UPDATE: These guys continue to deliver high quality service for below market price. I’ve used them 3 times in the past 4 years and they do nothing but 5 star service. Don’t bother calling around, save your time and money and start here! This company is incredible. They came within a few hours of my service call... even calling to give me updated arrival estimates. The price for service was barely more than the cost to rent the equipment at HD. Make them your first call!!!

Half the price of what others were charging me, our service guy came out only a few short hours after I called (whereas the other plumbing company couldn’t come until the next day) and unclogged the pipe we had in a jiffy without the use of a camera, which would have cost more. Only problem was the work couldn’t be guaranteed unless we used a camera. We got good advice though and overall professional, quick service.

Update: I was contacted by the owner and he explained there was miscommunication. I contacted the tech and not the office. The tech did not relay the information to the office. Had I contacted the office they would have sent someone to clean it up The owner did offer a partial refund. They do stand behind their work. Service was easy to schedule and showed up on time. Job lasted longer than originally needed due to problem. An extra charge and the did not honor the veteran 10percent discount as stated on their website. After they left the basement washer drain exploded and the laundry room floors and walls were covered with sludge. Sorry should t have happen was there reply. I spent 3 hours cleaning the mess. This is the receipt that was emailed to me with this google link.

This was our first time using All Service Drain and I was very impressed. It was a Sunday afternoon and our sewer backed up in the basement. I was concerned with the availability and high cost of emergency weekend service but since I had to have the drain unclogged, I called anyway. The person who answered my call was very professional and polite. He asked a couple of questions and told me he'd have someone there in an hour. Less than 10 minutes later, I received a call from Tom who said he'd be there in 30 minutes. Tom was also very professional, checked the drain that was my main concern and communicated everything he was doing, and why, every step of the way. He also gave some suggestions on how to avoid the clog in the future. I was told the pricing up front, so there were no surprises and I was pleasantly pleased that I didn't feel like I was getting hosed. The work provided is also guaranteed for 30 days. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I am very pleased with the decision to contact this company. I am a new homeowner and deathly scared to call for any plumbing issues, due to money & people just not being honest and causing more of an issue then should be. This is not the case, Hans came out, he was my Tech, because I had standing water with a very harsh chemical in it (my last ditch effort) and to avoid a bunch of clean up. He went through the main stack on my roof. Took about 15-20 to open up the clog. Which was 40 foot down. I don’t think the price was that bad at all. I will definitely be keeping his card around for the next time, cause I’m sure there will be, a next time. They will be getting my business in the future. Hope this helps anyone trying to find an honest business and clean job. He also provided me with preventative tips as well.

I have referred them to my child and his recent purchase of an old house needing a repair. And I just recently called them to clear a clogged and backed up drain. Came out and cabled my bathtub drain on Thursday. Was still having issues with water pooling in my bathtub, so I spoke with Tracy (owner) on Thursday evening and this morning, Steve (technician) came back out to re-cable the shower overflow drain. Problem solved. The technician was polite and professional, even brought a tarp to make sure he didn't make a big mess. I will be referring them to family, friends, and clients.

Sewage was seeping up from my shower drain. I originally called roto rooter where I was quoted a lot on the spot, and they ended up making the problem worse by cracking my pvc drainage(pic attached). A different rep from roto rooter came out again next morning to quote me an even higher price which included repairing the crack they made. Then came All Service Drain. Accurate quote, prompt service(within the hour). WAY better pricing, which included fixing roto's mistake. Also, the rep Steve Crapo(perfect name for the job) was confident, knowledgeable, timely and polite. Crisis averted, just wish I had called them first.

Tracy and his crew are great. When I decided to put my home on the market I contacted All Service Drain. They replaced two toilets (hauled away the old ones) installed a new kitchen faucet, they brought all the fixtures with them so I didn't need to visit a home improvement superstore. When it was determined that my septic system needed some updating, they handled that, too. Even when they had to have a part custom made, they found just the right supplier. They were courteous, efficient and very fair financially.
