway, which is an amazing complex, perfect for reunions or family events. The place was in great shape and the layout was perfect for hosting our group of 20. The amenities met all of our needs, including a kitchen space in each house. There was also a really nice yard/grass area for games. The layout also offered a private feel, even with near-by neighbors. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen in the main room had a great layout for hosting. Finally, the management team took good care of us, providing all the information necessary for a well planned event. Thank you all for a GREAT time!

After staying at crowded Gatlinburg for a few days during the visit to Great Smoky Mountains, our group of 10 from 2 families moved to Falling Water lodge for 2 nights while we exploring the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. Wow! This place has blown us away! It’s such a splurge just like staying in a luxurious mountain retreat.
Perched on the hill and invisible from the street below, we had complete privacy and sense of serenity while enjoying the full view of Mt Mitchell. All 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, spread among 3 levels, which gave each family plenty of space. Every room is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The great room serves as formal living and dining with a gourmet kitchen can comfortably accommodate the big group. We also spent much time on the patio decks to soak in the natural scenery surrounding us.
Despite the wet weather, we hiked to two nearby waterfalls: Crabtree and Linville Falls. They are awesome! Those who chose to stay indoors had played pool game and ping pong.
We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We’ll like to come back in the fall to see autumn colors and explore many nearby trails. Falling Water is no doubt our choice of vacation home.

Great place with central location and lovely accommodations. Very large rooms, updated/new furnishings. Owners left tons of extras in the kitchen.

We highly recommend Yonder Vacation Rentals. We take a family vacation every year and the last three years we have booked Sweeten Creek Escape through Yonder Vacation Rentals. We have been extremely satisfied with Yonder and their staff. Any issues we had with the home Yonder was out the same day. The home was very clean and the beds were amazing. Yonder goes above and beyond with amenities they provide. We have taken family vacations for 20+ years and Yonder definitely gets a 5 star rating. Even during the current crisis we are all dealing with Yonder continues to be a 5 star company and takes the concern of their quests as a top priority.

I highly recommend Yonder Vacation Rental. My siblings and I take a family vacation each summer. The last 3 years we selected Sweeten Creek Escape through Yonder Vacation Rental. The staff at Yonder are great to work with in planning our rental. The house is always clean and comfortable. On the rare occasion when there was an issue the Yonder staff immediately responded to our concerns. I look forward to another great vacation this year.

I had an incredible time at Paradise Peaks in Lake Lure. The cabin had incredible views and was so close to the Lake! Paradise Peaks had that warm and comfortable cabin feel with so much space for the group. We will definitely be working with Yonder again soon for our next visit to Paradise Peaks!

We loved our stay at The Kith House. The location was perfect for all the spots on our list, the house was super comfy and cute, and it was set up with everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again!

The team at Yonder really knows how to ensure everything is A++.. Highly recommend them and will be using them again for our trip next year! Again - do not hesitate to book with Yonder - they are top notch!

Our family stayed 5 nights at The Red Maple Getaway near Asheville. Wonderful front porch to sit with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Enjoyed having a deck on the back of the house with a grill and propane is provided. Overall the house is nice with a great open concept for everyone to sit and visit. Once we arrived we immediately realized the internet was NOT secured. Several of us would be working and this was a necessity. Right away we contacted Yonder to inform them we needed this to be secured,by lunch time the next day a tech had come and taken care of it. Another issue is the listing shows towels provided. Unfortunately, for 5 adults and 1 child we only received one bath towel per guest, 4 wash cloths, 3 hand towels and 1 dish towel. After many text messages and calls to Yonder rentals. Tracy, informed me we could pay a $75 fee for more towels to be delivered or go and wash them. We would have been happy to wash the towels, but there is NO washer or dryer available at this home. Also, be aware this home doesn’t have satellite or cable. Streaming is available on all televisions you have to login with your own password.

I recently had my bachelorette weekend at Hidden Cove Cabins, and the weekend was nothing short of magical. The home was beyond expectations! 11 of us fit more than comfortably here, and the space allowed for us all to hang out together in a great room and really make some memories! Also, great location: close to shops, nightlife while also being secluded in the trees. The Yonder team was also very accommodating and helpful when I had some difficulty adding a night's stay on 3rd party website.
All of my guests would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks for helping to make a perfect ladies getaway for me!

We stayed at Wolf Ridge Retreat. Immaculate, spacious home with amazing views. Plenty of room for family to spread out, with games to keep the kids occupied. The views are spectacular, looking out on some of the tallest peaks in Western NC. We enjoyed a brisk morning and cool afternoon breeze, even in the middle of August. All of this, plus the close proximity to Asheville and its airport put Wolf Ridge Retreat at the top of our favorite vacation rentals.

It was so easy to book through Yonder. Our "Top Of The World" Cabin in Tuckasegee, NC was so incredibly beautiful more beautiful than the description. We were beyond thrilled with the customer service with yonder, the cleanliness of the cabin and the directions were easy to follow. The cabin was well equipped and relatively close to all the major waterfalls, hikes and horse riding we wanted to do. We will definitely be visiting "Top Of The World" Cabin through Yonder again. The views from this cabin were breathtaking!

We stayed in a one bedroom condo at Fire Fly Cove in Lake Lure NC.
It was very clean, beautifully decorated and so quiet. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and a pool right below us. The staff at Yonder was very helpful and accommodating. This was a perfect "social distancing" vacation. The kayaks were an added plus.

As an owner of 2 homes managed by Yonder, I would consider myself keenly qualified to offer a 5-Star review around their services and what they provide to both owners and guests who use Yonder and their team. Our homes, Pine Hollow & Mountain Haven, have been managed by Yonder now for going on 9-years, and we continue to be thrilled with their service and the level of success that we have achieved, due primarily to their attention to customer service.
We get to see first-hand the rave reviews left by guests both online and in our Guest Books in the homes themselves, and the reviews unanimously praise the Yonder team, their attention to detail, and their commitment to creating memories for every single guest that comes to Asheville & our homes. Our intentions are to work with Yonder for the next 9-years and beyond, building more memories for visitors to our lovely mountains, staying at both Pine Hollow and Mountain Haven.
The Yonder team is simply amazing!!
5-STARS!!

We loved our stay at Mountain Traditions! This home offered everything we expected and then some. The hot tub and game room were great for our family... the views and overall property are amazing. The home was cleaner than my own home, which made us even more comfortable! We will definitely stay here or at another Yonder property in the future!

Horseshoe Hill in Landrum is a wonderful place to stay. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cute and cozy house! This was the perfect getaway for a girls weekend with my sister and mother. We enjoyed all that it had to offer... sitting on the porch and taking in the breathtaking views, Walks overlooking orchards, dining and shopping in downtown Landrum. We wrapped it up with a cozy movie night by the fireplace. The house was clean and supplied all that we needed. It perfect for horse owners that want to bring their babies along. There is a beautiful barn and pastures as well as local riding trails. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Paradise Lodge was such a fantastic vacation for myself and my family. We were able to lounge by the fire next to the lake and roast marshmallows and enjoy our time together. My children loved fishing in the lake and ponds as well as spending as much time as possible in their hot tub. Everything in the house was extremely up to date and efficient which made staying there all the more fantastic! I can’t say how much I would love to be able to go back, and soon!

Wow! After several visits to Asheville staying at B&B's and hotels it was time to try a Luxury Vacation Rental. After much research, I landed at Yonder and we were so thrilled with the outcome. Working with the friendly and helpful staff allowed us to pinpoint a terrific rental property right downtown as desired.. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment Southern Gem is exactly that; a Gem. The apartment itself was immaculate. Upscale furnishings, spacious and as well equipped as home. Comfortable beds with fresh pillows! Outdoor space for the unit was an excellent bonus. Location was as central as you can ask for, across from Tupelo Honey one of the most desired reservations in town. We have rented all over the world and I highly recommend using Yonder Mountain Luxury Rentals for all your Western North Carolina needs.

Had a great time at Rustic Timber. Yonder was easy to work with, accommodating when changes were needed.
The rental itself was immaculate-much cleaner then other rentals we’ve been at, and the house itself was new and updated, not run down at all.
Would recommend to a friend and would stay again!

Our family stayed at Chestnut Cove for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The home had plenty of space for a large family to stay and have fun together. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, playing ping pong and corn hole, and sitting by the fire pit. Yonder has been a great source for homes around Asheville for our family for the past 3 Thanksgivings - we can trust that their homes will be in great shape and include all of the kitchen tools we need.

We spent two nights at Palms to Pines in January and it was everything that we needed and more. The cabin itself is beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were so nice that we felt right at home. The lower level basement is FANTASTIC, the bar area is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed wine by the fire pit one night and the tranquility of feeling like you are secluded in the woods, but knowing that so much is close by (pool, mini golf, golf, basketball and of course the lake) to keep all ages entertained. We managed a day trip to Greenville, SC and one to Hendersonville (I had just been to Asheville and Black Mountain in the fall so chose to try something different this time), we hiked around Rumbling Bald and Chimney Rock and then stopped at a vineyard not far from the house, Stone Ashe (beautiful!). There wasn't WiFi available , however for us it wasn't an issue as we spent most of our time outside each day until we were exhausted. It was a nice break for EVERYONE to disconnect as much as possible (our phones worked just fine so...). We will be back and hope Palms to Pines is available for our next stay! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our family stayed in the Chestnut Cove home for Thanksgiving and had the best time being together. The home was cozy, yet tons of room for us to have privacy, yet great bonding time. The fire pit, hot tub, ping pong table were all a plus in addition to great hiking to the overlook. The kitchen was outfitted with every pan and utensil we would ever need which was wonderful while cooking the Thanksgiving meal! Thank you for helping us to have a great long weekend!

Our stay at Herron Cove Cottage was great! The contemporary house is brand new, with cool modern furniture and decor. The hosts are friendly and helpful and clearly take great pride in their home. I loved the setting- a mountain view yet a flat space around the home for kids to play. We enjoyed downtown Weaverville and Asheville attractions. We hope to go back soon!

We stayed at Mountain Traditions for a family getaway and were blown away at the views from the porch - then the view from the living room with those amazing windows was even better!! Very clean and tastefully decorated - comfortable beds and the sheets were so soft. I'll be sending an email asking where we can get some for home! We enjoyed the backyard area with the hot tub and covered sitting/couch area. The lights at night made it great to say up late watching the stars & the kids loved the game room. We will return for sure!

Wow! Our stay at Blackberry Lodge exceeded our expectations by a country mile. As soon as we arrived after a long day of traveling, we all felt relaxed. The layout at Blackberry Lodge is a perfect, sun filled and airy space that everyone loved. The kids really enjoyed all the board games, ping pong and some of them even spent time with the books. The adults enjoyed the kitchen (well stocked,) relaxing in the main living area plus the billiard room. The hot tub on the large back deck was a big hit and added to the relaxation. It was an easy drive to Asheville, The Biltmore, Lake Lure and even DuPont. One last thing....the great folks at Yonder (the management company), they made it easy for us and had some excellent recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure!!

We vacationed at a Yonder property in Asheville for our daughter's birthday. The place was fantastic and was better equipped than any other vacation house we've rented in the past 30 years...from the kitchen to the playhouse out back. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space - coffee on the deck and cocktails next to the fire pit while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfall. Each of the three bedrooms had a very comfortable bed and a tv. We would not hesitate returning.

Our recent stay at Three Bear Holler was absolutely wonderful! It was so much more than we had expected. The pictures did not do justice to the fantastic vacation retreat. The main house and three cabins were outfitted with every thoughtful detail. The decor was outstanding and showed very keen sense of taste. Everyone enjoyed the unique antiques sprinkled throughout all of the cabins and main house.
I have rented many rental properties in the past and had to keep running to the store for items I had not thought to bring. This was not the case at Three Bear Holler. The staff had taken pains to anticipate every item needed. A comprehensive booklet with instructions for everything you might need was provided.
The cabins and main house were impeccably clean. Everything was very new and showed no wear. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of towels were provided. Two sets of washers and dryers were provided for laundry.
The view was breathtaking. The children enjoyed the goats and cattle. There was no end to the many adventures for them to enjoy. Games of all kinds were also provided, including a pool table, X-BOX, ping pong table, a dart board, and endless board games.
The staff at Yonder were so helpful in planning our vacation. They were extremely prompt with every inquiry. Everyone was satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning.

I rented this beautiful house for a work retreat and it was spectacular! There was plenty of room and the experience was wonderful. The owners had a superb Charcuterie tray waiting our arrival and also a fire burning outside in the fire pit with plenty of extra wood.
There was nothing this house did not have for a relaxing weekend retreat. Plenty of entertainment with pool table, movie theatre, hot tub and even an obstacle course in the back yard with a zip line!
We will definitely make this an annual event as this house was perfect for a work retreat while team building!

We have stayed with Yonder in the past and booked beautiful, inviting homes like Laurelgate and Rhododendron Villa. Besides the wonderful properties, the customer service provided by their team has always been outstanding. We especially want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Yonder team for the gracious manner in which they have handled reservations during this very difficult global crisis. The fact that they offered flexibility when they could have held to our contracted cancellation policy speaks to their compassion, empathy, and concern for their guests' safety and welfare above all else. We are extremely grateful to Steve and his entire Yonder team, and will definitely stay with Yonder when we return to Asheville.

Yonder staff have been terrific to work with on all aspects of preparing our house to be listed for renting. Professional, responsive, thoughtful, thorough, insightful, and helpful.... really everything I want from a organization. Top marks all around!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at FIshtop cabin for New Years in Saluda, NC. The house is amazing - the hot tub, fire pit and game room were perfect for our family! The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is labeled and organized! The decor is beautiful and my kids loved the bunk room. I have already told numerous people about this awesome location!
Yonder was great at responding to questions!

Broad River Roost - An INCREDIBLE experience!!!
I consider myself a cabin connoisseur. Truly. My go-to vacation-of-choice is a remote cabin, and I have been to DOZENS at this point. And I’ve gotta say: Broad River Roost is by FAR my ultimate favorite cabin getaway. I rarely write reviews, but this place was so incredible that I just had to write one so that the rest of the world can experience it for themselves.
Where to start? My partner and I chose Broad River Roost for our Valentine’s Day weekend, and it was just perfect. First of all: the location of the cabin is the *ideal* combo of seclusion and convenience. There’s a wonderful grocery store just 10 minutes down the road. The cabin is located within a gated community, but it does not at ALL feel like you’re in a neighborhood. So we felt safe knowing there were other houses nearby, yet completely and totally secluded within the cabin, itself. The check-in was incredibly easy. We were given access codes to the front gate, as well as to the cabin. Easy-peasy.
When we walked through the door, we were blown away. The decor is impeccable with rustic, elegant charm. There are a million little details that make it feel like a true home. From the gorgeous plants in the living room; to the many plush pillows; to the two beautiful blankets rolled up in a basket (I’m dying to know where y’all found those blankets - they are seriously amazing) - we spent many hours cuddling under those blankets on the beautiful leather couch; to the unique little reading nook, which is nestled beneath a hanging plant.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you need (we cooked a LOT while we were there, and there was never a moment where we were missing any needed utensil). There are a TON of windows; so much gorgeous natural light. It was raining most of our trip, so we didn’t get to enjoy the huge wrap around porch which looks down onto the river. (We can’t wait to come back in sunnier weather to enjoy meals outside on the deck and to sit on the porch swing!)
Of the many available bedrooms, we opted to sleep upstairs. Loved being able to have the windows open at night and fall asleep to the sounds of the rushing river water. The bed (and bedding) were deliciously comfy.
LOVED that there was Roku for both the living room TV, as well as the downstairs area. And both TV areas have gas fireplaces (!!) I mean, is there anything better than snuggling up in front of a roaring fire?! We loved that we had two different areas where we could do just that.
The hot tub on the downstairs level was just glorious. Again: TOTAL seclusion. We spent lots of time in the hot tub together, relaxing, watching the rain fall and listening to the river down below.
There’s a cool private staircase/walkway down to the river. Since it was raining, we didn’t spend a lot of time outside, but we noted that there’s a private outdoor seating area next to the river, as well as a fire pit. Can’t wait to return to enjoy that! We also loved that the cabin is pet-friendly. We brought our 10 lb pup with us, and she had an absolute blast (never-ending options for her to comfortably nap, though she spent most of her time snoozing by the fire :))
I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough. It was simply heaven. We can’t WAIT to return for future getaways.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Bearadise on the Creek in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. We had a wonderful time at this well appointed and cozy rental. I have rented from Yonder several times and have always been impressed with their properties, their professionalism, and the extra care they take to make sure each guest is taken care of. We enjoyed the scenic beauty of the mountains all around us and the rushing brook behind the house lent a special note to this peaceful complex. The house is situated on a dead end road so it feels like you are far away but in reality town and its amenities are very close by. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking to get away from the daily grind, escape the heat of the city, or is looking to create some new memories with the family.

Our 8 days spent at Mountain Cottage were nothing short of amazing. The house was the perfect size and the views from the front of the cottage were simply amazing. Even the fire pit (firewood provided) was so nice at night time. The cottage location was just close enough to local towns, and this provided us the ability to get necessary supplies with ease and comfort. The Biltmore is only a 20 minute drive away and Grandfather Mountain is about an hour and change from the Cottage. So many more attractions are close to the location of the cottage as well!! With all that said, care has to be taken while driving up the hill from the main road to the cottage . Low gear is necessary, both up, and especially, down the hill. We were able to climb the hill in a very low to the ground Corvette, so anyone should get there with ease. The only disappointing thing for us was that we could not stay at the cottage longer. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing, picturesque, and peaceful get away. We can't wait to return there again one day soon. Thank you Yonder Team for all you did for us!!!

Highly Recommend DAISY Cottage at Highland Lake! My wife and I have stayed at Daisy in the Summer & Winter and we will definitely go back. It's a wonderful getaway whether you want to relax by the fireplace, hang out with beverages on the back porch overlooking the Hamlet or have an adventurous weekend with your family. It's very spacious, has comfy beds and a full kitchen! There are numerous take out places nearby also if you don't want to cook. When you are in town I'd recommend feeding the goats apples, walking to the water mill on property, Season's restaurant, hiking Glassy Mountain, the Carl Sandburg Home, Flat Rock Bakery, downtown Hendersonville, and checking out the nearby breweries as well. - GP & CAQ

Beautiful home with beautiful surroundings! We can’t say enough about our stay at Mountain Traditions! The hot tub was perfect for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing evening. VERY clean home with all the amenities you’ll need. Yonder was more than accommodating from booking to checkout, staff was friendly and knowledgeable with everything on point! Can’t wait to come back to the mountains!

What an excellent experience and a better bargain then using AirBnb for the same house. The house we stayed in was in Black Mountain, NC and it was excellent. Million dollar house for a very reasonable price. Everything was high end and yet felt like a home. Not one complaint......period! The staff is very responsive with communication. Definitely using their service again.

Such a great time. The house is located up in the mountains with amazing sweeping views of Asheville. The place had everything we needed and was very spacious with a great layout. The owners thought of everything that might come up and equipped the house for such things.
and Yonder was amazing to work with. They answered all of our many many questions in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again!

LOVED working with Yonder! I hosted a group of women at Big Timber, Papa Bear, and Baby Bear in Asheville and everything was perfect. So clean, amazing views, and Yonder was excellent with their communication and getting back to me quickly when I needed them. They even thought to reach out as the weather had gotten a bit cold to tell us where the space heaters were in case we needed them. We didn't end up needing them, but it was such a nice gesture.
We had a problem with a slow flushing toilet and they came out immediately on a Friday evening to take a look at it, which was nice of them.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I plan to book with them again in a few months.
Melissa Vines
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful cabin Lanterns. Very serene and private. It was a great experience renting through Yonder too!

Fabulous Experience at The Blue Ridge!. This was the perfect vacation rental for us to meet our daughter, who is an officer at Ft. Bragg and her boyfriend. This home is in a lovely area with plenty of privacy. The deck and hot tub are amazing, although we were so busy, we did not use the hot tub. There is a nice kitchen, living area, a HEATED TOILET SEAT, and two nice size bathrooms. When we arrived, there was a lovely Christmas tree plugged in with lights and a beautiful Christmas wreath on the door. So amazing! We would definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient to West Asheville and Asheville.

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights a French Broad Chalet through Yonder Vacations. It was a delightful 3 days. My job entails a great deal of ministering to peoples needs so it was nice to get away to some peace and quiet. We were doubly blessed by the owners in several different ways. The area is beautiful and relaxing! We look forward to another time in the future.

We had a great experience renting with Yonder. Our home was in tip top shape and communication with the Yonder team was seamless. When we arrived, we realized there was a large hornet's nest and the microwave was not working. I contacted Yonder and they were on-site with a new microwave and removed the hornet's nest within only a couple of hours--on a holiday! Would highly recommend booking through Yonder. Thank you for a great stay!

Yonder property (Hawk's Landing) in Asheville, NC was the perfect home for our large family reunion group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found this home to be not only very spacious for our needs, but also nicely decorated, very comfortable, and the property itself was expansive and nicely maintained. Enjoyed the porch swing, fire pit and the hot tub. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in Asheville NC and rented a 2/2 unit on the 3rd floor about 8-10 blocks just outside of downtown. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Amazing floor to ceiling windows with nice downtown views and light. Fully stocked kitchen - but you do need to bring your own coffee/tea/cream. Very spacious kitchen, living room and hall bath. The master bedroom was on the small side as well as the adjoining master bath. The master shower was spacious but could have used a shelf or bench to place shampoo, soap, etc rather than on the floor. Both bedrooms lacked luggage racks (a place other than the floor to put luggage). Both bedrooms have king beds. The unit would have also benefited greatly from a large all-weather entry door mat. It rained one day and snowed the next so we had dirt, leaves, water all over our shoes which sadly we tracked in. A broom to clean up all the leaves and debris would have been beneficial also. Yonder responded to our emails within an hour at most but we were not able to reach anyone via phone immediately. Overall I would definitely recommend this unit in Asheville.

Stayed at the Blackberry Lodge in Fairview over the weekend. It was a great place to relax with friends, cook our own meals, and have plenty of space to spread out when needed. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen, hot tub, and spacious rooms all gave us the space to enjoy the time away. Thank you for a wonderful experience and getaway to remember!

I live in Asheville and have been fortunate enough to travel the world and stay in some amazing places, needless to say I was over the moon when I arrived at Whisky Rock, just down the road in Barnardsville! The property is magical and the living spaces are beautifully decorated yet comfy and cozy . Everything is right at your fingertips for a relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this as a getaway with family or friends where everyone has privacy and space but can enjoy quality time in the outdoors together. You are close to Asheville, the Biltmore, hiking, biking, skiing, zip-lining, whitewater rafting and kayaking, fly-fishing - all the great resources that our area has to offer. Or don't leave Whiskey Rock at all. My sweet Labrador was particularly happy exploring the property!
Marissa Marissa
The houses location allowed us to not only see scenic aspects of North Carolina, but also enjoy the city life that was a short drive away. When we were at the house, there was plenty of space for our 10 person family and we enjoyed things like playing foosball, the outdoor fire pit, and living areas large enough for game nights. Overall the house was perfect for our family and allowed us to create great memories!

The best rental company !! We stayed in Sound N Sea in topsail island with 15 adults. Plenty of room for everyone and amazing views (I’m sitting on the deck in a rocking chair writing this). The early check in and late check were so greatly appreciated, the communication was quick, and not to mention... the house was stocked with everything we could’ve need. Most agencies, only provide very minimal stuff to start with but this place had, lots of garbage bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, extra toilet paper, everything we needed! The place was spotless when we arrived and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will be renting with Yonder when we stay in the mountains next! Thank you:)

Some of my close friends surprised me and hosted my 30th birthday party at Blackberry Lodge in Fairview, NC! This property is well-kept, clean and modern while still maintaining a classic, warm, country home-like feeling. The large house came fully equipped with the amenities as listed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet get-away that is still reasonably close to local restaurants and attractions. I would love to visit this property again!

My family of 13 had a great stay at the Rustic Timber house in Montreat/Black Mountain for Thanksgiving. Everyone at Yonder was very responsive and helpful, and the house was perfect for our large group. The home had great views, amenities, and plenty of space. It was also an easy 10 minute drive to Black Mountain and a 25-30 minute drive to Asheville.

We stayed at "The Woodland House" and it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. It is tucked back in the woods so you feel as if your isolated from everyone, but yet you are just a few minutes from everything. It was so clean I felt we were the first people to stay there. The view is gorgeous from the front and the back. As a bonus a private hot tub with a wonderful view of the valley below. We will be returning for many years to come.

We stayed at Walter's Cabin in Lake Lure- and it came exactly as advertised. It has a huge screened-in porch in the back, firepit, and a bunch of other activities (we especially enjoyed the ping pong table). The house is in a great quiet location, just a few minutes away from both golf courses, great hiking trails, wineries and breweries etc. Can't wait to stay here again.

This cabin we rented through Yonder was perfect for my bachelor weekend. They have a huge selection of properties to accommodate any size group and budget. I'll absolutely be staying with them again and will recommend 100x over. The people at Yonder were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Go ahead and book through them! You wont be disappointed!

Fourteen ladies from 4 different states recently spent an amazing weekend celebrating 3 ladies' 50th birthdays at the Lodge at Edenderry. We could not have chosen a more perfect property for our group. The Lodge was clean, beautifully decorated, and full of amenities. With 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths, there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready at once. The view from the deck was spectacular and listening to the sound of the waterfall into the koi pond was a wonderful way to go to sleep at night. This was my first experience booking through Yonder and it was 100% positive!

Shelley's Asheville getaway is a wonderful way to experience Asheville and the relaxing nearby sites. It has a safe, sheltered parking spot and the open concept floor plan of the apartment is great for planning the day's adventures. The kitchen is perfect for indoor cooking or take-out and the rooms are large and comfortable. The short walk (several blocks) to the center make it perfect for experiencing the eclectic Asheville scene.

We rented a lovely home in Asheville. The process to book the unit was smooth and easy. The process of accessing the house was smooth and easy. The management company responded to our questions and e-mails timely as we prepared to book the house. The house was in excellent condition and very clean when we arrived. Fortunately, there was no need to contact the management company during our stay as there was nothing to complain about. The property was clean, well equipped and everything was "as advertised". We definitely rent from them again. If I owned a vacation rental property in Asheville, I would definitely use them as my management company.

The Black Mountain Hilltop Retreat offers stunning views, with the added benefit of being able to enjoy them from the hottub on the deck. The family game room downstairs is a nice compliment to the tranquilty of the mountains. Both the village of Black Mountain and Asheville are short drives away. Clean and well-kept! The Black Mountain Hilltop Retreat is spacious and beautiful.

We visit Asheville with my brother in law’s family for the last 2 years now. If welcomed back, we would love to continue staying at Steve’s home going forward. The home is equipped with everything you would need for a getaway with family. From kiddie plates and utensils, adult beverage containers, to a full kitchen and Alexa, you really don’t need to bring anything! The back yard is great. We had a pickup soccer game on the lawn, the boys played in the game room all the while we had a fire going in the fire pit. We were super comfortable from day to night. Not to mention the cozy beds with TVs located in each room. Truly a great vacation home!

My family (13 of us) rented the Catawba Lake House on Lake Lure for my parents 50th anniversary. The house was everything we expected and Yonder made everything easy and so enjoyable. The house was well appointed; they'd thought of everything including baby gates, porta-crib, highchair, life jackets for all ages, etc. The house was clean and well cared for and any time I had a question leading up to our stay I received a quick response with everything I needed.
Thank you Yonder team, my family and I will definitely look to stay at Yonder properties in the future!

The Pisgah Hillside Haven was a Wonderful mountainside cottage! This place has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, full kitchen amenities. The tv is big and has great options for both movies and shows. The area is quiet and peaceful, and so close to downtown Brevard and great hikes. Less than 10 min to the Pisgah Natl. Forest. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings watching the fireflies. We also had our one year old with us, and the whole bnb was child friendly. They even left some kids plates, dvds, and toys, along with a pack n’ play. Our daughter loved playing with the box of blocks they’d left. We would stay here again anytime!

This is my first experience renting from Yonder and they did not disappoint ! We chose Longview because they had a hot tub and pool table , however there was so much more ! Very clean spacious home, not too big nor too small. By far the best game room in any vacation home we have been in. Very informative welcome book had a ton of info on the area , where to eat and what to see. Secluded hot tub and fire pit and deck lights on very spacious back deck. The views from this house were stunning! Ample linen supply and other 'perk' supplies.... coffee, laundry soap, paper towels to name a few. The house was beaautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely rent this house again.

It is a pleasure to work with Steve, Donna and the entire team at Yonder! We have had a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals for over 5 years and we have found their properties to be absolutely gorgeous and diverse with great attention to detail. Dealing with the Yonder team as well as the property owners is a real treat. They cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and teamwork. We have found Yonder NC to consistently go above and beyond for guests, owners and vendors with a commitment to excellence. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Hidden Gem is true to its name. Well appointed, beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. The screened in back porch was a great space to hang out. I came here with 2 other friends to relax and would definitely come back. Hidden Gem surpassed my expectations!

This home was a magical setting for one of our best Thanksgivings ever. It's nicely appointed, cozy, good for large groups and the grounds are perfect for outdoor explorers like us. The Yonder team made everything smooth and effortless. Would highly recommend this home and this management company to family, friends and colleagues.

We rented Hawks Haven and the accommodations were exceptional! The views from the porch were top notch, especially at sunset. The house was perfect for a large group or a few families. Management at Yonder was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals and fully intend to use them again!

We stayed at Hawk's Landing. Perfect house for our family of 18. Plenty of beds and bathrooms plus room to spread out even though we spent much of our time in the kitchen (meeting place). Spacious backyard. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit (smores) got plenty of work out. Would recommend this for any large family/gathering. Yonder was easy to work with. Would use them again.

My family and I visited Asheville with my brother and his family. We could not have chosen a better property than the one we found through Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals. It had more than enough room for all of us and felt like home away from home. The kids loved the large back yard and game shed. We will definitely be back next year!

Pisgah Forest Retreat is absolutely amazing! The home is the epitome of mountain luxury, so quiet and remote with sweeping views of the mountains in every direction from the 10+ acre yard, with private trails to explore. Gorgeous large porches appointed with comfortable seating to watch the sunrise or star-gaze, cozy wood-burning fireplaces both indoors and on the screened-porch for warmth in the evening, several large natural light-filled private bedrooms with pristine baths, large closets and comfortable beds. The gourmet chef’s kitchen offered everything we needed to enjoy delicious meals around the dining table for 10. Pisgah Forest retreat felt both like home, and like a dream!
The location within Pisgah National Forest is the best, providing convenient access by foot or 10-minute drive to world-class hiking and mountain biking, so each day we summited scenic overlooks such as Looking Glass Rock, John Rock, & Pilot Mountain along the 30-mile Art Loeb trail. We also took easy hikes for the kids to waterfalls, white-water creeks, and picnic spots.
We enjoyed the views driving by way of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The charming town of Brevard and Asheville are an easy drive.
I would give Pisgah Forest Retreat the top-rated 5 stars!

We stayed at Vali Hi recently for 3 nights. My wife and I were very pleased with the cabin. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies such as coffee, filters, paper towels, etc. The views are great. I enjoyed dealing with Yonder also. They were easy and good to work with.
Emmy D'Antonio
Yonder has exceptional customer service! They allowed us to easily change our travel plans with no penalty and responded to every inquiry and need within minutes! Our home was clean, as advertised and well stocked.
Joanna Gaitan
We stayed at a magical place in the mountains of NC! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. The Yonder staff was very responsive to our needs and we were able to change the dates of our stay without an issue. We are definitely coming back!

I just spent Labor Day weekend at the Windsong house. It was so nice. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The entire house was nicely decorated. It has a big back yard with a fire pit and a hot tub. The game room was complete with a ping pong table, a fuse ball table, and corn hole boards. It is only a short drive to Brevard where you can explore tons of waterfalls and hiking trails. It is also super close to Oskar Blues Brewery. I would highly recommend staying at this house and would definitely stay there again!
Emily Hopkins
I would highly recommend staying at Smoky Mountain Moondance. We stayed here for a girls trip and there were 7 adults. It slept all of us comfortably. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the deck drinking wine, loving our view and talking the day away. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner and breakfast for such a large crowd and the house is super close to a neat little town to get groceries. Perfect distance to the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Love, love, love this place! I can't wait to come back!

Had a fantastic weekend stay in famous Fire Fly Cove on Lake Lure, location of Dirty Dancing movie. Close to town, yet private with long view overlooking expanse down to the lake. Spent all my time on the lake, with a few moments to explore nearby Chimney Rock park... Great location for a getaway, a wedding weekend stay, or a home base for sports & activities. Super elegant condo!
Alyssa Bunting
We had a fantastic trip!! It was a group of about 12 of us, and we were a little worried that it may be tight.. On the contrary! The house is very spacious, great lay out, had room for all.. The house was also equipped with everything that we needed; the views were amazing.
Would definitely go back, hopefully in summer time, so we can utilize the pool area as well:) 10 STARS!!!
Bryce Senz
I just finished a ski weekend stay at the Trambley Cabin. It was such a great spot! The upstairs is a great layout for being able to relax with friends, the hot tub was incredible (the bluetooth speakers were a fun touch!), and the kitchen was great to use for meals throughout the weekend. I'd definitely recommend it!

Herron Cove Cottage is a brand new, clean, relaxing stand alone home that is very convenient to Weaverville and Asheville, but a few short miles out to enjoy the peace and wildlife that you look for on a mountain getaway. Our family enjoyed meals at Herron Cove Cottage and some of the local fare as well. We enjoyed zip lining, walking and plenty of relaxing.

Colby Loft - Asheville, NC We loved our girls weekend right in the center of town! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the city. The morning coffee looking out the windows to the downtown area was such a beautiful bonus. The only negative was the lack of a parking space or even a safe area to stop the car and unload bags and groceries. bit we LOVED every bit of the urban apartment!
Hank Rethlake
We spent 3 nights at Creekside Retreat. What a great choice for "getting away from it all"! There is nothing quite like the sound of the creek splashing over the rocks to feeling the stress in your life ebbing away. We spent hours in the screened in porch talking, playing games, and sometimes just listening to the aforementioned creek. The kitchen here was stocked better than any other B&B that we have stayed at. I really wish we had been here in spring to see the rhododendrons and other wildflowers which, I'm sure, would be spectacular --Alice

Yonder is so accommodating and an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with! My family loves their stays in their mountain retreats when they come to visit. Their beautiful properties and unbelievable customer service make our vacation planning so easy. Already looking forward to our next stay with them in Wilmington or Charleston!

My family travelled to Asheville for a family reunion & rented 4 homes from Yonder; it was SPECTACULAR!!!
First, the Yonder rep Annmarie was a consummate professional & offered assistance to our whole group thru every step of the process. The whole Yonder team was great too.
Second, the homes were immaculately clean, and outfitted for a luxury stay for all.
The kids loved the game rooms & the swimming pond.
Just an amazing experience.
A Held
We stayed at the Lofts in Late July and early August. It is a great time to be in Asheville and the Loft was a PERFECT home base. The loft itself is spacious, clean, and very tastefully decorated with real attention to detail. The location is ideal and the customer service from the folks at Yonder was second to none. They are friendly, helpful, and can accommodate every request. We will definitely be back!!

Far exceeded any expectations we had. Located in a gated mountain resort community, you feel as if you have the mountain to yourself. Sitting on the side of the mountain overlooking the valley below, surrounded by the trees, you would never know there are other houses. When you walk into the house you are welcomed with a floor to ceiling view of the mountains in the family room, opening onto a huge 2nd story deck. I spent the majority of my time out there just listening to the forest. Once you take your eyes off the view, you realize just how big this house is. 5 full baths, an important feature for anyone traveling with families. 2 full master suites. The downstairs is massive! The kids immediately claimed it as their own "kid cave". Stocked with a smart TV, foosball, closet full of games, they were in heaven. Then my personal oasis, the loft upstairs. Cozy secluded bedroom with skylights and a private full bath. The decor fits perfectly, and the little touches like the closet full of games, smart TV's you can log into your accounts on, a WI, really make family time fun. The rental company is very attentive and helpful. This was a truly wonderful experience! We definitely will be returning!!

Had the pleasure of staying at Wentworth Hilltop recently. The house was perfect - clean, spacious, well stocked, in a quiet neighborhood and close to all Asheville has to offer. We could not have been happier with our visit and are looking forward to returning soon.

We rented the Lodge at Edenberry in Fairview, NC this past weekend for a Girls Wkend Reunion and LOVED this beautiful home!! We had 22 women who all want to have a bed to sleep in, not a futon or pullout sofa and this house offered just that. The home has plenty of large bathrooms, lots of amenities as we ended up cooking at the house everyday since the rain changed all of our plans. We enjoyed the large TV and comfy sofa in the basement to enjoy a great rainy day movie. There is plenty of room if people need to spread out but we all like to be together the entire time so that might have been our only challenge as wonderful as this house is, there was not enough seating if all those that have a bed would like to eat together. There is a beautiful porch outside which would add some additional seating but it was pouring rain so that wasn't an option for us. Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals was so easy to work with, offered us an early check-in, and I was very pleased that the home had plenty of toilet paper, dishwashing soap, soap/shampoo in the showers as many times when you rent a home the bare minimum is supplied and you have to buy/bring what you really need. I will definitely rent from them again and would definitely go back to the beautiful home at the top of the hill, The Lodge at Edenberry :) Just be prepared for a steep drive up the mountain, but it's worth it as the view is gorgeous. 😄❤️

I stayed at the Laurel Cottage on Brown Road. I was so clean and beautiful! It was in a safe neighborhood, and everything in the house was laid out and ready for us. If I had a question, they were very helpful and attentive. Highly HIGHLY recommend this cottage for your vacation.

I have not had the luxury of staying at a Yonder property quite yet. My fiancé and I were planning to stay at a property in Asheville for my cousin's wedding. However, we unfortunately had to cancel 48 hours after booking. Steve and his team went out of their way to help me out. Their responsiveness to my request was extremely quick, and they went above and beyond to assist me. I am more than appreciative of their assistance and the service they showed me was truly top notch. There is no doubt in my mind I will stay at a Yonder property in the near future because of my great experience.
Matt Di Iorio
We had a great stay at Heaven's Mountain. The views from the back porch were amazing. Each morning we woke up to the sun coming over the mountains. Fireplaces in both the bedroom and the living room made for a really cozy atmosphere. The house is just a short walk from the top of the mountain, which has a small park and a runway.
Shannon Boyle
I stayed at Smoky Park Serenity outside of Asheville. The Yonder team was great from start to finish and the property was gorgeous. When we were missing an iron, Clare was so responsive and helpful and we had one promptly. I definitely recommend them and would stay again.

We were under a Mandatory Evacuation from our home in Beaufort, NC because of Hurricane Florence. We had a large crowd (8 people) and 6 dogs between our 3 families! We called Yonder and they were very responsive to our needs and found us a beautiful home, Blue Ridge Retreat! It was just a few minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in the area. The home was so comfortable that despite the worry about our own home, we were able to relax a bit and enjoy ourselves. It still wasn't safe for us to go home when it was time to go but because they didn't have anyone staying in the unit directly behind us, they let us stay an extra few under the circumstances with out having to pay anymore. Thank you Yonder and the owner of the home for being so understanding! We will definitely be back and under better circumstances!
Paula Mitchell
This is a fabulous place to stay! Everything was just as promised - super clean and well-stocked. It is within walking distance of fun restaurants and shops. The views are wonderful. The beds are nice and the linens are new. There is a gas fireplace that was fabulous. We've stayed at a lot of holiday rental houses. Truthfully, this one is top-notch!!!
Ting Chang
I loved the house. It was beautiful. The Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms total sold me.
Caroline Marks
We were very excited to stay close to downtown Asheville. The proximity and the photos looked amazing for our stay. Yonder was AMAZING to work with and their responsiveness was top notch. There is no doubt in my mind I will stay at a Yonder property in the near future. I highly recommend!

Let’s start by saying the home itself, furnishing, comfort and surrounding area was very nice. Having said that, there are too many issues, mostly maintenance type, that need to be addressed, for this home to justify the amount charged for the stay. When you pay x-amount of dollars, you EXPECT attention to be paid to every detail. Hopefully, management will take this review under consideration if they want to keep the reputation of this property as a “luxury rental.” We found the provided 1 1/2 trash cans, cannot begin to fulfill the needs for a weeks stay. Especially, when your rental time starts out 2 days with the previous renter’s trash already being left in the containers. There is a metal spiral staircase, leading from the porch to the pool area, with broken and loose steps. Simply too dangerous for anyone to use, especially our grandchildren. We found a filled bottle of insect poison along with various containers of pool chemicals in amongst the pool toys accessible to our toddler grandchildren. There are unsightly weeds growing between pavers and around the pool area. Dangerous loose cap stones around on top of pool edge. Pool lights do not work. Algae is growing on inside walls and pool floor which cannot be cleaned by the vacuum robot. The pool spa is broke and does not work, of which we were ONLY notified 24 hours previous to our arrival. Missing mortar between spa walls resulting in leaking of said spa. Hot tub sheathing is failing apart, only half of the jets work and the outside controls are unreadable. To our surprise, there was a open gaping 4x4 hole in the bathroom ceiling in one of the downstairs bedroom’s. Apparently there was some type of repair, but left unfinished. NOT what you would want your guests to see or be subject to in this kind of high end rental home, this was unacceptable. No Keurig, which was listed as one of the amenities. Disposal didn’t seem to work properly. The window coverings from the porch to the dining area was missing indicated by the holes left in the walls. These would have been a welcome addition to block the intense heat and sun while using the area at mealtime. Again, this is a very beautiful home, but when you pay for a luxury rental property, you expect a certain amount attention to be paid to maintaining of the property.

Great location, only ~30 mins from asheville airport. plenty of space, amazing views of the mountains, plenty of parking. walking distance to hiking trails. short drive to other hiking trails. kitchen utensils/appliances provided. short drive to the flower bridge and other lake lure restaurants and attractions. long dining table perfect for group dinners and games. bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and hair dryer. very clean and host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Bearadise on the Creek! The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and all of the furniture was very comfortable. What truly set this place apart from other houses that we have rented in the past was the location. The house is located in the heart of Maggie Valley, with Lake Junaluska a few miles away and Waynesville’s Main Street only a 10 minute drive. We had no trouble finding plenty of things to do nearby, and tons of great restaurants. We tried out a couple of the breweries in Waynesville, and even found a free wine tasting while we were there. There is great hiking in the area, although we chose to stick closer to town because of the weather. Bearadise is located off of a major road, so there are no steep, narrow roads to wind around to get to the house. We were incredibly thankful for this, since it snowed during our stay. We have stayed in the area several times before, and have wondered more than once if our car would make it up the steep road or driveway to the rental house. That is definitely not the case with this house! My favorite thing about the house, though, has to be the creek. There is nothing more peaceful than the sound of the rushing water, as you sit in the hot tub. With the leaves off of the trees, we even had a nice view of the mountains from both the back yard and the front. The back yard is very large and flat, with plenty of room for the kids to play. We really wanted to use the fire pit, but it was a little bit too wet while we were there. Bearadise is definitely the best rental that we have had in this area, and we plan to stay there again the next time that we travel to the area.

We used this company - Yonder, for our stay at Lanfyne Ayr and had a great experience. Easy to book our stay through Yonder and they offer all sorts of extra experiences and adventures if you want. Our family enjoyed our stay in a beautiful mountain home in Waynesville. Highly recommend.
Megan Crocker
I’ve stayed at the Apple Valley Cabin in Edneyville twice now with friends but would also be great for a family. Cozy, secluded, well stocked and great location. What a treasure this place is. Can’t wait until next time!
Donna Marcano
We stayed in the hills of Asheville on a team retreat. The house was beautiful with amazing views of the city. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely use Yonder Vacation Rentals again.
Sherry Dickstein
We stayed at Shelley's Asheville Getaway and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is brand new, well designed and comfortable. It has easy access and has its own off street parking space. It is a perfect location, within walking distance to the best of what Asheville has to offer.
Andrew Publow
We loved our house in Nantahala, at Smoky Mountain Moondance! The house is beautifully decorated, and appointed very well! The views from the deck are awesome and we loved being so close the NOC and Fontana Lake. Go rafting and zip lining! We definitely recommend renting paddle boards and going for a swim in the lake as well. Thank you Yonder for your fantastic service and support! The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable!
Matt Amick
Terrific location close to Asheville - The house itself is wonderful if you have a large group. We played frisbee outside, had a bonfire and had an awesome time. Every person complimented me on finding the house and said they would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend Avery's Creek to anyone who wants to stay in an awesome and unbelievably spacious home. Thanks so much!
Melanie Pennell
We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway at the Lofts in downtown Asheville. There's just nothing like having your own little space right in the heart of things. And, boy is this in the heart of things! Anything we wanted to do, we were only minutes away by foot. I love a vacation where I can park the car upon arrival and not move it until we were ready to leave.
The unit was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable furnishings and plenty of towels. I can't wait to go back in the Spring and enjoy the patio. Thanks, Yonder!
Jason Goldberg
This house was a fantastic find for our group of 16. It was only 15 minutes or so from downtown Asheville, and the backyard, hot tub, and game room were all great for group activities. The hospitality staff was helpful when any questions or concerns arose, and the house had all the amenities we could ask for. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning a large group getaway to the Asheville area.
Bren Dendy
I cannot say enough great things about the Yonder team! We have worked together for 10 years, and I have been in many of their homes. The attention to detail and guest experience is top notch. Their homes have style and ambiance. Not to mention, this company has the coolest people. They are professional, but you won't be able to help but want to be their friend, too. Whether you are visiting western NC, or needing someone to manage your rental, you will want Yonder on your side.
Lillie Chilton
Recently stayed at Pine Hollow and loved it! Our family really enjoyed being able to sit around the fire pit and catch up while taking in the view of the mountains. Very spacious and the customer service was amazing. Will definitely be staying again
Caitlin Moquin
The house was perfect for our big group! There were multiple living rooms for people to hang out in and tons of games to keep us busy all weekend. Location was great to take Uber’s into Asheville and enjoy the day! Would highly recommend
Julian Robb
My family and I stayed at a Yonder vacation rental in Asheville and had a great time. We have young children and the house was perfect for a family: large backyard, privacy, and a separate playroom. The house was in great condition and we'll definitely go back.

We had the pleasure of renting the Laurelgate house in October 2019. This house is truly a special place as it is the house where we raised our 6 kids. Of course some things have changed since we lived there but the feeling of the place and the spectacular environment was just like we remembered. It was truly a treat for our grown kids and their families to visit their old home and share this special place with our grandchildren. In all of Hendersonville, NC you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more accommodating, well-furnished and thoughtful home to vacation in. It’s a perfect spot for large groups and families. There’s plenty of space for everyone. Our kids and grandkids loved it! - Tom and Sue Fazio
P.S. We plan to revisit Laurelgate again in the not too distant future. In fact I am telling all my friends about it - such a GREAT place and very reasonably priced, especially for the quality and amenities.
Ahron Freilich
Super awesome designed interior of the loft..but the building is still under construction..and its located just across from a small park that very noisy and lots of drug users hanging out outside building. AC appeared to be limited to 70 degrees as lowest setting so if you like to sleep in the cold it may not be for you. Aside from that the loft is really clean and comfortable.
Success Branford
We spent 2 nights at this beautiful property with a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous with beautiful décor and very spacious. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures, if not better, and the house was very clean! The outdoor amenities and beautiful view provided a wonderful time as well; hoping to come back in the Spring/Summer time!
Dana Frellick
My wife and I got married in Asheville and we used the a few of Yonders properties for out of town guest and to have the reception in the back yard of one of them. All of the houses and apartments we used were amazing and the reception was beautiful. We would recommend anyone uses these houses to host out of town guest and to also have a reception. You can't beat Asheville in the summer for a great setting for a wedding and a reception. Yonder does an amazing job of helping make sure everything is beautiful and goes off with out any issues.

Love, Love, Love Asheville and booking through Yonder!!! The folks at Yonder are professional, courteous, accommodating, and FAST! They responded to my inquiry within hours of my request and I had an incredible house booked within minutes of that response! Once there, we had a couple minor problems but they treated us like we were the most important clients they ever had and fixed the problems immediately. They are lovely to work with, have amazing properties to choose from and we can't wait to go back! Thank you Yonder!
Edward Shutt
Yonder was very helpful when my family was trying to find the perfect place to stay in Asheville, and we had a wonderful week-long getaway! The house was very clean upon arrival and they were very accessible to handle issues if any came up.
Kelly Davis
Maplewood Escape! What a wonderful getaway. This was a much needed girls weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. Maplewood Escape is a beautiful, spacious home. Kitchen is very well stocked, billiards room so fun, home theater just wonderful. We sat by the firepit one afternoon and got in the hot tub afterward. I really can't think of anything the owners, Josh and Liza could have done differently to make Maplewood Escape the perfect "escape".
Zulima Devia
I love working with Yonder. They are top knotch at everything they do. Their homes are impeccably maintained and have some of the most amazing views! Their team is very friendly and professional. Whenever I've reached out for anything, they are quick to respond with feedback and solutions. Keep up the great work Yonder! Looking forward to our next adventure with Yonder!!

Our extended family gathered at Deerhaven over Christmas so that we could spend the holiday with our son and his family who live in the area. This is a luxurious home with a great location in a quiet neighborhood and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the large living room, dining room and kitchen provided ample space for our family gatherings. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything that you might need is provided. I complement the management on making sure there is plenty of soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. as I never enjoy heading out to the market just after having arrived just to buy the essentials. Our needs were fully anticipated. Additionally, Yonder accommodated our request to arrive a few hours early as we were picking up family members at the airport who were arriving with a small baby. I will certainly recommend Deerhaven to family and friends.
Elizabeth Picone
We stayed in a beatiful property in Biltmore Village. It was in the perfect location, close to everything but most importantly, the house looked just liked it's pictures. We had a small issue , which was immediately resolved with one phone call. We couldn't ask for better customer service, quick, concerned and respectful. Will definitely in a Yonder property the next time we are in Asheville.
Ron Clark
The Yonder Mountain Resort experience was greater then we imagined. It was a fully stocked, very clean location in a beautiful spot of the Smokey Mountains. We have no regrets and definitely plan on returning.
Caroline Milne
What a fabulous place to spend Thanksgiving! The house is beautiful and has lots of good visiting space. The ping pong table and hot tub were big hits. It was beautiful every day we were there and the view to the top was spectacular...worth the effort.
Tom Ballas
"My family and I stayed at Blackberry Lodge recently and had an amazing experience! The home was incredibly clean and had everything we could have needed plus more. Working with the management company (Yonder) was very easy and their local knowledge gave us insights we would not have had otherwise. It was an exceptional vacation and we will definitely be coming back."
Rebecca Lammonds
I recently stayed at Blackberry Lodge and would highly recommend it. It was very spacious, well stocked, and clean. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It is located in a peaceful setting and loved the large deck and fire pit area
Ben Maxwell
I had a great experience with this rental property. The location was great - remote enough to enjoy a quite stay with beautiful scenery yet close enough to hail a taxi or uber to downtown to experience the city. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Asheville. The property managers were very accommodating. Our wedding group was able to check in early and the condition of the property met all expectations.
Phil Tolman
The Vali Hi House is awesome!! It has huge panoramic views of the surrounding area. It is super quiet and only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We loved it and will definitely return. Working with the people from Yonder made it super easy to have an excellent experience! They take everything into account and were very pleasant folks to deal with, an excellent organization.
Melissa Frellick
I have had the pleasure of staying at several of the Yonder properties! They have set the bar high with the cleanliness and quality of their homes. The Yonder team has some of the best customer service I have experienced. One of the stays, we had some internet issues and another had some water issues. We understand that "things" happen that are nobody's fault, but it's still frustrating....with this, the Yonder team went above and beyond to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible and that made the stay even more memorable! Highly recommend this company and their homes.
Keenan Harn
Working with Yonder and the homeowner were both incredible. We loved the property that Yonder chose for us and were blown away by the charm and comfort in accommodating our large group. We are trying to come up with excuses to plan future trips
So that we can go back to Laurel Falls!
