I was able to easily schedule an appointment off their website, and the technicians that come out where friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. This is the 3rd time I've used them and they are recommended without reservations of any kind. 5 Stars! The pricing was excellent, especially once they explained each of the elements of the invoice, and compared to other plumbers. Trey was friendly and knowledgeable. We needed to replace and install our D/W, replace our kitchen sink faucet that was leaking, terminate the drain and supply lines from a recently removed vanity, and replace a section of drainage piping. I hate having to call a service. I have a guy for everything. My guy was on vacay though. I call Benjamin Franklin because I've seen their trucks forever. I'm a handy guy being in construction for 20 years, but I know my limits. My tech was awesome, the price was definitely fair and so far the work was quick and clean. My tech was confident and concise, without seeming cocky. It's good to know I have a backup plan and that they are reliable and fair. Communication was awesome. 5 stars from me.

I have been using Ben Franklin for over three years now to repair various things in the home. Two biggest projects were a new well water pump then 6 months later having to replace the water line from the pump to the house. They did an excellent job for both. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several jobs now and my wife and I are continually impressed with their professionalism. Each time we have had crews out to work, they have always been on time, careful of our home and property, clean up their job-site very well, and above all just always seem to be genuine and kind people. We will continue to call them for any plumbing issues we might run into and I will be confident in knowing it will be done the right way. Our most recent issue we had them help is that our toilet was leaking from the bottom and under the tile floor. I called them and that same day Dan came out to diagnose the issue. We needed to replace the wax ring but there was an underlying issue from a poor DIY toilet install from the previous owners of the home. I wound up wanting to replace the toilet with a newer one anyways and the following day Henry and Liam were there to rip out some tile and damaged subfloor, replace and install new tile, and install the new toilet. I had purchased a new toilet from the hardware store but when we opened the box, there was a chip in the toilet. Henry and Liam were kind enough to take the toilet I had bought back to the store and exchange it for me which was just above and beyond. The work was great and they are both just all around great dudes. Thanks again Dan, Henry, and Liam!

Dan was our service guy and he was utterly fantastic. Our toilet tank stopped filling so we submitted a request for service online this morning at 6:22 am. The office called at 8:27 am and promised to send someone today if we could be flexible about the time. At 5:17 pm Dan left a voicemail he was on the way. Within minutes, Dan diagnosed the issue (bad valve) and had three options for us to consider. He worked up three quotes, up to and including replacing the toilet and valve since our toilet is VERY old and the inner workings keep breaking. We have opted for all new (the differential was not what we feared) and Dan will return tomorrow to install. But before leaving he replaced the valve so we are in great shape until his return. (I write this at 6:40 pm.) Dan was polite, well informed, neat and practiced proper social distancing measures. Candidly, one couldn’t ask for more. Great job!!!

We had purchased a new dishwasher from big box store and had issues with delivery, then when it came to install they required us to have an outlet so the dishwasher could be plugged in rather than hardwired. I was unaware that our old one was hardwired so we were stuck. Repair guy came out in the afternoon we called, reviewed what was needed to be done and provided quote. The quote was fair and reasonable for the work to be done so we scheduled for the following day. The next day they arrived, completed the job in about 90 minutes, no issues, no fuss Will defiantly be using them for next plumbing needs

This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a service company. Friday at 1pm I noticed a leak coming from my water heater and I called. At 3 pm Victor rolled in. Within minutes he was able to confirm my fear, that my 22 year old water heater needed to be replaced. (I figured it would). I asked how long it would be until he could get me a new heater and install it. I was thinking Monday at the earliest. Victor said he would be back at 9:30 the following morning. Sure enough he arrived on time with a smile on his face, ready to go. Victor and his partner were great guys and the final price was very reasonable. I highly recommend not only Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but Victor as well.

Had to get a meter yoke replaced. Called other plumbers in the area and got bounced around. Some plumbers said that it was an issue with that the water company had to handle...water company said it’s on the home owner. Some plumbers came out to take a look at the repair that needed to be done only to turn around and say they can’t help me. They either didn’t know how to do the work that needed to be done, or did not know how to get the part (meter yoke). Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was about 10th on my list. I move them to the top from now on. As soon as I called, they seemed to know exactly what I needed. They ordered the part, and 10 days later everything is repaired and running smoothly. My technician Ron Williams arrived on time. Prior to entering my mother's home he covered his feet. He listen to what we thought the problem was and then he explain to us how he was going to repair it. He gave us the cost up front. And no time he had the problem fixed. We had a pipe break in the foundation. Henry gave us a couple of options as to how they could repair it. The option we chose required them to route new pipes over head through a soffit and some very tight space. They went the extra mile to preserve the custom crown molding we had had installed previously. They wore shoe covers and laid down plastic sheeting to preserve the new carpeting. During the repair they discovered some previous work in a very tight area that was not done correctly and they cleaned that up and put the valves where they could be accessed easier. They did a leak check, did some minor adjustments and did a thorough clean up. Great job guys! There was good communication as to when they would arrive and they sent us a picture of Henry before he arrived.

The drain on our kitchen sink (in our 70 (+ - house) gave up the ghost Sunday evening. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing of West Chester at 7:15 AM this Monday crying for help. By 8:45 AM, Tech, Henry arrived. He analyzed the scene and we decided it would be best to rebuild the drain from bottom to top. There was s a little sticker shock on my part, but it was time to move forward. Henry worked efficiently until about 1 PM at which time I had my rebuilt sink drain. It was great working with Henry and I know the next time I need a plumber, Benjamin Franklin's number will be the one that is by my phone.
