Had to have My main sewer line replaced, The price was as good as you can ask for . Also, There was a water leak from the curb shut off, which was found to be on my side. I placed a call to Gary, (note this was not on the repair list) He said we can take care of that for a extra fee. Which I though was very fair, Job well done, Evan was the lead man on the job( outstanding.. From the estimate to job completion, I will recommend Len without hesitation. ..... Straight forward, no games. Thanks for the great work... Sincerely Greg.. Note: they could have just as easily, destroyed the side walk while on the dig. Evan took the time to hand dig a tunnel to the shut off. Saved me $$$$$$..... god bless.!

Showed up within 2 hours of being called! Thought we had a clogged sewer line...nope....it had collapsed! Line was replaced and we were back in service in less than 48 hours. Repair crew was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks for an outstanding job!

Had a pipe burst in the wall at 9pm the day after Christmas. They were able to come out the next morning to assess what needed to be done. They were back a couple days later to replace the pipes and install shut off valves. Matt,Tim, Scott, Anthony, and Shane were all great. They kept me updated throughout the process, and were very thorough in both preparing the estimates and doing the repairs. Also recommended a restoration company, and offered advice on dealing with homeowners insurance. Highly recommend!

I just want to say I really enjoyed working with this company. The manager Chris is really easy going and he is more than willing to help you out if the prices are not in your budget he will work with you as best as he can. Matthew Faden is the one that came out to my house to give me an estimate and this guy right here is amazing and such a sweet heart he gave me such a positive experience. He’s so talkative and he really works to build that customer relationship which is great. Then when it came to repairs Matthew and Tim were great they did their jobs and definitely satisfied me. I was so happy with their work and services. I will say that I will definitely be using this company for a long time. They are not the cheapest most affordable company but unlike other plumbing companies they work with you on pricing and they’re very easy people to talk to. If you’re looking for experienced plumbers and you are looking for a great company I definitely recommend using this company. Thanks Len The Plumber you all have a customer for life.

Excellent work and extremely satisfied with everything from scheduling to the technicians showing up on time. The technicians were very professional and explained everything that was going to happen from start to finish including the pricing of the job. Did an after inspection with them and they showed me everything they did and what to look for. Great technicians that I would highly recommend. Prices seemed a bit high but the work and quality completed was great and I am extremely satisfied.

We had a major leak in the water service line for our property and were in a bind to get it fixed fast for the occupants. I called Len the Plumber and within 2 hours John and Jaylyn were out to look at the issue and give us a quote. They were able to estimate the work at an acceptable rate and better still they were able to pull permits and get in the next day to get it fixed. They were professional, courteous, prompt, went above and beyond to work with us on what needed to be done and their work was outstanding. I will definitely recommend Len the Plumbers but more so John and Jaylyn specifically to anyone who needs any plumbing work done. Brett was on time and extremely knowledgeable and good at his job. He informed us of the prices as they slowly increased due to the problem we were having. Overall very happy with the service Brett provided. On the other hand we were not thrilled with what it cost us. He had to fix our overflow on our master soaking tub which in turn created another problem which we were not aware of. For a little over 2 hrs it was almost $900 and we were left with a hole in our kitchen ceiling and a busted tile in our master bath which down the line will end up costing even more.

My sump pump died during a rainstorm and an inch of water accumulated in the basement. I was desperate to have it replaced asap so I could get to work cleaning up the water damage and Len the Plumber sent someone out within 2 hours of my call. I was quoted $1300 to replace it that day. I agreed and the plumber was finished the work within an hour of arriving back at my home with the new pump. If you have time to shop around you can definitely find a cheaper service but for the quick turnaround time I’m okay with the price I paid. Anthony was friendly and knowledge. I would use Len the Plumber again.

We had a severe sewer back up on Christmas Eve and were in a panic. At first we were told it would be a major repair/cost. However, Michael (Master Plumber) came out as a second opinion with his camera for the sewer line. Took his time, talked us through everything, problem solved, and found the issue. He truly was a Christmas Angel that night because what could have been a severe issue he was able to fix in no time because he took the time to work the problem and talked us through options the entire way. Shane did a great job. The only negitive comment is the water spout is not secured very well to the wall. When I pull up on the stem, to divert the water to the shower, the spout moves. I am concerned that the copper pipe may break. I would like another tech to come out to secure the spout to the wall.

I received a phone call as promised within the time frame that had been provided to me. Tim was on time, professional, and had a great attitude, despite having to work over the holiday weekend. The plumber did a great job installing a water line for my new refrigerator. My home is historic and there was no water line for the prior refrigerator. Worse, access to existing plumbing was under a trap door over a crawl space nowhere near the refrigerator. Plumber spent several hours creating and attaching the water line and installing a convenient shut off under the kitchen sink. I am very pleased.

Tim and Ben both were awesome. Friendly and very professional with work. Replaced two shutoff valves on my water lines under kitchen sink and finished the install of a new faucet for the kitchen sink. They did very clean work and removed all trash and cleaned up the area they worked in. No trash was left. Wiped everything down afterwards. Highly recommend Len the Plumber.

The initial confirmation was a small challenge but they still provided the needed repairs within 18 hours. The job was completed by two techs in 1.5 hours witch included replacing a kitchen faucet, replacing an outdoor frost free hose bib and repairing a pipe leak. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving and were not only profesional but very friendly. I found the final cost a bit high but considering two techs doing three jobs in 1.5 hours on the same day requested, it would make sense.

They were one of the few plumbers who were even willing to come out over a holiday weekend to take a look. They inspected the issue, gave a competitively priced quote, and then worked with me on scheduling after acceptance (it couldn’t be same day due to my repair). Everyone I interacted with was honest, friendly, and nice to work with. They gave timely updates and were available whenever I had questions. So in the end, they were available in a time of need, were well priced against others, and do quality work. I’d go with them again next time.

Despite that I have to give them credit for responsiveness and were able to send someone out same day to look a the project and give a quote. He ran a camera in my sewer line showed me roots and cracks in my line, then explained what needed to be done. Got multiple quotes but price and expertise from Len it was a no brainer. They sent their own crew two techs did the job one named Evan the other T, the we’re on time told me their plan and executed flawlessly and cleaned up as promised I couldn’t ask for anything more. This is my go to company for plumbing issues, hopefully this helps anyone looking for a great company.

I had a large leak and needed my full stack repaired. The price was high, but expected due to the amount of work and staff they had on the job. They were able to start the work the next morning. The crew was nice and explained every step of the process. They said they may need to cut into my kitchen ceiling to access the plumbing and I asked them to avoid that if at all possible. They did cut a small hole which isn't a big deal, but when they replumbed my tub they did not use the existing space, so now i have a pipe that dips below my ceiling into my kitchen. My stack was in a bump out in my kitchen so they removed the drywall but left the studs. One member of the team said they would have to cut them, but another said they could work around them. They did remove the old pipe and place the new pipe with them in place, but at some point later in the day they were removed. Not a huge deal, but it makes my job of putting it all back together more difficult and expensive. They told me they needed to cut an access into my bedroom wall to tie in the new pipe, which I figured. The master plumber said not to worry, they would make an access panel that would look like the tub access panel. At the end of the day they just left the hole wide open. They also had to dig up my bathroom floor, which makes sense. They poured new concrete when they were done to fill the spot, but there is concrete splatter all over the wall behind the toilet and the side of the tub. The crew was very nice and offered me some of their pizza. They were there for 13 hours and I appreciate the plumbing being fixed, but there were some issues that stick out and were not discussed with me.

Same day service, he worked until he cleared my clog first running the snake from the outside, than from the inside, he worked until he got my water flowing again. The price was fair, you might get a lower bid somewhere else but I wouldn't, you get what you pay for. She then called back and said the tech will be there in an hour. We were sent a picture of the tech., his name, and little bit of information about him. The technician, BILL MARCHIONNE, actually arrived about 10 minutes later. We told and showed what happened. He was thorough and checked to make sure there weren’t other issues that caused our problem. Explained everything what he was going to do. He was honest, very professional, friendly and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Bill MARCHIONNE and will definitely request him again for any of our plumbing needs. Before we called Len the Plumber, we did call another company first. Gave all the information to their answering service. It’s the next day and we still have not received a call from them yet.

I was prepared to find out how much I would need to pay them. But my house is a 100 + years old and this is the first time we had a plumbing issue. So it’s about time. The workers are professional, polite, and most of all quick. It was a one day thorough project. Total sewer line was replaced in a day. I called Len the Plumber in the morning in hopes of getting a same day service and was told it would be about 3-5 hours. Not too bad for r the day before New Year’s Eve! I actually received a call back from them about 20 minutes later asking if it was ok if they had someone there within the hour. Even better! Bill showed up quickly and was very courteous and upfront about everything that NEEDED to be done and what SHOULD be done (and how long we could wait.). I had a couple of what should have been small jobs to be done in my kitchen, but since I just bought my house from a “MASTER PLUMBER…..40-odd years as a Master Plumber,” well, it was a MESS! The non-functioning kitchen faucet was beyond rusted in and need multiple power tools to get it out. I asked Bill if this was worst (most difficult to remove faucet) he’s ever seen and got back an emphatic, “YES!” The second job Bill took care of for me was replacing the leaking water line to the new fridge because that was done incorrectly by the previous owner too. I will definitely be calling Len the Plumber again and requesting Bill for any future plumbing needs. The invoice was high, but plumbers are expensive and he didn’t do any work without giving me the updated prices beforehand.

Shower faucet kept running and wasn’t stopping. Had to call this service that I found on google. The contractor was very responsive and came within a couple of hrs. I removed the faucet before he came to see if I can at least stop the water into that faucet so I don’t have to stop water to entire house. The contractor replaced the cartridge. It was a simple 10 mn job but charged me to the roof. He did not even put the faucet back. He said he can’t since it was opened before he arrived. For charging such a high amount I at least expect him to put things back in full working condition. I felt I was taken advantage of the situation and taken for a ride. He kept trying to sell me higher priced services. He said I can show price list but never showed. I am not calling Len the plumber back. Update 2 weeks after the initial service date: Customer service from the company followed up on the issue with a phone call and did their best to resolve. Though I ended up putting the faucet back myself, they agreed that the charge was not reasonable and refunded the excess money that was charged. I updated the rating because the organization seem to care about the customer and I had a bad experience with the person that was dispatched for my service call.

We called these folks at 11AM with our drain completely blocked, and hence toilets, sinks, showers, etc., all completely unusable. Their representative called us back within minutes (after our initial cry for help!) to let us know when we could expect their people to arrive. And in less than 2 hours, as promised, 2 technicians were onsite working on the problem. They identified the problem drain area (outside) in short order, explained the issue and its solution, and then cleared it (no small task!). Then another technician arrived and did a video scan to verify the solution, and to point out why the blockage occurred and how to prevent it from happening again. All of their folks were professional , competent, and respectful of our property, both inside and outside.. Special kudos to John, their lead tech, who was especially adept at doing the work with an anxious customer (that would be me...) hanging over him, and asking questions about his every action. I have no hesitation in recommending this company highly, and will definitely use them again should I ever have further need of a plumber!

Technician Tim came to our place yesterday for a leaking shut off valve. We decided to have him repair a faulty outdoor spigot as well since he was there. He was on time, very polite and did a skillful repair. Only reason for only 3 stars is the price. If you need someone fast, call Len the Plumber. If not an emergency, call someone else. Shut off valve replacement was over $500 and outdoor spigot was over $700. Not that the work was bad but the national average for valve replacement is $100-300 and national average for outdoor spigot replacement is $100-300. Even at high end of both, Len was over double! Total of $60 of parts which makes the labor $1140 for about 1.5 hours of work. I work as a specialist and understand the value of a good technician but that is more than a surgeon makes hourly.

I usually try to handle most issues at home DIY, but on a Sunday morning I ran into an issue while replacing a broken faucet - and found myself out of DIY territory. The faucet needed to be cut out, no tools were going to remove a rusted and corroded bolt. Not wanting to go a few days without a working kitchen faucet, I called Len the Plumber at 9am for same-day service. William was there by 1pm. On top of wearing a mask, boots, and being very friendly - William was very knowledgeable about my issue. He assessed the issue and came to the same conclusion as me. He took the time to explain his thought process, and discussed pricing before beginning any work (I love this practice as opposed to discussing pricing AFTER the job). We agreed on a 1hr labor charge to remove the faucet and I would finish installing the new one I purchased. William finished within 15min, avoiding any damage to the countertop or sink (which given the state of the faucet was amazing). He ensured I received the full value of my 1hr paid by taking the time to give me tips and show how to finish my DIY replacement job. If I ever find myself out of DIY territory again, not only will I call Len the Plumber, I’m asking for William!

After a recent home inspection as we are selling out house, we needed to were replace an old sump pump and interior piping, cap off an unused gas line and repair a leaking water pipe. I have used Len The Plumber several times over the last two years and I am very happy with their service. Today I thought I had a leaking pipe. Randy had to do quite a bit of “investigation” and eventually found the problem was not a leaking pipe but rather the exhaust for the furnace had dislodged in the ceiling. The hot air hitting cold had caused condensation which was the source of the water. More importantly this was allowing carbon monoxide to escape! I can’t thank Randy enough for locating this issue as it could have been deadly! He reattached the exhaust pipe and he and his manager advised me to contact an HVAC company and told me what to tell them to ensure they could make sure the furnace is working properly with no leaks! He also assisted me in getting a mitigation company who came out right away to address the water damage in the ceiling. Excellent company that I will use again!

Amazing job. My wife and I sewer was clogged this is our first house. We just got it but the old owners were flushing baby wipes down the toilet. The person we had was Thomas bodziak he was really friend and found the issue in a responsible manner. Rough start at first, tech locked keys in truck, after 1.5 hours, supervisor came by and unlocked truck. Tech worked diligently to get drain unclogged. Finished the job and cleaned up afterwards. Was professional and respectful to my family and myself.
