I've been a Jared's customer for a couple of years now, they've always been good about system upkeep and the occasional repair. It was finally time for a new and Furnace, and they did a excellent project all around. Pricing was market competitive for the equipment we were buying and the cost of labor. The team as well did a great job; a good clean install, and they took care to keep the house clean - prepping the floors with drop cloths and plastic mats. They even did a pre-visit before to make fits so we avoided any awkward problems getting through doors, etc. Jimmy Guardado, Julio Marquez, Alexi, and Lawrence Snyder were really great to work with, and they kept me informed every step of the way, while showing care and respect for my home.

Stan is efficient, trustworthy, and He was able to take care of my electrical needs in a professional manner. He worked quick, but was also considerate and careful. We had pleasant conversation while he worked. fantastic guy. His prices are reasonable compared to other electricians. We contacted to have our Air Conditioning unit restored and we received Conor as our technician. He did an incredible task explaining in detail the situation as well as all of our options on how to fix or replace our system. When it became apparent that we needed a new unit over fixing our old one he was able to get quotes and discuss next steps instead of passing us off to sales which may have ended up taking additional time because it is in the hottest part of summer! We appreciated how professional and thorough Conor was. He even followed up via text afterwards. Great guy in general and would recommend!

Entire HVAC system was replaced, including better insulated ducting with a variable speed outdoor condenser unit along with the furnace. looks neat and tight. Cleaner, better air filtration, and more efficient.

The process was a challenge as there was an accumulation of 30+ years of build up in the drain line. The plumber took his time and completed what began as a blocked drain to a major clear out. I appreciated his patience.
