TL;DR: Thor Plumbing, Heating & Drain Specialist Inc. is my go-to for plumbing needs (emergent or otherwise). I highly recommend Aldo's plumbing services!! He's very responsive, communicative, and has been able to resolve my plumbing emergencies the same day I've reached out to him. I'm a small time landlord (one apartment) and am so glad to have discovered him this past summer of 2022. Aldo got back to me quickly and was able to fix my tenant's first problem the same day. Some other plumbing issues arose more recently and he was again able to fix everything the same day. It provides such peace of mind having a good, licensed, and reliable plumber saved to the contacts in my phone!

I called Aldo to unclog a toilet drain (my son decided to test whether he could flush a toy car down the drain). After calling my original plumber multiple times to get this looked at and after getting "ghosted" by my plumber, I decided to look for a new plumber and fortunately found Aldo / Thor plumbing. Aldo fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He's personable, responsive, and charged me what I thought was a good / fair price. I will be calling Aldo going forward for any plumber needs.
