I worked directly with Jonathan, the owner, he was super transparent, extremely well priced, and I am super satisfied with the work and with the experience. A few days ago I ran into a situation where my water heater needed to be completely replaced due to a hole near the electrical in the unit. All the other companies that I called would not give me a quote over the phone, even if I was going to send them a picture, and either offered a free evaluation, but a high price point (some over double the cost of the unit) for the unit, and a crazy installation fee. I was quoted between $2200 and $3000 from the 5 companies I spoke with in the Tampa Bay Area including the unit, the installation, a one-year workmanship warranty, or between $750-$1200 just for the installation alone (usually only taking 1.5 - 2 hours). With Jonathan, he was the best priced, without compromising quality. He came out much cheaper because he doesn’t have all of the overhead and marketing costs. He is also extremely humble and down to earth. We had a great conversation while he was working on my install. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family, as well as plan on using him in the future with all my other plumbing needs. Below I have attached pictures of my prior unit, as well as the unit I purchased on my own, installed by Jonathan.

United came by to fix the dreaded Moen shower faucet. No hot water. Moen's screw inside the shower handle was stuck beyond belief. Apparently we weren't alone. Three other homes in the same community had called United prior. The screw was stripped and the United plumber had to break the handle in order to get to the bad cartridge. Thank you United.

The repair was estimated within the polled Google price range, and less than Half the price of another local plumbing-drain Company. Recently used United Plumbing & Drain in my newly purchased home after finding several issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. Mark was able to find the issues quickly, took pictures to show me what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. He came back out the next day and installed 2 bathroom faucets with new lines under the sink and additional kitchen sink faucet out of courtesy. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the (hopefully not too soon) future.

Last month I discovered a leak on my master bathroom, a friend of mine from Tampa told me about this company , since I live in Parrish I thought was too far away but I still decided to call them anyway. I talked to the owner direct , he was super friendly and professional, he came in to the house the same week, right away discovered the leak and gave me a fair price, since we were going to remodel the bathroom anyway , he called my contractor and explained what he was going to do and both came up with a plan. The following week he had the job done. This plumbing company is very responsible, reliable and the customer service is Amazing, The owner Jonathan Capestany called me last week to check in, I was very happy to get that call, definitely I will keep his business card on a safe place. I called United Plumbing and Drain with an emergency on a mid Friday afternoon. I had a pipe to an outside faucet that had a crack and a major leak. Teresa, on the emergency line, was able to call tech Mark and even though he had a loaded schedule, he came to the house at 5:45 PM to address the problem. Within an hour, Mark had the problem solved. The charge was very reasonable. Thank you to the owner, Jonathon, for providing this customer option. Jonathan and his crew are the best in the business. I have had three water leaks over the years and he always gets me scheduled the same day. The last leak was last November and he sent out Jose to see where the leak in the ceiling was coming from. Jose quickly found the toilet was incorrectly installed by someone else and fixed it in record time. I also mentioned I had water leaking at front line into the house. He was able to schedule that the next day. Jose is a class act! The fix took longer than anticipated and should have cost more, but the company quoted me the day before and true to a man of his word, he would not charge me more. You will never find a more honest, trusting, hardworking plumber in the business. Jose is a rock star and has patience of a saint! Thank you United Plumbing & Drain for everything.

I had the greatest experience with United Plumbing & Drain. My water heater went out and i was not sure if it was covered under our warranty, within 6 hours John had replace the water heater and made sure it was covered with the warranty company. John went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend United Plumbing & Drain very professional with quick results.

Nobody wants to search for a plumber on a Saturday night but i called United Plumbing & Drain. I was contacted within minutes of leaving a message. With the water main turned off by the city we, opted to have the repair done Sunday morning. I’m glad John sent Mark to repair our water line from the meter to the house. Mark worked tirelessly to repair the pipe and get water to the house. Mark is kind and friendly and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, come up with a solution then complete the repair. He waited longer than just 10 minutes (without additional charge) to ensure the joints were secure before opening the main. Mark cleaned up the yard and left it in pre-leak condition. Mark is a plumber, landscaper, carpenter, ditch digger, and mathematician all rolled into one person. He gave us a fair price for all the work he did. We highly recommend Mark and United Plumbing and Drain.

Mark came out and worked on our new house and he was amazing! Jonathan gave us the best price around and Mark was very respectable. We had just moved into our house so not only did he install our garbage disposal, but we were his last house of the day and he showed us how to turn our water off and fixed our shower! Will for sure use mark and Jonathan again in the future

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Although they were extremely busy, they made time to come out and service my emergency when every other company wasn't willing or didn't have the time to. When I called, I initially got a voicemail but while leaving a message the owner was returning my call. He stated that they were extremely busy up to 5 am, but asked if it was an emergency. After stating that I had been dealing with the problem since New Years, the owner said he would do all that he could and have someone call me within an hour. Within an hour I had a technician calling to confirm that he would be there shortly. Brian, the technician that service my home went above and beyond when he didn't have to. From being patient while I received authorization from my home warranty company for the repair, to just explaining the problem and the corrective action that we should take to prevent future problems. Brian, I thank you so very much for your professionalism and courtesy as well as United Plumbing & Drain for being understanding and company with compassion. I highly recommend this company to anyone with any kind of plumbing needs. By the way, their pricing was cheaper than I expected.

Called them up at 5:30 pm and they came out day of. This was obviously an emergency/a simple fix, nonetheless, bossman came even once he was done for the day. I've been using United for several years now, on many properties(I manage many properties). They are always responsive, often are able to do same day appointments. I really like they are pretty much a one stop shop. I used to deal with a few other plumbing companies that would have to call someone else out if they needed camera work - which was time consuming and more expensive. I also like that they provide photos of their work with the invoice! I have recommended them to other property managers and I believe they have become the go to company for them as well!
