These guys were amazing. Showed up exactly when they said they would. My water heater wasn’t very accessible, the guys took care of everything. I had my quote and replacement in the same day. I was working from home and didn’t even miss a call while they were there. They were very accommodating and respectful. Thank you so much. I will definitely use them again.

I bought three toilets to replace the old ones in my home. I also supplied new wax ring seals and supply lines. Plumbing Therapist was very responsive, provided a competitive estimate for installation, and was able to schedule very quickly. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I love my new toilets! However, during the installations, they informed me they needed to replace the flange for one of the toilets for $50. It costs $6.50 at Lowe's. I pointed this out to them, but they didn't care. I would recommend them, but only if you supply all of the parts needed for your project.

Company is very profesional, has great communication, and ensured that we were happy with the work before completion. Our bathroom is finally fixed, and we are thrilled! Top-notch service, extremely affordable prices, and professionalism even cleaning the scene of the repairs ☺️ They were one of the first companies to contact me for my request for a repair for my washer dryer, and my shower that were suddenly not getting cold water delivered. They were at my home before I even made it home and they were ready to go to work as soon as they arrived. The team of three were very professional, very genuine, honest, and, I had to research how do use my spaceship like shower to ensure that they did the job correctly. I could appreciate that fully. Their pricing was much less than I expected it to be they even had to go in my crawlspace in my attic to access the back of my shower and they repaired the wall back to its existing condition which was a lot of work. Thank you so very much guys .. long live Cuba! Top notch service will definitely use you all again and again!
