Eddy was exceptional. Professional, clean and definitely knew his job. I am analytical and asked a lot of questions. He was excellent and walked me through everything. Great employees are hard to find. Having Eddy I understand why the company has such great reviews. Thank you Eddy!! As for pricing you can find cheaper places but you don’t want to get a bargain deal when it comes to plumbing, it’s not done right and you end up with more problems later.

I used Aqueduct for a few things including replacing leaking dishwasher and washing machine supply line taps, installing a gas dryer, replumbing the gas line for my oven, installing the supply line for my fridge, and removing obsolete piping. After first calling Aqueduct they sent out Dan to give me a quote for all of the work I wanted doing. He was polite and professional, and gave me a quote before leaving. I accepted the quote and we scheduled the day for the work before he left. A few days later Dan, and his partner Jake, showed up on time and ready to go. They were both friendly and professional. They wore boot covers when they were in the house and cleaned up as they went along. They gave me a quick rundown before starting letting me know the order they would be doing the work. When they had questions they came and found me. At the end of the day when they were done they walked me through all that they had done. I was impressed with their work, their knowledge, and their work ethic. They worked from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. I would highly recommend Aqueduct and especially Dan and Jake. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need more plumbing services.

My old water heater burst a pipe and was gushing onto the basement floor. I called Aqueduct Services and they had servicemen come within a very short time. After installing the new water heater, pump, mixing valve, new pipes, etc., the job wasn't finished until I had everything to perfection. I am impressed with their excellent customer service, their expertise, honesty, and diligence. My only regret is that I did not know about them until now.

Dan, master plumber, and Pedro, great assistant, were totally professional and knowledgeable about replacing a leaking hot water heater that required moving some heating ductwork. Emptied the faulty tank and set up the new tank from the warehouse the same afternoon! Then replaced a faulty shutoff valve for the downstairs toilet and replaced the fill valve. Clean and friendly and efficient and most courteous. Highly recommended!

Bayron from Aqueduct installed new Furnace and AC condenser at my house recently. He was polite and patient, always asking for permissions when switching rooms/floors, and explained things in detail when asked. The work took 2 days, and he arrived on time and cleaned up the work space very well each day. To address temperature difference between different floors, he spent a significant amount of time checking every vent on each floor and adjust the dampers to ensure temperature accuracy. He volunteered to help install and program a new thermostat I received from Con Ed. It is the end of heating season and I will see how good the system work in the coming summer and winter. But I am satisfied with the service so far.

I greatly appreciate having a leak under my kitchen sink fixed. The new washers appear to be holding quite nicely and hopefully I won’t have to worry about the leak again. Sadly the second repair which was my toilet flapper replacement due to a running toilet did not work out so well. The toilet stopped running for a day but on the second day then I flushed the toilet, it continuously ran - worse than before it was “repaired”. I was super happy to find my old parts in my bathroom garbage because I put the old parts back in my tank and miraculously the tank stopped running. Unfortunately I wasted $150 on a repair that should never have been made….my mistake. Mike was very thorough and explained all my options to me so that was a plus. I understood the work was not guaranteed to fix the issue with the running tank but after putting the old parts back in toilet tank, I realize I should’ve left my toilet alone. I find it super funny that the toilet flapper parts are like $20 and the overall service was $150. Again I’m super glad I was able to fix the problem, with the old parts left on my garbage. Follow up: After speaking to both Debbie and Christina, I received a full refund - which was extremely generous.

We had an emergency gas shutoff due to a leak found by the utility company. Thankful the leak detected. It was 14 Degrees outside when our service was shut off. Called Aqueduct Services, they immediately dispatched a plumber right of way. Was fortunate enough to speak with a Plumber, Eddy, who is an integral part of saving the day. His experience was immediately recognized by the way he approached it problem. We walked me through the gas system together and he was very helpful in pointing out information that was relevant to our problem. Eddy’s experience, professionalism, way he managed his teammate, and managed our expectations. The office manager, scheduler and owner were also engaged to help manage the process. We appreciate the way Aqueduct addressed our concerns. We would highly recommend this company again.

After getting several outrageous estimates from companies to add a half bath to the loft area in my house, I was just about ready to give up. The last estimate was from Aqueduct Services. That’s when I met Manny the Sr Plumber. Talking with him was so easy. He has such a wonderful personality. I explained what I wanted and what the other companies were charging plus how much demolition would be involved. He laughed, took a look at the layout and came up with a brilliant idea. He explain the project step by step to me. There was very little demolition needed. After a lengthy conversation of what would be involved. He provided me with a detailed cost for the project (not an estimate) with a reasonable time frame. Manny even suggested the contractor to me. One that he has worked with several times. Within a very short period of time Manny got the job done. To make a long story short he did a fabulous job on the half bath project. I just love it. We continue to call Aqueduct to fix all our plumbing issues. Manny has come to the rescue once again fixing our broken shower faucet by replacing a broken cartridge. We contacted Aqueduct the day after Thanksgiving and within a couple hours, Manny and his partner were in our home and the shower was fixed. I am thrilled with the service I received. Mike was professional and explained every detail to me, he gave me options, answered all my questions, made sure I tested everything before he left, checked if I needed anything else repaired. He was on time and showed up and this sounds silly but I cannot say how many times I have waited for a repair and they never show up. Not only did he show up at the exact time, he called 15 minutes prior to arrival, wore a mask, shoe covers, and did not leave one trace of dirt. A thousand star service!!! Thanks Aqueduct.

This was the first time I needed a professional for plumbing related work and unfortunately I had to resort to Google instead of getting a referral from a family or friend. I picked Aqueduct because they seemed to have the best feedback. When I reached out to them the office was able to quickly get someone out to diagnose a tankless water heater that was starting to leak along with having hot water pressure issues. The prognosis was I needed a new system due to the previous owners failure to complete annual maintenance. What was complicated about this work was the water heater was placed under kitchen counter behind a single door. I expected any company to say they can't replace it in the same place as a result and to my suprise they didn't leverage that to extort a higher proposal. I actually really like they provided multiple options. On the day of install I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Bayron G and Danny R were not only delightful but also very courteous and clean. I appreciated they wore booties and protected the path from the door to the kitchen with a water absorbent mat. Once the repair was completed the guys found it didn't resolve the issue we were having with the water pressure. In fact, when they left there was no hot water. How a company handles something that goes wrong says a lot about them. It is from this point I'm really going out of my way to share this experience. After reaching out to the office regarding this disappointment Manny the Supervisor called promptly to assure they are aware of the situation. I appreciated he took the time to chat and share some insights. Afterwards he personally came to save the day! For over a year we've had issues with plumbing and the guys were able to close the chaper on this saga. Based on this experience I will enthusiastically recommend Aqueduct wherever possible. Our 99 year old home appeared to be in excellent condition when we moved in a little over a year ago but it turns out that we had a number of small natural gas leaks in our piping. Con Edison came to inspect and shut our gas off on the spot. With an infant and small child in the house and below freezing temps in February, I needed to get the gas back on ASAP. After trying to contact many companies, Aqueduct dispatched one of their technicians on the same day to do an assessment and get the ball rolling. Ryan worked with us every step of the way. He and his team were efficient, responsive and very professional from the moment we met them to their completion of the job. Their back office was also excellent in dealing with Con Ed and the making sure appropriate paperwork and process was completed as efficiently as possible so we could have our gas turned on as quickly as possible. Wilbert was extremely professional and helpful. My last A/C company wired my systems incorrectly, charged me a fortune and disconnected my heat to allow me to get AC this summer. I was told that my thermostat was not working properly and that was what was shorting out my air handler system. Wilbert was quick to address the issue. He cleaned up the wiring from my last company and got things back to working efficiently and i didn't even have to change the thermostat! I was so pleased with the level of professionalism, that i signed up for an annual contract for both of my AC units. It provides and annual check list for both units. If there are issues with the units those are at an additional cost. Additionally, should there be an emergency with a system, you have 24/7 service. You will still pay a service fee for the servicing but it's discounted from the non-contract prices. I appreciate the up front pricing this company offers. They seem competitive from a pricing side and EXTREMELY professional. Thank you. I rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary for this company and my technician.

I contacted Aquaduct Plumbing and Heating because I had an issue with one of the heating zones in my house. This was the third company I had over the house the other 2 companies couldn’t resolve the issue and they never returned to finish the job. Wilbert the technician was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion all in the same day. I am surprised by the 5 star positive reviews. But let me list the pros and cons. Pros - They are a company and they will pick up the phone right away when you call and need help. - They will dispatch the plumber right away. - Quality work, punctual, and professional. Cons - Expensive. Way expensive. You think it will be a few hundreds, but the quote will be in thousands. I understand they are a company and it will be expensive than calling an independent plumber but this company is too expensive that a middle class family can't afford. They asked me $750 for installing a dish washer (just installation). Maybe they are targeting the wealthy in westchester and I might be wrong. Just shared my experience.

Our go to plumbing/hvac company now. They replaced our garbage disposal. We mentioned we had a cold spot. They came out and thought about it a bit and ultimately added a couple radiators and a Nest remote. That worked out great. Then our boiler died. It is a new high efficiency brand that is not popular in our area installed by someone else that doesn't return phone calls, so they were unfamiliar with it. They quickly got up to speed and followed the manufacturers advice to perform an overdue service. That seemed to work but ultimately failed as they warned it might. They then had to order the failing part and loaned us 4 electric radiators to keep the house warm while waiting for the part. It works great now and they gave us a 1 year warranty. They've always returned phone calls and showed up when they said they would. We've since moved, but we're bringing them with us.

Called Aqueduct early on a Saturday morning and received prompt service, which then became services on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. to replace my hot water heater. Upon buying my home in January, I knew the home was equipped with French drains and had one working sump pump already installed. During the winter months, I noticed the sump would run often, which gave me some anxiety. Upon further inspection, the pump (although working) just appeared to be on the cheaper end. I also noticed some groundwater seepage towards the back of my house near the sewer pit/caps. That was enough for me to take action. I also had some other nagging plumbing issues (leaking showerhead, bathroom faucet that had no hot water pressure, etc.). I called Aquaduct Plumbing as I’ve seen their truck in my neighborhood once before, but was also impressed with their wide range of expertise detailed on their website (including sump work). Debbie was super nice and made sure to get somebody out to me same day. She also made sure to advise that their crews wear masks, sanitize their tools, and wear protective gear/booties (pretty important these days…). Ryan was the Tech that came out to assess and was extremely knowledgeable. He assured me the approach I wanted to take was the right one, and advised the job could get done from start to finish in 3 days. Ultimately the job entailed swapping out an existing pump with a better model, installing another pump towards back of house (to remedy groundwater seepage), running exterior PVC, and other miscellaneous work (installing battery backups on pumps, replacing sewer caps, repairing bathroom faucet, and shower head). The job was extensive, involved jack hammering inside at times, bailing buckets of dirt and concrete, digging trenches in my yard, etc. However, it never felt overbearing/overwhelming (as construction projects can get at times). Ryan & Bill outlined a game plan each morning, worked efficiently, cleaned the areas while they worked and at the end day, and made sure to ask if something was done to my liking 2-3 times before finishing something out. They finished the job in the exact timeframe they estimated, tested pumps, and instructed me on how to operate the battery backup if needed. It was the finishing touches that made the greatest impression such as neatly running electrical cords, laying gravel where they didn’t have too, and even taking away larger pieces of concrete that they knew would be a chore for me to discard. You get what you pay for folks!

I had my bathroom toilet and sink leaking and contacted with AqueductPlumbing. Mr. Dave Cwir and his assistant came. Both of them came on time at early morning, wore uniforms and disposable shoes. They not only looked professional, but also showed professional manner during the repairing. We had a complete A/C failure. My wife and son have asthma so we can't keep windows open much so we run the A/C a lot and longer in the year than most so its important to us. I called on Wed morning, had an appt set up for Friday but a little later in the day they called back that a service man was finished early "could he come over now?" Of course we said YES.. Wilbert diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes. My 1987 heating/ A/C unit was built in 1987. We needed a new circuit board. He made a few calls and found a supplier that had a board in stock. He was back first thing Friday morning, installed the new board and it worked. While he was here he spotted the condensation issue that probably shorted out the board that caused the problem in the first place. Final result,, after replacing some old plastic tubes,,,all was working like new.. maybe we can get another 31 year out of it. Wilbert showed me everything he did and explained why. I like that,, i like to understand the issues. I have used this company before and will again in the future. They break down the prices and give you options BEFORE doing any work.

I give Aqueduct a 10 out 5. Never do I ever really review or recommend a company, but this one warrants a HUGE shout out. During the pandemic, my house had a gas leak. After the fire department came and discovered the leak was unfixable by them, I was unable to keep my gas on until the leak was located and remedied. I scrambled through Google to locate a local, reliable, and immediate source of help. I found that source in Aqueduct. From the first day, Ryan, Natalie(customer service), and John came to my home, assessed the problem, and delivered, though gingerly, not such great news. I had to replace ALL the gas pipes in my home. That said, the price was not only fair, but I was able to do interest free financing! To mention all the hand holding, impressively neat, professional, on time, great work, would take me hours. Here is what I will say, Natalie- my customer service goddess, Dan, (the owner) Ryan, John F. , and Derek, showed up every day ON TIME, with one purpose; to get my gas turned back on. Sadly, despite their perfect efforts in expediting this process, dealing with getting Con Edison back to turn it on was not smooth. Just when all hope was dashed for my three grown daughters and me ever taking a hot shower again, Natalie, on a Saturday, resent an emergency turn back request to ESD. Lo and behold- Con Edison worker, WILL showed up with every intention of turning the gas back on. Just one hitch...he couldn't do it because some box was not checked on his end. My girls waved to him as he left, with the gas still off. I quickly emailed Natalie and somehow, and this is reason 42 as to why she is goddess, Will, the Con-Edison worker returned on a Saturday night, at 8PM, and...turned the gas back on. Hot showers were had by one and all! I will now have Aqueduct come and look at my entire air conditioning and heating system. During COVID- to find a company with such dedication, professionalism, and spot on customer service was undeniable a miracle. Hire them at once!

Aqueduct truly is a 24 hour plumber! We had a leak late on a Saturday night. Aqueduct Services was the only plumber we called (out of 9 supposedly 24 hour plumbers) that called us back. They told us how to shut off the water to the house (we had no idea), and the next morning John came. He diagnosed the problem, which required removing part of the ceiling, and replaced the defective parts. John explained things thoroughly and worked quickly. I used the services of Aqueduct Services several times. They were fast, and they do something that is very important. They clean up. In addition, Derek found some gas pipes that were pitted and could have leaked in this older house that had a former water leak. It beats having the house explode and killing us all. So for a decent price he replaced several pipes and now we are good for life. It may cost a few dollars more than other companies, but it was worth it.

Needed a heating specialist on Saturday because we woke up freezing and the heat would not come on. My own excellent plumbing/heating service is closed on Sats and Suns, so I had to find a temporary substitute. Aqueduct was one of the few Plumbing/Heating services operating on Saturdays except on an emergency -- i.e. much more expensive -- basis. To sum up my experience with Aqueduct: They were fantastic. I have only positive comments on both their service and the courtesy of all associated with the company. My tech (THINK it was Derek, but could be wrong which one) was excellent. Patiently and easily explained what was wrong with the heating system and what needed to be done. He did the work without ANY disruption at all to my life and routine in the house. There was not one thing about my technician's service that wasn't excellent. I couldn't have been more pleased. Aqueduct is a FIVE-star service. The reason I left off one star is because I found their prices to be quite steep. Excellent work, but for what the technician explained was a fairly simple repair, the price was, I feel, excessive. Their base price just for a technician to come out was $189.00, which was almost double what every other service I tried charges. None of those was available to help me, so I went with Aqueduct. Again, Aqueduct provided EXCELLENT service. Regardless of the fees, I would whole-heartedly recommend them to everyone!! I remain loyal to my own plumber because he is also EXCELLENT -- and very fair in pricing. If and when my plumber, Herlihy, retires, Aqueduct will be my service. That aside, I highly recommend Aqueduct.

Good reliable shop. Don't hesitate to call. We used Aqueduct to service a clogged bathtub drain in April at our home in Westchester. John was our plumbing technician. He was a total professional. After troubleshooting the problem, he quoted - and charged us - a fair market price (about $300) to run a snake through the overflow, which did the trick. We had used another plumber - our previous go-to plumber - to service a similar issue three weeks prior. When the drain backed up again I decided to try Aquaduct, based on their reviews online. John - and Aquaduct - were simply better on all fronts, from the fella who booked the appointment on the phone (exceptionally professional) to the man, John, who showed up to do the job (Ditto). Aquaduct was tops. They will now be handling all of our plumbing needs. John put on these little booties to walk through the house, even though I told him it was unnecessary (the other guys didn't). He billed us using a very professional APP on his phone, which for some reason made me feel that our payment would be handled securely; it made me feel like everything was totally above-board (the other guys just asked for a check). John used all of his own tools (this shouldn't need to be stated, but the other plumbers borrowed my wet/dry VAC - seriously). He exhibited expert knowledge of his craft by determining the correct nature of our pipes (galvanized steel - the other plumber told us they were lead). Most importantly: He got the job done (the other guys didn't.) John got the gunk out of our pipes and showed it to us (It was a nasty ball of floss and wash-cloth threads.) The other guys simply used my VAC, their plungers, some duct tape and elbow grease to temporarily clear the pipes, which still drained slow after they left. Now it drains fast. Super fast! All in all, as this overly-long review illustrates: we were very happy with Aquaduct. At the end of the appointment, John asked us to go online and give him a review. We said sure, of course. My wife tried last night, but she's not as good at the internet as I am, and I'm not even very good. She didn't know how to log into Google to leave a review. I actually had to figure that out myself, because I don't use my Gmail account. I never do this sort of thing and I normally wouldn't. She wouldn't normally either. But John did us right. So I'm sticking to my word and following through. So if you gotta plumbing problem, do call Aquaduct. Ask for John. When he comes to your house, please tell him some dude on the internet said to say: "Thanks, buddy. Keep up the good work. It makes a difference."

This past winter we had a leak in our shower. Upon furthur investigation we also found we had a leak in the main water valve for the house. Eduardo fix the leak in the shower and then went to work on the main valve. He pushed back other appointment to make sure he fixed the leak in the main water valve. I called the town and they had to come to shut the water off at the street so Eduardo could do his work. Eduardo help the people from the town dig out the valve on the street. He was extremely helpful. We have had other plumbers in the past but my wife and I really like working with Eduardo. The first tech came in and diagnosed the problem as a possible board failure and when they returned to replace, the new tech (Wilbert) had discovered that the source of the issue to be something else. He repaired the issue and the bill came to less than the original estimate. Eddie and Daymon (sorry if I misspelled it) did the work. Eddie saved me money about 4 times, e.g. not needing to replace a shower pan, long story. He saved me money by shortening his work time, by not replacing the sink drain that goes with the faucet, because it matches well enough and works, and reminded me to save it for future use if needed. He did the initial estimate and gave a minimum and maximum amount, so that I wouldn't be surprised. He ended up charging the minimum, even though he had to go out and buy a part during the work, because the 4 types he brought with him weren't right. It's a week later as I write, and everything works and looks better! I have no personal connection to this company but will definitely use the again.

We'd never used Aqueduct Services (Plumbing, Heating & Cooling) before. Not only were they the only company to come through for us when a steam valve in our heating system broke during sub-freezing weather over New Year's weekend (involving a visit from the fire department and ConEd), but they came through with 5+ STARS. Bobby F. and John H. were the wonderful technicians who fixed the problem. Steve in Customer Service not only answered the phone as an actual human being, but he kept his word in keeping us proactively updated with phone calls leading up to the technicians' arrival. At one point Bobby and John needed a particular part (it was after hours), and they worked with colleagues to unlock a closed area back at HQ, so that they could swiftly obtain the part and just as swiftly return to finish the job. On a related note, FOUR calls and messages to Bruni & Campisi (three emergency messages and one regular message) went unanswered and totally unacknowledged until more than 36 hours after our first message, left for them while the fire department was still here and continuing through the cold night - onto a line that says "we will be paged and get back to you in minutes." Ha. Having come through for us in the way they did, Aqueduct is our new plumber - a team that actually seems to take pride in their work, enjoy their jobs, and have respect for their company's name and reputation. Kudos to the owners, Daniel and Debbie, for their values and the way they run their business.

The tech that showed up told me I had two bad expansion tanks when I only needed one replaced. He quoted me a higher price than I was quoted elsewhere, and he showed up at 9:15am (which was 45 minutes late from the 8:30am appointment) the next day instead of the agreed on 4pm same day. He wrote up a ticket with itemized prices. The price list showed 3 options that were separated by two columns, one of which was a discounted rate for each option. There is some kind of special pricing plan, but that wasn't explained to me. I may compare prices with them in the future, but I can't see myself using their company going forward.
