Jane ShultzDr. Somers goes above and beyond. I didn't know him until recently when I called and needed toe surgery before the end of the year. After calling 4 places, Dr. Somers' office fit me in within 4 days and I had the needed surgery within a week and a half. His bedside manner is amazing and he definitely is great at his job. He not only personally called me a few days before surgery, but also the evening afterwards. I don't find this as common practice for most physicians nowadays and it makes me feel like he truly cares. Hands down I recommend him 100% without hesitation! Surgery went great and looks to be a perfect outcome. So happy I found him after what felt like guessing on a doctor at first. Thanks Dr. Somers!
Melissa DoneyDr. Somers performed my double bunionectomy back in 2007. 9 years later and my feet look wonderful. My scars have faded, but most importantly...I'm completely pain free. Many doctors from Cool Springs questioned my intent for the surgery, insisting it was for cosmetic purposes. No other doctor would do both feet at the same time. Dr. Somers was the only doctor who not only did both of my feet at the same time, he recommended it. His theory was that I might not come back if I only did one foot! I can run, hike, and still wear heels. If you need this procedure, please please arrange a consultation with this doctor. He's a no frills, old school doc...so few of them left nowadays. Thank you Dr. Somers, my feet are 100% again!!!
