Always on time and minimal waiting, if any. Dr and nurse both take time to understand any concerns and we never feel rushed. Extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to answer questions, even when we have multiple. We have been here many times for various concerns and I would highly recommend!

Dr Rickerson has treated me with respect, has not rushed any of my appts. He explained the surgery in full, he even does his own wound care ( which is not often the case with physicians). As being a RN for over 40 yrs, I researched many surgeons before meeting Dr Rickerson. I'm thrilled at the outcome of my recent surgery, which went smoother than a prior surgery with a different surgeon.
