Marie and the whole Marie Reed Team have been a blessing to work with. From the time we just thought about selling our home to the final closing, Marie was allows available to help with any questions we had. They had the whole process covered from A-Z and made it easy for us. They gave us helpful advise, but never were pushy in decisions we had to make. I would highly recommend the Marie Reed Team to sale your home, or help buy your next home. We give them 5 stars and 5 thumbs up!!!!

At the outset of our home sales, my wife and I selected Marie Reed and her Team because our research had shown that she had a high sales leadership in total annual sales. The Team also represented the most houses in the County in our prospective price range. They came to the interview well prepared, able to address any and all of our thoughts and questions. At the meeting, Marie told us that she thought we would have a quick sale because of the house and an aggressive housing market. We took the quick sale bit as more of a sales pitch since we have never had a quick sale. Was I ever wrong. Marie listed the house on a Friday afternoon, with still photos and an outstanding video posting on the real estate web sites. By the time we stopped showings at noon on Monday, we had 25 showings and at least five offers. The first family to look at the house, bought the house, and offered a price 5% over our asking price. Then, The Team handled all aspects of the sales negotiation, the inspections, and the closing. Outside of the feeding frenzy the first day the house was on the market (which The Team handled magnificently), we have never had a house sale that went so smoothly and professionally. We recommend Marie and her Team as highly as we possibly can.
