There's pros and cons . Pros Maddox is friendly and they come and fix things right away and love the kitchen the oven makes it easy for me cause you don't have to bend down to get food out and it's gated and it's close to stores and bus stops . Cons people on one side is taking over parking spots like they own the place and always screaming all the time I washed the carpet and the carpet is coming apart easy I never had that problem before cars are speeding down are road and across the street one couple causing fights gun shots late at night. I do love the place just wish people can respect others around them.

I been renting from Maddox Management LLC for over 2 years and I’m very pleased they keep up the landscape of my apartments in the summer and winter And whenever I need something repaired it always done in a timely manner They just updated are windows repaired the outside of our apartment building and they look really good I’m very pleased with Maddox Management everyone’s always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns Maddox Management is the best they got commercial and residential rentals check them out you won’t be disappointed I’m planning on moving next year to a house I will definitely be renting through Maddox Management they have different options around town I plan to stay renting with Maddox for a long time It’s the best experience I’ve had in renting a home.

They are fast at handling maintenance if there is anything wrong with your apt and helped me obtain a place with section 8 sometimes hard to get a hold of just as long as you got email.

My family and I lived in two different apartments managed by Maddox over a period of 2.5 years. In that time we had an absolutely excellent experience with the apartments and the management company. The apartments were well maintained, clean, and free from problems. The management company was incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, understanding when we needed to end a lease early (I was contracted in another state), and always incredibly friendly when communicating. I have been renting for the majority of my life and i have never had such a positive experience with a management company. If I could give Maddox 10 stars I would. Very highly recommend checking out their properties if you are searching for a place to live!

They worked with us to get us moved in quickly when we needed to get out of our previous apartment. All of the staff is very friendly and also responsive. I have been able to get any problems fixed quickly and efficiently and there haven't been many of them. I would absolutely recommend them, just be sure to check your spam filter after applying, my email service sent the approval there but they worked with me to get things set right. Great management company overall!

I have been renting from the Maddox Management for 6 years. All of my experiences as a member of the community, I have learned a great deal. One of the unusual events-Pandemic that I thought was a big test and my landlord's team steadfastly kept moving forward to ensure its properties and tenants were safe. I've always dealt with them professionally, and their willingness to continue a safe living environment for its tenants is telling. They care.

I called all the management companies in town and bugged them to see how they would REALLY Treat you. I also asked neighbors. I HIGHLY recommend you START and end your search for a rental HERE. I was in my last place 5 years and so sad to move. I was a mess about more than one pretennant issue. EVERY staff memeber I spoke to was professional and most of all KIND. they made the process smooth and easy and worked with my hectic work schedule.

My experience with Maddox Management so far has been wonderful! Moved from out of state & not only were they attentive with my multiple phone calls and questions, they expedited the lease to me for review & even met with us after hours to sign. I am more than pleased with my unit as well! Looking forward to the rest of my stay with them :)

Loved the house we lived in. Repairs were generally taken care of quickly. Generally nice people to work with. Yes, I did sometimes get the feeling that I was maybe boring them with my questions or requests, but I think maybe they're just a little weird, because most of the time they were very nice. We were sad to leave, but needed a smaller and less expensive place. I heard a lot of bad things about people getting (or not getting) their deposit money back, so I'll just say that I got a little over $700 back from a $1,200 deposit. I will add also that we didn't clean the whole house spotless when we left or have a carpet cleaner come out, we told them to take the money for the cleaners out of our deposit. I would definitely rent with them again, they just didn't have anything available with the specifications we were looking for when we wanted to move.

I have known the Maddox's for many years. They have done an amazing job managing my rental property in Albuquerque. When things were in need of repair they always let me know and found quality people to do the repairs. They found great tenants and made sure that all of the financials were in order. Also, they're great people and a real pleasure to deal with. Damon, Barb and Liska are extremely professional and I would recommend them without hesitation for both landlords and tenants.

I am very pleased with Maddox Management so far. They are very polite, and I am in love with my apartment. My only complaint is that a couple months ago, I had mentioned I was no longer interested in having a garage at 223 Walter; yet I am still being charged for it.....
