There are not enough words to say how much I appreciate Frank and this company. There was an initial snafu, but the company worked to get it resolved right away. Frank provided a detailed explanation as to what was required to install my faucet and dishwasher. He was meticulous, and when the job was complete, showed me what was done and ensured that there were no leaks and that I was satisfied with the work. I’ll definitely be using their services if I have need of a plumber in the future.

I have used Total Plumbing several times before and have had great experiences. When I first called this time they said they were booked out over a week. We received a phone call later that day stating they could be out the next day between 10am-12pm. Ted punctually showed up shortly after 10am as promised. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed our clogged pipe from the roof. It took him a few tries up and down the ladder, but he got it done on the first trip out. Thoroughly running the water and flushing the toilet afterwards to make sure the issue was truly fixed. Great company, great service, excellent employee. Highly recommend!

I came home to find water all over my garage floor. The water heater had died. I called and was told a plumber would call me back. Frank called me and had me text a photo of my water heater so he could see if they had it in stock. Frank was very knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the water heater pretty fast and I was very impressed with Frank. After he finished changing it out, a snapping turtle came in my garage and he casually picked it up and took it out to the grass. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

Ted was a rockstar. He righted the wrongs of my previous plumber, plumbed in my washing machine, and more. After he clocked out, he stayed to help me hook up my washing machine. It's a good thing he did, because the machine was giving me non-stop cold water. He alerted me to the fact that my solenoid inlet valve was busted but that it would be an easy fix for me to do, and it was. If Ted had not been my plumber, I would have either paid huge dollars to get my washing machine fixed or have believed I needed to buy a whole new one. Thank you, Ted; my wallet and my clean laundry thank you.

Update: I originally gave 2 stars due to a new employees lack of professionalism. Right after I posted, I was contacted by the Owner or 2. They did everything in their power to make up for the issue, and they truly did. Next day, they were at my home and temporarily fixed the issue until I go ahead and get a new hot water heater. I had another company out earlier in the day, who couldn't find a fix. One of TPS's techs found the simplest of fixes within minutes, when the other company couldn't. I was blown away. I will be replacing my water heater very soon, and my business will go to no one else that TPS. Their communication and techs knowledge are second to non. Thanks TPS....you'll be hearing from me soon for that new water heater.

I’m in the commercial roofing business. I asked for a professional plumber to come out and access the commercial roofing drain/pipe that was potentially clogged. Ted came out, was very detailed in his findings and helped our client to understand that they had a stoppage in their cast iron pipe about 22’ from the drain bowl. He ran cameras down the drain provided video and photos for the client and “we” both recommended to the client that a bigger pipe(6” diameter) should be installed to receive the large amount of water that runs to this drain. I believe the client has asked for pricing from Ted and Total Plumbing. Thank you for your professionalism and detailed explanation of that situation and hope I was able to get you more work. We are teachers with really limited time to fix problems so when our sewer backed up into our bathtubs, we knew it was going to be a bad day. Charlie ended up helping us out and was so kind and understanding about how hard it was to get home at a weird time with school kids in our classrooms. He fixed the problem super quick was limited mess and the price was really reasonable (we had a whole house stoppage so that can get expensive and this was manageable). The other thing I appreciated was that we have septic and they called before coming out and asked if we’d had that pumped recently because they did not want to have us pay them just to tell us to clean out our tank. That was so thoughtful. They’re about way more than the bottom line and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much Charlie!

About 6 months after purchasing our home in 2018 we found out the plumbing/ pipes underneath the slab were flaking and deteriorating which was causing clogs ( house was built in 1971). We had no choice but to re-plumb our home (or deal with clogs every 3 to 6 months ongoing). Total Plumbing Solutions was highly recommended and so we gave them a call. We are so glad we did because their team exceeded our expectations. They cut into the slab running from the guest bathroom, through the kitchen, and out the back patio and installed all new plumbing. They filled the slab when finished, and all of this only took a few days. Considering the size and scope of this project, Total Plumbing made it stress-free with their professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I will only use Total Plumbing from now on, and I recommend you do the same. Great work, great people, great price.

Two thumbs way up for Charlie and the team at Total Plumbing Solutions! They really saved the day for me and my family after I discovered that my older home needed new drain pipes - a very costly and disruptive job. I received four estimates from different plumbers in the area. Total Plumbing Solutions came in several thousand less than the competitors and with a much better plan overall! Charlie is highly experienced. He knew the urgency of my problem and the team got started right away.
