I had the Best experience having Tony and Son install a new water heater in my townhouse. He was professional knowledgeable,honest and fair with his price. He showed up on time did the install correctly and explained all the details about the warranty. If you want a professional plumber with integrity, call Tony , he’s also a super nice guy

One word to describe Tony and Son Plumbing is “Integrity”. Very seldom do you meet a contractor who is punctual, honest, adept and willing to take the time and explain the situation and willing to share their knowledge. The knowledge he offered alone was worth the cost of service, and the price was more than reasonable. He gave me options to choose from on how to move forward with the repairs and I did not at any point feel like he was forcing any costly or unnecessary solutions.. I called them when they were on vacation and still he took the time to inform me on the possible issues i was having with my ground water pump and water pressure coming from the kitchen sink. He seems to enjoy helping people even at the risk of loosing some business. After he left my home, I replaced my faucet and everything works perfectly, no leaks and excellent water pressure!.. and the ground water pump is fully functional as well! If you are looking for a master plumber who you can trust, Tony and Son Plumbing is without a doubt the only choice.. Choose anyone else and you would have missed out big time!

Tony is awesome. He arrived less than 2 hours from my call even after warning me it might be the next day. He diagnosed the leak within 15 minutes and since it was not a plumbing issue, only charged a nominal fee. (Dishwasher leaking from the motor housing.) I will call him for anything and everything in the future based on his honesty, integrity and timeliness.

I've had Tony & Sons do two small jobs and both times he treated us like his only customer. Answered my phone call on the first ring and even though he had other jobs that day, he still showed up the same afternoon and finished up in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend Tony. He looked at the shower diverter and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He took his time and found that the items did not need repair or replacement at this time. Called yesterday and work was done today. I would like to thank Tony & Son Plumbing for a great job repairing my water pressure, tub faucets and shower head.I was having problems trying to find a honest plumber that would not over charge, cancel on me and came on the same day I called. Totally professional, he diagnosed the issue with my downstairs shower not producing hot water and gave me his best recommendation for the leak in the upstairs one. I went with having him fix downstairs and attempt the 50/50 chance of success option upstairs. Replaced the cheap and poorly installed valve with quality product and quality work. Will definitely call him back to fix the upstairs shower.

I was not able to use their services due to their present schedule and I was trying to help a friend while he was out of town. Tony called me back where others gave excuses on how they couldn’t help and expressing their mandatory service fee. He asked me what was going on and how to test( after I said I was competent in testing equipment - but I am not a plumber). He walked me through troubleshooting, i identified the issue, and he said call back if I needed more help which I did and again walked me through the process. If/when I need a plumber again I will definitely call because of his demeanor, personality, and caring even though there was no financial gain and he was going to another job. Honesty is rare these days, but helping others is definitely something that is needed. Thanks to Tony my buddies house is up and running smooth again.

Called Tony at the last minute for a broken shower valve. He was able to fit me in the same day and repaired it right the first time. His prices are excellent and Tony is a genuinely nice guy. Last month Tony and Son re-piped sections of our upstairs plumbing where a crack had formed near the main stack. We had been plagued with upstairs plumbing issues for awhile that ruined a large section of our ceiling. Another plumber had come out to our house four times, but we kept having leaks. Tony quickly pinpointed the problem and was able to fix it that day. Finally, no more leaks and we were able to repair our ceiling. Last week we had a leak in our water main which is located under our driveway near the street. Employees from the city came out to look and said we were responsible for fixing it. There was no question who I would call. Tony and son fixed the leak quickly with minimal disruption to the surroundings. It is nice to deal with a small family business that cares about its customers. Tony is personable and responds quickly to calls. He carefully explains the problem, the steps he will take to fix it, and the costs involved. Thankfully, my water heater only needed a simple reset, but Tony kindly told me that if the same problem does happen again he’ll make another trip and only charge me for parts and labor minus the service call fee. He’s a very nice man, polite and friendly, even evaluated the current condition of my water heater and explained some maintenance aspects that I didn’t know how to do. Also, I’m grateful to Tony for coming so quickly to my house (just 2 hours after we spoke on the phone!) and getting my hot water working again before evening. I have his card taped to my water heater and will definitely call him when it comes time to replace this unit — and I pray his expert predictions hold true, that I get at least another 2-3 years out of this one! :-)

I would recommend Tony to anyone that has plumbing needs. He was quick to respond to my plumbing crisis. He not only replaced my garbage disposal but he did an amazing job of putting in a new sink that required new pipes. The sink he replaced was glued in to our tile counter top and he removed it with zero damage to my tile. He was very polite, organized and friendly. I called Tony & Son Plumbing around 7:20 AM to see if they could find time to fix their issues. Tony answered and said he had a job that morning, but could come late morning to fix it. They kept their word and fixed it the same day. In addition, since my parents are not very wealthy, they didn't have the cash to pay Tony. Tony said he could accept a credit card payment for the work. So I authorised payment in this way. All worked out beautifully and Tony said work is guaranteed for a year! Great work and Great Customer Service! What else could you ask for? Thanks Tony & Son Plumbing. Will call on you again when the need arises.

These days it is tough to find someone you can trust and someone who won't over-charge you in any way they can, but I'm happy to say that Tony is an honest man and did a fantastic job fixing a leak I had. The leak was located in a tough spot and he still managed to not only fix the leak, but improve the entire set-up of that section of the pipes so that I wouldn't experience any issues with that part of the pipes again. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be the only person I call if I ever need assistance with any plumbing issues in the future. A great guy, great service, and a trustworthy man/business. Tony is a total professional. As a Master Plumber he knows his trade better than most of his peers. I had Tony out to install a new water heater. When I called, I told him what I wanted for a heater and he was able to give me all the stats along with the pros and cons of my decision. He was in my drive way at the exact time he said he would be there. Tony was finished in a very timely manner. Unlike many others who I have watched install water heaters, he realizes you do not have to wait for the tank to be completely emptied before cutting supply and feed lines. By the time the tank was emptied he was ready to remove and set the new water heater in place. Tony performed his job as efficiently as possible to ensure saving time and money to his customer. This is an extremely rare quality found today in any profession. After setting the water heater in place he checked to make sure that the drain valve and relief valve were unobstructed, because they were in a different location from the old heater. I highly recommend Tony and Son plumbing due to their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Our Kitchen sink Backed up at dinned and i tried all the normal things liquid drain openers and snake nothing worked. I called Tony & Son Plumbing after four other plumbers who started at 400.00 and up. Tony gave me a very fare quote and a time he would be at my home. I called Tony and have to say that Tony was one of the most honest and ethical contractors I have ever hired. It turned out that what I was told by a previous company was bogus. Because of Tony's experience he was able to quickly diagnose the gas leak, fix the problem, and just as important didn't take advantage of my wallet. Recently renovated our home with a local contracting business recommended by a neighbor. After a long 6 months of renovating a 1600 square foot home our master bath did not have hot water and lacked water pressure. Our contractor couldn't figure it out and wanted to install a booster pump that would cost us and additional $850. Frustrated and not wanting any additional work initiated by the contractor I decided to call Tony, after reading his reviews through Yelp. I explained to Tony our frustration and renovation situation and he was able to survey the situation the same day. 30 mins after talking to him over the phone he was at my residence. By the time I was able to leave work and arrive to the house he was already done. Within 15 minutes he was able to rectify my situation as well as assist my mother-in- law with her plumbing issues in her home downstairs.
