We had a great experience with Fox Heating & Plumbing! Our old 1970s furnace gave out just before New Years, and their team quickly got us 7 estimates to compare of different equipment and installation packages, and within a week we had our new furnace installed and running great. Every person I worked with (Kobe, Gavin, and Michael) and the phone support was very professional and answered all questions I had. They were communicative, on time, and always left a clean work space. I’ll definitely use them again when we need, and recommend their services!

Sebastian arrived on time with a professional and friendly attitude. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace, repaired it, and gave it a thorough cleaning/repair. The price was very reasonable compared with other companies I have hired. Best of all was Sebastian‘s positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Also, Fox communicated well with me from the time I made the appointment to once the job was completed. I would definitely hire them again.

Our 40 year old furnace finally pooped out during one of our coldest days! Did some research and found Fox Plumbing and Heating Co. They had really good reviews. They came out that day looked at fixing it, not fixable. Scheduled a new furnace install. Within a week we had a new furnace and warmth. Sebastián followed through on everything he told us he would do. He even helped Daniel with the install because he told us it would be done on that day. They were both wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Bottom line I would call them again and highly recommend them.

Fox plumbing performed a Mitsubishi 3-head ductless mini-split installation for our home. I called them near the end of October and they were incredibly prompt with scheduling a walkthrough and installation. They were even able to do a ceiling-mounted unit in one of the rooms. The installation looks great and the crew was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had about the units. Going into winter I can’t fairly judge the units themselves yet, but would recommend Gavin, Daniel, Terrin, Tibi, Brady and the rest of the crew!

I just want to say simply Thanks to Fox .They are very professional my water heater was leaking like flood in the Garage. Did not know what to do. I called them from the receptionist to the technician very professional. Matt Technician came to my house he shut the gas and water first. Very impressive. Then he showed us the options about the heater. We pick up the one of option and he said to us it is 0430 pm he can't buy the product otherwise he could fix it same day. Next morning he came early and fix the whole thing. Very happy with their service. Matt is very friendly answering all my questions. He has "Can do attitude." Best customer service. We wanted to get our gas furnace tuned up for the season and have to be very careful due to Covid. Josh our technician was amazing. He was professional did an amazing job, and he was so mindful of Covid precautions i felt the need to give him special recognition. This is top of the line service and customer service. The rate for this tune up was also much less than other quotes i got and frankly, they did more. Highly recommend!!!

Plumbers Fate Duncan and Mark Puaza came out to install a gas line for my new gas clothes dryer. They were both very friendly and professional, provided a thorough estimate, and then came back the next day to do the work. They showed me pictures of the work they did in the crawl space and explained all of it. They even let me know the state of my crawl space and other gas and electrical lines down there, since it’s not a space I go into! They thoroughly soap tested all the gas line joints and fittings, and made sure my other gas appliances were OK once the gas was back on. I appreciated their expertise and willingness to share what they were doing and why! Great team.

Our furnace stopped working right in the middle of a cold streak and we couldn't find any companies who could come out quickly. Fox was super helpful trying to find a slot to get someone out to take a look and ended coming out a day after the furnace stopped working. Firas was the technician and he did a great job. He was professional, called us 30 minutes before arriving, and diagnosed and fixed the issue (a worn out capacitor) in 30 minutes or so. I was very happy with my experience.

I had this second shower issue (my home not the rental) two weeks apart (see previous review of Sean Smith). I called on a Friday afternoon last week, and it was repaired the this past Monday. by Fate Duncan (cool name). Fate diagnosed explained the work that would be done and quoted for the work, which was totally reasonable, and after giving hi the green light, he opened up the minimal amount of drywall to access and replace the shower valve. He also removed silicone that the previous plumber slathered improperly (rather than using a proper gasket) and installed a gasket, and then caulked around the shower handle and drain. He also noticed the top of the shower mold did not have caulk and did that for free. Once again, Fox Plumbing to the rescue. I don't freak out over plumbing, it's just taken a while to find a solid company that checks all the boxes. Thanks Fox Plumbing!

Prices are not bad, you might be able to get someone cheaper, but you might not get a quick response and quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

Fox Plumbing services our gas furnace - and in recently installed central air conditioning for us and now came to the rescue when our main sewer line was blocked . They came the same day we called for service and the service tech Cason -did the initial work and also did the follow up video of the pipe (which there was no charge for !) the next day ! to diagnose this problem so we can prevent this from happening again ! Cason was on time - and very professional and skilled - we were again very pleased with Fox Plumbing and the wonderful service and more than reasonable rates they provide!!

We had an emergency pipe leak that was causing water to come into the house. I contacted Fox and they sent out a team first thing. Alec, the lead plumber, was able to fix the reported issue, found and fixed a shutoff valve issue, and deliver all in the estimate. The overall cost was right in line with what was expected which was a pleasant surprise and considering outside leaks are not covered by home insurance. I really appreciated Alex who took the time to show me all the issues and to explain the options for the remedies. If I have another plumbing issue I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our hot water heater failed and our current service provider, Bel Red, could not come out for 2 weeks, imagine that! Fox, for a fee, agreed to come out that day. They replaced the hot water heater that Bel Red had installed 5 years earlier. We had hot water the same day. After spending thousands with Bel Red, we would have had only cold water, good bye Bel Red!

When I called for service they said we charge 135 dollar for diagnose but he charge 295 dollars. I need back my extra charges. I'm weeks overdue for posting this prop to Sean Smith, from a a repair a few weeks ago. Sean was responsive, timely and straight up on details and pricing - fixed pricing so you know exactly what worse case scenario is. When I note "worse case" it's because I got quoted for a repair but once they did the work I was charged $500 less than the estimate. These folks are the real deal. I FINALLY have my trusted plumbing service after years of using other companies (such as the two companies who have popular rhyming slogans or celebrity pitches/tv adds and who use their largess to take advantage of people with bs pricing). I've been a landlord for 23 years, and I have had great plumbers for projects. Fox is the one for me here on out!

I called Fox because I called 2 other companies prior and neither one showed up for their appointments. The lady who I spoke with was calm and scheduled me the very next day short notice. I was worried the plumber wouldn’t show up Like the last appointments but she reassured me the pumber would be here. The night before the appointment I received a text confirmation and the morning of my appointment my plumber called me to let me know he was running late but he was professional and called to let me know why , he arrived at the time that he said that he would. My plumber was Adam, he was very knowledgeable and and he found a leak and immediately knew what needed to be done. He fix the leak in my ceiling and also waited and checked to make sure when the water was running they were still no leaks before he left. I had three of their team members in my home and they were all very clean, respectful and courteous. Corey came out first to do the site-visit and estimation. Our union office had their water main line leaking so I called Fox Plumbing for the repair. They got someone out to the property the next day to survey the site, and give us an estimate. We found the price to be very reasonable, and authorized the work. First they estimated the repairs taking three days so we scheduled the work. On the first day the crew showed up on time, and got right to work. Even though a piece of their equipment had broke and they called another crew to help they managed to complete the job in two days. I would recommend Fox Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They were very professional, and we are pleased with the work that they did.

I recently realized that two of my pipes to an outdoor spigot were cracked probably from the freeze we had over Christmas. I called Fox Plumbing on Monday and they were able to have someone come out on Tuesday. Problem was fixed quickly and smoothly. I questioned how expensive it was ($1,189) because it was two small pieces of copper that were cracked but they said they needed to replace the entire faucet too. I don't have anything to compare to what they charged me and I could worry about that for days...But at the end of the day, what I am paying for with Fox Plumbing is more than just their ability to fix the problem. I am paying for a company who answers the phone, calls you back, is there on time, gets the job done, and is professional. This is the second or third time I've called Fox to fix something and they are hands-down reliable, consistent, and professional. I would recommend them with a big gold star!

Not knowing who to call was the hardest part for me, been several months to a year before I finally decided to call a recommended company, then that company pushed me away and said they did not service my area. Bummer. But, they did recommend Fox Plumbing & Heating. Well, the technician who showed up was awesome. He did a few things, we talked, he listened to me, which was perfect. Went outside, did a search with a camera in the intake and exhaust pipes, no blockages in pipes. I have had to call on a plumber a few times in my life. It is very stressful. You don’t know if the problem is fixable if the technician is skilled enough to do the job or how much it is going to cost. My guest bathroom tub did not want to drain properly. Despite doing all the solutions found on YouTube nothing worked. I had to call in a pro. Adam came on time and prepared. He explained each step and worked efficiently. Cutting into drywall freaked me out a little but he did a good job cleaned up the mess reattached a shelf. I believe he did everything possible to get the water draining. Unfortunately, the problem is going to require gaining access to a pipe via my downstairs neighbor's ceiling. Yikes. I received a detailed bid, which I shared with my neighbor and my condo board. They are all impressed with the professionalism of Fox Plumbing. I can’t comment on the cost as I have never had a plumbing problem like this to compare it to. I will say you get what you pay for. A polite detail-oriented plumber who explains what’s going on and cleans up after himself. I feel confident in scheduling this undertaking with Fox Plumbing.

Adam was great.we had an emergency plumbing repair under my kitchen sink and Adam came in did what he had to do to fix our problem. He was needing a supply/part from home depot which he drove to get. he even trouble shooted and made sure that after he fixed the busted pipes he turned on our water heater, to make sure there was no more water leaking. Fox plumbing offered a good price to re-run a new waterline to avoid the tree roots. Their guys did a fantastic job and were able to save my well established plants & landscaping with minimal impact. Reason for the 1 star deduction was for the after care with Chad ( I think that was his name) for dealing with a concern I had from my upset tenant when his food was spoiled from the team failing to turn the breaker back on. Chad said it was not their responsibility to turn the breaker back on since they didn't turn it off initially. When in fact they had requested our electrician to turn off the power, so they wouldn't get electrocuted during the job. when my husband asked them to make sure they turned breakers back on, they assured him they did, which this was incorrect.

This is the 2nd time we've used Fox Plumbing & Heating and once again, the service was fantastic. We had a particularly difficult job removing an old faucet, and our plumber - Kit- was great. He worked incredibly hard to remove the faucet safely and installed the new faucet quickly. The only downside was that they were running late. I know this happens all the time when tough jobs- like ours!- come up. I have no problem with anyone running late, but I wish we'd been called with a heads-up. We had to call in when they were late to find out when they would arrive. I wish the communication for arrival would have been better, but other than that, everything was great. We'll definitely use Fox Plumbing again and would happily recommend their service.

We have contacted Fox for an emergency service since one of our pipe burst and needed immediate maintenance. The technician walked into our house with no mask and no shoe covers. During this time (covid-19) we certainly hope that Fox are taking precaution and arrange preventive gears to take care of their workers and customers? It took Wayne 15 minutes to put only a stopper on the pipe and he came back and informed us the charges was $500! Wayne said he disagreed with the company surcharge policy and we can call to talk to someone. The telephone representative who picked up our call should have informed us about the weekend surcharges. We made a mistake by not communicating prior the technician started to work. I could have put a stopper ourselves and wait till Monday to fix the pipe in order to save $200 plus surcharge. What came to our surprises was, Wayne said the job was not done and will return on Monday and we had to pay additional $327 for another hour of work....so estimated $800+ for a small job. I called Fox right away to follow up on my case since what happened was not right. My experience changed from this point onwards, Kat the telephone representative was very professional and passed our case to her Manager to follow up immediately. Chad the Manager sent us another technician Rick, he fixed everything without additional charges. Chad listened to us and explained where was the problem and try to rectified the issues. He certainly showed that he cares and try to make amend. When Rick returned he followed all the protocol wore face masks and shoe covers....did everything he can to reverse the damage. I had to say the job was nicely done! I decided to rewrite my review here since we all made mistakes. What we valued is the follow up actions and this is how they stands on the market for 50 years. I will recommend to always ask the questions and found out what is required for completing the job up front. It is always important to make things clear, in the end it is both customer and contractor responsibility.

Water heater went out on the 4th of July of all times, was leaking from the drain and started flooding the downstairs. Luckily we caught it just in time and no damage to walls or carpet. They told me since it was a holiday and getting late it would be a higher price for them to come out. That's understandable as someone that's working during holidays instead of being with their families, should get compensation. Tyler told me what I could do to stop or slow the leak. It worked enough to get me until Wednesday. This saved me a few bucks by not having to pay for an emergency call and I really appreciate that Tyler doing that for me. Our water heater failed several days ago, however the leak was small and manageable but only for a short time. I reviewed various plumbing companies in the area and came upon Fox. In looking at their reviews and overall rating I decided to call. They were very friendly and amenable to a next-day consultation. Doug was the plumber assigned to our service job. He arrived early, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I am the kind of person to ask a lot of questions and he was well-versed to communicate the answers that I was seeking. He worked quickly, professionally (he even wore the shoe covers on his boots when he came in from the garage). I was pleased with the eventual product (Bradford White water heater) and the manner he installed it (including some fancy earthquake straps to secure it for the eventual "big one".) I would note that the price for service was higher than most other companies but you get what you pay for in most circumstances. Since this is my first encounter with Fox, I hope it proves to be an enduring value.

It's been almost 3 years since we got our gas furnace serviced, and after I called the last company that serviced it, I actually found out that they stopped servicing furnaces... so I had to call around to find an alternative company. Finding a company that serviced furnaces and that was available took a bit of searching. Finally, I came across Fox and got an appointment scheduled within one day, specifically a 2 hour window today. The technician, Shelby, called about an hour before the scheduled time, and mentioned that he could arrive early, which worked out fine. Shelby showed up with a mask, was super friendly, brought his tools inside, and got to work. I had a bunch of questions for Shelby about our furnace, about replacing a large tank water heater with a tankless unit, and even replacing the furnace. He thoroughly answered my questions, had great recommendations, gave me a quote for a tankless heater, and by the end of his visit and service, told me our 11 year old furnace was in "excellent" shape and nothing was needed at this time. Also, I paid 1/2 the price for the service that I paid 3 years ago and that was great. Overall, I'm glad I found Fox plumbing and heating, I will surely call them again for future work, and I highly recommend them.

The estimator, Rick More arrived right on time and from the start was courteous, professional and listened very well to what we needed. He gave us a written estimate for a new water heater within minutes and the price was very competitive. We had been without hot water for a few days, so Rick arranged for an install technician to come out in 2 hours to restore our hot water. The install technician David Amell arrived right on time, was courteous, professional and got to work right away. He worked nonstop till the job was done, cleaned up my garage and then asked me if I was satisfied with his work. I certainly was. My wife and I were very glad we called Fox. My compliant would be more so on the communication aspect and best business practices. He was there on time. I didn't get a quote on the costs for the items till everything was done, which I wasn't happy about. For 1 hr. of work for caulking the tubs and counters, toilet repair, minor pipe leak, it was about $400.

While having other work done in my crawl space, the contractors found a leak and advised me to get it fixed "sooner than later". Having heard MANY horror plumbing stories from my friends, I was pleasantly surprised with Fox Plumbing's response to my call. Both the receptionist and (later) the plumber patiently listened to my "uneducated" description of the problem - "they (the contractor) told me it could be a joint or flange problem...". The plumber arrived at the time stated, and was able to diagnose and fix the leak quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his willingness to "educate" me about what he was doing and why, and that he cleaned up both the bathroom and crawl space work spaces when he was through - including closing and locking the latter. I feel Fox Plumbing provides good value and workmanship and would be glad to recommend them. They were very easy to communicate and work with.

I see a lot of negative reviews here for Fox but so far I've had two good experiences. Two years ago I had a tenant drop something heavy on their wall mounted kitchen faucet which broke the water pipe behind the wall. I had to get this fixed ASAP and Fox was the only plumber I called that could come out same day. Now I had a 10 foot section of rusted-out kitchen drain pipe in a crawl space, and a rusted nipple at the P-trap. All the plumbers I called were one and two weeks out, or didn't want to work in a crawl space (Soreano Plumbing I'm talking about YOU). Fox was able to come the next day. The plumber arrived on time, and after a quick survey of the trouble went for parts. The plumber worked quickly, cutting out the old rusted pipe and replaced it with ABS; he also replaced a section of pipe under the sink (not just the nipple). It was not a pleasant job, crawling 50+ feet into a fairly tight crawl space to get to the trouble, but he got the job done in about 4 hours. While not crazy about the project the plumber certainly worked hard, and did nice work; he knew his stuff that was evident. The total price, at $1450, at first seems high but I think it is within reason for local prices. I doubt any other plumbing company would have been cheaper. I'm happy to have this issue behind me and am thankful Fox had the available resources to help us.

Konrad had to do a fair amount of digging and removal of concrete in order to do his work, and by the time he left my house and yard looked better than when he had arrived. I had two leaking spots on the main water line outside of my house. I had one plumbing company (not Fox Plumbing) repair them last summer, but two weeks ago I found there was another leaking on the same spot where they fixed before. Therefore, I decided to replace the entire water line and called three other plumbing companies. They were all well known companies in Seattle area, but only Fox Plumbing estimator (Rick) searched the crawl space twice to find if there would be any short cut to connect the water line from the meter to the house. Even though we decided to install new line through the existing path, I appreciated his efforts to reduce the cost. He made his estimation within 20 minutes after measuring and searching of the conditions of my house. He explained his estimation in detail including the regulation in my area. I accepted his estimation immediately since it was within my projected budget and his explanation gave me a confidence. Fox Plumbing sent me Jose, the plumber, and his co-worker next day and finished the job within 3 days including City's inspection. There were some difficulties to drill the ground due to the rocks hidden, but they solved them and completed it professionally. I would recommend Fox Plumbing to my friend as the most reliable plumber.

Great experience with Fox Plumbing and I'd highly recommend! Our house had a main line sewage block and all of our bathrooms (showers and toilets) were backing up/bubbling/low in water levels. It wasn't good. Made a reservation the night before and they came the next day on time. Our plumber (apologies but his name has slipped my mind) came and did a quick inspection of the bathrooms and assessed the pipes in the crawl space. He gave me a quote with a couple of options and I went with his recommendation. Luckily, our house had a clean out valve outside of the house - which our plumber acknowledged and he did a great explaining how this would reduce cost as his quote anticipated having to install a clean out. He snaked it to the street and had a crew come out to inspect the pipe with a camera. The crew did a great job explaining what was happening and assured that I shouldn't have any issues in the near future. Our plumber also replaced a wax ring on one of our toilets and replaced the p-trap section of the main bathroom (which was apparently leaking). All this in a few hours with courtesy and friendly insight on the process. Couldn't ask for more. If i'm able to recall our plumber's name I will amend my review. I would call Fox again for any and all future heavy duty plumbing needs.

We bought our first home just 8 months ago and had to call a plumber for the first time...something I'd been dreading, but knew would happen sooner or later. The Fox rep I spoke with on the phone offered to have someone out right away. Tyler arrived a few minutes early (impressive!) and was friendly and respectfully quiet for my two napping kids. He was quick and thorough in assessing the problem with our plumbing. He even let me observe his work and talked through what he was doing so that I could learn about how everything was working (or wasn't!). He fixed things completely and efficiently and made sure all my questions were answered. I certainly don't hope for any more plumbing problems in the future, but I will absolutely be calling Fox if I need a plumber again. Thank you, Tyler!

We bought a new gas stove and were going to install it ourselves when we got stuck and couldn't disconnect the old rusted connector to the floor gas line. I called a few handymen (they wouldn't touch gas lines), and one of them recommend Fox. I called and scheduled a visit for the next day, and the plumber arrived after the end of the appointment window (9:00 am - 1:00 pm). I don't remember the young man's name but he was personable and go the job done quickly. He also installed the anti-tip brackets (which we weren't going to bother with - no kids in the house). When Kyle arrived, he was very professional and very thorough with quoting out requirements to get the job right. We appreciated the honesty in that one of the solutions for one of the problems may not resolve the issue and a plan B may be required, which helped set the expectations that it may be a bigger job than what we had intended. The only reason Fox didn't earn 5 stars was the bill was not itemized, so it was not clear how much the labor versus the parts were. Also, I found the bill to be substantial, so an itemized receipt would have helped me understand exactly what I was paying for.

Steve from Fox plumbing came with in the window allotted by the dispatcher, and only a few short hours after we initially called. He was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable and confident in the work he was about to do. He went over what needed to be repaired and talked through multiple solutions with me including every pricing variable. He assured me that even if he had to replace a peripheral pipe in the repair process he would not charge us. There ended up being an additional crack in the pipe he thought was unaffected and since he told me that he would not charge more if he had to replace it, he kept his word and we were not charged for this repair. The project ended up taking him longer than he anticipated and we were not charged an extra fee. Housing repairs can be costly and it is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and upfront about costs. We found a major leak in our water main, dumping more than 150,000 gallons into the ground and after having an expensive repair back in 2008, we decided to replace the entire line. All 250+ feet of it straight down hill, under driveways, trees sidewalks and landscaping, let me tell you, not an easy job. Fox was quick to respond to our calls for help. Called Fox on a Wednesday and they said they could be there on the following Monday. We agreed that FOX would provide and estimate and if OK, do the work on the spot. Unfortunately the leak occurred with the pipe that was behind the heating vent in a corner and the technician did not have much space to work with. Fox Plumbing responded quickly to our small impromptu flood. Bobby from Fox plumbing quickly assessed the problem with our kitchen disposal unit (it was not the tree limbs or body parts and knobby bones). I had called another company on Wednesday asking if they could replace the expansion tank which had sprung a leak on my water heater, they informed me they only did complete units that's when I called Fox. When I needed a plumber I was confused and not sure who to call. I don't know a thing about pluming issues and didn't want to get taken advantage of for my ignorance. I called a few companies but didn't like the vibe I was receiving from the person answering the phone. I then decided to call Fox and from the moment I spoke to the lady on the phone I could feel the stress easing away as she spoke about the services they offer and even quoted me an approximate price which was impossible with the other companies I had called. The next day as I waited for the plumber from Fox to arrive the lady from Fox called me and explained that they had an issue with another house and they may be late for the appointment. I advised her that I was on a tight time schedule and that waiting longer wasn't going to work for me. She bent over back wards to help me out and the next thing I knew I had a plumber on my front door steps. I believe the plumbers name was Rick and from the moment I met him he was amazing as he walked me through what he was about to do with a genuine care about him. The work ended up being more than what we thought it would be due to some serious roots growing in my pipes. Rick quoted me a price from low to high and at this time I was helpless due to the fact that the work was out of my hands and there wasn't a thing I could do about it. I worried that when he finished the job that they would automatically charge me the high end of the quote. To my surprise when all the work was finished he charged me below the low end of the quote. Fox plumbing truly stands by there attitude of wanting to earn my business for life. They did just that as I have told all my family members and my neighbors about my experience. This is how I view it. When we have plumbing issues we all wish had a family member who is a plumber. Well, with Fox plumbing I feel like I do have a family member who is a plumber. The first time I called Fox was after another company, who shall remain namelessly , told me unless I took their emergence service with an amazingly high price my house would explode and float away. Fox came and did emergency triage then gave me a few options and the results I could expect. Since then we've used Fox on two of our other rental properties and feel they took good care of us. The employee's are prompt and respectful of my time. They've always answer my questions politely without being condescending. I hope I never need a plumber again but if I do I will call Fox.

I had burst pipe underneath my kitchen sink and called Fox Plumbing to come and fix it. They sent Bobby, who arrived on time, and once he got to see what needed to be done, got right into the job. While working, I had general questions about plumbing, and Bobby was more than happy and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. I had complete trust and confidence of his know how and workmanship as he was very professional and proficient in what he was doing. Bobby completed the job in less than 2 hours, much less than anticipated, given that it required some cutting into the wall and creeping around in the crawlspace area. He didn't make too much mess and cleaned up the work area after the job was complete. He even gladly accepted my coupon. If needed, I would call Fox again in the future and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Shelby Whaley came to our house and he was beyond professional and trustworthy. He immediately diagnosed the problem and called the supplier while he was here to see how long it would take to get a replacement motor. They told him two days and he scheduled me for two days later to come back and install the motor. The new motor actually showed up to their office the following morning so he moved his schedule around to fit us in the same day. He came right back out and changed the motor and my family once again had heat! After going through a freezing weekend it was a huge help to have him get it replaced as soon as possible. Is this real life? My request for a quote to service my gas furnace was returned super quickly and an appointment was made for just a few days later. (Unfortunately, the technician scheduled for my house got into an accident the day before and couldn't make it. A Fox representative called me and apologized profusely, and got me another appointment for just a few days later.) On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived 5 minutes early (What? Does that even happen anymore?) and was conscientious about not wanting to get my floors dirty. The tech explained what he did, the condition of the furnace and when I told him we were putting our house on the market, he let me know that the company could write up something more if we needed it. I've been dealing with quite a few contractors lately (getting the house spiffy for the market) and let me assure you that all of the above is not the norm. Heck, just getting a call back from a contractor within a day of a request is super unusual. So, yeah, Fox P&H gets all the stars!

We had a plugged main drain in the kitchen the day after a family get-together. Not having any idea what all was dumped down the disposal and drain; we tried the plumbers friend, a home-owners version of the sewer snake, and Liquid Plumber with no success. We have had great response from Fox before, so we called even though it was a Sunday morning. Sent the family out for breakfast and waited for the plumber to arrive. Anthony Jaso arrived shortly thereafter and protected the area and immediately got to work. Within the hour we were once again operational. Anthony was friendly, polite and still very efficient and left us with some ideas on how to avoid the blockage in the future. He cleaned up the area was on his way to his next appointment in no time. We prefer to work with Fox as we find them always available, prompt, efficient, friendly, and great to work with. They receive my highest recommendation from our experiences.

We had a shower fixture fail while we were away from home, causing water to leak inside the wall, down through the floor, and eventually it caused a rainstorm in the kitchen below. Of course this happened on a weekend, so getting a plumber to come quickly was challenging. After placing numerous calls and not getting anywhere, I tried calling Fox. They returned my call fairly promptly, and had someone out within a few hours. The technician was polite, and clearly explained what the problem was. He didn't have the part he needed to complete the repair, but did return on schedule a couple of days later as promised to complete the fix. Overall I'm very happy with Fox's service. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars instead of 4 is because when he came back with the replacement part and opened it, he found that it was re-furbished and not working properly. So he had to make another trip to retrieve a new part. Not his fault, but a bit more efficiency from their supply chain would have cemented a 5 star review. I would use Fox again.

I had an underground leak of a pipe from the water meter to the house. I had a few companies giving estimate for the cost. Fox plumbing send a technician, Kyle, within 1 hour from the time I contacted them. Kyle explained to me the pros and cons of fixing the line and replacing it completely and gave me detailed quotes for each job. I decided to go with replacement (all companies recommended that) since the old pipe was in a bad location (i.e. that's why it got damaged). Fox price was the highest (even with some discount discount) among all the companies but they also had the best warranty. I decide to go with Fox since they had good customer service and could do the work the next day. On the day of the job, Jose and his partner showed up on time and explained to me what they needed to do. They were able to finish installing the new line and let me have water again by the end of the day. This involved digging up two huge rocks on top of the old pipe to get access to the meter. The next day, they showed up again to have the city of Bellevue inspect their work (passed of course). After that, they recover all the holes they needed to dig up to install the new lines nicely. I was very happy with their work. I would have given Fox a 5 stars if the price was a little more competitive. For now, 4.5* if I could provide such thing.

Jerrod from Fox Plumbing has been out to the house for 4 projects and his work is excellent. His first project was to rough in the shower and bath plumbing for a remodel. His second project was to install the bathtub and fixtures and complete the bathroom sink plumbing for the remodel. Jerrod's last two projects were to replace the shut off valves to a sink in the garage, complete the drain work under the sink and convert the rough in work in another bathroom remodel. We've had such good success with the people at Fox Plumbing that when an issue arrives now, we don't even bother shopping, comparing or looking for a second opinion. Fox was outstanding in two previous trips to our home, the first about eight years ago, the second just last summer (2012) and finally again this week. Rather than go into the nasty details, let's just say that we had enough of an issue with our "grinder tank and pump" out back, that IMMEDIATE attention was required. The fox plumber ("technician"?) was courteous, polite and kept us informed every step of the way. Now, I will point out that this was a rather expensive project and after conferring with George in their accounting office, we were allowed to set up a convenient payment plan. Of course, being a two-time client with a solid payment history probably helped but I feel that Fox absolutely understood our issue and for that I am most grateful. I hope it's a long time before we again require plumbing services but when it happens, Fox is the only one I will call.

When something goes wrong at your house, it's not always easy to know who to call. In my case, I asked someone I trusted for a referral, and the next thing I know I had an appointment scheduled and Danny knocking on my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, and even managed to work in a furnace inspection when he came back with the parts to do the job. Such a friendly guy with a thoughtful manner - I was glad to have someone like Danny on the job. He completed the work quickly, cleaned up, and everything is working great! The only thing I would change about my experience was my initial phone call to make the appointment. I would have preferred to discuss what the problem I needed help with before the customer service agent gathered all of my contact details. I also would have liked her to advise me how the pricing worked, but was left in the position to ask for that information at the very end of the call instead of it being proactively offered. Other than that, this was a great experience and I will call Fox the next time I need plumbing and/or heating help.

Installed new Garbage disposal - new faucet - re-plumbed interior drain and trap. I was called prior to the Plumber arriving to say that he was on his way and then he showed up on time. I explained to him what I wanted done ( I had briefly told the company prior to scheduling the appointment) and he explained my options and approximate cost. We picked the devices we wanted and he proceeded to install and re-plumb. He cleaned the area and laid down a cloth to keep it clean - he wore booties on his shoes to keep from tracking in material from outside. Once the job was complete he cleaned up the area again and removed his tools and presented the bill. He also told us about other services his company provides (but did not push) and to call him if there was any problem with the work that he had done. The Plumber was open to any changes we needed and explained costs ahead of time. He was very professional and worked through to completion. Even though the job was more complicated than he initially thought, he kept it on bid. I would bring this Plumber in if I ever have anything else to do on the plumbing.

We needed a gas line upgraded to meet code in our kitchen. Making our appointment was easy and quick. There first available slot was in two days, which was longer than we had hoped but just fine. The employee arrived right on time and did a quick job for us. Review would have been five stars but the bill was much, much more than quoted and I had to follow up for the correction. Although I did not end up paying the amount we had been quoted, they did reduce the bill by a bit. Other than the financial issues, they did a great job and seemed to know exactly how to fix our issue.

We hired Fox to install 2 minisplits after receiving multiple competitive bids. Fox was in the middle on price range- not the cheapeast, not the most expensive. But they offered Daikin splits, a better product than others and made their install bid very competitive. Shane the sales person and Cody the technician were knowledgable, thorough, polite, prompt, on time. They worked us in very quickly, so we could be cool for the heat wave coming up. The install went very quickly with minimum mess. The afterservice has been great, including us realizing we really wanted a different model of splits, which they offered to upgrade at only product cost. Would definitely recommend.

We just finished a large renovation which included adding AC throughout the house. We added an entirely new system: tankless water heater, heat pump, furnace, AC, air scrubber, etc. During the renovation, we worked with numerous sub contractors that our general contractor coordinated. The only sub we hired on our own (didn't go through the general contractor) was Fox. I have to say we had problems with every single sub that our contractor brought in, so Fox was a breath of fresh air. Our contractor was extremely impressed with Fox and really enjoyed having them around the job site. A few months after installation we had Fox come back out to help us with a few things. During their visit they spent extra time cross checking the installation and ensuring that every single component was performing as intended. The attention to detail was amazing and we actually found a few things that prevented future issues. I want to specifically call out Danny. He was a delight to have around the house. It was apparent he liked his job and enjoyed helping people. His truck was fully stocked so when I asked for him to install something he could do it right then and there. I had him add a new filter and install the air scrubber. I have to say, the air scrubber is well worth the money! I got it to crack down on the dust we have in our house. The additional benefits are a bonus...purifies the air and surface area, allergy assistance, etc. I usually dust every other day. Now I dust every three weeks. Even when I do dust, the amount of dust is significantly less. Last call out...the air scrubber take the odor out of the air. For example, if I could bacon the house doesn't smell hours/days later. The odor is just gone. This thing is amazing! Danny and Bobby, you're stuck with us as customers. We will always use Fox for our plumbing needs.

I did as I always do and get 3 bids but got a sense right of the bat that fox was running a well organized business. A person answered the phone and listened to my request and proceeded to get all the info and immediately schedule someone to come out and do a bid. Off to a very good start. Kyle came out and spent a considerable bit of time going over the project, was thorough and clearly was working with me and not pressuring me to do it his way. I really like it when it feels collaborative. He started work at an agreed scheduled time again working with my schedule not his. Then there was a delay and the company was more then happy to work with me and reschedule the remaining work. Again should up exactly on time and went to work. Some of the work Fox was to do got done out of necessity and they were amazingly willing to renegotiate the contract and subtract the work done reducing the over all cost. Kyle even pointed out a potential future problem. Nevertheless, I'm always amazed how much legal services and plumbers cost but for the latter, amortizing it across the 10-15 year lifespan of the equipment, it doesn't seem so bad.

Fox plumbing put in a new sewer line for us just after we moved in. We found our sewer line was filled with roots and we had no external clean out. They put in a new clean out, cleared the roots and lined the sewer line for much less then the roto router company we called first. They did a good job keeping the job site clean. The concrete patch in the side walk is not great but overall they did a wonderful job and were very friendly. They even gave my one year old a stuffed fox which she thought was great.

He removed the old toilet made some needed adjustments and placed in the new toilet. He took the old toilet and all the packing and left the bathroom as clean as he found it. I have used Fox Plumbing before and will continue to call on them when I need a plumbing job done. GREAT JOB JERROD!!

The plumber who came out to install our Pressure Regulator was right on time, which is the first step to making a good impression with me. The plumber was also constantly looking out for me and making sure he found the solution that would cost me the least amount of money. Initially, we thought he would have to cut a hole in the wall, but after very minimal assessment and time, he found an alternative solution that would save time and the need to install in a wall. Called earlier this week needing a outside faucet replaced. The customer service agent was great, asked when it was convenient for me to have a tech come out. We schedule it for a Friday morning at 9am. The Tech called me 30 mins before confirming my address and let me know that he would be there in 15-20 mins and I also got a email stating the same info. The tech arrived on time, was very nice and looked at this issue told me it would take about 1 hr to fix and the quote was what I expected. He got to work and was complete with in the time expected. He was very polite and showed me that it was all done and explained that the faucet he put in was frost protected, Great for up her in the northwest! Would recommend this business. Bottom line they are professional and no big surprises when the bill comes due.

Had a different company come out to replace a inoperative water heater and the technician said he couldn't give me a proper estimate and there were too many problems with the space to remove and replace my water heater. We had a bit of an emergency when our sump pump failed in our basement and we had minor flooding. We called Fox plumbing who we had used two times before. The technician Bobby showed up at our doorstep 45 minutes after our call. Bobby had a new sump pump in the truck and all the spare parts needed to do the job and an hour later, we had our new sump pump installed and operational. Kyle came out to fix 4 plumbing issues at my home. He is great, keenly attentive, informative and willing to email the manufacturer for advice on a part that may be missing and a clogged fixture. So, he's going the extra mile which I thoroughly appreciate. Kudos to Kyle. The price for a short visit, roughly one hour, was almost $250. This is really high for a few simple, non-urgent, problems. I think the company should have a separate simple fix-it rate for non-urgent problems, that barely need a plumber -- that's my opinion.

I called Fox based on the reviews given online and was not disappointed. The service technician called the day of my appointment and let me know when he would be coming by beforehand, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a simple issue with my shower fixture not allowing enough hot water but Bobby fixed that within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I'm not well versed in the current labor costs but they do seem expensive.

They were quick to respond, professional, and were quick to find the problem. I would recommend Fox Plumbing if they want the job done quickly and professionally. They did not try to find more work to inflate the cost of the leak. They had the ability to come up with many solutions to the problem. We had multiple leaks coming from the master bath and the up stairs hall bath, they did not have us sign a two year contract for $35 discount service like the other company that went on vacation when we found another leak a week later. But by writing about our experience we will receive $25, which helps for the $35 loss. You will enjoy your experience with Fox Plumbing when you have a leak that can cause thousands of dollars to repair, if not dealt with quickly. They are nice and able to help any plumbing problem you may have. Also they are a bigger company, which eliminates any down time, you do not have to wait till they come back from vacation.

We've used Fox on three different occasions, and have always been impressed with their level of professionalism and service. It's very clear that they spend time to train their employees on the art of customer service and setting expectations. There is always somebody there to answer the phones when other services are closed or require you to email them with latency between responses. Fox has always been able to show up same day or next day. What I like best is they explain exactly what's wrong, and then fix it efficiently and cleanly. They are a little expensive, but not that much more than most other plumbers, and you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent work, prompt service, and piece of mind. It's totally worth it.

What started out as a leaking bathroom faucet morphed into a major plumping event in my 60-year-old house with galvanized pipe and rust. Under-sink valves were frozen and I couldn't turn off the water to the faucet. Konrad Rath wrestled it to the ground which entailed two trips to get parts to fit This Old House and took all day. He replaced the valves in the kitchen which were original with quarter-turn. He knew it was a surprisingly big bill and applied a senior discount and returned free of charge to replace the kitchen faucet which was probably clogged with rust causing very low pressure. Prior to Konrad, I found Dave Bodendorfer to be very thorough and helpful in my mother-in-law apartment. In both calls, Fox went above and beyond what I asked for and expected. Fox was recommended to me by a neighbor, who is happy with their service, too.

Our electric furnace stopped producing warm air so we called Fox and had someone come out to diagnose the issue. The technician was courteous and gave me a detailed evaluation of the condition of the furnace. We chose to replace rather than invest in the old one since it was 37 years old! After the install I was concerned about how the new furnace was hooked up to the house wiring. I spoke with the service manager and he sent someone out right away to address my concerns. The technician he sent out was very experienced and knowledgeable and addressed my concerns by changing the way the furnace was hooked up.
