Angie, Kristi and Dr. Meier were first rate. As was the operation. If you’re aren’t seeing a foot doctor because of any type of embarrassment or feel recalcitrant for any other reason; this staff will make you feel comfortable. Very professional. The doctor is youthful and obviously has a passion for helping people.

Both big toes were ingrown something fierce. Had the nails removed as well as a lot of skin. Three weeks later everything is good and the toes are healing fine. The staff is very professional and helpful. Watch the graphic video for details. Mine were very bad and they made me feel so comfortable.

Dr Meier came highly recommended and she and her team did not disappoint! After ignoring several bouts of Plantar Fasciitis it returned with a vengeance a few days before Christmas. I placed an urgent call for help and they fit me in the next day. They are extremely efficient and I was in and out in 25 minutes from registration to cortisone shot, including x-rays and an ultrasound. Left with shoe recommendations, exercises and a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. Outstanding 5 star experience!

Had a few issues that I needed taken care of and they have met my expectations! Always are flexible to take care of my needs. If any other foot issues arise in the future Third Coast Foot and Ankle will be my pick!

I have nothing but praise for the Third Coast Foot & Ankle Clinic in Oak Creek, WI. When I limped into their office, the caring receptionist, Angie, worked through her scheduling to get me in within the day. Dr. Lucinda Meier and her co-workers, Maureen and Stephanie, treated me with respect and compassion. Within 2 weeks of receiving treatment, my intense pain unbelievably lessened. In the weeks ahead, I should be pain-free. I am extremely grateful for this Clinic's professionalism and kind-heartedness! I whole-heartedly recommend them.

2 years ago I was the worse pain I ever experienced and my quality of life was fading daily. I prayed and prayed that God would relieve me. When I tell you all HE answered in a mighty way. I scheduled an appointment with a educated, compassionate, high spirited and gifted woman who restored my life...Dr. Meier is in a class all by herself. Honestly from day one during my first visit I trusted her and felt completely secure that she was the surgeon I had been praying for. Yes the recovery from surgery was ROUGH but I did everything she instructed me to do and I healed just fine. Today I can stand tall, walk and ride my bike...I'm overwhelmed because she gave me back my life. At 52yrs old I move better than I did at 42yrs old...lmbo...Thank you Lucinda you are AMAZING!!! Oh and let me not forget to mention her incredible staff that was so kind and caring during every visit. They the ones that gave me extra confidence within myself that I would bounce back and be better than before...and they were right. To set the record straight the staff is a reflection of her leadership. May the good Lord bless them all.

Dr Meir’s Third Coast Foot and Ankle services were personable, professional, and pleasurable - even the nail surgical procedure. It was truly important for me to find a DPM with credentials and experience- Dr Meir checked those boxes immediately. Her staff checked even more.
She corrected a problem from another DPM and in less than two weeks problem solved.
I would recommend anyone to Dr Meir who has a foot issue.

I would highly recommend Dr Meir for any foot, toe care or surgery. I had a big toe rubbing against my second toe. She advised me that she could fix this problem. I had surgery where my big toe was broken and straightened and some bone chips removed. I had intense pain for only three days. A month of healing and I am good to go. I am so happy that I had this surgery as I no longer have any issues with my foot or toes.

I have been going to see Dr. Meier for a couple years now and she has always been wonderful. However, I had to see Dr. McCarten the last 2 times because Dr. Meier was out of the office for a prolonged period of time. That was a huge mistake.
When I went in the first time, they immediately took x-rays of both of my feet before even examining my foot that I was having pain in. When the doc came in, he mentioned nothing at all about the x-rays. He pressed on the area that hurt and figured out immediately what was wrong, so not sure why x-rays were necessary (especially of both feet, which I am going to have to pay for because insurance isn't going to cover all of it). He then told me I might need surgery or physical therapy, gave me an injection to see if it would help my pain and symptoms temporarily, and told me to come back in a week. I was also supposed to call in and tell them how long the injection lasted and if it helped within a few days which I did.
I went back a week later for my follow-up, which I paid another copay for. He literally spent 3 minutes in the room with me and said maybe 5 sentences to me, including that he thinks I should do physical therapy to start. He then walked out of the room without giving me a chance to ask any questions at all. My symptoms never really changed from the first visit, so not sure why physical therapy couldn't have been suggested at my first visit. The second appointment was a complete waste of my time and money, as was most of the first appointment. I almost feel like this doctor was just trying to do everything he could do to get more money out of me and my insurance company, and didn't even care about me at all. I am not made of money, so I am not looking forward to the bill I will be getting in the mail.
I wish I would have waited for Dr. Meier. Other than Dr. McCarten, the rest of the staff is great and has always been courteous. I will be filing a grievance with this place so they formally know how horrible I felt I was treated and the what seems like fraudulent use of my insurance.
If it weren't for my great experiences with Dr. Meier and the rest of the staff, this would have been a 1 star rating.

When I first initially went to the clinic, all of the individuals were incredibly nice and professional. They treated me kindly and with respect and did their due diligence in trying to assess what the problem was. The concern only came once the bill arrived at my house. I was charged over $150 for sports tape. Obviously I understand being charged for the doctor to wrap my foot, that was a completely separate charge but to charge $150 for sports tape is excessive and unconscionable. When I called the billing department to question why I was charged to that for Sports tape, I was told an actual cast was put on my foot. I indicated to her to her that it was sports tape and not a cast was on my foot. She told me that's what the doctor wrote so that is what I have to pay for. I filed a grievance with my insurance company as well as a formal complaint with the doctor. At this point I decided to pay the bill so it didn't go to collections and wait for the insurance company to respond. I left several messages to take care of it and did not receive a call back. Finally I escalated it and today I received a fairy rude call back. Meshele in the billing department was extremely unfriendly and very rude. I simply was paying off a bill. I asked for an email or an email of the receipt and she told me she couldn't do that. She said the only thing she could do for me is give me a confirmation number and she would mail the copy of the receipt out. I told her that would be sufficient. After she processed my payment she called me back with the confirmation number and was still extremely unfriendly . When she gave me the confirmation number instead of saying thank you and goodbye she simply hung up on me. I called her back and ask her if I had done something that warranted her being upset with me , she again had a terrible attitude but sarcastically apologized if I felt she was rude. At this point I simply said thank you and wished her a nice day. She hung up again. I honestly will never return here simply because I was treated so rude. I could have overlooked the dispute with the dollar amount for the sports wrap but to be treated with such a lack of respect is not OK
I think it is important to amend my original rating from a 1 to 3 1/2 stars. The reason I'm doing such is because this facility contacted me and apologized for the behavior of their associate. I believe it goes along way the effort they made to rectify the situation and to make sure that a customer is treated with respect. I genuinely appreciate the office manager calling me and apologizing for her behavior if this woman as well as remedying the original issue. So where I had originally given then only one star, I definitely believe that due to the follow up of the office manager, a solid 3 1/2 almost 4 stars would be more appropriate at this time.

I have had great success with Dr. Lucy Meier. I was suffering from an inflamed nerve in my left foot, and she was able to take my pain level from an 8 to a 1. I also got custom orthotic inserts which have been fabulous. I recommend Dr. Meier highly.

Just left the office after my last laser treatment at Milwaukee Foot & Ankle Specialists. My toes look wonderful, thanks to the knowledge and efforts of Dr. Milkie and staff. With the multi-method approach we were able to knock the toe fungus out completely. One of the technicians made the analogy that it is like the move Rocky - "hit me again, and again, and again...and eventually down you go."
I especially appreciate the continual advancements in treatment that Dr. Milkie has developed over the course of time I have been a patient.
If you have ugly toenails due to fungus, you must see Dr. Milkie!
