Both our technicians Jamie and Chris were great at working through our toilet repair, which was complex and eventually required a new toilet. They worked with us to find the best price for repairs and installation, came out in the middle of a snow storm and worked hard into the evening until the job was complete. They were both great to work with! And a fair price for the amount of work they do!

My tech was on time and very good at explaining what he was going to do and why. My only thumbs-down is that my toilet was not flushing correctly (small "blockage"). No major work was needed, just a simple snake but cost about $250. The tech was maybe fixing the issue for 10-15 minutes. However, I was so happy that it was fixed and taken care of. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

We had a drain clog happen after hours. I called these guys first, and originally, they told me they weren’t sure they’d be able to make it out tonight. However, they shifted their appointments and fit me in. Thank goodness! Collin was our tech, and he was informative, kind, and responsive. He also cleaned up after himself which was a huge time saver for us. I highly recommend these guys!

I was surprised that I could get a same-day appointment, which fit into our schedule for today. It turned out the water heater needed to be replaced. Options were discussed. We accepted the initial suggestion and then remembered the toilet hadn't been acting right. After the water heater was quickly installed, the toilet was fixed, too. We're happy campers! Kyle, the repairman, was very good, very nice, and very informative. We'd use Mr. Rooter again.

Brady and Colin came out to unclog an overflowing floor drain. They removed the clog, flushed the drain and got everything sorted out in less than 45 minutes. In addition, I was given three separate recommendations for actions I can take to prevent it from happening again—likely saving me both trouble and money down the road. Both were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. I had an invoice sent to me within minutes of the job being done. I have no issues or complaints whatsoever with my experience.

They got the job done when another... not to be named popular service failed. It was a big job and due to weather constraints it took a while to coordinate but they had excellent communication and timely service with a very competent and conscientious technician. We had a main line sewer back up so imagine nothing down the drains for several days...no flushing, washing ect otherwise it added to the mess in the basement! The first service gave up, charged me and recommended calling a plumber and told me to expect to dig up my yard!? I sought a second opinion and I'm glad I did. Now they will be my first option. Was able to make an appointment with the company quickly. Brady was incredibly professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the services he was providing. There were some unexpected issues that occurred (old house, things happen) and Brady went above and beyond my expectations staying until everything was resolved. The price estimates for the repairs were done before any work was started so there was no surprise cost. As a single home owner, I did not feel taken advantage of at all and will definitely use this service in the future.

Our water heater went out on Sunday. They came first thing Monday morning and Brady was amazing. He replaced the first part and couldn’t get it to stay lit either so replaced a second part. When that didn’t fix it, he said we needed a new one. I told him I would leave the door open for him to get in the next morning and he made sure to have the office call when he was on his way so I would know he was in the house. I stopped home to pay him as he was finishing up. He did a great job on the installation and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. I have used Mr Rooter in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them and could not be more pleased with the product and the service.

Not only were all the repairs done well, he also installed a water softener unit we had been wanting and it works great! He left everything in great condition and wore booties to protect the floors - everything was left very clean! In addition to being skilled and efficient, Kyle was also very friendly and helpful. Talk about efficiency! wow! I was able to set up an appoint for the next day. The next day they were able to come in early, a quick diagnostics revealed that we needed a new faucet. Bryan went through options and was willing to go and purchase the faucet and install faster than I probably could have made it to the store to pick out a new one! It was fantastic! The workers were extremely helpful with unclogging our basement drain. While doing so, not only were the workers, Brady and Chris, very professional but they also went the extra mile as well. Before leaving our house after unclogging the drain, the two workers even cleaned the dirty water on the basement floor. I called to have my garbage disposal fixed and I actually had a lot of questions about the house. Brady Eichhorn was the technician that came and he was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. When he came he looked at the disposal and before he gave me an estimate he ran through everything. I asked him a question about 1 bathroom thinking that I would be told to make another appointment for a different estimate, but to my surprise, he asked if he could check it out. I gladly showed him. He took the time to check and gave me some options and since I want to remodel the bathroom he said they could do that as well. He walked all around the house with me answering all the questions I had. He told me that with this one company I can have my a.c./furnace and electrical all taken care of. Thank you Brady for the time you took to walk around the house and answer all the questions I had. He was very informative and knowledgeable and never once made me feel like he didn't have time to answer my questions.

We had the absolute Best experience possible! We had what I would call an emergency. We had a slight gas leak leading up to our water heater. We called the day after the 4th of July thinking it would be impossible to get someone out that day considering it was last minute. Mr. Rooter Plumbing not only sent someone but sent them almost immediately. The technician they sent was on time, knowledgeable, very friendly, and was super informative with what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Going forward I will only recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing!!!

Brady arrived early for our repair. What a professional gentleman. Our kitchen drain pipe was completely plugged after 30 years of use. Then he investigated and resolved the wobbly toilet issue. He kept me apprised of potential costs depending upon what he found. Bryan was friendly, professional and very informative. Had a water heater that was leaking from the top. Called around and Mr. Rooter was able to come out the quickest so we went with them and I'm glad we did. It's never fun to hear you need a new water heater but Brian was very good at explaining why the old one was shot and, was very thorough about expectations for the new install. Our old one presented issue after issue before it was able to be drained and removed, but Brian stayed calm throughout and did a great job.

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you need help with anything plumbing, this is the place to go with. Mr. Rooter was wonderful to work with. I have older cast iron pipes in my house, and moved into my house in 2016, and I'm pretty sure the pipes were never cleaned. My basement drain was clogged with food, and when I say clogged, I mean food coming out of the drain. Yes, I chop food up in a disposal and keep hot water running afterwards but its been a long while since they been touched. Kyle voloblek was outstanding. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. He explained everything in detail and worked hard on the problem. I can tell Kyle has pride in his work and that pride reflects on the company he works for. Thank you Mr. ROOTER! And thank you KYLE!

I recently needed to have some old cast iron plumbing taken out and replaced with pvc. I scheduled an appointment with Brady who has done work on my plumbing before. My technician was very professional and kept a positive attitude despite the setbacks and having to spend about 3 hours working. Brian Ellerbroke with Mr. Rooters is awesome! He is kind and professional and I don't feel judged at all. He gets things done quickly and seems to be very knowledgeable and didn't mind crawling in the dirt to fix a part of my issue (crawlspace). The person who made my appointment was very kind as well and was able to get someone out here the same day when I noticed my water tank on my toilet was leaking. BADLY. They got out here in like 3 hrs from when I called. I have to tell you that since I've moved to Sioux Falls that it's a rarity for people to actually show up when they say they will or at all. On a rainy Tuesday evening, we noticed our sump pump was humming and upon further investigation that meant it wasn't pumping, the sump was full and some water was starting to collect on the floor. If left unchecked, this would do serious damage. They sent someone out that night to check it and installed a new sump pump. In the process, they noticed our hot water heater was leaking, so they provided an estimate and we asked them to repair it. Two days later they returned to replace a very old hot water heater that was leaking in 4 places. I was so glad they were there for us when we needed them and not only addressed the call, but also pointed out other problem areas that were pressing. No more leaking issues in the basement!

The whole experience was excellent. They were friendly when booking my appointment and made sure I knew what to expect. They called the day of the appointment to see if it would be ok if they came to take care of it earlier than planned - which was great for me! (Less time I had to keep my water shut off) When they got here they wore masks for covid precautions and wore booties to avoid getting my floors dirty. They were kind and explained everything to me. I have hassled with my sewer backing up into my basement for years. I have had several other organization come to clear it out, with the problem returning 6 months later. Never used Mr. Rooter before, they came and spent HOURS working on the problem and actually RESOLVED it! In the past other companies were just using band aid solutions, but the gentleman who came out made sure the clog was COMPLETLEY gone before he left. I've waiting months to post this, and happily can report my basement has stayed dry and clean!!
