Great service. They came earlier than expected, But it wasn’t a holiday or an emergency. So the cost was too high. It felt like I was being robbed. So, yes I’m very happy with there service but just too much money. I looked up the cost of the valve. the valve cost was $40-45. Average cost of job …$325-600 Time needed 15min to several hours My job had no issues $40 for valve and took 5-10 minutes but still cost $601.00. For that reason, I would not refer them or use them again.

Had an on going problem at my business with the toilet leaking from the bottom. Another company came out two different times and tried using their own methods to resolve the problem but both times the problem arose again the next day. Tristan from Roto router showed up at 8:45 PM on Sunday night figured out the drain actually was clogged within five minutes of being there all the lake the other guys stayed in the three hours find that they were here, the drain was flowing free again within 30 minutes and he left the bathroom looking cleaner than when he came in! You might think you’re saving a couple dollars by price Hunting around but in an emergency situation make these guys your one and only call to guarantee the problem is resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you again for coming out so late on a Sunday night, much appreciated!

Called after hours for clogged drains. Got an appointment for the following morning for service. Tech arrived promptly and cleared the drains in no time. He made some recommendations and was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He referred us for water damage mitigation, and someone was at our house within two hours for that assessment. Second employee was also very knowledgeable. My only issue so far is with the cost. $545 for the initial drain cleaning, which took less than 30 minutes, is extremely high in my opinion. While I was pleased with the service, next time I will try to find a cheaper option.

My sump pump starting putting out a smelling the the machine have was deeping. They game me a 4 hour window from when i called and technician came out within the hour which was great! Aside from the 1 bad apple who needed a serious attitude adjustment, the company responded graciously and sent out a new tech who was exactly the caliber of professional I expect from a company like Roto Rooter. It was pricey, but it’s a skill I don’t have and so it was money well spent for the reliability and speed in which they worked. The lack of the star is the remaining blemish from that first tech...top notch aside from the hour of my life I lost first in dumbfounded haze of the interaction followed by the time it took to tell my story to the company 2x so they could report it and remedy it, which they did to my satisfaction. My second tech gets 5/5 rating!

I'd like to express my appreciation for the excellent job that Brian (technician number 5023) did at our home today. We had a significant clog in our water drainage system that was causing our kitchen sinks to back up (making them unusable). Brian had a tough time making it so the cable he was using would make the "right turns" through the various pipes that lead into our basement, in order to deal with the location of the problem. He tried many times, and it seemed like another approach would be needed, one that would have been, let's say, "messier". Brian persevered and was eventually able to clear the problem completely! I appreciate that he kept trying. I also appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was doing and describe various alternative solutions. He was very professional, courteous and mindful of keeping his work area clean. I have to say ... we've had Roto-Rooter come to our home on several occasions in the past, and they are always able to solve the problem. Brian represents the company really well, and if we have a need for service in the future, I'd like for him to be the person who answers our call.

Our bathtub clogged completely at about 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night. We have a family member with medical issues. who needs to be in the tub frequently. We called a couple of other places that claimed to have 24-hour service, but all we could do was leave a message and nobody ever got back to us. We called Roto-Rooter, spoke to a live customer service agent, and our bathtub was repaired by 10:00 a.m. the next morning. We really appreciate such responsive service for a weekend emergency.

I have a chronic floor drain problem. I had several different plumbers come to clear it but it never stayed clear for more than a few months. I finally called Roto Rooter. They explained what was wrong with the pipe, old house, cast iron pipe. But they cleared my drain and it stayed clear for a few years. I don't want to rip up my floors to replace the pipe, yet. I will continue to use Roto Rooter because they are the only company that clears my drain and it stays clear.
