We had a water heater starting to fail. The guys at Done Rite Plumbing arrived down when scheduled. Researched the existing water heater, explained all options in depth and life spans for each option of repair. We ended up going for brand new water heaters. They began installing and were done within a couple of hours. Great Job!

I received a call back and Jeremy was nice enough to FaceTime with me just to support diagnose the trouble even though it was 11pm. They showed up rapidly the next morning and offered us options. We decided to just replace our 16 year old water heater and they did it and we had hot water again less than a day after we detected the issue.

Emailed Canadys and they called me the next day. They set up an appointment at my convenience and sent Eddy out later that evening. Eddy was fantastic! Did a excellent job of diagnosing the system and the problem. Offered solutions and did a full system check for us. I made an estimate request first thing in the morning the next day, and two gentlemen arrived before noon, made an estimate (which I agreed to) and replaced it same day. went smooth. Decent guys, upfront pricing, awesome work. Couldn't have requested for more.
