Hai Plumbing to the rescue at 9:30pm.He walked us thru something to try which started our water heater right up, no it was not trying to manually light the pilot light. It had to deal with wires.. Saving me a $80 diagnostic fee from another "big box brand" company who was set to come out next day sometime to check it out. this small local business a huge blessing.
