Zach was our agent and he was amazing. We were first time buyers and he guided us through the process with ease. He explained the process so we knew what to expect. He was also great with updates and communications. The process can be a bit stressful because there are so many moving parts, but Zach kept us informed, laid out our different options, and made suggestions based on our situation. We didn't have a huge budget and he was able to get us a great home and negotiate a great deal. He also referred us to the lender we used. We started with a phone call and weren't sure we were even ready to buy a home and ended up at the closing table. We are grateful for Zach and Dwell for making this happen. 11 out of 10, would recommend and use again! 😁

I just want to give kudos to Steve Noga, and the staff. at Dwell Realty Group, for their expertise, commitment, and patience, in bringing to successful conclusion, the sale of my land in Black Mountain, N.C. A perk test had never been done on the land, and when it was tested, it did not perk!! At this point, Steve did not give up, but took on what turned out to be a very lengthy, complicated process, fraught with frequent delays, to solve the problem. I appreciated this commitment all the more, because Steve and I had never even met in person. Since I live in another State, Steve was the "boots on the ground", when it came to facilitating the cooperation of many different folks, from soil scientist, to surveyor, to Property Owners Association, to the lawyer, who drew up the easement. Solving the septic problem and bringing the sale to successful close, was a process that took 7 months! Steve was always readily available by phone, whenever I had a question. His communication with me was excellent! If you are looking for someone who will take on the sale of your property as if it were his own, I highly recommend Steve!

Before we even met with Steve Noga he had been to my wife’s property, made friends with the local farmer who with our permission grazed a small herd of cows on the land, inspected the old farmhouse and barns, and studied the lie of the land. When we first met with him, he already had an excellent proposal prepared for us to maximize our net sales revenue by cutting the farm into 5 acre parcels and selling the parcels as desirable small estates. His resources at Dwell Realty Group/Keller-Williams allowed him to give the property maximum exposure. Immediately there was interest from buyers who were then shown the parcels by Steve. All five 5-acre parcels were sold in one season at or very near the offering prices he and we had agreed to. The farmhouse is being restored and a wonderful young family will make it their home. Building of substantial homes by wonderful new owners is underway on other parcels. We are very pleased with this outcome. But Steve has not been resting on his laurels. We have a more topographically challenging 20-acre parcel in the farm left to sell which contains a high ridge with great views in very peaceful and private setting. Steve came up with an excellent proposal on how to create four more very desirable 5-acre parcels with home sites atop the ridge. I am very satisfied with Steve’s efforts on our behalf. He has taken the right steps at the right times with the right plans. And he rapidly got excellent results for us according to those plans. I’m not sure what more we could ask for and receive from any other realtor. I’m happy to recommend him for supporting your real estate needs.

We explained our frustration of not getting timely information and houses under contract before getting in an offer. He heard us, and the NEXT day, he drove to a home we thought might work and facetimed a walk through the property. Although that house was not the one for us, he did the same at another property a few weeks later, and it was perfect. We put in a bid, and he negotiated with the sellers until we got to a solid price. He helped with all the details up to and including after closing. John Patson from Dwell Realty gave me a call and tried to find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for. I sent him some of the listings we liked and he gave us constructive advice on each, house based on the info we originally gave him. One of the properties we liked would be a new build and John told me he had friends who lived in the area, were New Yorkers like us (Well Keiko's originally from Japan-and we're not you're typical "New Yorkers"-Don't worry) and when we got into town, he would arrange a meeting with them, so we would know what to expect in a new build situation. That made up my mind that John was the guy we would work with, he right from the start went the extra mile. When we got into town John set up an initial meeting and advised us to drive around the neighborhoods of the properties we liked. John (and Kudos to his colleague Barclay) had intimate knowledge of all the areas and houses, became our social director for the week and within 4 days helped us find our dream house. He is knowledgeable, a lot of fun, has excellent taste and a sharp eye for detail. We couldn't be in town for the closing and John took care of everything including making sure the seller made the correct adjustments after the home inspection. If there were 10 stars, we would give it to John, the best experience we ever had buying a house!!!

He was open-ended in his support of our worries. We were still relatively new to our role as sellers and were uncertain the path that we needed to take. We were grateful that he laid out possible scenarios that our selling path might take, but he additionally helped us learn how to be as engaged with the selling process as we might like to be. He was quite honest with us regarding his areas of expertise, experience, and background knowledge. This included his research on our property, including demographics, economy, history, community, possible business connections, current financial information for lenders in this community, possible environmental and forestry concerns, and the aesthetics of our family house and land.
