Jeremy and Chase were awesome, they came in and diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and waited to make sure all was well. When another issue was found before they left they fixed it. They were very informative and I would ask for them again.

We needed a repair service for the defective drain pipe of our tankless water heater which was installed by Warner Super Service 3 years ago. Kevin promptly diagnosed the issue in his initial visit and Joshua quickly replaced the drain pipe in a few days later. Most of all, Danielle is the best receptionist I’ve ever worked with. Her response to my concerns and emergency situations was stellar! She promptly scheduled the repair service and gave me updates until the repair is done. Dave, the owner, offered me a reasonable repair price and made sure everything was working properly when the job is done. They all make a great team! I have an upcoming annual flush service and highly recommend Warner Super Service!

Tony and Kevin arrived to my house, promptly diagnosed the issue, and provided me with several quotes to choose from for the repairs. After selecting my quote, they worked quickly and efficiently to get things working properly again. Both men were very polite and professional! I thought the Sump Pump was part of the services covered. That's what I was told by another technician (Anthony). Instead I am now told that the Sump Pump is not part of the plumbing, but more of a house appliance. I ended up having to pay $75 just to unstick the floater. Took all of about 10-15 min.

Washington Gas co. Had placed a red tag for a potential gas leak at the conector. Mr. Kevin answered the call and found no leak. He was very professional, answered a few basic questions and tested and retested and did not find a leak. He proceeded to reconnect the gas.

Made an appointment for estimate. However they are requiring $100 consulting fee. But they don’t make that clear when booking the appointment. They ask for payment once they arrive. I will not recommend and use service. I received a call from Customer Service Manager to correct the error. I received a refund within 1-2 days. To correct the issue and I appreciated the response. So I changed my review from 1 star to 5 star based on my experience with CS Manager.

This was an emergency service request for a leaking central air system. I placed the call on a Saturday evening, and the service team was there by noon on Sunday. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs in less than an hour. I was pleased with their timely response and with the work they did to fix the problem on a hot weekend day!

Haven't even met a tech yet. Just off the phone with Mrs. Lavinia (sp?) And SHE. IS. WONDERUL!!!! Was having a very emotional day and God spoke through her and lifted my spirits! I had a really crazy leak and needed a whole new tub faucet situation along with valves to control the water at the tub. Kevin showed up on time and got to work! The technicians were nice, timely and explained the results of their inspection. However, I never received a list of what was included in the ac maintenance after requesting a few times by phone and in person. Also, I would think that if you are servicing an outside unit that you should remove the leaves out of it.

My initial contact with the company started with my phone call to request service. I spoke one of the best of the best contact persons, Livinia, who was so patient, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. She provided the earliest appt and then scheduled one of their best plumbers/HVAC employees, Antonio aka Tony. Tony came to home on a nasty, rainy Friday with a smile that would make the sun envious. In the rain, he thoroughly checked my outside AC unit and then came inside to check the inside unit. I can honestly say that he took his time as well as shared his findings with me. He did not try to scare me with his findings although they were very concerning and dare I say it expensive but he did not push repairing the costly repairs that I need. As a person on a fixed income, I totally appreciated his honesty as well as his understanding of my financial situation. I just can't say enough about my experience with this company from my first phone call to the actual service. I highly recommend this company to anyone but in particular to senior citizens who need understanding and patience when contacting these companies and who may require service. As far as I am concerned there is no better. Just a note: I also called FH Furr and my phone call with the receptionist was terrible, she was very dry and I felt like I was annoying her. In addition, the very first appt with them would have been July 27, two plus months into the hot season. At that point, it would have been unnecessary. Great Job Warner Super Service, your name is very appropriate for your company from beginning to end!

Not knowing that they handle hvac maintenance, they performed the maintenance for my two a/c unit while they were there which was awesome because the company I originally called for the hvac was a no-show. We highly recommend REAL Plumbers! We had a major pipe break in the cement slab of our ranch style house. It was a massive job which required jackhammering the cement inside the house to access the pipe. When we called Real Plumbers Robert came to the house right away to assess the problem. Since they couldn't physically see where the pipe was broken Jason had to come back to the house with a special piece of equipment to try and locate the general vicinity of the break. A few days later, Robert and Cory showed up to begin the HUGE task of jackhammering, manually digging, and removing many buckets of debris, cement, dirt, rock, and broken pipe. They installed a brand new pipe, backfilled the 3 ft deep trench, which ran through 2 closets, a small portion of the hallway, and the entire width of the kitchen. They cleaned up all the mess and finished everything in 5 days. After the work was completed, we got a phone call asking us if we were satisfied with the work that was done. You will never find a better company to work with to fix your plumbing issues. If you want courteous, fast, knowledgeable, exceptional, and efficient service, then you should call Real Plumbers. The team was very professional throughout the installation of piping for the conversion to natural gas from liquid propane. On arrival, they knocked on the door, asked for access to the basement and answered my questions. I stayed out of their way while they worked and they did a masterful job. However, they did not let me know when they were finished. They just disappeared from the house. My concern was security, as access to the basement was unsecure. That is the only reason for four instead of five stars. I strongly recommend Real Plumbers and will use their services again.

I live in a house built in 1962 and many problems have been developing over the last year. I finally had enough and decided to call Real Plumbers. My plumber Eric was great. He addressed all of my concerns. He replaced fixtures and fixed all of the problems. I consulted Real Plumbers to seeking an estimate to convert our electric stove to a gas powered stove.I had several estimates and consultations with other plumbers seeking information on the conversion noted above . The plumber arrived in the time frame quoted me and I received a call 35-40 minutes before arrival. The plumber arrived with mask on and removed his shoes at the inside from door. He asked me a series of questions and was happy to explain the "why" of the questions. He made a through evaluation of the area in question and , finally, determined what was the best way to achieve the change over. Additionally he carefully explained the process that would have to be followed after all work was done so that an inspector would pass ( or not pass) on the work that was done. Mr. Walton was professional, careful and patient answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. The only reason I would rate him a 5 star is because there is no 6 star rating.

I've used them twice and plan to use them again. Good quality work, good explanations, and they were the first of three companies to actually dig into a plumbing problem with my HVAC and actually figure it out and fix it. The only negative is attention to detail when cleaning up, such as a stacked washer and dryer not re-assembled correctly after putting it back in place.

Real Plumbers has been my "go to" plumber for almost 30 years. They have always been great to work with. This year I replaced my water heater and the entire HVAC system. Matt literally had to build the interior system because of the limited space available. They come twice a year to service my system and it's never " in and out." They look at everything and check what needs to be checked. Yesterday they installed an "air scrubber" and it was the usual excellent service. In addition to my HVAC needs they have worked on various plumbing issues that always arise in a condo through the years.

The technicians came out within the time frame specified. They worked less than 10 minutes and finished the job. However their services are extremely expensive for the work they did. I'm sure I can find another quality company that will do the required work much less expensively. They are good but way too expensive. Last spring, we had what I call the "great flood" in my home. Overnight, a small leak turned into water raining from my ceiling on the first floor and my basement. While the damage was covered by a homeowners claim I was on the hook for paying someone to fix the plumbing and I had never used any plumbers in the region. I came across Real Plumbers on an internet search and saw enough good reviews to give them a shot. I had no issues with scheduling and they were able to get someone out here to diagnose and repair the leak in the connection between the tub faucet and the water line. As I recall, the whole operation cost $750 and that included locating the leak, carefully removing tile to get to the faucet and replacing the bad connector. I've had no reoccurring issues since the repair, so I can gladly say that I'd call again should I need help.
