With sewer plumbers, you never know what you are going to get and you never know the extent of the problem. This always leads to increased cost as surprises always pops up. Not with Top Notch Sewer. They were transparent with their expertise and educated me on my sewer and what the issue was going on. They were professional in determining the cause and what it will take to remediate it. They gave me confidence in the fix as whatever could happen outside of what they estimated, they would be liable for. They were good on that word as they ensured that any issues that did arise, they took care of it. Sam is a good guy. Like a lot of things in life, you could never know everything about sewer repair, but what you should bet on is the person that is helping you. My Sewer trap was deteriorating over the years of owning my home for 35 plus years & knowing what could happen if I waited any longer not addressing the problem that can lead to costly repairs in the future . So I decided it was time to put a new one in . After doing some research Online I came across Top Notch & gave them a call & I am glad I did .I spoke with a gentleman named Sam who explained the process to me Sam did a Camera inspection of my pipe & found a lot of grease that was clogged up over the years . I ended up getting a Brand New house trap & also getting my pipes cleaned & I was extremely satisfied with both the Job & Cost . Very professional , clean & respectful services from Top Notch ! I highly recommend Top Notch to anyone looking for any Plumbing needs for there home or business .

We were having issues with rainwater seeping into our garage almost every time it rained. Sam built us an external trench drain in the lip of our garage, and did a fantastic job! He was very responsive, prompt, his work was high quality, and his price was reasonable! Could not recommend him enough!

Sam repaired the sewer line at my father’s house. He had to mill the inside of the existing pipe and put a new liner in. He had a very fair price, was easy to work with, and his guys were hard working. I would highly recommend him.

The roots of a tree on our front lawn attacked our house's original clay sewer pipe, causing repeated foul backups into our utility room. When attempts to have the sewer line cleaned out failed, we thought we would have to dig up our lawn and install a new pipe. This would have cost a fortune, and would have been subject to Scarsdale's rigorous permitting process. Instead, Sam installed a new liner in our existing pipe. The materials are guaranteed for 50 years! Sam was great to deal with: very professional, a great communicator, gave us an excellent price, made himself available quickly -- everything good. I cannot say enough about Sam. After an unpleasant experience with another sewer company, I called Sam and he came out that day. We had sewer flies in our basement and learned that our interior sewer line needed to be replaced, and our sewer line from the home to the street needed to be lined. I had a big problem with my main sewer line. I called a dozen plumbers who didn't want to touch this job or gave me ridiculous quotes. Sam and the Boys came through big time with Top Notch service and saved the main line. This was a very difficult job. They faced and overcame many obstacles with their out of the box thinking. My shower wasnt draining so I called TopNotch and had them come out. I thought my son put a toy or something in there. I had Sam come to my house and he was very professional and friendly. Of course I worried that this would be a huge job but he assured me that they would get it and they did! They worked efficiently and quick. He didnt unnecessarily tell me I needed any huge job, repairs etc. As a woman anytime I need work done in my house I've had the experience where companies will lie and exaggerate and say I need so much work when its not true, but Sam wasn't like that. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the work. I have my shower back yay! They also are on time and very reasonably priced. I definitely will use them for all my plumbing needs and i would recommend them to anyone. A+

Repeat customer over multiple years and multiple homes. I’ve used Top Notch for sewer re-lining twice as well as sewer clean out. The job was done professionally, they were on time in fact even early and delivered everything as promised. People underestimate the difficulty of working on sewers especially when electing for relining. Any job big or small Top Notch executed perfectly and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

These ppl are top notch for sure! We were in a major jam with our sewage pipe and we called two other ppl in to help before we could Top Notch. Those other ppl were playing to many games and it was like they didn't want to do the work, we had a broken sewage pipe, but when we called Sam, he came out right away and assessed the work gave us a quote (the price was great) and got started the next day.
