Susie CookeJacob came out the morning we called because our heat pump had iced up. Since it was the coldest morning of the year so far we were very happy he arrived so quickly. He was very professional and personable and diagnosed our problem right away. He gave us a thorough explanation, in simple terms, of the issue, and several options for how it could be handled. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and gave us some tips on keeping our unit running more smoothly which we really appreciated. The next time the unit needs serving we will definitely ask for Jacob. He has a great attitude, and we appreciated his candor.

He provided a detailed review of our three heating and cooling units and then identified where immediate repairs were necessary and other areas that we should consider for later repairs.
