Blessedand4Given IpressYesterday was my first experience with Dr. Kaplan and his staff and it was a pleasant one they were all very nice Marcy, William and Dr. Kaplan. I really appreciated how they explained to me exactly what they were going to do. Dr. Kaplan answered any questions that I asked him and so did William. Marcy was very pleasant each time I called,
I was running a little late, it was my first time in that area, and she was so patient with me and so very pleasant and I’m very grateful, they made me feel comfortable, and I feel like I’m finally going to get some answers for what’s been causing me pain for these couple years I believe Dr. Kaplan is very thorough. I will definitely be going back. I must add although I was running late my wait time in the waiting room was not that long and I never felt rushed once they took me to the back they took their time with me and this means a lot. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kaplan. Thank you all so much I was very nervous and a little frustrated because I was running late but you all made me feel welcomed 😊
TAMPA TTOWNI have been going to Dr. Kaplan for years,and he is the Best Doctor ever!! He is very caring and always goes above and beyond to help his patients...I love him and his assistant,they make going to Dr not so bad!! Office needs a little remodel, but besides that I wouldn't change anything with Dr. Kaplan!!!
