Apartment is nice for the most part, some minor issues. My biggest complaint is trying to get something done or contacting the property manager. It always seems to be a chore. Definitely need new updated windows that don’t let warmth out or the bugs in.

Been here for 3+ years. They always respond within 24hrs. Both of my bathroom & kitchen sinks were cloth up & I just put in a issue note online Thursday Night. I enjoy living here. It’s quiet and office personal are good to deal with. Just be glad when the parking lot is cleaned up With all the snow and ice. When ever I call the problem gets taken care of Glad I moved back in. Quiet and people here very friendly.

I rented from PacRim Properties for 1 year and overall had a good experience. Jason Maudal was my property manager. He worked with me on getting into my apartment. I was on housing and it was my first time so I was a bit confused but he made the process a lot easier. I would’ve stayed another year but unfortunately I didn’t feel safe with the type of neighbors that moved in after me. The move out process went smoothly and I got part of my deposit back despite there being some damage to my unit. Pros: -Good communication -Will work with you Cons: -Most of Pac Rim Properties accept Section 8 vouchers so, as bad as this may sound, chances are you’ll end up with some unsavory type of neighbors

Extremely outdated building. No ac during summer and heat all year round isn’t a good thing. The windows are all ancient and break or don’t work and then you have the bed bugs and the lack of accessibility for people who have physical disabilities. Otherwise it is a great price.

I have had two properties with PacRim for ten years, since moving out of state. Tracy has gone above and beyond in managing my properties. The units are well maintained, the tenants they've found for me have been long term and when maintenance is required Tracy has gone out of his way to find qualified, affordable contractors. He takes care of them as if they were his own! Deposits are consistently made on time - never late. And I never fail to get a response and a resolution in a timely manner from him, and I never have to worry about any of it. I would highly recommend Pacific Rim to any property owner.

I like that the property managers are willing to accommodate, when possible. I feel like I was a bit bamboozled when moving into our property because at first it seemed everything had been remodeled or made new. Looking further in and getting settled, I realized while lots of work has been done, lots still needs to be done and now that I’m a tenant, with a lease, it’s harder to make requests that are simple and understandable. When I moved in like I said the house had been under “remodel” right before. I will say the remodel gave the house a facelift for sure but the things that are “new” are falling apart and I have a feeling it may be because the jobs were cheaply done, and it may end up coming out of my deposit. Small examples, the carpet is new but by the walls it is already peeling up and shredded in spots, as well as, the linoleum in the bathroom. I feel like when something goes wrong or needs to be fixed, it gets done but the property manager is mad at me or something when I’m simply letting them know there’s an issue so it doesn’t get worse. which I feel paying 2k a month, things should be fixed without a problem, there are cheaper places to live. I chose this one and this price because the house is nice so, I pay for it but, things break and that’s also why I’m willing to pay the money every money to have someone fix them . So far I like the company but there’s always room for improvement in life and business. I’d say if You are patient go with them. They have nice houses and are willing to help it just takes time.

I've been living here for over two years. My landlord is a cool person and always understanding. She's always on top of everything. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes there are some things that get broken down but maintenance always come check on it. Overall, you get all different types of neighbors but all of them are great. We all look out for each other and that's important to me.

Our condo association, consisting of two buildings with 30 units, has retained PacRim Properties as our property management firm for several years now. As a board member throughout those years, I/we have found PacRim to perform quite well. While we have transitioned through association managers as life carries on, and we have had our problems to deal with, we have found PacRim to be, while not perfect, better than average and we are highly pleased with their overall performance -- from their office staff, to association managers we have dealt with, and on to the owner/managers. Thanks, PacRim, for taking care of or condo association over the years.

PacRim is not my favorite. We've lived in one of their rentals for almost 4 years, I love the location and the size, I do not however like how long it has taken in the past to get someone to assist me in times of need. That being said, Sarah is always a joy. Any time I have questions or need help she does everything the can to insure I get what I need. She is always polite and smiling and is an asset to the team. Truly a great representative for the company!

Since that time, they've been diligent in making sure my safety was addressed, dealt with issues fairly, and rode herd on the snow removal contractors to make sure my walkway was snow and ice-free. Don't listen to all the one star reviews, if you read them you'll notice that they are just a##holes. These property managers are great and very accommodating. In reference to other reviews they do a good job of providing all the necessary materials to understand your agreement and go over it with you, but some people just don't get it ;-). Rent from these guys if you want an easy landlord that will respond quickly to any issue and gladly fix it

Jason maudal at pac rim was very helpful. I needed a two bedroom apartment under $1000 A month and right away . He was able to rent me a 2 bedroom with new carpet and all of the appliances are in great condition almost new . They have really taken care of this place i have looked at 5 other places on my own and they were not even close to what i got now im so glad i went with pac rim..Thank you Jason and pac rim

We’ve had Pac Rim managing our rental property for twenty four years now and we couldn’t be happier with the service and peace of mind they – specifically he: Tracy Zeigler – has given us. We have another property in the lower 48 and it’s been like night & day: the other has been a headache and we’ve lost lots of money from mismanagement, but we never have to worry about our Ak rental as Tracy is always prompt to handle whatever issues arise. He reports things quickly and suggests solutions if they need our input or just handles things that don’t. We live very far away and this has never been an issue – he makes certain we are in the know despite the distance between us & Pac Rim’s reports have always given us what we need, and the electronic versions & improvements just continue to make things better. We can’t speak from the perspective of selling or buying or renting a property, but if you have a rental property that needs someone to handle everything for you because you just don’t have time you’d be hard pressed to find a better manager than Tracy.

I had made various requests & the main problem being that I was without heat for approximately 13 days & was given a measely credit of $22. This was during the coldest part of the winter & I had to go stay at my boyfriend's house because I couldn't stand how cold my apartment was!!. It would be fixed for 1 day, or several hours on another day, but didn't get it completely resolved until the 31 of December, 2019 around 7 p.m.. It's funny because if you are 1 day late paying rent they charge you $28!!!
